1121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on How to Manage Gambling Addiction an Open Discussion. on: July 20, 2022, 09:53:24 PM
Another tip is tell people your gambling challenge,  like some gamblers who are addicted find it difficult to tell people what they go through.  When this challenges is share among people around it will be more easy to tackle the life style.
It's good to be vocal.

There are gamblers that don't speak out what they feel and embarrassed to tell their experiences and challenges that they're going through. I think that you're right about being vocal.

It forces the addicted gambler to speak for himself and tell what he's feeling about and if he's needing someone to help him out of addiction. That's a problem that many don't want to share with others because they're shy and thinking that others whom they'll tell about it will ignore them or laugh at what they're going through.
Having a gambling addict is all about how the person in particular want to eradicate that feelings or urge of gambling again. Once one has become an addict, it is usually difficult to reduce or control it because of the feelings that is gained or enjoy when we gamble. Gambling is not all about making profits but some gamblers that would have become addict to it just wants to see themselves gamble once again to they can get want the are missing. Gambling addiction needs crucial matter to handle it including family and friends.

Gambling addiction is a mental health condition that needs professional help or at least help and support from their family and friends. It isn't something that a person could cure in just a single night but it takes a long process of healing. We can advise them to stop gambling because it will never be that easy. We never know what they've been through and the reasons why they have fallen into gambling addiction.
^ It is a long process, rehabilitation will probably be the answer that addiction can be cured in just a matter of time.
Because they need attention from someone to be healed, families, and loved ones that could help the victim out of the darkness of gambling addiction.
That is why I always advise my friends who are frequently gambling, just avoid that in you are in a stage of being a gambling addict because once it will come to you, it really hard to get out there. People should self-control the urge of gambling, and convert to other activities when they feel that they are almost in an addiction stage.

1122  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: July 16, 2022, 09:59:18 PM
The discussion here is certainly controversial. because Indeed Most casinos did not require KYC but offered bonuses anyway.I will gamble where there is no KYC because I don't come to play in this casino for offers or bonuses.Although now many gambling casinos without KYC have a large number of players joining the casino they don't care about any bonuses.
Many gamblers are not participating on any bonuses, they really focus on the games and the security of the site. I will also choose the same way but I’m ok with KYC now. I’ve been giving out my personal details and so far I’m safe from any hard simply because I have no money at all online and I do have my secured wallet where I use under a different platform. Well, with gambling its better to have fun privately and maybe this is why KYC is still an issue here.
^ Sometimes I am thinking like this, I am trying not to be afraid of KYC, sometimes I accept a gambling casino that only requires a phone number and email address but if more than that requiring a valid ID or making a video with your ID and the company name which is I am trying to avoid.
It is no fun at all if we have been exposed over the internet so privacy should remain private.
However, each of us has a different approach to KYC, so we respect each other decision of what they like.
1123  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you advise a focus on indicators or the market itself for a newbie. on: July 16, 2022, 09:54:12 PM
Here is my advice. Learn the logic and philosophy behind indicators and you don't need to use many of them. Traders who use just horizontal support and resistances can be insanely profitable, while traders who use a myriad indicators like you see on youtube for example with all those fancy charts most of the times are unprofitable.

Using plenty of indicators also complicates your judgement in trading. Mastering atleast 3 for me are already good enough for me, RSI for overbought/oversold market condition, EMA/MA for support and resistance on different timeframe, and volume that indicates how much is being traded. It isn't necessary to learn more as long as your trades have high sucess rate in your technical analysis.
^ Indicators are very useful when performing your technical analysis but I think it is more relevant if you will know also how to use the fundamental analysis and the good sources on it. Sometimes this fundamental analysis will help how to determine the price, the market will react based on the activity and the news outside. Support and resistance are also very useful, but you need to understand the market very well to have an accurate result based on the indicator that has been used. However, as a newbie there are too many things to learn before you will learn in trading.
1124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My old officemate become millionaire on investing on Bitcoin on: July 16, 2022, 09:44:32 PM
The trick was to use the money he could afford to live without and used it to buy some Bitcoins and even forgot as though he bought them. And also let's not forget his patience. Five years of waiting is no easy thing to do.

