Was beginning to have a rethink about Tottenham Hotspur, was thinking that they're ready to compete for trophies not only compete but win it also.
With the way they drew against Fulham and still went on to lose in the penalty shootout, is not encouraging at all.
A team that won by two goals to nil against Bournemouth could not hit Fulham. I just hope they win their next game, thought they've started doing well but from what I saw last night, is nothing to write home about.
1482  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is not going to $12k. on: August 30, 2023, 09:31:51 AM
I was thinking it was going to be around $25k-$26k before the end of this month because it wasn't showing any sign of bumping but as of 2 days back it began to go up, just yesterday we saw how fast it went from $26k-$27k in 2-3hrs I suppose.
I haven't seen it move so fast, with all these happening it got me believe that it won't remain at $25k till the end of the month and it will never get close to $20k talkless of going down to $12k. And today's going to be another bump, who knows it might even get to $30k.

Fast up, of course, fast down, well, Sundays usually go down if I notice there is a lot of BTC selling, even with small amounts in the market during that time. but, I think it's reasonable. Yes. today's increase could be a healthy sign for the market going forward and up again BTC price to $50K if possible.

I haven't noticed that Sunday drop but it can be a day where you see it move to a figure that'll leave your mouth open.
I disagree with you on what you said about Bitcoin price move up to $50k, not today or the next 3 days, no matter how it's going up it can't get to that amount, if you say something like $35k I might agree with you but not $50k...oh come on. But for now the price isn't showing any sign of going up, let's just wait.

Bitcoin won't be able to drop to $12K this month or until the real bull season arrives, but to say that bitcoin can't drop to $20K, I'm not sure about that. That won't happen this month or next, but it's a long way from now until the next bull season and anything can happen. $20k is the long-term goal many predict for bitcoin, many believe it will drop to $20k before entering the bull season. I don't know if it's possible, and I don't believe in any technical analysis, but from my experience, it is possible.

Good thing you don't believe in technical analysis and you shouldn't believe in predictions until it happens but when you say it will drop to $20k base on prediction I don't believe that because it has a destination or target which is $60k before the year runs out but if it doesn't click $40k before end of September then $60k isn't possible anytime soon this year.

Some, if not all the Manchester United fans won't agree with me but I have to say it.
When UTD played at home against Wolves, the ref refused to give the away team a penalty when Onana clashed against the Wolves player (to me that's a penalty) but the ref didn't give the penalty to Wolves, as if that wasn't enough they played against Nottingham Forest and Marcus Rashford dived on the penalty spot of the visiting team and after reviewing the ref gave a penalty to Manchester United and I just see it this way that the refs are favoring Manchester United whenever they play at home, I don't know if Old Trafford has this pressure on referees that makes them to favor United, is not really fair... Now I see why some fans always want UTD to lose any match they play.

The game against wolves should have been awarded a penalty but the official and the Var assistant did not give that to wolves. After the game though they were penalized for making wrong judgement for almost three weeks.
Say all you like most Man United fans will not agree but the other game they faced forest, it was clearly penalty, whoever objects on that clearly did not watch the match or you might have have some minor  issues with your lense.
They are struggling don't mean they are been favoured by the refreees during the game.
Don't be biased here,I don't know why when it come to Manchester United, people are always saying that they are been favoured by the referee. That was a PK against Nottingham and not a manipulation. If you say that it isn't then you are wrong because it was clear that Rashford was knocked down.

This was what other football club fans was saying during when Sir Alex Ferguson was United coach. They will say that because the Queen of England and the Royal family are from England that is why they are favouring them. This say is always common with us Nigerians,I don't know if that is what people say in other countries too.

Ok fine he was knocked but that's not enough to bring him down. I'm not being biased just how I see it. Or do you want me to say they're lucky? No way...
Manchester United are still struggling to get that winning spark back but I don't see it coming too soon because they're going to find it hard to get to that winning ways, something is missing from that starting Eleven...
I like good football and I can't hide how I feel about a club.
And for that royal family stuff, that's rubbish and to those who say that , is lame.

Looks like Bitcoin is gaining that energy to run faster without stopping now I'm feeling that peace of mind.

Next stop, $28k before Friday.

Good thing I'm not the one with lense issues.
But I'll tell you for free that if another player from a different team did same thing Rashford did (against Manchester United) it won't be given as a penalty and the player would be penalized.
You're a UTD fan I get it and I know you won't accept it. Let's see if they're going to do better than they did against Forest. Every game a team wins is a motivation to them so let's say they (Man UTD) are motivated to play the next game. I'll see if they can do better since they're playing away from home.

Bitcoin has finally achieved $27k price mark once again! Soon it will reach $29k and again! Go Bitcoin go, you can reach that price mark easily.

At least the price is bumping, don't be surprised when it gets back to $25k or $26k again..
Good to see it at $27k but I don't see it going to $29k too soon...
Is like the price is not sure of going up or down... Feel like bitting my fingers off😬

Arsenal's match which will take place this weekend at the Emirates Stadium could be quite an interesting match because Arsenal will face Manchester United which is not much different in terms of strength. Even though in terms of the number of wins they have won Manchester United is far superior to Arsenal, but because the match took place at home to Arsenal, I think it is true that Arsenal will have more chances to win because there is a lot of support from their own fans which can a motivation in itself for Arsenal.

