1501  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which 3 exchanges would you recommend? on: December 17, 2019, 11:15:54 PM
I like Binance, IDEX and Cobinhood over your suggested exchanges because Binance holds a significant amount of real volume for each available coin there, I am a die-hard fan of ETH based tokens and like to trade them as selective tokens have some future potential, Cobinhood was my all time favorite because of their 0-fee structure but I am not using it right now.
1502  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What are investors looking for before investing in a crypto project these days? on: December 17, 2019, 11:02:11 PM
Not a lot of praise is needed to convince an investor if the project has something that can make them believe in it. I think that for the success of any project, the team behind it is responsible at all costs so the transparency and their real identities matter. It would just turn grey for an investor if any of these team investors or devs decide to abandon the project some day for any reason. I had some investments in AMP 'Hyperspace' project which stopped working totally making us lose a lot, and it is not money that we lose alone but trust.
1503  Economy / Speculation / Re: LONGS on BITFINEX going PARABOLIC on: December 17, 2019, 07:38:23 PM
Frontloading the halving? The kinds of guys that play the futures market surely look longer ahead than the retail guys?

Possibly but we going down right now it looks like some other whale is trying to bust that guy who has been longing.

If he gets liquidated it will be ugly. Otherwise, moontime.

I don't think this could be a guy alone but lots of people are involved in these longs. It is quite good for the longs' charts to be in green after a long time of see-saw games that were being played by traders. I wish BTC the best of our luck and want it to see going 'to da moon'. Yeah com'on peeps, that's one more good reason to celebrate the 'to da moon' talks, where are my fellowmen?  Grin
1504  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: There is a chance of getting merit for Newbie's only [3 sMerit Available] on: December 17, 2019, 04:44:33 PM
A newbie creating a merit giveaway to another newbies is very unusual. Sorry for the term but I am just concern to what other people can say to what you are doing. There is a great tendency that you will be accused of merit begging in a form of a merit giveaway. I cannot blame the happiness that you feel but it is too early to celebrate it just yet.

3 smerit is only a small amount, you can just search quality posts passively when you are roaming around the forum.

Even I came ahead into giving away all my merits once, after getting some earned and some already in my bag as airdropped merits. It is their wish to keep the merits they got as a donation, or to give them away to other newbies. I am also not happy with what OP is doing here because, even if they want to do good, they should have waited at least till they have got a status on the community with probably higher number of merits, so not just merit is set as the main element here but OP will set an example through their work that newbies can earn with their efforts so no need to beg.
1505  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why didn't Bakkt launch bring $25000 on the table? on: December 17, 2019, 11:05:02 AM
And after the launch of Bakkt, BTC spiked to $13400 too. Should the credits be given to that only? Or it had nothing to do with Bakkt and had other causes involved?

I had high hopes because I bought at $13500 when it sparked high during 2018 beginning and I was waiting for the right time to sell it for my real life problems. Though the investment was not so healthy, I sold it at $12800 this year and decided not to believe any shit news like this Bakkt one in the future. A lesson learnt through this trade.
1506  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Recommend trading strategies sites on: December 16, 2019, 11:58:29 PM
http://investing.com/ is now the main place I go to instead of paying full attention to tradingview only for the charts. I can get almost all the basic things involved in the investing.com free tier package like 3 indicators on a chart at a time, can open multiple tabs simultaneously at a time and have Fibonacci setup on the chart which I look as a major supplement for traders like us who need support and resistance levels with us every time we trade.
1507  Economy / Speculation / Why didn't Bakkt launch bring $25000 on the table? on: December 16, 2019, 11:50:18 PM
We all had high hopes since the time we knew that a major stocks trading provider was set to launch this Bakkt since it was going to bring big buyers and 'institutional investors' to the table. There is no doubt that Bakkt had been setting records one by one after its launch and had brought Bitcoin a greater volume in Future trading. But, was that enough? What happened after the launch and why couldn't Bakkt deliver what we were expecting highly from it? The rise in price of Bitcoin? Didn't you think it the way I did? What could be the reason for this continuous decline that BTC is facing?
1508  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin going to $9200? on: December 16, 2019, 11:29:53 PM
Bitcoin had been following a pattern set by some bots playing it exactly as the big guys want it to. The $6500, $7000, $7350, $8200, $9540 and $10012 are some of the major S&R levels to watch for. I don't mind speculating but don't believe in them any better because what is meant to meet in shots, is met with assurance and the levels are required to be touched to complete the legs the bots are programmed for. Although I see Bitcoin to touch $6000 and may be lower once again, I do not see longs getting done with their part yet, so you can expect them to take BTC above $10000 again.
1509  Other / Meta / Re: Post count issues going in forum? on: December 16, 2019, 08:26:00 PM
Nearly a week ago, one of my posts was deleted and I noticed the post count decrease but only received the deletion message 2 days later.

