1641  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: February 15, 2022, 10:04:53 PM

<...>
That's why i posted about this because i was also shocked to see they giving away Bored Ape kennel NFT which is trading above $20k at this time which is huge giveaway for any casino and this indicates how much they have involved into this hype.Feeling that whosoever wins that particular NFT will be quite lucky guy to have hands on it free of cost.

I wish I have seen this earlier
contest ended yesterday
almost 7k participants

really small chances but we never know
would be nice to win one of these bored dogs on a giveaway
^ Ohh, 7k...
That is quite a lot of participants and for sure all of them have an account on Roobet.
I also missed this giveaway, I hope there is a part 2 that we can join. It is good to know about a generous way of having a marketing strategy and no wonder they becomes a fastest growing casino. I hope soon someone posted again it here.
1642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CrazyTime and Monopoly, should we trust? on: February 15, 2022, 09:55:51 PM
~snip~
There has been some technical issues on their game and exposed how the game is rigged, is being runner by motor. The issue is keep spinning never stop on anything, so is actually can be controlled.
^ Definitely right, they had auditors but when there is no one of auditors personal it can be controlled by them of which they wanted to have a result that has a small bet. Anything that does not have able to verify the game fairness should not be trusted, a machine that can be controlled or any spinning whales that possible can be controlled should always not be trusted.
But there are some gamblers who still trust this kind of game, probably they enjoyed on the game not exactly it will work.
1643  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Warning] luckyfish.io is CLOSING on: February 12, 2022, 09:52:24 PM
Yes it is noticed that it is a website and there are many complaints against this website
There are so many types it's hard to say.  From which payment is not given.  And I think these will be fixed very soon.  I think it will pay off very soon.  From here everyone will get their payment.  That's what I think.
It will only happen once they're back again. But for now, it seems that their new software isn't yet to come and it could come by suddenly when they're already fixed.

Some have already given up that there's no hope that their funds there won't be back anymore. But if this casino has said that in their announcement, then that's a good news but it might take time.
^ This is also becoming a lesson to us, never leave money on any centralized platform which is possible that someday it will turn out or shut down without further notice. For now, there is nothing we can do is just wait until they will come back or the worst part is they will never pay their user's fund. I have seen cases the same on this and unfortunately, it is always a scam result which is they are going to pay.
Just keep contacting them and probably they will respond soon.
1644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lies and critics about bitcoins on: February 12, 2022, 09:42:01 PM
In the past, I also was frequently looking for Bitcoin critics as to balance my overbullishness on Bitcoin; and trust me when I say this — the more you dig, the more BS and ad hominem attacks you see thrown at Bitcoin. The only valid criticisms I see a lot are the likes of "bitcoin is hard to use" and the "bitcoin is slow and expensive" criticisms, whereas these can be easily fixed by further innovation.
criticism about Bitcoin will never run out but everything will just disappear...

