1621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: December 01, 2021, 09:18:55 PM
Tron is stuck on where it is. It would surely not decrease much and would be bullish in overall but it's still not worth the investment for it as the growth is very slow. With the current fast paced age of Defis, tron seems to be a boring investment. They were pretty good with zero fees and fast transactions but they failed to tap on the defi boom even if they were one of the early adopter of Defis. One of the reason I presume caused its failure is the difficulty in making smart contracts works and lack of documentation comparing to Ethereum blockchain which is compatible to most of other side chains but not tron.
ADA had a very slow growth as well, it wasn't doing all that well and suddenly we have faced with how awesome it could be this year. I am not saying that Tron will do the same, but all I am saying is that something that had a very slow growth over a long course of period doesn't mean that it will stay that way neither. This is why I believe that we could still see something from Tron as well and I am not losing hope from it.

I have no investment to Tron at all and I am not going to invest to it neither, I do not believe that just being cheap and fast makes it special so I am not investing in it, hence why I understand others not investing into it as well. What I was defending here wasn't Tron exactly but the fact that something that has been stable for many years, doesn't need to stay that way forever neither, anything could have a sudden attack like ADA had.
1622  Economy / Economics / Re: Can civilization revert to a barter system on: December 01, 2021, 08:08:36 PM
Unless our civilization degrades to the primitive level, we will never come back to the system of barter. Such a system won't work in current economic conditions because (1) people are already aware of the existence of money, which means it would be stupid not to use more advanced technology, (2) even if humanity forgets for some reason there has been money, it will recreate it naturally because the most marketable good will emerge once again after humanity find out that indirect exchange is more convenient than a direct one. The other reason why we are unlikely to come back to the system of barter is the fact that there are already some specializations (services) that cannot be easily exchanged for goods. For example, you are a math teacher who wants to buy a car. In the system of barter, you would need to find a car seller who would like to learn math in exchange for a car. Doesn't it sound ridiculous? Money was created for reason.
It reminded me of the famous sentence "I do not know what world war 3 will be fought with, but the fourth one will be fought with sticks and stones". I mean humanity is capable of murdering everyone right now, isn't that a little bit scary? We are slowly doing it, boiling our world slowly and going to cause everyone to die in the future but it is so far off that our grandchildren will live to see that happen, which is why nobody cares unfortunately.

However, reality is that we are living in a world where we are having a bit of problem with nuclear war possibility as well. Not like it will happen right now, but we are "capable" of waging war and sending nukes to everywhere and kill everyone if we ever wanted to. This is the scary part, and if we ever create a war like that, or reach to a global warming level like that, then maybe barter system may happen.
1623  Economy / Economics / Re: Prospective retailer on: December 01, 2021, 03:54:45 PM
Sure that is very possible, it is nothing new at all, because I already know a lot of people that are doing this kind of business. They act as local exchangers and they buy bitcoin from people and also sell bitcoin to them when they want to sell.

I totally understand how the business works: if they are buying from you, they can say that they are $1 at $0.85, and that way when they are selling, if they decide to sell $1 for $1, they will be having a profit of $0.15, which is really cool, because when they have lots of customers and start buying and selling huge amounts in a day, the little profits will turn out to be huge amounts. Imagine they sell $1000 with of bitcoin, they will making up to $150, and $10,000 worth will be getting them a profit of up to $1500, and so on. So, it’s a really good business for anyone to do.
1624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: November 30, 2021, 09:26:43 PM
I do believe that these turns are definitely favoring Red Bull a lot, they have the power to underbreak and then still have the fast speed whenever they want to which is a great advantage in a track like this. But the straights are still there and Mercedes is bringing Hamiltons new engine with them as well. So, it is definitely going to be something very confusing for them, I can't say what is going to happen for sure but it looks like they are definitely going to be having a bit of a problem in the end.

What I really wonder right now is that if Hamilton actually manages to win this race, then what will be the last races situation and how teams will approach it. Like you can't bring in a brand new engine and get grid penalty and risk everything in that case,.. or could you? I mean what would the strategies with the second drivers will be like? It is really confusing and definitely whole lot of fun.
1625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best ways to invest money? on: November 30, 2021, 08:53:53 PM
Crypto itself is the best way to invest money if you ask me. However, if you are looking into what is the best way for investing into crypto, then bitcoin is the best way. Just buy and hold bitcoin and you are guaranteed to make profit in the long run. That is more than enough for me, you are usually making more than (way more than) what the inflation is in dollars, and for people like me where inflation is even worse and our fiat loses value against dollars that means we are making even more profit.

