Yes BitAngels have proven themselves here for sure. Their honesty and integrity were shown to us in this process. I cannot go into too much info about earlier post as it would not be fair to presume. All I would say is that this is a new world and BitAngels and the Master Protocol team can provide a great service with the ability to balance out any teething problems quickly. If you do a crowd sale these are the guys to work with. I will blog about the experience we had and are having. I would like to ensure we can ensure the network efforts that need to happen now, can and soon. This means more developers and not maidsafe developers, but new people in new teams all working in unison, but competitively (in terms of the core dev pool). I hope that helps. It is best to assume this sale stops at 6700 BTC, but we may be able to do better for these teams. This structure though is discussed in the white paper and on my blog. I think it's of huge importance. Are you saying it's possible I will still be able to buy in with my Mastercoins? When will we know? IPO for MSC was closed. you can still invest BTC before the amount up to 6700BTC. thanks for your supports. I'm asking what this statement means? I own BC, but this community is looking more like insecure whiners than anything. Seriously, if you guys felt that strongly about BC you wouldn't have to try deface other coins every step of the way. I have bad news for everyone. BC is just as much a clone as every other coin. The community is what makes each coin different. Start spending more time thinking of ways to advance Blackcoin and stop worrying about what other coins are doing. It makes us look foolish. Many coins will have multi-pools going forward. It's an effort in futility to try and kill every coin. Bad coins will die themselves.

IPO or Pow?It seems to be unclearly
The Noir Group will be creating Decentralized Autonomous Software/Corporations based on blockchain technology. So, they will be crypto coins. These coins will give you ownership to these DASs/DACs. They will hopefully be profitable. NoirShares is the base currency of the group and it's already launched and trading on Poloniex. Holding NoirShares gives you a share in the projects. So, it's currently not an IPO. But, as projects get announced, they will open up funding on the individual projects. I'm not on the team but I'm a big supporter. Ask me any questions. |

I'm not part of the team so I can't say whether it could or would be created. My opinion is NoirShares isn't about the pump-n-dump crowd, although having a multi-pool could have some usefulness. The Noir Group is about bringing crypto into the real world. NoirShares will have a real value, not an artificially pumped one. |

Besides VTC I hardly ever buy into anything besides BTC but this I will buy and mine.
It's hard to follow the announcement page nowadays. There is so much junk passing through it's easy to miss good projects. |

Simple Participation Guidelines Currently, the only way to participate is to buy NoirShares for ownership rights in future DACs. The General Fund is the only way to have a stake in all future projects, but funding closed on April 12, 2014. It will be possible to participate in individual projects going forward, but we have to wait until funding opens for those ventures. Nothing has been announced yet. |

Will the NoirShares economy be based around corporations that are only apart of noirshares? Or will other 3rd party corporations also be included?
Do you mean only DACs created by Noir Group? As of now, I believe the answer is yes, but I don't know about the future. We should get one of the officers to confirm that. |

Promises very often look better than realization but I wish NEM the best, also Nxt. I am holder of both (if my Nem stake promise will be fulfilled).
Yes i have to agree. If NEM delivers all promises, then quite some time will have passed, and by that time, some killer features of NXT will be in existence. And at that moment, NEM will be one generation behind. I fear it will always be 1 generation behind. I couldn't disagree more. The fact that we are even having this conversation before NEM has launched anything tells me that if NEM launches something even close to comparable to NXT, it will pass NXT quickly. You have to admit the community is quite huge for a coin that isn't close to launching yet. How would that be even possible? If this project launches in 3 months, then NXT will be nearly 9 months old and will have an established asset exchange and a digital goods store. The network effect alone would be enough to overcome your better distribution AT START. Because right now, we have much more than 3000 stakeholders. Prove me wrong, but don't argue with me about how your vaporware will beat our already launched projects... Just take a look at mastercoin, i fear this project will turn out like MSC but with less money stolen obviously. UTOPIAN is the keyword here  The funny part about this is that unlike you, I have no bias here. Actually, I own a fair amount of NXT. I'm not on the NEM team so it's not MY vaporware. My point is that you can't deny that NEM has a quite large community for a coin that hasn't launched yet. Any decent launch will make this project an immediate success. You probably don't even know that Mastercoin will be the platform to host the MaidSafe offering on April 22. It looks like Mastercoin will have the 1st mover advantage after all. |
