He only got a decade?

Why is it that some cyber criminals have gotten a century to life, and he only got a decade for sexual assault? Did he not 'assault' them good enough for the law's taste? If you do a petty crime, you can get up to ten years. Sexual assault isn't a petty crime.

I understand Dailymail fucks up a lot of stories, but this seems impossible to fuck up.

I'm guessing somebody from this campaign got banned? Were people in AD campaigns specifically targeted, or was it everybody in the community?

For your information, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=390303.msg6508863#msg6508863
Banned a dozen this morning alone (1 week/2 week duration to start), with a dozen more under review, and I'm just getting started.

I don't think BadBear specifically targeted people from Ritz.

Thanks for the link.

And I didn't say just Ritz, I was talking about any AD campaigns in total. Like PD, Ritz, Gaw, MS, Lucky, and others.

1424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Doge coin is bad on: May 03, 2014, 02:24:29 AM
In my perspective, Dogecoin's community is a bit better than Bitcoin's. For some reason, most of them agree on the same things. Even if it's broken grammar, English, or sense all together, you can't help but love them.

And I'm not even being sarcastic, or joking. You can't hate them.
1425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Dogecoin= 1 Doge 1 Goldcoin= 1 Gold 1 Bitcoin= 1 Bit, How could that be wrong? on: May 03, 2014, 02:21:20 AM
1 doge coin = an alt called doge

1 gold coin = an alt called gold

but bitcoin is simply bitcoin its not a bit of a coin.. its just bitcoin..

no one in the last 5 years has said "i have 2 bits".. they have always said they have 2 bitcoin.  bitcoin is a single word.

yet the alt coins are hidden double barrel words. doge-coin (hidden meaning no - ) and so people can freely say doge, gold, feather, terra etc

I have to agree. Every since 2011, I've been calling a 'Bitcoin' a 'Bitcoin'. I've never said anything like a Bit, or anything like that for fun. Only if it's a unit of a Bitcoin, like a Satoshi, KBTC, or a MBTC.

i'd like to be extremely rich so i could use that money to to buy out politicians to change laws in my favor.. so i can make more money. you know, like american billionaires.

You're mistaken.

That doesn't happen - it's a myth. America isn't a oligarchy, even if it seems like it. And just by having 'politicians' doesn't mean you can change laws. It's a specific system you have to go through.

The richest group in America are 'The Elites'. They're supposedly the 1%. The richest of the rich.

no, no you're mistaken. america is a de facto oligarchy. don't know how you can say it's not. heard of shelden adelson, koch brothers, or george soros?

http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-echochambers-27074746

If it was a Oligarchy, we wouldn't be allowed to vote. Let's take Sparta for a example.
The only way Sparta was well known in history, is because the leaders of the Oligarchy were warriors, and wanted Sparta to value warfare, strength, and such.

Democracy:
Quote
Democracy is a form of government in which all eligible citizens participate equally...

Oligarchy:

Nada.

If it was a Oligarchy, whatever the leaders said, would go. You wouldn't vote. Pass laws. And don't even think about petitioning. Anything could be declared illegal or legal with the wisp of a hand.

Yes, this 'Democratic' system has some flaws. But that doesn't necessarily make it a Oligarchy.

nope. it's a de facto oligarchy. obviously on the surface it's a democracy, but the ones who have money control what happens. tell me why it is that there's an 8% approval rating for congress, yet the status quo continues? or why minimum wage jobs are on the increase, yet tiffanys and other businesses catered to the rich are booming? or why 88% of people polled would prefer background checks on guns, but nothing happens? and tell me why the richest people in the country have a whole lot of access to media/news outlets? and tell me why presidential campaigns last 2+ years, where the candidates go around whoring themselves to billionaires and corporations?

and lastly, tell me why republicans are kissing up to shelden adelson? http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/dana-milbank-gop-candidates-kiss-up-to-billionaire-sheldon-adelson/2014/04/01/5ba335dc-b9dc-11e3-9a05-c739f29ccb08_story.html

wait, i'll actually tell you why. it's because politicians work for him.

what are your numbered point referring to? and you haven't really answered any of my questions.. it's a de facto oligarchy we live in. you haven't really made any arguments against that.

what do you mean "everybody has access to the media/news"? if you own it, you sure have a lot more access to it than anyone else.

The bolded-

You know what, never mind. Done. 'Tis done.

And you said, specifically, 'access' therefore, somebody would assume 'access' not 'ownership'.

1. Okay.

2. As I said previously, a specific system is needed. If you have a specific law you want enforced, and the Constitution (A silly old document) says yes, then of course, it's hard to get it approved.

3. Everybody has access to the media/news. Depending on what kind of acess you're talking about, of course.

4. To earn support.

5. Not all politicians are Republicans.

Dont worry! We have our full concentration on the coin, just had to bring this blackmailer in front of the community!

You're not the Developer. Therefore, you have no concentration on it.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=593562.40

Not everyone in the team is a developer! We had loljosh as our developer but he turned out to be a blackmailer. So we have been in contact with a new dev. You must have seen our posts where we were looking for a new dev from few days back!

No, I just saw the current post in Scam Accusations.
And you paid Loljosh to be your Developer. You could of at least said you didn't make it/had no intentions to.

I know right? I barely read most of it because of the small text.

I don't see the point for this topic.
It's like a 14 year old pupil goes to the teacher because the other pupil didn't make his homework right for the lolly he gave him...

I have to agree. Not to mention, trying to take credit for somebody's development of a coin? And then say HE fixed the problems, even though he didn't?

Account history proves nothing.

Most people assume that Dank is a star-crossed hippie, that's trying to find the 'world'. He made off with a good fortune.

Account history proves nothing.

Okay, many of us hate the countries we live in. I hate the U.S.

But there's far worse countries out there, way worse than America. Yeah, the Government is stupid beyond repair, but would you rather be in a Communist Gov or a Kratocracy?

I would be interested by knowing as well, the highest payment I find here https://blockchain.info/tx/a38671da573c0f1b36e47c7d756c127f34f81b806516e80f2bf39f7b53dec992 is :

1Eb4qpoJ96VFxwUbU2aLnHCktcEtAM9QSw 1.0719 BTC

Seems to be Equate https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=499007.260

12.45BTC should be close to what RGC pays in total for the sig campaign, I wonder how much PD pays and what is the highest payment on PD's sig campaign