It not about who's playing at home or away, the issue Arsenal have is the little chances that comes their way they prefer to throw it away. The Emirates is suppose to be a fortress where teams would come and struggle to get a draw with the fans screaming to make play very difficult for the visitors but no, they just mess things up and even if the fans do their part the players would be the ones to mess things up and struggle for a draw. I still feel that the Gunners won't change with this weak behavior on the pitch.
Is like Arteta is forget something, that very soon they'll be going to face  different teams in the UCL.
1492  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should we rely on prediction? on: August 29, 2023, 12:13:33 PM
That's precisely why it's termed 'prediction'—there's no assurance that the anticipated price will materialize. Due to its inherent volatility, the market is undeniably unpredictable. Relying solely on experts' predictions could prove detrimental to your future in cryptocurrencies investing. From my observations, many predictions made by experts turn out to be inaccurate. This is a major reason why numerous individuals experience losses in their investments, often due to blind adherence.

That's the point, those who invest do believe so much on those experts predictions and they follow it in making their own decisions.
It works for them but I believe that they have lost 85% of their investment because rely on predictions. I don't believe that what's happening to bitcoin price (the dip) was predicted before it happened, I'm not saying that experts don't get it right at times but we shouldn't pour our eggs in one basket.

Accepted for Signature campaign. Please ensure your bio information (signature, avatar^, personal text) are in use before the next payday. You are starting from week#34.

I am waiting for owlcatz and minerjones to confirm their spots (they are in special consideration because of their long positive contribution to the forum). In case any or them or both of them are not okay with the change then we will have their spots open however, I do not need anyone new to apply. I already have people who applied in the opening but I could not accept them because of spot limit. I will pick from there.

There were many highly respected members' application I could to accept, sorry. You all deserves spots. I wish I could.

I am not fully happy with the Avatar campaign set. Although according to the sheet we can fit two more avatar spots but feel free to apply. If you came to better than those already accepted, then you will replace them. Avatar sports are still open.

^Anyone wants to keep their own avatar for example Hat etc, they can. But the avatar needs to rebrand with Yo!Mix. For example - avatars from another campaign:

PS: You need to approve the custom avatar from me before publicly using it.

Just want to know.
Mr Royse, what about we old participants? Does it mean that we're done and should remove our avatar after this week since we're not added to this new project?

The user has it all, good rep, always active, contributing to the growth of this Forum and good at coordinating things he's handling. I think he deserves to be one of those merit sources we have here in this Forum, he's a no nonsense person.
He's really up to the task from how he manages his campaign, doesn't let any bad eggs to spoil his business, especially those with red tag. The way he manages his campaign would speak more about him, so I say yes to this Application.
Good luck Mr Icopress
1497  Economy / Reputation / Re: What's wrong with btcchamp88. Some newbies behave so strange. on: August 28, 2023, 10:36:52 PM
It shouldn't be a surprise to you OP, If he's looking for merit or trust that shouldn't be the main issue. The thing is many users who are probably tired of their main account or just felt like starting up another account are the ones behind these I'm new here/ I'm a newbie kind of shit, they all know what they're doing just to make us feel like fools but is not working, like they haven't heard or been to this Forum before, is really tiring.
Sometimes I find it hard to even welcome anyone with that kind of caption, is really boring... I think they should come up with a new one, before you know merit will start flying to the new account.
If anyone is caught not doing the right thing in this forum he/she should be punished.
1498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: August 28, 2023, 09:42:13 PM
Rayo Vallecano performed very badly in this match, of course, because they let Atletico Madrid party in that match. Atletico Madrid were lead 0-7, it's all over for Vallecano today. This was an easy match for Atletico Madrid which in the end made some of Vallecano's supporters have to go home before the match ended, of course this was due to their very disappointing performance.

This is one of the worst days for Rayo Vallecano and certainly for Stole Dimitrievski. He has so far collected 7 goals from his goal in which he has conceded almost every attack built by Atletico's players.

I never expected Atletico Madrid to score up to 4 not to talk of 7 without conceding a goal. Like happened to Rayo? It was as if they forgot that the season has started.
I'll congratulate ATM on their victory tonight but we shouldn't forget that they can never be as impressive as they were tonight, something I never saw Diego Simeone do has happened.
With this performance I believe clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona won't be that hard to defeat in any encounter, I just wish they should try as much as they can to keep Felix in that team at least till January. If he was around I think he'd have performed absolutely alright. This performance alone would build up enough momentum in the next game for the Atletico Madrid side.

The Saudi side are really using money to tempt players, Liverpool are not ready to let go of Mo Salah. With the Saudi club splashing £150m for Salah, I mean that's a lot of money to do good business... I wonder why Liverpool hasn't grab that offer after all he only has 2 years on his contract and he's not even that sharp as of before. I don't blame Liverpool because they've already let go up to 5 players if not more.
Should Salah join the Saudi club? To me he should because I don't see any club signing Salah up to £30m from next year... Liverpool need to act up now or lose such offer.
