601  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Clipper on: June 18, 2020, 02:52:10 AM
Dude may I know how fraudsters able to force their victims to download it? Are bitcoin clippers disguised as not a harmful software or can be just hidden within the softwares which can be founded anywhere in the internet?
I have been on some other forums just having fun and talking with people.
And since many people don't check their addresses after sending
Really? Well I guess I do not belong on the people you are perraining about Cheesy. Anyway, it's true somehow because I can still read posts of members here or even outside this forum complaining why their their receivers didn't receive the fund they sent. How sad to know that there are still who forgot or really not double checking btc addresses as if it is not a crucial thing.
602  Economy / Economics / Re: Very strange most people like to buy with bitcoin , but using altcoins very few on: June 18, 2020, 12:41:27 AM
Very strange thing i noticed: most people like to buy with bitcoin , but using altcoins very few
No mate, there's nothing strange about it Smiley. Here are the reasons I think of:

1. Many use it over the alts simply because it is the most popular crypto. Most new users knew it first before any alts available.
2. In the eyes of investors/buyers & sellers this is the best option they think of. They are comfortable to use the Rank 1 rather than Rank N coin.
3. Not all of people know that Ethereum got a lower fees, Monero offers more security etc. That's why they use btc.
603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vietnam bursts an illegal casino who used to handle bets worth $3 billions on: June 17, 2020, 07:02:01 AM
Here they legalize it but still, there are lots of illegal casinos running. especially in Capital City where most of them got busted by the authorities and most of the players are Chinese. Maybe they cannot run casinos in their own country because of huge payment that's why they came to us to play because the consequences if caught are just lightly deported back to their country.
That's why I'm so disappointed with the claws of our justice when it comes to foreign violators. The hardest they can do is to deport them, that's all. But on the other hand, once our fellow people did a crime in abroad (even sometimes only due to self defense), the final verdict is usually death sentence Sad. *sigh

Anway, what I see right now is that POGOs and the Chinese people associated with it (not all of them, only the bad ones) are not helping our economy any longer. They just add on the stack of problems of our country Undecided.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: June 17, 2020, 02:57:44 AM
8 cm is not a huge difference  Grin He is even 2kg heavier - does is makes him slower also ?  Grin Just kidding.
If he is not really comfortable to 114 kg. as his weight then I can say yes. Fighters cannot feel that 2 kg. in the early rounds but they might suffer when the late rounds come. Such factor could lead to decrease in cardio, lowered guards and decrease in power Wink.

Have you already heard that Gustaffsson will now climb up to HW division? And his first opponent would be the former HW champion Fabricion Erdum, pretty interesting isn't it? Article

I hope this news encourages Bones to do the same thing for real.
605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: June 16, 2020, 11:32:05 AM
~
More and more of them in every event these days, it normally just one match in the past years. I'm uninterested to bet with them unless they have proven to be masculine like Nunes or that Chinese Chang.
In this card there is Curtis Blaydes and Alexander Volkov is a good stylistic match up and i do not see Volkov winning this fight because he always have trouble against fighters who are good at wrestling and Curtis Blaydes is an elite level wrestler and he have knockout power in his hands and a great chin.
Excessive in everything is not good all the time Grin. He is too tall IMO which makes him move slower thus having slower reflexes as well. With this height disadvantage (how ironic lol), he is wretched from take down and dirty boxing attempts of his opponents. That's why I'm also in favor of Blaydes.
606  Other / Meta / Re: "Forum User's Day" on: June 16, 2020, 04:53:29 AM
For example, June 1 is declared Theymos's day.
A topic is being created on the forum: "Theymos's day"
Theymos must always be on the forum for a certain time 3-8 hours and answer any questions from users.