The problem I faced here was that I did not get a deletion message of those 2 'or 3' posts from the thread 'TOTHEMOON' which moved to the trash can. And then the post count.

@theymos, when are you going to do a recount? Is the interval between recounts more than a year each time?
1510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin save U.S. from its rising national debt? on: December 16, 2019, 08:05:05 PM
Bitcoin is totally different and it never going to solution for us us debt raising maybe the US people can use bitcoin and invest their in bitcoins.
The US national debt for the first time passed $22 trillion a big scary number but still under control.

So what do you expect in numbers for US national debt to look out of control? The situation demands action here and crypto can only help if they want to dump their fiat under the grave of their exhausted economy and take a leap from their traditional systems which have ruined everything. Stop taking loans to eat out, throw parties to your friends, gfs or whatever the heck and start repaying them. If the quota that is living on debts completely, starts repaying at least 10% of their debts each year, I see US getting back on tracks again in just 2 decades. Why buy when you can't repay? This should be asked to the people who take loans but don't have the power to repay. Similarly, I have seen more unsecured loans than secured loans, with minimal docs. These loans, when defaulted, are shown as bankruptcy to keep themselves safe.
1511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 100% FREE 100% guaranteed gambling strategy 100% no-loss ever on: December 16, 2019, 07:50:48 PM
It's not like you will always lose, you were right that even if the targets are met, some people don't stop right there and taking their luck for granted, they just keep going and then they lose. It is not about why are they not willing to learn, but why are they not willing to accept these losses and move on. Stop by is the only remedy you should apply after losing a significant amount of money and time behind a game which you know, is stealing your everything. Then the worst tablet a loser gets after losing more and more, is about recovering all that loss through gambling more by taking debts. This puts the gambler in a very paradoxical scenario where they lose their power of mind completely to decide what is wrong and what isn't.
1512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use betting tips? on: December 16, 2019, 07:07:34 PM
I had been following Joca on telegram via his free sport predictions and I think my decision is fair. But for a tipster to be of my level, I want them to show their losses too instead of just wins. I am not too much influenced by tipsters that I would just throw away my money on each bet they make, but I decide which ones should I bet on, based on my experience with the given bet types.
1513  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betroar.io – Try Bit Brawlers! 💰 UPDATE 11/26: .001 BTC Airdrops Extended! 💰 on: December 15, 2019, 07:35:48 PM
They are still new, they said themselves they still have to fix many things and they are giving out free cash to check things out while doing best they can - why are you guys complaining? Honestly... You get something for free and even then complain...

They will not get to know the bugs so easily, and criticism is one another way and also a major part which could lead them to greater heights of success in near future if they manage to deal with these complains. I have seen them very calmly and professionally dealing with many hot-minded people boasting off fires on their face but this 35 fake accounts' owner, wow!
1514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin save U.S. from its rising national debt? on: December 15, 2019, 06:45:47 PM
...snip...

how would it fix the national debt? the article doesn't really say. the author just hypes up bitcoin's scarcity and suggests the price will rise. are we talking about scrapping the USD for bitcoin? backing the USD with bitcoin? the treasury holding bitcoin reserves as a hedge?

Neither of all three ways could help out because bitcoin is too scarce in number that if US takes over all of the BTC under their authority, they'd lose it to themselves as the chance of price rising will get to nowhere as it will all be centralized then and no one out of US will take interest in buying it for their wanted prices.

If they don't get all the BTC, they can only accumulate and wait for BTC to play by millions of USD per BTC for them to get even 0.1% of their debts to be cleared off. Nothing is being done by Trump's part actually to play any good in the books of debts reduction.
1515  Other / Meta / Re: Post count issues going in forum? on: December 15, 2019, 06:35:51 PM
I don't know if that explains your problem, but I see 3 of your recent messages (December 13th) in the trashcan. All 3 are from the topic:"TO THE MOON GAME | A Game Uniting Trading & Gambling" (topic id : 5208815).