stupid criticisms often come out of the mouths of bankers and economists, they say 'bitcoin will go to zero' and so on but until now that hasn't happened. as long as there are still buying, selling or hold bitcoin then 'Bitcoin go to zero' is just an imagination.
^ Sometimes when I heard some critics like, I just thinking that they are a part of those whales who was trying to manipulate the market and since they don't have the power to drag down financially, they spread FUD news to become market continue crashing out and it will hard to recover. If we know the fact we should not listen to those BTC critics because we know that one day soon it will disappear and try to help BTC will recover if it is affected by the FUD. Now look at, BTC has gained a lot of trust from the community instead of making criticism.
1645  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1win on Bitcointalk! on: February 12, 2022, 09:26:07 PM
Judging on OP response to member's question he created this thread to ask for information on how he can effectively promote his project, it's more like a preparation for his coming announcement, but he can do that by just checking other casino threads he will have an idea by checking at least thread and what makes a good announcement thread, hopefully by now OP can soon come out with a better announcement thread for his new casino.
^ It leaves on us confusion about this thread, if I were OP, I will come out when the announcement thread is ready and the gambling casino is ready to operate. 1-2 weeks of preparation are quite enough for them if they are willing to have a business here which is can they made better services.
We have different queries or questions about the gambling casino here but it seems OP did not come back and answer those questions. As poor customer service means a poor gambling casino.
1646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez 130-pound Title Unification Fight on: February 12, 2022, 09:16:24 PM
I voted for Oscar Valdes, I'm betting on a more exciting fighter and I guess Oscar Valdez passed my qualification and I believe that he will win in this fight. Shakur Stevenson is also good, no offense to the fans but I have to choose the best one and I always believe that a more aggressive fighter has the better chance of winning, who knows, we might see Valdez KO Stevenson here.
^ You are right and we have on the same side, Oscar Valdez has a strong punch and aggressive fighter and probably he will win this match easily and beat Shakur Stevenson but yes, though this fight is unpredictable and the chances could be on Steveson. There is a possibility that Valdez will become lost too.
However, I just want to share that there is also a fight of Amanda Serrano vs. Katie Taylor on that date and probably it is a short round for them because they are all girls.
1647  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rapper wins 1,3M$ on: February 12, 2022, 08:48:57 PM
at first glance there is no "won" status ,the news should show other details such as bet Id for all of us to verify ,I have no doubts about stake because stake pay gamblers even above millions ! if I have that much money then I'll pay island to be managed and become tourism ,to gamble pleasure the fraction of what I can throw
We do have lots of things in mind whenever we do mind off on having lots of money some would come practical and some wouldnt really care on how they should spend on.
~snip~
^ Just because they had an amount that they can afford to lose, the bigger capital that they allocate the chances of making a huge profit is also was there. So probably this guy is very lucky and the bets on stakes are very big. If I have a huge capital, I will do the same but I don't know if it will end up the same how lucky of this man. We should congratulate him on his winning and not try to gamble if you don't know the mechanics of it. Earning in gambling is very difficult and area and we don't know when to know that your profit will come. So bet it with a huge capital.
1648  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin the best investment at the moment? on: February 12, 2022, 08:27:59 PM
Is Bitcoin the best investment at the moment?I've been trading options on BTC for about three years now, and I've made significant gains, how does everyone invest?
^ If you have experienced significant gains, yes, you are on the right path to investing in BTC. If you invested during BTC was down around $30k, you probably have a profit by now because BTC was reached higher above $30k. BTC is so very volatile that could any time it will pump or too much dump, waiting at the right time is the perfect advice for you. BTC has been proven that it is very profitable if you know how to wait for it. For the profitable purpose and less risk, choose BTC.
1649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is confusing on: February 12, 2022, 08:21:07 PM
^ Everyone will be really confused because they don't know the full function of BTC and other altcoins upon investing it.
We should not confuse about the downtrend if we know that the market is so volatile and in that way, we can earn money from other newbies sellers which are made by panic and sell. If you have trusted them you will not confuse because, in long term, there is a brighter future for sure. Because for me, confusion will become us more worst.
1650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Join the Lottery Draw: Win ETH, BNB, AVAX on: February 12, 2022, 08:08:04 PM
~snip~
So no matter how many tickets you have is it a chance of getting this lottery or more tickets more chances?
^ That is a problem and it could be this manipulated by them since we don know how to verify because they won't have a provably fair system.
I am here in the forum for how many years and I have been witnessed different gambling casinos was come and go here, but usually this kind of game the lottery draw did not have much attention for them, and now, how about trusting them of their legitimacy. That is the problem of the lottery casino that usually did not exist here.
1651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is A Better Option Than Fiat Money? on: February 12, 2022, 08:02:13 PM
You need to understand what purpose you are using bitcoin for and in what qualities you are comparing it to fiat money. It seems to me that bitcoin is now hard to be classified as a means of payment, it is more suitable as a means of accumulation. As long as almost everything in the world is counted in fiat money (dollars, euros), bitcoin is not going to be a convenient means of payment.
^That is what they are thinking now for those who have been adopting BTC, it is all about storing value just to make a profit and not just a mode of payment, probably there are some using this as a mode of payment but the majority are using this because of accumulation and while making profit through hoarding it and waiting for a good value comes. But I don't think BTC is a good option than fiat because for me they have pros and cons of each other that we should consider before deciding its functionalities. Both are useful for me.
1652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you know when to sell? on: February 12, 2022, 07:56:17 PM
Do you have any pattern that you see or watch in the market to determine time to sell your hodlings and take your profit ?

