What do you guys think about URO?

Will the price recover?  (like last time?)
Cos it is quiet cheap right now.
I don't think anyone can really predict the actual price movement without mistakes. As an investors, we consider all the associated factors and made the decision. We bear the loss or get the profit.
1582  Economy / Lending / Re: need .05 loan on: March 04, 2015, 07:55:28 AM
check your account 12R9SPJBoiXmJiQ23HwM38gEWoBZ6FWk31, you have 2.2644081 BTC in the balance (https://blockchain.info/address/12R9SPJBoiXmJiQ23HwM38gEWoBZ6FWk31) . Why do you still bother to take just .05 BTC loan. I am just curious, can you explain that?
TBH, I think the point of this thread is to increase his post count :/

He claims that he is short on funds to buy something, however this is likely no longer the case with the recent price appreciation of bitcoin.

that address is from exchange.. so i dont own exactly the amount displayed in that wallet.. if you can notice, there is no outgoing payment from that wallet yet Smiley
none sense at all. You request a loan, still provide the same address to receive the loan and will withdraw from that address for your spending.  You have fund in the exchange, but you cant withdraw! Does it make any sense? If I am wrong, any one can correct me!

as i said in my previous post, i dont own the funds in the wallet that you can view in the blockchain.. all you can see is all the IN coins and no OUT coins.. check the address age i think its almost half year old and you i think i dont even send a single satoshi? the exchange will use the funds in my address whenever they want but i dont have access to that so i really dont own the funds inside.. hope you get i mean..
You use the same address (12R9SPJBoiXmJiQ23HwM38gEWoBZ6FWk31) for the loan, are you going to withdraw BTC there for paying something?
1583  Economy / Lending / Re: Outstanding loan message on: March 03, 2015, 01:45:12 PM
But many lenders don't usually state the outstanding loan in the loanees' trust! After checking loanees' trust, they search the forum with the loanees' name and their posting history as well to see if there are any suspicious activities related with them!
1584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Will you use InstantDEX? on: March 03, 2015, 09:35:21 AM
Yes, off course. get fed up with the centralized exchanges.
1585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: LTCgear.com, the best scrypt/scrypt n/X11 cloud mining service, Not paying!!! on: March 03, 2015, 03:01:37 AM
There is another scam. The FriedCat claims the 3.546PH AMHash's hashrates have disappeared and the hardware was robbed by its partner of mining farm. What a funny story! Have you ever heard the mining rigs was missing from the mining farm?
1586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized Inventory Management on: March 02, 2015, 01:38:23 PM
Good idea! Even the company can take the advantage of crypto concept! It will eliminate a lot of redundant process and unnecessary cost.
1587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people should get rich and how much is rich? on: March 02, 2015, 11:59:38 AM
We know there are only a few ppl sitting on large amount of bitcoin and being super rich in bitcoin. They are luck enough to get involved in it early. But most of bitcoin holders are just hoping to get rich in one night. It is impossible now. We need true believers who can hold, spend them and help improve its ecosystem. Probably one day we will find it worth the contributed time and money.
1588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GWAPEX Flyers and Divers on: March 02, 2015, 11:16:02 AM

1589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 Worst Altcoin Name on: March 02, 2015, 11:10:28 AM
It is not the question of the name, but the dev behind that crappy altcoins. If the dev just pump and dump the created crappy coin, the price of it will plummet instantly once ppl realize the facts.
1590  Other / Meta / Re: Looks like somebody(s) goin' through trouble of created 1000s new accounts here. on: February 27, 2015, 06:54:13 AM
This has already been discussed: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=940491.0

Thanks, bud, with apologies.

I'm lookin' at over 30K new nonactive members created since Jan. 23, 2015.

I say somebody is getting paid to hand-create these accounts, possibly at slave labor pricing.
Maybe amazon mechanical turk?

>what is automation?
using bot to create a account without intervention. These accounts are for some unaccepted purposes which should be prevented, such as for sale, advertisement, spamming etc.
1592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is a solution without a problem? on: February 27, 2015, 06:33:41 AM
99% of the time that's what I hear from 'average' people:

"Why should I use Bitcoin when I have a credit card and Paypal?

"Why should I use PayPal when I have a credit card?
the masses are getting numb to face those kind of problems credit card and Paypal bring to them! When innovative technology comes out and revolutionizes the way of doing the same thing, they intuitively choose to resist the changes. As time goes, the average Joe will realize the true and adopt it.

1596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: $30,000 raised in proposed BTER recapitalization / profit sharing coin ICO on: February 22, 2015, 03:08:29 PM
It's back up for Withdrawals but check your altcoin balances as the altcoins I had of value were emptied out of my account and are now gone so nothing left to withdrawal.

Seems much more than just the BTC was emptied out of user accounts.  That's probably what they have been doing these many days.  One by one stealing the funds.
not really! Bter website is running up again and use, cny and NXT balance is shown up but the withdrawal has being delayed. I think they are working on this. They are transparent with each move and promised to phase the withdrawal of all the altcoins. They even consider selling out their domain name to repay the customers.
1597  Local / 跳蚤市场 / Re: Which is your preferred Exchange? Please vote. on: February 22, 2015, 02:43:02 PM
是啊,只要中心化的平台都有可能出现类似的情况,人都有可能犯错,损失或者失误随时都有可能出现
1598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: And so it continues... on: February 20, 2015, 02:44:56 PM
Believe it or not these exchange hacks are for the betterment for Bitcoin and the community.

Like others in this thread have mentioned, this weeds out the bad actors/exchange operators, and leaves the more reputable and trustworthy ones.

Although the BTER, Cavirtex, Mycoin etc hacks are bad and left many without recourse, the overall sentiment was unphased and didn't crash the  BTC price at all.

BitStamp which had a really bad hack last month proved that it learned from the MtGox debacle, and insured that no customers would lose their stash, so we're starting to learn from the mistakes of the past.

Coinbase and Gemini, although regulated, should continue this trend of secure and trustworthy exchanges at the expense of some centralization and overseeing.  I personally think it's fine, because the currency itself is still decentralized, it's just the exchange itself and operators behind it are regulated.
probably you are basing on the third party of view! We are learning a hard lesson with the loss of our deposits in these crappy centralized exchanges!
1599  Economy / Economics / Re: another reason for the possible success of bitcoin - a broad historical view on: February 19, 2015, 01:41:40 PM
This theory is applicable to many historical evolvements. Based on this theory, crypto currency is the necessary tools in the future. But when and how it is applied in our real life is not known yet by anyone!
1600  Economy / Speculation / Re: The bears are losing their grip on: February 19, 2015, 01:15:40 PM
No one exactly knows the trend of the future. We need to wait for the breakout signal of upward moving. Or you are a true believer, and just buy up the cheap coins.