Had I used his strategy, I think would have way more Bitcoins in my account than I have right now.
^ If we are addicted to BTC too much, I don't know if we can able to hold our BTC for 5 years, that is very interesting because the temptation was always there telling you to sell your BTC because you are in lack financial support. The story could be his friend forgot that he bought BTC and the good thing is he bought what he can afford and patiently wait for it.
I don't know why he sold it early, there could be another x5 profit if OP's friend wait another 5 years and don't miss the next halving that nearly come.
However, the story was very spring and I hope everyone will do the same.
1125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Many people become binance futures full time traders as job on: July 16, 2022, 09:30:05 PM
To be honest, I don't see anything wrong with that. At its core, trading is a completely possible job. More importantly - learn how to work correctly.
^ No, I won't.
That is not a job, when you say it is a job, then the outcome is you have a stable source of income. Because you have a job that you have said. It is more preferred to me gambling, not a job because you have to risk your capital and there is capital hoping that it will be grown in just a matter of time.
A full-time trader is very risky, there is no way how to learn the market correctly, everything there is unpredictable and how can you work at it if you don't know how to predict or use a tool to predict.
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This clearly damage the gambling. on: July 16, 2022, 09:20:30 PM
That is why you should be careful on what games, leagues and championships you are going to bet. When you can't trust the legitimacy of the match and the professionals involved on it, just ignore it and go for the most famous matches, like european leagues, world cup, continental cups. Since fixed matches have always existed, I think it doesn't damage gambling at all, even because serious sportsbooks will avoid offering these kind of bets at all costs in order to not prejudice their own reputation as betting providers. Oh, the images presented on the video are so mediocre. I feel sad for those players who accepted doing that kind of dirty job...
^ This is definitely right, but I think famous matches don't have fixed matches because everyone watching the game and probably each team has their own fans which is who witness until the game end, they know it first if there is a fixing match that has happened. I don't think that is how worst like there are already existing fixed matches but for sure they don't let their reputation down since there are many people watching them or any game match provider.
Those players did not care about their reputation, as long as they earn money, it is okay for them.
1127  Economy / Services / Re: Poker Courses For Sale on: July 16, 2022, 08:59:25 PM
Are there people that have already taken the course OP? Everyone is talking about free and stuff, it's entirely not what OP is selling and there's nothing wrong with that.
Of course, we'll choose the free one because we don't need the one with the coach and we're not his target market and as said, if there's someone who would like to avail it, he/she just need to use an escrow for the purchase.
^ I doubt OP did not get a customer here.
Because learning poker you can do it yourself if you really wanted to know, there is no need coaches as OP offer. There are also a lot of courses that for free over the internet and I think that is the same and poker game has a large of percentage that based on luck so you did not know the possible outcome.
However, if there is someone who have interest must be used escrow as the said, it is the sake for both party safe.
1128  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you regret buying before the dip on: July 15, 2022, 11:18:32 PM
~snip~
A quick question for anyone here who purchased bitcoins say on June 9th just before the unexpected dip began? Do you regret your decisions and are you confident that bitcoins will bounce back?
^ I am holding from my earnings here and buying also at the price of $18K range.
I did not regret it because I saw now my little earnings and I know the more time I hold it the more profit will come and I think I am in the right decision.
BTC will bounce back at the end of the day and this was proven how many times, probably not today but for sure in the future like after the next halving there will be massive growth of BTC. You have been given a chance to invest at the lowest price but you waste it because you did not believe in BTC. I know a lot of people will talk soon more about BTC when it will reach in the next ATH.
1129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you guys invest meme coins now? on: July 15, 2022, 10:55:29 PM
So right now the market is unpredictable. Even in this condition as we all can see most YouTubers and even Kucoin, and Binance exchanges promote meme coins. What would you guys do about this meme coins project? are you guys ok to invest in these coins or rather not invest this time? because most famous coins like shib, and doge are now in the dip as we can see.
The bear market makes it too risky to invest in new meme coins especially that they have not proven their utility cases in the community. Well, meme coins have certainly no long term utility cases even those old meme coins, as they only remain in the market because of hype. However, if you want to take the risk and invest to get thrilled and excited, then meme coins could give you that. Either you lose your funds instantly, or you gained with short term profiting. But as a friendly advice, if you are looking for long term investments, stay out from meme coins and focus more on bitcoin and in some old and established altcoins.