The administration can approve a prize for the best question (cryptocurrency or badge in the profile, which will be active until the next "Forum User's Day", and will be transferred to the new winner).
Aside from staying 3-8 hrs. straight here, my other concern is that what would be the standard to be followed to say that you are qualified to make your own day? I am just worrying this might be another gateway for irresponsible members to generate tons of their own threads and create spam (knowing the fact that each one of us here can create a thread freely if we want to).
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos are open - end of the Pandemic era. on: June 16, 2020, 01:03:57 AM

I think the government already think about that, and we know that the gambling industries give a contribution to the government in a tax. The government think that reopen the casinos will give them the money which will add more revenue in this pandemic so they can use the money for another reason to help the people.
Indeed, they of course think of this thing multiple times before ending on such decision. I am no longer against nor agree with the opening of casinos to be honest, because as the situation getting worse the government are even more pushed to open more establishments (despite of being non essential) to get resources. It's just a matter of risking something to get something. Their government prioritized to get more funds in exchange of having the higher risk of infections, ad for me that makes sense and understandable.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao Might Fight Golovkin on: June 15, 2020, 01:03:28 PM
The tandem of Manny and Freddie is the best coaching type you could ever see in boxing with the help of Freddie roach's strategies, Manny can overcome his opponent no matter who he is as long as they have the same weight. Of course, there are times when somethings wrong they cannot get what they want with the fight but Manny can adjust on the spot to counter his opponent strategy. He is called a living legend for a reason.
Indeed, they are already both legendary in their own respective fields. But I think GGG is now one of the biggest challenge on Pacman's career. I know GGG lost to Canelo once making for some of you underestimating him but guys we should remember that their first fight ended as draw. That's how he close to great Canelo. Well, let's see how Team Pacman make a strategy to beat him especially knwoing the fact that he does not have a glass jaw Grin.
609  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't get exit scammed on: June 15, 2020, 08:11:35 AM
IMO, the best way to ensure that you will not getting scammed is by choosing a high ranked member (could be a Hero or Legendary) as a middleman/escrow because there are small tendencies for them to sacrificed their account just for a one time, big time money Grin (unless we are talking about millions of dollars). Another requirement which you can also look for a trustworthy escrow is their merit and trust rating. The higher they are, the safer your money is Smiley. As simple as that.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I like to learn and use bitcoin on: June 15, 2020, 05:44:10 AM
In my experience, I tell them slowly how one can earn and invest in btc. Lets be honest, there's people who will be interested right away if its about earning money. Even old people will push themselves to understand it if they can earn from it. Then I go from there to explaining what btc is in simple terms, history, risk and so on. We have to let them know everything so they will avoid the common mistakes of the newbies.
Yeah that's right!. As the experienced ones, we ought to enlighten them both the fantasy and nightmare side of bitcoin or crypto in general. But I'm sad everytime they start losing interest after I tell them the risk of this investment Sad. So in the end, I always got rejected. But I guess that's life! I realized that there are some people who only afford playing safe and there are some who have the guts to do something risky for big rewards. Nonetheless, I still do hope that I will encounter somebody who is willing to receive the knowledge what I could offer. That's the least I can do to contribute on our community growth Smiley.
611  Other / Meta / Re: Happy Birthday theymos on: June 15, 2020, 02:56:40 AM
Dunno why I always imagine that theymos is 50-year-old and not 29.
Don't worry, you re not alone Grin. I also can't believe that he is our administrator despite at a very young age. What a gifted person!

Anyway, happy birthday to you theymos. Wishing you a good health and another prosperous year of your life.
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Reasons Why I Prefer a Bitcoin Mobile Wallet on: June 15, 2020, 01:19:21 AM
And what we take is based on the risks that we want to face.
Yeah! Actually, I also do prefer hardware wallet above all things but the problem is its cost over the amount I can save to it. It's way too impractical. So for now I stick on my mobile wallet since I'm not so wealthy yet. Hmm, maybe I shift into desktop once I finally started my goal of daytrading and soon use hardware wallet as my money grow. Everything should be done on a step by step process Cheesy.

But if I were asked, I find mobile wallets as safe as the other options. As long as you are not clicking anywhere with no apparent reason, avoiding your phone to get stolen and keeping the passwords, there's nothing to worry about.
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A month after Bitcoin Halving. What's next? on: June 14, 2020, 11:59:49 PM
Are there any other" major" Bitcoin events we should be looking out for between now and the end of the year?
Though this is not actually an event or something of a guaranteed happening, I'm looking forward kn how the market behave in the -ber months. For me that's the most exciting part of the year in the crypto world because that's the time I expect btc slowly pumps until reaching an ATH (but  I guess not gonna happen this year either) like what happened last 2017. Since the crisis are still present making the market suffer and hindered to bloom, let's hope we can at least taste a higher price before the Christmas come Smiley.
614  Economy / Speculation / Re: For real? on: June 14, 2020, 09:08:51 AM
If this is really true, it's really good to invest now and wait for the next bull run, it would be more worthy if we invest more compared before. The prediction is a really big amount of money and it would give more profit if things would happen according to the predictions.
Oh another fearless forecast coming from out of nowhere Roll Eyes. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against all of this since it brings positive vibes after all. I also do hope the price will go beyond its ATH. But I'm just worrying that many investors, especially the beginners, might depend too much in this prediction and end up broke if ever not happened.