Do you regret not selling your coins at any point because you didn't know it will drop ?

Can you share your opinion
^ I personally experienced this when I was holding my coins, because of thinking that the coin that was I holding was going to the moon and seeking more profit. Sometimes I am at the scenario of selling when the coins go down. And now I am learned, to sell when there is your profit no matter what or set a target profit and patiently wait before it will achieve and of course, in a right coin that you know it will never become a shitcoin soon. Because there is no exact time when is the selling time, to determine of course there should be your profit and or else, the coins in your portfolio that you have trusted that it will boom soon and not just because of the hype.
1653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why a single bet is better than a multi bet. on: February 12, 2022, 07:45:29 PM
~snip~
Therefore, if you think that you can predict more accurately than the bookmaker, avoid multi bets - it is much easier to beat the bookmaker when it has a handicap of 4% than 11% and higher.
^ For those who wanted to try their luck and also have an eagerness when making a profit, a parlay strategy is the best for them or having a multi bet.
A single bet is very cool and relaxing, your mind and also stop worrying for the fast loss if ever. Because single bet has high chances of winning than the multi bet because this multi bet if we are in the dice game, sounds like you are turning on the automated bet which is most likely you can't easily beat the house edge, the same goes with the multi bet.

Hello, everybody! We do not have convenient rate to post nice landing page at the moment but anyway our team is here to help our clients in different situations they have the issues with. Please, feel free to contact us !  Smiley

You are not posting anything and leave us a lot of questions if this is an up and coming casino then better do your assignment do research fast or fast track everything get or hire someone here that will guide you like a bounty manager if you planning to launch a signature campaign, this thread is premature and will not help your casino, looking forward for a better announcement of your casino.
^That's definitely right, why not now they can fix their ANN thread.
ANN thread is very important in the forum where you can give an update or can announce your promotions and at the same time, you can have a free ds here. But this casino is different and probably this casino did not know very well this forum or this community. I hope soon OP will come back and fix the thread and turn it into a better one. However, I also want to suggest purchasing a copper membership but since OP got 1 merit that is good to become a Jr. member equal to a copper membership.
1655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What coin you like trading future on: February 12, 2022, 07:22:21 PM
For me my favourite when it come trading futures its either bitcoin or ethereum because i know how they always performed when there's a clear trend.. Unlike altcoins wherein so volatile and there's always a fake outs that can cause stop out.. And of course trading future i used the same TP or SL as a risk management because future is very risky way to make passive incom and you will be liquidited if you don't have such thing.
^ You are on the right path because usually altcoins now that have made of hype not just by their use.
BTC/USDT or BTC/ETH is the perfect choice because you know it is safe in trading. Though it is very volatile at least you know that you are safe because there is a chance that due to the fluctuation you will earn profit. I hate using high leverage because that is very risky, there is no need to be greedy, you must study first if that coin was pumped because of the hype.
1656  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: February 11, 2022, 09:46:56 PM
Here's some similar scenario but this one only talks about 35 BTC.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1340581.0

It was on Rollin.io which is already dead or down as of this moment.Nothing on this world is unhackable no matter how tough the security would be. Tongue

