Northport is not a new team lol.

They just have a rebranded their team's name.
*Facepalm Yeah you're right mate, my bad Grin. I forgot that they were former Globalport and Columbian Dyip was former Kia. I'm really not getting used to those teams which have not so familiar players that's why I sometimes thought they're new Grin.

96 - 90, RoS won. That was an exciting close match Smiley. Damn, a turnover by Dyip at last 33 secs. of their game snatch their hope to win or to at least extend for an OT. Better luck next time Perez lol.
1502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: September 22, 2019, 06:48:54 AM
I don't think that he is hungry for fame and money. He has earned a lot of money during his peak years and it may not be one if the important factors for him.
No mate, what I only mean is he continue to aim higher despite of all the big accomplishments he attained. For me he remains hungry for victory in a sense that he still act like the underdog in his every match. We can see that Game Face On attitude was always there, he never underestimates his opponent whether they got big names or not. He is not the typical king we hear in fairytales but a true warrior instead Smiley.
1503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: September 22, 2019, 04:23:37 AM
And besides they are both have good in life now, just like Paquiao, aside from that He has a a lot of big businesses which he built, He was also a public local officials now in the government as a Senator to his country.
It's okay for me if Manny finally retire on his boxing career because he's not getting younger anymore which is I guess a valid reason and besides he already prove a lot — future Hall of Famer in the making. But I can't really understand why he  continue his journey; he now got a lot of money, fame and power yet it seems he's still hungry for more. Well, maybe his passion never fades that's why. So I guess we can't do anything regarding this issue, if he wanted to fight as long as Roberto Duran did then we can't make him stop Grin.
1504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II on: September 21, 2019, 11:47:26 AM
He really SHOULD because he already learned a lesson from such bad experience and committing it once again is stupidity. If this rematch will happen then better for him to treat Ruiz as as his biggest threat of his career for him to stay focus at all times. He should fight him like the way he fight Klitschko — game face on!

I don't see any fix he cannot go toe to toe he can only do hit and run, he cannot slug with Ruiz or he will be in a big trouble for the rest of the fight
Indeed, he must dash in - punch - dash out since he has a long reach. Staying close to a shorter opponent is a bad move so I think he what he can do in certain instances is to clinch. It sounds being p*ssy but that was a clean strategy after all Cheesy.

Regarding calls, there are a lot of questionable calls in the NBA, we just have to get used to it because this organization can also rig games but that's hard to prove, it's just up to us to decide based on what we see.
You mean PBA? Or you just made a wrong reply?
This looks like a very similar trend in the past conference where the weak teams usually win in the beginning of the conference but they will fail during the elimination round, hopefully this season will be different.
LMFAO! You're right mate, I noticed the same thing. These new teams seems very strong in the beginning since they are leading on the standings (my best example is Northport last conference Grin) but they are collapsing during the higher rounds. So in the end, we see same teams in the quarter finals such as SMB, Ginebra and Magnolia. Probably it happens because of lack of experience compare to those veteran teams. They tend to feel more pressure and still not used to handle crucial situations that's why they fall down. Anyway, they have a good start so far. If they want to us to believe in them then they should step up and prove their worth Smiley.
1506  Local / Pamilihan / Re: ABRA.COM add money at 7/11 stores NATIONWIDE. on: September 20, 2019, 01:52:26 PM
Good news but I strongly feel na konti lang ang lubos na makikinabang sa balitang ito dahil una sa lahat ay alam naman natin na dominated ni coins.ph ang field of digital wallets at pangalawa mas konti ang gumagamit ng Legacy address compare to Segwit (IMO). Huwag na tayo lumayo, kagaya na lamang dito sa forum, ang usual na nirerequired ng mga campaign managers for sending payments ay wallet with Segwit address. Nonetheless, an adoption is an adoption even how small it is. Makakatulong pa rin ito ng malaki sa pagpapalaganap ng crypto dito sa ating bansa Smiley.
1507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Philippine Basketball Association Discussion on: September 20, 2019, 10:55:04 AM
110 - 117, Columbian Dyip win. What a nearmiss for Alaska! I thought they still have a chance for winning but unfortunately Tratter miss his 2 frew throw shots making their team even farther from victory. Props for them for not surrendering until the clock stops, what a good attitude Smiley.

