141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fueling to launch to the moon anytime soon. on: September 12, 2020, 08:12:36 PM
Take a look at this post for me this is the most accurate way of explaining it, There is no ceiling or floor, It actually needs some patience, and it's actually quite good that it hits 12k this year when bitcoin almost hit 14k last year and i think we can expect an even higher ATH than that.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto success takes time on: September 12, 2020, 05:59:58 PM
People don't want to give projects some time to grow, they forget that coins like dash, litecoin, Xmr, Bitcoin etc have a rough start, I'm just saying crypto investment takes years, just because a project drop in value doesn't mean they won't grow better in future.

Projects don't just turn huge in a year, there will be lots of volatility and price loss, for long term hold be prepared, if you can't then go for top coins

Yeah it's quite interesting to look the price change on the successful coins like Bitcoin, Xmr, Eth, Xrp and it's motivating to invest into crypto but it's rare to find some coin that can have potential like those. The token need a good team and consistent development for it to grow better, but those coins are the only one that looks promising to invest in, because the market today is too risky better invest in those coins you mentioned with stable development because you're sure that it will have a decent price in the future.
143  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What advice will you give to a beginner trader? on: September 12, 2020, 04:35:29 PM
That's right you need some patience when you're investing and don't just wait for it to have a decent price, also look for any development or market movement of the coin so you will know what entry price you will input. And just a suggestion don't put all your money into one investment make sure to invest it in different coins so you have a variety of assets in case the one didn't do well.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEFI begin new trending or end soon? on: September 12, 2020, 11:21:36 AM
In my opinion it will end soon maybe because of its bad reputation and the hype will be gone sooner but there are still projects that are shifting their coin into DEFI so it will stay a little longer, just like ICO in 2017 and IEO in 2018-2019 and DEFI in 2020, and it's good that you're hopping the train because it's very profitable as long as you have a proper entry and exit as soon as the whale dumps.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Atlant - An overly undervalued token on: September 11, 2020, 07:35:19 PM
It's not worth investing and for the 54,175,041 total supply I think you should be skeptical about it, Low cap gems are sure profitable if you chose the right one and exit at the right time because it's very easy to manipulate. It's not overly undervalued it deserve the ATH it just affected by the hype last 2017-2018 but that's just where it could go, in my opinion, it can't reach the ATH anymore so don't shill this kind of token you will see after the token will be swapped why they say those things about it.
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My experience is gambling on: September 11, 2020, 04:25:20 PM
Yeah there are more worse experience than your experiencing that they lose all their belongings due to gambling. Some says treat gambling as an entertainment but honestly based on my experience it's only entertaining as long as you win from it, but when you lose you keep chasing the money that you loss, and you're right even if you have strategy it's still not enough to win sometimes you need more luck rather than good strategy.
147  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Earn Cryptocurrency on: September 06, 2020, 07:32:22 PM
Are you referring to free stuffs like airdrop?, or someone that needs skills, but i suggest if you have a decent skill set try article writing or other crypto or blockchain related jobs, and also offer some of your services that you can do. It's different now and it's hard to earn in cryptocurrency not like these past years specially 2017 where you earn decently. So i suggest to do online jobs and if you prefer getting paid by crypto try these sites.