^ There is no ever-called utility to these meme coins, the price was pumped and keeps pumping because of the community who supported it or probably a group that continuously has a pump and dump strategy that can attract investors. If you have a plan to invest, it seems like you are throwing money away or you gambled your money with a 1% odds which is very impossible that you will get a profit in the end, especially in long term.
Be careful of short-term profiting, you probably get trapped and ended up losing the value of your meme coins holding, it is very risky.
1130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin recover even if it fell to one dollar? on: July 15, 2022, 10:50:23 PM
I can't really say but I don't think Bitcoin will come down to that level again, incase if we see bitcoin at $1 then I think depending on the cause of the dump, but I believe no matter how bitcoin dump I believe it's will definitely bounce back, but I believe bitcoin won't really dump to that level and incase if we see bitcoin at $1, I think that's another buying opportunity because bitcoin will bounce back but it might take time.
^ That is impossible to happen, BTC will never fall that far.
As you can see, BTC and the entire market were now slowly recovering and probably my prediction was right, by the month of August if the price will not break the previous bottom price, there will be a bull market trend. But I am not worried about this prediction too much, because I know that BTC will not fall down too much. BTC has already a strong foundation and mass adoption and it has worldwide awareness. Now, tell me, would you think it will become $1 soon? I don't think so.
1131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about kickex exchanger? on: July 15, 2022, 10:29:10 PM
I  want to trade this site so any expert trader here who already trades this site. thanks
Kickex exchange platform is a very good platform. I never entered here though. But it has a famous name as a real exchange. But if you want to trade then definitely go to better exchange and trade which will be very good and convenient for you.You can trade on all these platforms like Binance Kucoin Ftx because of which you will get the most advantage and this exchange is very popular all over the world.
^ How good this exchange platform is? there are a lot of complaints that I have read before.
No, I won't risk my money on exchange that they are not well known. It is better to use decentralized exchange if there is a token that you can trade there.
There is no need to put our investment at risk if we know how to avoid it, this exchange is something that I did not trust plus additional those informations posted above was right. However, your decision must be followed and we already warned you OP.
1132  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: duelbits.com scam me 16K USD with big proof on: July 15, 2022, 10:22:15 PM
^^
Same here, I didn't notice this thread before although am quite active on the gambling board! This is why I believe any complaint or accusation must be posted on the casino's announcement thread or in the Scam Accusations board so it doesn't go unnoticed.
Fortunately, in this case duel its are well aware of the accusation but I hope they will respond here and give their side of the story or at least tell us where they are at with their investigations.
^ Just wonder why they did not defend their side here and did not even give a response to this thread, do you think they did not notice this thread?
For the sake of their reputation, they should have to, they should protect themselves from this issue and should be fixed as soon as possible because this will probably start their reputation will be down. From the start, this is the first time I have heard Duelbits has been an issue like this, hopefully, they will fix it mediately.
1133  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: July 15, 2022, 09:59:18 PM
To be honest I personally don't pay much attention to bonuses, maybe the first thing I thought was to avoid KYC as much as possible regardless of the bonus amount they offered to exchange my ID card pic.
It's seems my thoughts are presented here . I'm also avoid those casino who required KYC verification in the beginning but it's ok when one person win a jackpot . But it's also a problem for the vpn users. But I think everyone should avoid those kinda casino who required kyc at the beginning because here is the chances of data stealing.
^ How about those casinos that did not require KYC at the beginning but a few months later they will announce that they implement KYC procedure?
All centralized platforms expect that there is KYC and we have nothing to do with that matter, all we have to do is read the ToS and find a review that they are legitimate. Because whether we like it or not, the time will come for all online gambling platforms will implement this KYC since they are all decentralized and there is nothing we can do.
1134  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chasing a x330,000 on: July 15, 2022, 08:53:46 PM
If you succeed, you will literally win the Jackpot of course. Don't you think you'll get in trouble if you start using bots on the site? I once read that sites can then block you if they notice this. Should you hit the jackpot, do you still have the problem that we are not sure if the site will pay you? You can get a lot of stress from that if you think you have won a large amount and the site still won't pay it out. Then the pain is twice as bad. Do you have any experience with payouts so far on this site?
^ No, they allow users to use the bot so OP was fine using his bot. I already asked this on the chat and using an automated bot was allowed as their admin said. Back to the OP, probably that is a good strategy that will work somehow but this strategy will need huge money for the bet that you have targeted to achieve. I had like to know what is the result please OP update your thread and show us the result of your plan. It seems there will be a profit waiting ahead with your strategy.