Remember that when it comes to predictions, there's no thing guaranteed. So my advice is to brace yourself at all times because btc's price could be better or worse in the future. Don't make huge expectations.
615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know job/investment related to crypto that provide stable daily income? on: June 14, 2020, 07:09:24 AM
$100 income everyday from an online job? Hmm, that's tough to find one and to be honest I'm not sure if there's an existing one.

Actually if you converted it into Peso, you may realize that it is really hard to attain. Even a small time businesses or young professionals won't earn that big in a single day, what more through online where good opportunities are seldom. Do you have a business idea in your mind? Use your coins for the capital and make it grow. Accept crypto payments if you want so that we can say it as crypto related Cheesy.
616  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have agricultural land would you sell it or hold it ? on: June 14, 2020, 05:02:46 AM
Hold it for sure! Because the value of land increses as time goes by. Plus, this is an asset wchich can be used to generate money. Your land can be converted into a vegitation or livestock farm — you can have food and earn money at the same time, right? You can also build a house or dormitory on it and open for rentals. If your land is too big, you can convert it to a cemetery (I'm serious with this one). Voila! Instant passive income Cheesy.

But well, if you really need an urgent money then considering it for selling right now is understandable somehow.
617  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help me on: June 14, 2020, 03:37:58 AM
This is the craziest thing I've seen today. Imagine, a man willing to pay for a thing which is already scattered around him. Anyway, that was understandable tho since you are new here Cheesy. But mate, like what they've said, you can gain knowledge here for FREE. Just be hardworking and persevere on digging.

Look, you are already in the Beginners & Help. This is a nice place for you to start your journey here. Forget about the bounties for the meantime because your current rank will hinder you to reach it anyway, if I were you I will focus first on learning Smiley. Because those knowledge can be used even outside this forum — there's no need for you to only depend on the opportunities available here.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap's new feature - Chat on: June 14, 2020, 01:51:04 AM
I haven't visit Coinmarketcap for a while so I'm not aware of that new feature. That was cool, at least they're still putting an upgrade on their services so that investors still come to visit their website. But to be honest, I'm a little bit skeptical on that. I don't think it would create a lively community since most of tokens nowadays already got their own Telegram channel or any social medias Cheesy.
619  Other / Meta / Re: Could we have a standard to announce open spots in signature campaigns? on: June 13, 2020, 09:55:29 AM
Of course, this can't be controlled due to the fact that members refuse to read the info properly before submitting their applications, but I think it can be reduced.
It can only be reduced if those kind of applicants finally learned how to read Roll Eyes.

In my honest opinion, there's no need to have a standard when it comes to announcing open spots in sig campaigns because each CM got their own styles of handling their work and I think it should remain that way. Even if the CM put a highlighted "CFNP" or "Closed" word in the title, inappropriate applications may still occur as long as there are members who are not scared of insisting their will. You knwo what, sometimes reading comprehension is not the main problem but the despair of every applicants which leads them to do wrong decisions.
620  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A Full Guide to Hodl on: June 13, 2020, 04:37:03 AM
English and I am newbie and I don't have much knowledge about crypto
It's pretty obvious that you are not so good in English mate Cheesy. But that's okay, just keep on practicing. Try to engage in more discussions rather than focusing on posting bounty reports Wink.

Anyway, so what are you trying to say is that your friends doesn't agree that you are 'hodling' at all since you already sold your coins in just 2 months? Am I right? Well, don't believe them dude because you are actually hodling. Two months was already a long period of time, and besides everything depends on the coin you have  Hmm most probably you can only be able to long term hodl on bitcoin since it might became more valuable in the future. But if you are hodling alts, it is understandable if you tend to let go of them as soon as possible because they are less worthy.