Thank you for reminding me of the thread I was looking for.
I told about this earlier that I made 2 posts (didn't knew it was 3), but why did the post number not update yet? Did I face off with a bug here and is it for the first time? I think I should get a bounty here for reporting this.  Tongue
1516  Other / Meta / Re: Post count issues going in forum? on: December 15, 2019, 04:07:37 PM
Maybe you posted something in thread which has been moved to "trash can"? Technically your post still exist but it is in section you can't see, that would explain wrong numbers.

Has it ever happened before? I am still seeing the number higher there, or may be my posts are missing? I think I made 2 posts in one thread 'the same one', so if that thread goes to 'trash can't, my posts will also be gone. But why didn't the number got updated here? Do admins or mods need to see into this issue? I mean is it serious?
I think that if moderators join in, I can get the answer I am looking for.
1517  Other / Meta / Re: Post count issues going in forum? on: December 15, 2019, 02:49:13 PM
...snip...

Probably, you did not get my point there.  Grin
Before diving into a topic, you should carefully read the matter inside, dear.
I wrote about my post number:
According to my post history, my application was made on Dec 4, 2019
The posts were 2246 including the application post, READ CAREFULLY.  Shocked
After this post, my post count will be 2259.

2259 - 2246 = 13 posts and 2246 was my application post number. Now, check my post history.
The application post has shifted to #12, but it should be at #14 based on the difference. So, 2 posts are missing in between. This is what I'm not getting here.

I guess he is referring to something else. After his application to the signature campaign, he made 10 posts. When he applied the post count was 2246, since he made 10 posts, his post count would be 2256 or less (if he got some post deleted) but his post count is higher than expectation.
I guess it is a bug from the forum or some of your deleted post has been recovered by moderator/admin.

Exactly this.
1518  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betroar.io – Try Bit Brawlers! 💰 UPDATE 11/26: .001 BTC Airdrops Extended! 💰 on: December 15, 2019, 02:40:52 PM
@bitbrawlers,

are you joking about new good grading system?

Hoffenheim   vs   Augsburg   Dec 13, 2019   Soccer / Germany - Bundesliga   Total - Match   Over 4.5 @ 4.53   0.00004209   0.00019067   Dec 13, 2019   PENDING

How about more 36 hours+ to grade one of the greatest Europe league match?

P.s. of course support didn't answer.

I'd again repeat that their website is not scam, the problem they are facing is with the development. Their developer does not seem to be so quick in getting the bugs in the system and after knowing about them from the community, he doesn't seem quick to come with a solution. Their dev needs to get his nerves red because it is already launched and live now, so you (@bitbrawlers and team) cannot just experiment on us for a very long time and get things going asap.
1519  Other / Meta / Post count issues going in forum? on: December 15, 2019, 02:22:53 PM
Your bitcointalk profile link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=153776
Your current posts count (including this one): 2246
Amounts of merits that you earned in the last 120 days: 24
Your correct BTC Address: bc1ql4gn6r75sydqwe99qz6nc44mvkzcfc4hqwqn3y

I know this is an application and has nothing to do with this thread, but it can work as a proof here.

Including that application post, my post count was 2246
During first week of my participation in this campaign, I could only make 4 posts which tallied to 2250 (check the sheet here)

Now, I made around 7 posts this week totalling it to 2257 but 1 of my posts got deleted and my post count is now 2256 (after this post, 2257 again) but if you check my post history, scrolling down to this application, you will see that this application is on #9 (will be on #10 after this post) but according to my post number, I should have 6 posts this week instead of 4 posts based on my post count number. I don't know which 2 of my posts are missing for this week but I think there is some issue with either the number of posts the forum is showing or my posts are missing. Are you facing the same problem?
1520  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for someone from the UK to help us with a project on: December 14, 2019, 11:28:36 PM
@Parodium is your guy if you are serious about getting your work done in the UK as he is located there. We had a chat regarding a loan so I know that he lives in UK.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1162397
The link above is his profile on Bitcointalk.

P.S.: Don't mess with him if you are not so serious with the job you are giving and the payment, you will need to negotiate with that guy as far as I know him.