There is no reason to risk more and invest into smaller things if you do not want to, we are talking about "best" ways here and I believe bitcoin and maybe ETH are the best ways, nothing else would be considered best for me.
1626  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does someone use trading bots? on: November 30, 2021, 07:46:03 PM
I have used them for years and I can tell you that it is definitely a tricky situation to be involved in crypto bots. You are getting something that is the most magnificent "increaser" in the sense that whatever you do, that bot will increase it by 10x. Obviously there are simply just failed bots that never work properly, those are not the ones I am talking about. Usually a bot can increase what you can do by tenfold but that means you are going to be very very careful as well.

I have seen people who were bad traders and wanted to use a bot to make a profit automatically, the whole idea of "just sit back, relax and watch your profits grow" is not true at all, will never be true, in no bot at all. It is always the trader who needs to configure the bot correctly and perfectly, so if you are great then you will profit 10x more, if you are horrible, you will lose 10x more.
1627  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you make money day trading Bitcoin? on: November 30, 2021, 01:29:40 PM
It is all about knowing what to do, and of course it’s really going to take you time to understand what cryptocurrency trading is all about and how it works, and also how you should go about it , so that you will be making good enough profit. There are lots of traders around the world today who don’t have any other job apart from being day traders, and they are  living fine and paying their bills and taking care of their families without any problem period, so anyone can as well  do that, and all it takes is having proper knowledge and being hard working.

You have to understand that as a trader seeking knowledge continues at all times, you shouldn’t stop seeking for knowledge and knowing new things that are coming into the market. It’s going to really help you develop your skills.
1628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to buy BNB at the right time? on: November 29, 2021, 09:18:16 PM
I would say that BNB is not really a "right time" type of coin. For something like BNB every day is a great day to purchase. I hope that we could possibly see it above 1k and that would be a great milestone achieved for it. I know it is not the same logic, but I feel like 100k for bitcoin, 10k for eth, and 1k+ for bnb would be awesome. So far the easiest seems to be BNB at 1k+ because it looks like it could be done very easily. I can't guarantee the same for bitcoin and ETH, they both look like it is going to take some time but it is not impossible for them neither.

My portfolio will definitely look a lot better when all three reach those levels. However, I am not going to wait until they start to go up or anything before I start to invest into them, I already invested way before and I am still putting some more money into them because I believe they will reach those levels eventually. Remember, you should invest before it goes up, so that means you need to invest when they are low.
1629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 29, 2021, 08:49:32 PM
Sometimes unexpected results happen. I would say Napoli beating Lazio 4-0 was unexpected as well but not the win side, it was the goal difference that was unexpected, I still expected Napoli to win for sure. What we saw with Milan was the real shocking result, nobody expected them to lose but in football there is a saying "ball is round" and anything could happen.

So, I think 3 point difference is not a lot, it could be covered as soon as next week or maybe later so there is really no need for Milan to worry about just yet. However, they have a very old forward line so if this is more about fatigue and how they are getting worse and worse by the end (just like last year) then it is not going to be something simple for them. I think the defense wasn't as good as it should be this game so I do not blame offense here, but let's see how they will react to it next week.
1630  Economy / Economics / Re: China cracking down innovation on: November 28, 2021, 09:25:16 PM
I am as well not sure why they are fond of doing that. Maybe their communist party is afraid of people getting too much successful, because they feel that those people might one day reach the level that they won’t be able to stop them anymore, and as a result, it would lead to their downfall. So they are trying as much as possible to quench every fire. They don’t want to give their citizens too much of freedom so that nobody would be able to speak up against their rule.

