1481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: September 28, 2019, 09:25:20 AM
Upcoming season is really interesting. Line up seems to be balance. I can see Lakers is one of the favorite next season. With their line up, I guess they are now a ring contender. Meanwhile, next season will be tough for GSW. Their greatness will be on test again. Is their era over or they can still surprised us next season because they are still a ring contender for me even KD is no longer in the team.
Oh yeah! Honestly, I never become a GSW fan but I really can't deny that they're a very strong team. Imagine, they beat the King and his cavalry thrice on their four Finals meeting Shocked. Curry is not the main reason why they are so special, their unselfish plays and amazing ball rotation does. I still do believe they can pull this off, pretty sure they will not be eliminated at least before Quarterfinals.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: September 28, 2019, 06:25:00 AM
They are just bunch of not bad players all together, mike Conley is not the best pg, Spida is not the best sg, crowder is not the best sf, favors is not the best pf, gobert is not the best C,
I don't think that anyone is thinking of the Jazz as top 2-3 favorites to win the title, but with current roster they are simply one of the contenders, most lists put them in top 8
Yeah! They are just combination of good players which seems not very solid compare to the starters of teams like Lakers and Nets but who knows? Maybe they got a  surprising chemistry like GSW have in their early days where their main asset is only the Splash Brothers. I still believe in the saying "There is no I in team", basketball needs more of teamplays rather than monstrous all stars Smiley.

Anyway, about on the possible teams we can look forward this upcoming season, my picks would be Nets, Lakers, Clippers (I'm getting excited to see if Kawhi can carry this team with the help of PG) and GSW.
1483  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Real use coins on: September 27, 2019, 10:59:20 AM
I guess Monero can also belong here. It is a coin used for purposes where the talks about privacy is very vital. Oftenly now used in deep web because of its feature (this was the sad part tho).
1484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: September 27, 2019, 09:13:46 AM
Today? Nah, I don't think so Roll Eyes. I'm just getting a little bit skeptical about it because as you can see there are so many tokens passed over the years and yet nothing makes an outstanding improvement even reaching like what doge, ltc and xrp achieved. I guess the kind of tokens released nowadays could only be either sh*tcoin or for pump and dump (change my mind Grin).
1485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are Virgin Bitcoins on: September 27, 2019, 07:04:33 AM
[snip]
It's not really that being the issue. Virgin bitcoins are much better and wanted then regular bitcoins due to it's anonymity.

For virgin bitcoins, you wouldn't be able to see a TX history and it's basically the crypto equivalent of untraceable cash, and they often go for higher prices then what they are worth (sort of like the 500 EURO bill), and a lot of them are used for criminal activities.
I knew it! Thanks mate, you made me realized that I got the right idea for this one Cheesy. because I thought at first that so called "virgin btc" and the usual btc got no significant differenceto each other. Anyway, I'm just wondering if it's not very hard now to track bitcoin transactions? Because like what you've said, criminals tend to buy more of this than the other.

Is anonymity of crypto can be now exposed more easily?
1486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Look For In A Bounty Campaign on: September 27, 2019, 04:55:34 AM
Since not all of us are not daytraders (like me) and don't have so much hope for finding and trusting a possible good project, for me what matters the most is the reward and credibility of the manager Smiley. As bounty hunters/sig campaigners no one doesn't want a cheap campaign with a not so professional manager, right? Of course what we want is a campaign with sufficient payment for our time and efforts Smiley. Plus a healthy workmates and working environment too.
1487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: September 27, 2019, 01:40:21 AM

I agree, it's not so much about ball hog, it's a type of ay.  Some people can only play with the ball in their hands and others do better off the ball, it's why steph and klay work so well.  Harden and Westbrook's together is a hail mary by their management.  Without Westbrook they know they couldnt compete so they had to do something just dont know if this was the wisest move

I have the same bad imagination by now.
Is that really the wisest move? Are there no options left?
A ball hog to a ball hog?
The Rockets management is really giving Mike D'Antoni a headache. Now, he needs to make a play for the two and pray that they will not be stealing each other balls when in the game. Grin
I thought the same thing so maybe what will happen is that only one of them will enter first the hard court and then when they're leading the other one will substitute in order to maintain their lead and have some rest for the other one at the same time. Or maybe when in crucial situations they're both in and this could make their opponents confused on who must they prioritize since both of them can do winning shots. Let's gind out.

