I just saw a news on youtube that someone won the $1,080 Billion jackpot prize on the Powerball lotto in the US. Well FC Chelsea was buying players like crazy during the winter transfer period of the last season. After that crazy shopping trip they had way to much players in their squad and it was obvious that they had to sell a few of their players in order to get the head count of their players back to a reasonable amount. I think it really is sad for the fans of FC Chelsea that they are not selling players that did not play that big of a role anyway but instead they are selling very crucial players like Havertz and Mason Mount. So looking at the huge transfer activity of FC Chelsea in the last 8 months or so i have to say that i don't really see the squad stronger now than before.
When something changes in a team of about 25 people, the stability is not the same. It is not like there are 10,000 players where someone new has to be intigrated, this change would be easy. But at Chelsea, over 20 new players were brought in the last season, so they changed the whole team. This must be understood that such a team must play a time together to win against the best teams in the world. That they now sell so many players again, I think they will not help. It will take time for the team to form and win many games.