Anyways, I think the people are just okay with living that way, because if not, then I believe they would have started speaking up and protesting for their rights. Although, I can’t really tell, it might be that people are just scared for their life, so they don’t want to speak up and have decided to stay mute. You might speak and there would be nobody to back you up, and you would just be on your own and suffer the consequences. We have seen how they always silenced those that tried to speak up against them.
1631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin investment on: November 28, 2021, 08:42:42 PM
NFT Tokens for short term investment, is suppose to be harder one to find out cause most of those value are so high. Buying those with current price could be result loss! even i haven’t go ahead with any NFT Tokens yet. Axie Infinity (AXS), The Sandbox (SAND) could be good but you should better to spend some time, check details & learn about those before buy.  Here is NFTs Tokens list, made by coinmarketcap.
Top Collectibles & NFTs Tokens
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Z99COgONYQ
Here is a 13 minute video that show you how you could start your own NFT collection. It is literally 13 minute long, you could do this in a day if you want to. As you can see from the end result it is very ugly, but you could pay someone to arrange those assets as good as it gets and it would be nice. However the fact is that NFT collection being simple is not solved.

This is why it is hard to find which one of them would be good. Some people spend thousands every day on each NFT collection hoping that at least one of them hits huge. If they are ever right, then they are making that money back and then some, and they lose out on all the other ones. So I assume that it is not going to be that easy but it is possible if you ask me.
1632  Economy / Economics / Re: 2.5 million US truckers say they'll quit over vaccine mandate on: November 28, 2021, 06:33:05 PM
I would say let them go, I am sure there will be people with vaccination who would LOVE to get paid that much. These truckers think that they could feel untouchable just because they are solving a problem? What are we going to do if all doctors said they are not getting vaccinated? What happens if all police force decided not to get vaccinated, what happens if all fast food workers declined it? Are we going to have none of them? Of course not, we are going to find a solution with the people who are willing to get vaccinated.

I am not really kind to anti-vaxxers, they could just become unemployed all I care, just get out if you do not want to get paid for doing your job with requirements which includes vaccination. I am not going to suddenly say "oh man, if truckers quit then I am finished, let them be the only type of work that doesn't require vaccination and KILL people", sorry but I rather starve them then accept their blackmail.

I have had it all. I have had a situation where I won not even a big amount, something like just 100 dollars and I ended up still getting a big red alert and KYC asked (not here, another casino), I also had a situation where I won much bigger amount and then I ended up with something that is like "you can win as much as possible and won't be asked KYC as long as you do not withdraw" and it stayed there for a while and only filled KYC when I wanted to withdraw.

So, it changes from place to place. Hopefully there is zero KYC in the future, but I do not see that happening anytime soon. More likely we will keep getting it asked so much that we will end up with forced KYC the moment we register.
1635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 02, 2021, 10:08:49 PM
With the attacking power, PSG have this season, I don't think Bordeaux will be able to hold them for the whole 90 minutes. Even though PSG doesn't have that much coordination upfront, they are still scoring because of the raw talent they have in their attacking players. So if PSG is able to defend them quite well, I don't think they will have any problem winning this one.
Bordeaux was a good team few seasons back, but now they are also struggling for staying in Ligue 1 with current form they have very hard time to stop PSG because even they are also struggling to do goals but still having some better results on other hand Bordeaux is going with mostly hard defense which is their tactics for some long time and works in as well but PSG attackers have some different view this can be tough match for visitors but still they have ability to do very good for win and having full points.

6 Draws and just 2 wins still giving them place near to relegation zone mean staying in danger, but they are not going to change their tactics is terrible for their team.
1636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't lose your profit unnecessarily on: November 02, 2021, 09:30:54 PM
As newbie I have not bothered about the profit that I have missed taking out just because that I believe another profit will fill up for me. I have been on this for some time but with my growing knowledge in the trading business, I now seeing it differently that the profit I didn't take was gone and another profit that got filled is a different profit entirely which means I may have been made more of profit in the account and lesser losses. Lately therefore I take profit as it comes and this has worked for my trading experience. It is not scalping if you see your profit going down the pit.
Nah bruh that’s not true. If you lose profit in the market and later the market price of that asset goes and you make profit again, it’s a recovery for you, it is that same profit you lost before that you have gotten back and that’s just it. For you saying that the profit you have made is something  different from what you have lost, that’s not true. And to give you an instance, let’s say that you have $200 and you invested it in bitcoin and then lost $50 and had only $150 left, that’s currently a loss for you at that moment.