or try upwork
148  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the best ways of introducing someone to bitcoin ? on: September 06, 2020, 06:18:35 PM
Showing the money you earned is the best way to convince someone and they will definitely listen to you and learn it diligently, always remember that "if money talks everybody listen" I've tried it and my cousins already know the basics about it, even now that people are not doing anything because of the pandemic. But it depends on the people that you're referring to if they're interested about it.
149  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Early members, give us an insight on: September 06, 2020, 05:01:45 PM
If you're referring about the forum start reading the threads here especially in the beginners & help, there are some compilation of threads there that will surely help you some are about mining, trading, and the basics about cryptocurrency gather some knowledge first, Don't get swayed easily by instant profits and avoid scams, and also if trading interests you gather some experience too and try accumulating the information and strategy that you needed.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance in trouble over listing scam defi token on: September 06, 2020, 04:46:09 PM
I honestly don't think that SUSHI will be an exit scam more like pump and dump is expected but advertising such a coin on an exchange especially Binance where many users trust will surely affect their credibility and reputation among traders, although it is listed on their exchange no one also expected that the founder or SUSHI will exit with the profits, He's right we're responsible for our actions but he can prevent it from happening tho. That's why you need to expect the unexpected in crypto.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Supreme leader's twitter account hacked - but that's not the main issue! on: September 06, 2020, 03:31:15 PM
Those scams that uses Bitcoin's name surely affects the reputation and the credibility of bitcoin towards the view of people who don't know it, first impression really matters and if they only hear about it, it will take too long until the adaption and acceptance of people towards it become possible, and the government can't also blindly support it but if they  want it to become accepted, rather than putting negative news about it maybe they need to persuade or either say something positive about it.
152  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie checklist: how to DYOR (and recognize scams from miles away)? on: September 06, 2020, 02:52:49 PM
Right now it's hard to check if the project is fake or not, they do it now professionally take SUSHI for example you can't even recognize that that is a exit scam it's even listed in Binance, it's inevitable even though you're being careful, there are a lot of factors to consider. I suggest to create another thread maybe try working on how the pump and dump works, or how the token is being manipulated or how to know if a token is an exit scam something like that.
153  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to find Fake Giveaways or scam airdrops on Twitter? on: September 06, 2020, 02:14:21 PM
Using those hashtags will not help you need to also have awareness about the scams that are present, and also don't based on the followers, tweets or like that the user have, always Do Your Own Research and don't based on the opinion of others. And also remember that giveaways doesn't ask for important details such as Passwords, Private Keys, and you don't to send any amount because It's a giveaway and Airdrop it's supposed to be free although some airdrops don't but stay on the free side.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto for Fish farming and ornamental fish industry on: September 06, 2020, 12:44:50 PM
Actually i like the idea of it, I like keeping fish but mostly indoor tank fishes, familiarization with the system involved using crypto as a payment will be a struggle to others, i like the idea of creating a forum first gathering customers that also have interest in the proposal, creating that will surely influence others knowing how easy it is, the fast transaction are one of the advantages but for me i prefer Bitcoin rather than Eth, Ethereum fees are so high right now, and the price fluctuation of the crypto will be another problem.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi project beginning to sounds ridiculous on: September 06, 2020, 08:45:24 AM
Defi are surely pump and dump and being manipulated easily, and the top holders are surely manipulating the price and suddenly dumps their holdings, take SUSHI for example after the sudden pump the whale also suddenly dump his holdings on Uniswap and drastically affects the price for almost over 99% also check YAM, you can actually see the scheme of those coin.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gambling in the wake of covid-19 on: September 06, 2020, 06:26:56 AM
I answered your questionnaire and I got a decent result nonetheless the majority of my answer js never, because I rarely gamble now midst the pandemic, but for me it's not only because of stress, i think it's also out of desperation to gain and double you money due to the pandemic to have more money than you have living in the third world country gambling has sure have to influence some of the people here to gamble especially the illegal ones.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Really Happening To The Market? on: September 06, 2020, 05:45:20 AM
The hype of defi surely doesn't affect the bullrun of Bitcoin it is surely because of the volatility, for me the right term for this red market is price correction many tokens get pumped up so much that there is no support and resistance. They actually need it so it doesn't dump so hard. But it's a good time to buy and accumulate holdings while the market is red.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: September 06, 2020, 01:10:16 AM
It's really true when i'm new at crypto my expectations are high especially when joining airdrops and bounties because you expect that you'll get paid decently, but I always get paid like 10% of the promised payout and i have to wait almost 2 years to other's have decent price, that's the reality there's no easy way to make money even in real life, you need to work your ass off having different shifts and different jobs to earn decent money.
159  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why are scammers everywhere, it is obvious online on: September 05, 2020, 04:20:34 PM
Even there is a regulation there are people who will find ways to scam others, We have laws but why there are still criminals?, I agree with molsewid it's not only about the scammers but also the lack of knowledge and the greediness and also out of desperation of the person, maybe the best prevention is having a knowledge and awareness because if there is an awareness there is also prevention of something that might happen to them.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greedy crypto developers on: September 04, 2020, 08:27:14 PM
It's common even some of the utility token projects that are normally using smart contracts are switching to others because of the huge transaction fee of eth it's not because of the hype it's also for the good rather than staying, and we can't blame them because other investors are also preferring Defi over other projects maybe because of the potential and not on the hype.