1135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons why people avoid KYC in gambling casino ? on: July 14, 2022, 11:37:07 PM
~snip~
May we know what crypto-casinos are asking for our details to approve our withdrawal?
^ Does not important to know them, we know that most of them are those casinos that asked for KYC verifications for their users which is very frustrating even though we have submitted KYC upon creation of our account but if we will win a big amount they will ask again. This is the reason why we should avoid a KYC gambling casino, we have a lot here a KYC casino but I prefer to use a non-KYC casino because I know they will not ask for any personal data once you will win a big amount.
1136  Economy / Gambling / Re: A New Era for Betting - (After Corona Circumstances) on: July 14, 2022, 11:10:55 PM
As they say, we're in the new normal but with the looks of it, it's not a new normal but basically the same normal as before but with a new beginning.
There are still countries that are too strict with their health protocols and it's because of the covid situation in their areas. But if there's a big decrease, there can be crowded places where all fans can come together and support their favorite teams. And for as the gamblers, there goes the online betting with the use of crypto and fiat if you want to.
^ Definitely right because the virus was not totally eliminated and possible it will create a massive infection or worse it becomes worldwide.
We are still on the stage of the pandemic and we do not yet end, though in the other countries this was still going on but in some countries it was effective the pandemic protocols and they are very strict on it, that is why some sports are still wont work because of that. Just wait until we are back to normal and everything were right, for now, online gambling casinos are very popular and I don't think it will easily people leave online gambling.
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Gambling companies can get more users to deposit. on: July 14, 2022, 11:03:40 PM
They can also get more deposits from users if they are very transparent and don't always find a way to hold onto player's money whenever they win a large amount with KYC and later change their mind that the players must comply and do verification even though they said it wasn't necessary at first and even after doing the verification, they should adhere to fair policy and allow users to withdraw their money, which will instil some level of confidence in the player. That money they withdraw will either directly or indirectly return to the casino, it could be they are putting the integrity of the firm they played and won with to the test.
^ Most casino doing this has shady activities, they won't let their users cash out and it requires KYC verification. They must be avoided if we heard stories like this. A contest like wagering contests may also user deposit more since they know that they will have a chance to win if they wagger more and achieve the requirements, possible those contest will make gamblers deposit more and more.
1138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐️FoggyStar⭐️Big Wins⭐️ on: July 13, 2022, 11:58:19 PM
~snip~
Why do people play in casinos? For the sake of adrenaline? Self-satisfaction?
^ Self-satisfaction and of course, profit.
Many people gamble not only for entertainment, or for the sake of adrenaline, but it is also for the sake of money hoping that it will double quickly.
Inside my head just wondering if the casino will continue its generosity in winning, it will be able to survive in the long run?
Because when a gambler heard that there is a generous winning, they will think it will surely they can take advantage and get profit.
1139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: July 13, 2022, 11:04:18 PM
Are these things similar to what we had in the 1990s and 2000s before Crypto - like buying "William Hill" or "Ladbrokes" stocks? Is it more or less the same thing just in Crypto?
This is just market manipulation coming from owners of those gambling websites, and it can't be compared with stocks in any way.
Value for this tokens will go down when they decide, because owners hold majority of those tokens, it was not fair launch but probably premined a lot.
If something is going to be  "William Hill" or "Ladbrokes" it's going to be Bitcoin, but you need to patient and not expect some random token to make you profit.

^ You have a point, just because of the website owner and that is the reason why their token pumped up and also additional factor is most of their gambler using that token to gamble. The reason could be the demand was increased, but however, it could be there is manipulation or tricks that only the owner knows. I don't think it is not worth it to invest in them if you compared them to stocks. BTC will surely give you a better ROI when it comes to investment and we know we can deal with the volatility on this.
1140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is for big bag holders on: July 12, 2022, 10:20:39 PM
Anyone at all can play and win in gambling be it big or small bag holders. It just depends on your strategy and style of play.
Or have you had a situation where small bag holders made a huge profit beyond those with the big bags Grin?
^Really? I don't think so.
A big holder has always an advantage over the small bag holder, when you play martingale, it needs a huge capital so that what if you will lose you can still bet and fold again the amount to bet from the previous bet. Because usually, a small amount can't survive when you have a losing streak, that is how the big bag holders advantage. Small capital means small profit.