Actually, I posted a meme here months ago regarding the issue of "ball hogging" and it's so hilarious Grin. I hope that won't happen, what I'm holding right now is the fact they became good teammates in OKC before Grin.
1488  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Discussion on Philippine crypto wallets/apps on: September 26, 2019, 12:06:39 PM
Wow 'di rin naman pala ganun kasama ang Abra, kung tutuusin pa nga ay mas maganda ito dahil sa no KYC requirement and various coins offered. Thanks for the info mate, however, ayoko pa rin lumipat (sa ngayon) dahil dominating pa din si Coins.ph at satisfied din naman ako sa services nila. Let's see in the future kapag lumago sila, hindi rin naman imposible yun because of their edge Smiley.
It already build a strong foundation in this industry kaya talagang challenge sa mga bago na higitan sila.
1489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Spence Jr vs Porter on: September 26, 2019, 10:42:54 AM
I get really excited as this fight comes closer and closer. It's a battle between two fighters with undefeated record a considered good record Grin. in this sense, it's very hard for me  to pick whether who's gonna win. I think this is a very close match but I'll go for Spence Jr. because it is intriguing to know his next opponent if he win. Maybe Pacman or Crawford, hmm Huh
1490  Economy / Economics / Re: CASHING OUT YOUR CRYPTO-CURRENCY PROFITS on: September 26, 2019, 04:56:11 AM
[...]
The real reason why I want to contact my bank before I make any serious deposits from crypto profits, is to avoid the possibility of unwanted police visits or investigations. Police love to confiscate electronics (computers phones), which could prevent you from accessing any market while the electronics are in police custody.
Here in in the Philippines, if the bank account notices that you have huge suspicious deposits they would ask you where it's from. They would ask many proofs that if it was really from a legal crypto investment. Authorities will just investigate you if you can't prove your claims. As long as what you're saying is true and you can prove it then you have nothing to worry about.
Yeah! You have nothing to worry about as long as the money you deposit doesn't came from shady stuffs. Actually, I also experienced to be questioned during one of my savings withdrawal (from a remittance center only). The teller ask me whether I have a work or not probably because I just look like an ordinary teenager which is too young for making cash outs oftenly Grin. I only said that I have bitcoin and that's all, he already stop asking me. So if you know that crypto is not illegal in your country then you won't have any problems at all.
If I was in your case that the police are abusive like that then I would find someone I can trust to do peer to peer exchange.
They should not work that way. Police authorities will not act "forcibly" unless you are proven guilty.
Yup! Kabayan ang tip ko lang para mas mapabilis ay bumase din sa bounty managers na hahawak ng bounty, as much as possible piliin lamang ang mga most trusted at matagal na sa ganitong larangan tulad ni yahoo62278 and Sylon (I am not sure kung active pa siya, tagal ko ng 'di bumibisita sa bounty section Grin). Anyway, hindi lang natatapos dun ang lahat. Syempre make some research about sa token na marereceive mo kung worthy ba talaga or another sh*tcoin na naman. Good luck kabayan.

But if you really want to avoid all these kind of misery then switch to sig campaigns dahil mas mafi-feel mong secured ka. Ang tagal ko ng sumasali sa sig campaigns at until now bilang ko pa rin sa daliri yung mga naabutan kong scams which only means na mas credible dun compare sa bounty section Cheesy.
1492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: September 25, 2019, 09:00:46 AM
The NBA has just fined the Bucks $50K for disclosing their plans of signing Antetokounmpo to a supermax contract next summer that worth $253.8 million, it would be a history in the NBA.
Oh boy! What a big offer for Giannis Shocked. It seems very obvious that Bucks wanted him to stay very long probably because they see him as their last and biggest hope to have a taste of being a champion Cheesy. Well, I might say that it was a good deal for them because we can really see the result — Bucks now became one of the top tier teams in the NBA today.

On the talks whether he will sign, for me the answer will be yes based on John Horst's (Buck's general manager) statement,
Quote
And we've taken great steps towards that last year. We've continued to build on that. We're going to continue to build on that. I think we all fully believe that if we continue to put the right things in place and give Giannis the right opportunities -- he loves Milwaukee, he loves the state of Wisconsin -- I think he'll be a Buck for a long time.
1493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BAKKT launching tomorrow but BTC price falls? on: September 25, 2019, 05:50:56 AM
Bakkt was launched but it didn't effect the Bitcoin price in a good way yet. The fall of the price still continues and it is making me curious about when it will stop. I was expecting the opposite reaction from Bitcoin after this news.
Get used to it mate, not all good news inside the crypto sphere makes the price soar high. Actually, the sad truth is that FUDs are stronger market influencers compare to good news/adaptation like this Sad. Besides, the news about Bakkt is no longer fresh. It already lose its hype after its postponement beforw and maybe that is the reason why people seems not interested to it anymore.