Moreover, if eventually you happened to gain back that $50 after the market makes a move up, then you will have $200 back which is your initial investment. Then going forward, if you should make another profit, and let’s say you make extra $50 that makes it $250, then that’s a profit for you. Hope I’m clear enough on this.
1637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 02, 2021, 08:56:17 PM
Australia is known for rotating their players. So I guess it is possible that Bancroft may get an opportunity. But if they are looking towards the future, then there are younger players who deserve that spot. And as you mentioned, Khawaja can open with Warner as well. But Warner was in pathetic form during the last Ashes, and I am not sure whether Australia can count on him. His poor form was neutralized to an extent by Smith and Labuschagne, but this time it needs to be seen how the things work out for them.
Right now, situation is not good for Australia with their rotation policy giving chance to Bancroft or Khawaja they need to bring some better youngster from Sheffield Shield trophy because they have some good number of players those are performing better in this league, and they can do much better than these guys.

But, Khawaja already on top with good runs may be included even his record is not good in international games Warner spot is fixed but still some good need from him for having more faith from selectors he started some better in T20 world cup right now, but surely it's not going to count for the Ashes series. Mathew Wade probably may retain his test spot due to his wicket keeping options along with Tim Paine.
1638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 02, 2021, 08:26:15 PM
Completely one-sided match between Namibia and Pakistan. Target is 190 for Namibia and I will be surprised even if they manage to reach the half-point. Namibia started well actually, and Pakistan was 59/0 after 10 overs. But the next 10 overs went for 130 runs. Ruben Trumpelmann, who went for 2 runs from his first 2 overs conceded 34 runs from his next two overs. The Namibian captain looked completely clueless on how to contain the Pakistani batsmen. Even the experienced David Wiese could do very little against Babar and Rizwan.
The match is a win for Pakistan. However watching the match seems more interesting. Namibia have lost its second wicket at 55. Stephen Baard whose innings watchable came to an end with an unwanted runout. I'm expecting something good from Namibia. Myself expect atleast a score of 120runs end of 20 overs.
Right now, England and Pakistan both doing in same way giving no chance to any team for having some better chance or any difficulty yesterday England was 59 in 11 overs then they have done 103 in just 9 overs same pace by Pakistan they start very slowly then suddenly something special happen through Rizwan and Hafeez ruined them very badly.

In bowling today Shaheen has no wicket other was also some lazy but still better bowling even I was reading on few sites they are going to have some changes but right now they are not taking any chance going with their winning combination it is good but still they need to do one or two changes for remaining match as it is good time for their bench power to have some practice against Scotland on Sunday.
1639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: November 02, 2021, 07:48:59 PM
Looking at their near head-to-head history, I see that they played against each other three times. And Barcelona won all of them. They won two of them by one goal and the other one was a 4-0 disaster for Dynamo Kiev. But this time is different of course. We don't have the same Barcelona now. So with these injuries, they have a tough job to do here. But maybe they can win with a one-goal difference.
Barcelona could be not as great as they used to be, but the reality is that we are talking about Barcelona here, no matter how bad they are and even without a manager they are still better than Kiev. This doesn't mean that we will not see Kiev win this time around, anything could happen because Barcelona is now closer but it is still Barcelona as favorites.

I am hoping to see something to improve during this situation. They got rid of Koeman, and yes they are not with a new manager yet but it is still clear that as long as Koeman is gone, players must need to prove that they are good and it was the manager that was the problem, if they keep losing more than people may think it was the players so they will play with the best their abilities.
1640  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: November 02, 2021, 04:50:58 PM
What happened with october hitting a new ATH $66k makes me optimistic that december will hit $100k, the ever-increasing daily transaction volume is a strong indication that we are getting closer to $100k, and i'm sure the bitcoin low will not go below $50k .
the positive trend is still not over, of course $67k is not the highest price bitcoin will reach this year. I'm also very optimistic that in december bitcoin will reach a much higher point, maybe around $75k or even $100k. I believe we will see significant price movement when we enter December.
Yeah, realistically I have faith in this bullrun which is going on right now it's already touching good figure for some time now in next few weeks we can have some good changes for this bitcoin and this can touch this magic figure $100K anytime if you are feeling it's not happening in near future may be it's your own view or research but my personal search and experience saying this can happen in near future without any doubt.

Even this crypto world is stand on risk and unpredictability but still we have some good things in long run which are giving us some good benefits and authentic use cases just because of this I surely believe in this price to touch this figure and give us big advantage for more magic figures in future.
