Does anyone know how much time it usually takes for mods to reply to my message or unlock my account?
I'm in this Signature campaign and I need 5 posts to receive the reward.
No one knows. Usually it takes weeks even months. All you can do is keep bumping this post every after 24 hours and patiently wait. Good luck.

1585  Other / Meta / (Latest): List of posts worth receiving merits on: July 09, 2018, 06:48:10 PM
Disclaimer
My focus is on helping newbies to Hero members who need merits to rank up. Legendary - by default your posts are well constructed (not joke but truth in most cases. Not bringing your link here does not mean that I ignored your posts. Most of the time I find the most values from your posts tbh. I hope it's understandable). Screw it (!) the rank does not matter. I tried try to stay unbiased, no priority for the post which I agree/like. Also, please don't give me merit on this thread. I don't want to be the part of any controversy. I am happy about my other posts which are enough to receive merits.

I spend almost whole day on the forum. I read, write, learn, help others, start unnecessary fights when I get annoyed, fighting against abusers/spammers, offering small services for the community etc. Bottom line - I am a very active member, trying to improve the forum experience for the community. Here is a reference to support my claim:

I started on December 14th 2017, started with 0 merits and became a full member (so far) only few weeks ago. My forum logged time is over 40 days and 20 hours while I am composing this topic. That's quite high ratio for anyone I believe.

Anyway, let's get to the point. Member like me stumble upon a lot of posts which are merit worthy. But since I do not have enough sMerits (in most cases 0), I can not do anything. And those merit worthy posts get unnoticed for good. I was observing the recent invention of Jet Cash. Wonderful idea however I was missing something and I was not sure about it (missing) too. As a result, I did not make any suggestion yet. Besides, I am not a merit source or a member with lots of sMerits, so - I do not actually know which shoes they have on their foot. After reading LoyceV - I realized what I was missing. I am having same feeling (mix reaction) for theymos's latest topic as well. So, I have not yet made any input there.

Let's get back to the merit worthy posts. Since, I stumble upon to a lot of good posts everyday and fail to merit them all the time - I feel a bit injustice for them. I am not talking about those repetitive posts like how to add image/how to do this/how to do that etc type posts. I am also not talking about only the very high quality/top-notch type posts too. I am talking about posts which are just good enough and above. Or a post which is very average but to the point. Of course the variables for justifying a post for me and yours will have deference. I may think a post is very high quality but you may find it very average. The variables are relative but I think in most cases - it is not too hard to be on the same page.

On this topic, I will make a list (will update constantly - replacing the old sets with the new sets) of post those worth receiving merit. If you have available sMerits and/or if you are a merit source looking for good posts to spend your sMerits then feel free to merit the posts from the list. If anyone wants to help me finding good posts then you are welcome to post in the comment section. Remember one thing - do not post your own posts and ask for review. This is not a merit review topic. This topic is more like helping the merit sources to spend their source merits and members who have enough sMerits to spend but can not find posts to merit.

PS: I know we had a topic with the same idea and I had negative stand for it but later I realized the idea IS actually good. This can help members who are constantly looking for merit worthy posts and finding it hard to spend their sMerits. Well-done DireWolfM14

I think you're nuts Tongue

consider a 2-out-of-3 multisig: OP holds 1 key, and 2 escrows each hold one too. That way, 2 out of 3 parties can always make a transaction.
Can you enlighten me a bit. Feel free to PM me with any source you have. This seems a now lesson for me.
Never mind. I got the idea from Google  Smiley

So you're not interested in running the bounty but are interested in holding the $100k?
I do not actually understand what will be the job for the bounty manager here so thought to avoid it. Holding the amount was easy part so I picked that. Other than that I had nothing in mind.

Quote
You don't even meet the criteria in the op so I'm not sure why you're applying. I'm sure lots of people would put their 'entire' career here on the line for 100k+.
True but I thought the OP would make the call since this is not a listing where I am offering escrow service.

By the way thanks hilariousandco for your input. I better withdraw my interest. I really don't want any trouble for me.

If you change password by secrete question there is chance to block. But if you recover password by email, you shouldn't ban.
Not chance, you WILL be locked ==> [Solved]: Removing Secret Question already with an answer.

You may try using the email address however I am not sure. I have my password saved in a NotePad file since the first day.

manage the corresponding bounty.
I hope you are not asking the escrower to manage your bounty. If the answer is - no, you are not asking then the rest of the of the contents of this post are valid or you can ignore the rest.

I am really not sure how the community will react on this thread since I am not near to a legendary or above, not very long with this community and never worked as an escrow before however I will give it a try and I will hope that community will see it as a fair interest since I am attaching my entire career and reputation with it.

So, here I am showing interest to act as an escrow for your bounty. The reason I want you to feel comfortable with me is - on the forum my identity is fairly open. I am not much anonymous. My Facebook, LinkedIn, business website everything has been bought publicly. There was a manipulated biased investigation (backup screenshots #1, #2 and #3 ) against me by a member because I made him upset for merit abusing. So, he started to troll me everywhere and ended up doing all sorts of investigations just to humiliate me in the community. In the process he basically pulled almost everything about me on his investigation topic. So my identity is fairly open. Anything unpleasant from me will ruin my career and the reputation I have earned in the community which I won't let it happen.

Let me know what do you think? It does not matter if this is a successful application (sort of) or not - either way I am fine. This is a huge experiment from me even to post this thread in here.

That post in only a couple months old, it probably won't be accepted as proof.
The address looks legit, it hasn't been changed. Have a look on my last post. I have undated it with the spreadsheet of the bounty and screenshot.