Same here. Signature campaign is my primary source of income —for now. I don't have a job yet but I have to earn money as early as possible so that I have other source of money for my other expenses. Right now, I'm just holding as advised by my partner. But aside from that, it's also my decision to hold because I don't have any major expenses, yet. Signature campaigns are really big help.
Its doesnt matter, where does your money come from, most importantly when you have capital no matter how much it is, you are good at allocating it. because the possibility of profit does not come from where your money comes from, but from your analytical skills.
Indeed, so it's very important that before you start a business or invest into something (whether it is on a new ICO or gambling) make sure your heart is into it. Trust me everything will follows. Still lack of knowledge, Too difficult? Nah, that's not a big problem anymore because you can easily handle it since your willingness and interest into such thing were already present. It's somehow like "if there's a will, there's a way" Smiley.
1495  Local / Pamilihan / Re: ABRA.COM add money at 7/11 stores NATIONWIDE. on: September 24, 2019, 10:49:38 AM
I'm not a abra-user pero kung magkakaroon ng madaming cashout options ang abra katulad ng LBC maaari ko din itong itry kong convenient at mas maganda ba ito sa coins.ph.
And kung magkataon man, sana magkaroon din sila ng partnership to M Lhuiller para masubukan ko din Cheesy. Mate, why don't you try it instead of LBC? In my experience, same speed of transaction lang para sakin but the difference is 10% fee ang sa LBC while 1% lang from the other. See? Ang laki ng matitipid mo kabayan Smiley.
1496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: September 24, 2019, 07:26:45 AM
The only way that I see an altcoin replacing bitcoin is when there is a massive prohibition on bitcoin SPECIFICALLY
Oh! I see. I get your point mate. As I think of what you've said, I may say that's a possible way to knock down btc. If we assume that every government of all nation decides to ban the use of btc in their country but allow the remaining alts then it will surely die because the demand will be forcibly lost  And most probably the ending would be ETH reigning as the new king. Well, that's only an assumption and very hard to put in reality so gor now BTC will stay and remain on top Grin.
or if another altcoin surfaces and improves all the areas that bitcoin failed to meet.
It will be the same IMO because of the impression which are engraved in our minds — that alts/token was just made for Pump and Dump. Yeah! They will support it at first, create hype and other stuff but once they are do they'll go back again to the strongest coin in the market.
1497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 24, 2019, 01:46:28 AM
[snip]
The crowd reaction is understandable as they paid their money and came over to support their home team hero and then the fight ended within seconds, people will be upset  Grin.
That can't be tolerated because that's already far from being understandable — it was so disrespectful. I agree that they're so upset with the outcome of this main event but for sure nobody, even the fighters, wanted this. It was an accident so they should understand it. It's okay to feel disappointment but getting physical is now crossing the limits.

Anyway, recently I saw a post on FB critiquing about the design of UFC's gloves. I've also read that Dana and the management already got a new design but not yet released in the public then this incident suddenly happened Sad.
Ganyan din nangyari sa kaibigan ng mentor ko dati (the one who introduced me into crypto world). Same reason, nag copy-paste from google. The moral lesson of the story is walang maidudulot na mabuti ang katamaran Grin.

3 years or 4 years na ata yung last message ko hanggang ngayon wala pa ding update.
Mas maganda kasi kapag ganun because you are able to show the proper ethics of writing Smiley.
1499  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: September 23, 2019, 04:10:00 AM
My source of investment funds is my current signature campaign. This where I get my monthly expenses too. I convert a percentage of it to buy some needs like food or to pay some bills and I hold some of the Bitcoin that I get. When I'm starting to earn here, I first joined in altcoin paying signature campaigns and what I get from it is what I use to buy some Bitcoin and other altcoins that I hold for long run.
Nice one mate! I see that you properly diversify your money. Me?  If I only know how to deal with alts then probably I got larger source of income Sad. I will study it very soon tho, I'm just focusing first to my board exam.

Actually, we're the same. My source of money right now is my sig campaign and that's what I use to sustain my daily needs and save some for me to have a pocket money when I finally start my review. It's very hard to budget but with God's grace I am surviving Cheesy.
1500  Economy / Economics / Re: Your Source of Investment Money? on: September 22, 2019, 12:27:42 PM

salary isnt really a good source of fund for investing because most salary that people recieve were mostly cheap and only sufficient for house and family needs  .  having an extra job or sideline job is the best way to earn extra income and that income can be the best to use for other unecesary needs like investing  .
But what if you don't have a sidelime job, is your main job still considered a bad source of money for investing? Of course not! In most cases, our main job is our primary source of everything — from the needs of household up to our wants. If you think your salary is just exact for paying all of your expenses which doesn't let you to save even a penny at the same time then it's your problem anymore. So I think the best thing you can do in this kind of situation is to adjust your budget. Learn to prioritize the things which are more important, if you are really eager to have an investment money then you must surrender short term happiness (for now) to achieve a bigger and long term source of happiness Smiley.