I hope Baclao will recover soon. I am not actually sure what injury he got but if we will base on his body language then probably it was on his right knee. Maybe a dislocation? What do you guys think? Anyway, one thing is for sure, Cahilig had a clear block — it is not an unsportsmanlike foul.
1508  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [NEWS] Online gambling contributes P551 billion to Philippine economy yearly on: September 20, 2019, 04:52:18 AM

1509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] KSI vs Logan Paul 2 on: September 20, 2019, 12:58:24 AM
WTF! Are they even serious for this? I mean, I think one is enough and two is too many. They should not fight once again mainly because they're not pro, it could be dangerous for both of them whatever you'll say. Yeah! I know they have a thing which needs to be settled (since their last match was a draw) but much better if they'll do it now in legal manner. Enough for this public stunt, they should starting to talk each other — man to man — because violence to resolve a problem is not the right solution at all.
1510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lets think Bitcoin as an investment not payment system, is this right? on: September 19, 2019, 12:50:00 PM
- In accordance to what Bobby Lee said, it is indeed that China thought of bitcoin as an investment.
Nah, that's not a new thing to be honest. Most of us (I'm not and exemption for this), maybe even 99.9% of us here, also treat bitcoin as form of investment by playing its volatility and not by its true purpose. I do't know if it is a thing we should be proud of because for me it seems we are shifting from Satoshi's vision. Well, I hope this kind of mindset is only for now. I hope it will change sooner or later when the world almost fully adopt the use of crypto. Don't get me wrong, I like how I earn through btc but much better if it will be mainly used for having better transactions, right? Smiley
1511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty talkies on: September 19, 2019, 10:11:04 AM
I think you did a very huge mistake there. That's the reason why I never tried joining bounties even once — I am not a daytrader. For me it is not advisable to hodl new tokens for a long time nowadays because investors are more into fast money where ICOs are the best gateway for it. What happens usually is that they hoard coins during its crowdsale and when that particular coin finally enlisted in an exchange then that's the best time to exit. In short, "pump and dump"; they don't care about its vision and potential in the future because what matters the most is money.

I hope you already learned a lesson from that bad experience. If I were you, I'll focus first into more stable coins such as btc and eth before going into shitcoins, new altcoins I mean Grin.
Same as mb8coin,anybody?
MB8coin? Does it run a sig campaign? I think I've also joined it long time ago AFAIR.

Marami akong natutunan dito sa kakabasa ko ng iba't ibang post sa bawat board. Nung nag uumpisa pa lang ako 3 yrs ago, natutunan ko lahat about bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency. Kung anong benefits nito sa atin. Hanggang sa matuto akong mag trading at ngayon i'm working sa iba't ibang crypto company as their community manager and marketing manager.
Wow kabayan! Talaga palang ang layo na ng narating mo here inside the crypto sphere. Though Full Member lang ang rank mo, I'm preety sure na mas marami ka pang alam sa amin when it comes to crypto. Totoo pala ang kasabihang "Don't judge a book by its cover" Shocked. I hope makapag share ka naman dito ng mga knowledge (from simplest to most complex) na natutunan mo, it would be much appreciated.
1513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 19, 2019, 03:02:19 AM
What are your predictions for fight Robert Whittaker vs Israel Adesanya ?

And where do you bet for UFC MMA?
I saw betmatch.io but I don't know how credible it is...
Oh! You made me visit Google for this one Cheesy I'm surprised for knowing that it will happen very soon. I'm so excited to watch this unification bout and see who is the real GOAT of the Middleweight Division — only one will be reigned as a champion.

Hmm, in this fight, I'll go for the Last Stylebnder not only because he got the height and reach advantage against his opponent but mainly because of his fighting style. For me he is more verstaile than Robert (he will not be called Stylebender for no reason lol). Click here for more details.
1514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 💰 Summer Tokyo 2020 💰 Discussion and bet thread 💰 Summer Game on: September 18, 2019, 09:30:37 AM
Mascots for this time will Miraitowa & Someity and their Instagram profiles if you want to follow them, I'm pretty sure you can already buy them on their store!

So kawaii Cheesy! (Japanese of "cute"). I really appreciate how they put their anime culture in their mascot, look how pretty those eyes are Smiley. But what I'm really curious is about the whole story behind their mascot design, I wonder why it seems they are themed as racing flags? They are very awesome nonetheless.

I think Hidilyn Diaz also competing in the women's weightlifting category, she is one of our great hope to win our first Olympic gold medal
she is getting a lot of support which she really deserves, she gives a lot of honor, it's just ok that she asks for more support, which has become very controversy last year.
I really hope so because what I'm thinking right now is that she intended to refuse joining the Olympics because of her demand not being met. Well, if Philippines will only have a one entry then so be it at least there is someone out there who will raise our national flag.
1515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Cock Fighting on: September 18, 2019, 05:37:50 AM
Now it's up to the owner how he wants it to serve its purpose. But most likely, he'd prefer first to gain profit from it then fill his stomach afterwards. Grin
Actually it can do both as long as you win Grin. These fighting cocks can give you profit and a delicious meal as well. Have you ever heard the term "sambot"? It is somehow a tradition in cockfighting wherein you will pick the cock defeated by your own after the fight for absolutely free. But in the other hand, what a double misery if you lose lol.
1516  Economy / Economics / Re: The Bitcoin Giveaway Project on: September 18, 2019, 03:20:57 AM
[snip]