But in the case of the casino, once it's hacked that's the end of that casino, only big casinos offer refunds or protect their player's money compared to exchanges where they can do a refund and insured their trader's money, I don't think there's the same guarantee that they can offer that they will do a refund.
I think the main reason why casinos fail after a big hack is that they lose the trust of their customers, even if there was a big hack as long as a business still retained their customers somehow then a path to recovery exists, but many players when they see that their preferred casino has been hacked even if they were not affected they are going to be reluctant to play there anymore, which causes casinos to definitely close their doors.
^ Probably that is a possible reason but usually most of them are just because of losing the fund and can't recover. It could be the trust too, and they can't able to send back to their users the fund that has been hacked. But usually, it ends up closing the site, I have been witnessed a gambling casino that has been hacked some of them have closed and some did not which is fully recovered from the hack and I think this is a case-to-case basis which vulnerabilities is only on the mind of the players not on the site.
1657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Making valentine's day memorable with bitcoins. on: February 11, 2022, 09:33:56 PM
February 14th is very much celebrated worldwide as valentine's day, a day to show love, not just to our loved ones but to everyone. I'm thinking of doing something memorable for my loved ones and maybe any other person, something bitcoin related. Suggestions please, how can I and us all make valentine's day a memorable day with bitcoins?
^ You probably be thinking of giving your special someone flowers, money, or chocolates as a unique Valentine's Day gift, and you might be thinking of writing a conventional love letter, but you are not sure how to go about it. There are so many methods to use BTC to show your love, and I recommend that you write a letter via BTC wall to add up your special day. You can really make your love exceptional by doing this since the message you send will be safeguarded and will remain eternally in the blockchain as a reminder of your unending love.
Nevertheless, this depends on the person who receives the gift, if the persona who have zero knowledge of BTC, it is probably good if you include the guide and also a hardware wallet where BTC is stored.
1658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: February 11, 2022, 09:03:16 PM
Be smart and always take advantage of any project that brings you profit, do not stare at your wallet and say "I'm going to be rich in 3 years later," this is a 1 percent out of 100 percent chance that it will ever happen, remember, being rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living is, and remember, being rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living is.
^ That's norms and it is already ingrained in our minds that our primary goal in investing and profiting is to get wealthy, which is either a success or a complete failure. It's not simple to get rich quickly in the world of investing, but the desire to do so might be a motivator for you to reach your objectives. This is something that everyone wants to achieve, and being well-informed and a wise investor can help you get there. Of course, it is quite natural to fail when taking on a risky investment, but that does not imply it's the end of the world, and doing nothing won't help either. Despite everything, you must work harder and keep going.
1659  Economy / Economics / Re: What is better - cryptocurrency trading or investing? on: February 10, 2022, 11:02:40 PM
Hodling works great if you want long term one instead of short term. About trading, I don't have much knowledge and experience about it since I did not do much trading before and doing technical analysis needs a lot of time where it is one of the important things to do to predict the price. In trading, you can do it daily which in my experience you can earn profit and also loss if the price suddenly decrease but mostly profit and much faster but with higher risk of losing profit.

Since trading is not something that can be learned overnight, technical analysis and fundamentals will take time. Others will need months or years to learn trading and develop their own strategy, which will take time. Without a sound business strategy in place, it is almost impossible to make money. Yes, you can make money regardless of whether the market is good or bad. Trading while holding is not beneficial unless you are making an investment. If you hold your trade for an extended period of time without setting a target profit or stop loss, you will suffer a significant loss.
^ Both are profitable but it depends on how you will manage those stuff and all of them need capital.
Trading cryptocurrencies can be very profitable, but it does necessitate certain abilities and knowledge of which cryptocurrencies to trade in order to be successful. And for me, BTC investing and holding it for a long time will work better and is most reliable than trading because it is not always feasible to make a profit from cryptocurrency trading since the market often behaves in an unforeseen manner. In terms of BTC, just buy it and hold it for a long time. With the most profitable asset, it's not worth getting too sophisticated. However, if you truly want to know which one is better, I recommend that you try both to see which one works best.
1660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Only invest an amount you can afford to lose" on: February 10, 2022, 10:54:16 PM
investing is something that needs to be prioritized when you are able to make money every month, because investing can make finances easier in the future, before we make an investment we must also be prepared with the existing risks, the ideal amount that we need to invest must be adjusted to the income we every month, we have to set aside 5% of our income to invest, because considering our income is mediocre.
^ If the 5% is the amount that you can afford, that good enough.
This advice "Only invest an amount you can afford to lose" is something that makes me shudder whenever I hear it.
Why? Because it is really not good advice for me. Of course,  it is important to remember that all investments involve risks, but should you just put money into something you're willing to lose? Please, please, please. The same as saying "don't put money into it or do not invest!". I don't want to risk losing the money I have put in. Taking measured risks is something I am willing to do.