I lurk on social media and mixed martial arts / anime forums. There are a few people I follow who I know have zero experience or knowledge of crypto.
Hands up! You really have a nice advocacy Smiley. But there's something which bothers me, what if the lucky receiver you picked made a conversation to his other friend which is also a btc investor (assuming) about all this stuff and take advantage of it? I mean, his friend convince him to accept your free btc offer and then just easily gave it to him since he got nothing to lose because he is not interested to btc at the first place. I'm just worrying that what might happen in the end is that selfish and greedy people will got benefited by your good deed instead of the right people.

IMO, much better if you will start first in the circle of your friends simply because you personally know them. You can assure that such scenario won't happen. If all of your friends already knew about crypto then try your relatives, workmates or even friends of your friends Smiley.
1517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling just for fun? on: September 18, 2019, 02:06:15 AM
Most importantly have a good time, because that is why we give money.
Yes, we give the money to get pleasure in gambling, but we need to have control in ourselves, so we don't spend too much money to gamble. Perhaps, we can make a schedule on when we can gamble in a week so we can prevent the worst thing that might happen to us.
I don't recommend to gamble solely just for fun because it's impractical. I mean, are you not feeling regretful for wasting your money in casinos where in the first place you can find the same hype in more reasonable things/places? Whether you are super rich or most especially just an average person, you should think twice. Always spend with a right purpose Smiley. If you really want some excitement then play video games because it's cheaper than casinos tho or unbox mystery boxes to at least got some cool stuff at the end Grin.
1518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of gamblers are rich or poor? on: September 17, 2019, 09:09:23 AM
There's no exemptions when it comes to financial status. Whether you are rich, average or poor you can gamble. Is it possible for a poor to gamble? Yes it is (I know some who just bet on cockfights for sustaining his needs)! As long as he is willing and got a money to bet. Usually, this kind of people are the ones who gamble for a living — the ones who didn't finish college and jobless at the same time. They tend to engage on such thing simply because they are uncompetitive to qualify for a certain job due to lack of knowledge of course. They don't have any choice but to push their luck in gambling since it doesn't require any diploma unlike entering a job.

So, what do you think on most gamblers now? Are the majority gamblers are rich or poor?
If you mean those players during and after gambling then I might say most of them are poor now or at least didn't make any profit at all. The number of gambling losers is greater than the number of winners, we all know it's a fact even without showing statistics.
HOW TO KNOW IF A PERSON IS POOR/RICH?
 - Now, it's now on you how you will judge a person if they are rich or poor, we have different criteria on how we judge/look on poor/rich people.
There are "social climbers" or people who dress and act like a rich kid but poor in reality and there are also "low key billionaires" like Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates Hmm, it's really very hard to determine 'til you see their bank accounts Grin.
1519  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the global currency cannot be 100% internet based and if we will have one on: September 17, 2019, 06:02:21 AM
I think that in the coming time, even thinking about the global currency makes no sense. No one country does not recognize the global currency. Here's a bitcoin example of a global currency that is used around the world and how states respond to it — in a word, a ban and not recognized.
I doesn't make any sense because of its hindrances but once it was all properly addressed then cryptocurrency could be the biggest and greatest change will happen to humanity. However, it so frustrating to think that world adoption have a very big chance that not gonna happen at all. Like what've you said, the concept of global currency wasn't well recognized. We are all living based on the standards within our boundaries, there's no unity.
1520  Other / Serious discussion / Re: We are all $laves on: September 17, 2019, 04:15:09 AM

Nope, not everyone has that in america. For starters, there are 2 million people in prisons and nearly 6 on other similar legal situation. No cars for them.

There are 50 million people living in poverty in the USA.
Well, US may still considered lucky compare to us living in third world. Fifty million in US alone? That's not the worst, how about 63.2% of Philippines' population living under $5.5 per day (as of 2015)? Though I'm not experiencing a total poverty, I can feel their suffering. For me the definition of "poor" in US was very different here, it is more severe. If few bucks there can already buy you a decent meal then here it is already the money which a poor man can only earn to sustain the daily needs of his family for this whole day.
You can make a country look very advanced and nice if you ignore everything that is not right and everyone who has been dumped off the system.
So true. One of the best examples I can show is Makati ~ The Financial Capital of the Philippines.

Sounds promising huh but in reality there's a sad truth behind these buildings which we can't deny,
