1101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The characteristics of people who are addicted to online gambling on: July 26, 2022, 02:42:16 AM
[snip]
Are we one of the online gambling addicts...?
 Huh Huh Huh
Well NO --why?
Because I did not feel this.
-Relationship problems between your friends, family, and loved ones.
-Financial problems and become bankrupt.
-Lossing job because of gambling.
-Mental illness.
~snip~
^ Mental illness is worst of all and this is because of gambling casino addiction.
You will not instantly determine the gambling addict at a first glance, you will know how it will act physically but not on an emotional basis.
All mentioned above were possible characteristics of a gambling addict but you don't know if you can easily if the person is addicted to online gambling since it is barely go outside to gamble. Nevertheless, why do we let ourselves turn into this addiction if we know how to handle ourlseves, self-discipline is very important.

1103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A little profit for $17k+ buyers on: July 23, 2022, 09:59:42 PM
Forgot to check the prices for a while thanks I can feel the real peace in that time. Grin

If someone bought at 17K and sold at 23K then yes they made decent profit but I don't see its any kind of bull trap or recovery phase just normal volatility range due to the other economic causes around the world.
Not a real recovery yet but we are slowly getting there, we’ve seen more green candles now and that could be an indication that we might welcome the up trend again soon. If you are playing with the market since its bottom price most probably you already have a decent profit, many short traders are loving this volatility and with this one I’m sure they become more active.
^ Short-time traders will surely make a profit by this time but not on a long-time holder who is holding their BTC for the purpose of holding them in a long term. No one really knows what will gonna happen in the market, we don't even know that the $17k was a bottom price and there is resistance after that price. For those who purchased during that time surely, there should have profit now on their portfolio.
For a long-term holder, this is not the time to celebrate because it is very early, which could be a trap for them, it would be better if you will hold a long term to see a bigger return.
1104  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: There is a new scam going around on Twitter, WHY THOUGH?!? on: July 23, 2022, 09:54:41 PM
This is not a new scam. But it seems like a new one because it’s on the Tron network instead of Ethereum.
~snip~
^ Definitely right this is not a new scam but it is a new strategy rather.
Nowadays scammers always looking and finding ways just to scam, they have different techniques and strategies just to scam innocent people who are lack knowledge of crypto. But if you know that there is no TRX network on USDT but instead ETH network. Then probably you are safe because ta the first place you are aware of it. So we should always have a research before doing any transaction in crypto to avoid scams.

Good to see that you got a copper member already, please avoid making multiple replies in a roll, the forum does not encourage that format of replies. You can quote and answer multiple comments in one post all you need to do is to quote each user and answer them separately.

sure, Thank you very much for your advice.
^ It is on the forum rule.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0
It is on rule number 32. ( Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed. )
You can edit your post and emerge them in one post and delete those posts in multiple rows, good luck.
By the way, keep my eye on your thread, probably have a promotion that can be joined, like free bets or welcome bonuses.
1106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Educating people on Bitcoin for free on: July 23, 2022, 09:37:33 PM
Despite the fact that just a few countries have made Bitcoin a legal tender, the truth  Bitcoin is going to be adopted by the whole world as a decentralized global digital currency.

The acceptance of Bitcoin as a legal tender should not have much relevance when it comes to its adaptation in society, because as we could already read countless times on this forum or anywhere else, Bitcoin does not require permission from any government or institution to be used. Bitcoin is already accepted all over the world, but researches say that it is used in one way or another by about 5% of the total population.
This.
Technically it can be used by anyone around the globe anyway. There were just bans and regulation that the government imposed although it cannot stop people from still using VPN or even doing a P2P transaction.
There is no stopping people from doing such thing.
^ Because this is how BTC was designed. No one can stop and good for p2p transactions.
Educating people was a great help to spread out awareness and I think that is alright if you are willing to spend your time teaching other people about BTC technically or even its usage on it in society. Because this is the problem why BTC has a slow adoption because there are no ads and no one were willing to teach someone else in their free time, for those who are got interest will most likely learn.
1107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The RugPull scams/ How do recognize these projects? on: July 23, 2022, 09:27:05 PM
~snip~
How do recognize these projects?

1: That Projects that offer an unbelievable profits to investors
2: Anonymous developments team
3: No special innovation
4: No review on other sites/Platforms
5: Holding most of the total tokens by a specific address

Do you know other ways to recognize these projects?
^ You have mentioned above and I think that the best way to spot a scam project in addition to what you have said is the project utility.
That is right, the utility of the project, if you see that there is no clear use or it could be the idea of the usage was already exist, I think that will give the warning to have further investigations, it is a red flag to a project that does not have real utility, it will most likely will not survive.
However, you know at first that most projects now have a rug pull, just simply avoid them all and except, just only investing BTC.
1108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where is real pumps ? on: July 23, 2022, 09:00:18 PM
Real pumps where ?
100%-700%+ pumps ?
Btc and eth main cpins are good lomg term profit and u invest but we need income every day so where is the daily 300%-1000% profits ?
Any better exchanger then binamce ? For this?
Binance dont give us enough pumps
^ Pumps actually come up after the correction and I think there is no way to determine when is the pump and dumps.
BTC will not the same like this as you think and I am thinking now that you have been joined the pump and dump group which can make a profit daily but BTC was not like this, it has a genuine growth in the market because for now, it is hard to manipulate the price not like before.
Binance was a good exchange because of the high liquidity but that is all about, your fund is still not safe, it is better to put your money on your wallet that no one holding your private key except you only.
1109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto in Church. on: July 23, 2022, 08:56:30 PM
~
The video was captioned, "Crypto training. Proverbs 14:23In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty.'' According to the netizen who shared the clip, the pastor got a professional to train congregants on crypto. While boasting that such an opportunity can't be got anywhere, the netizen expressed joy that 'kingdom wealth is on the way.' In the clip, a projector is seen displaying a crypto trading chart while people listened.
So at the end of the day he can ask donations in cryptocurrency  Cheesy Tongue. I am not against learning about new things but the reason why people follow religion is to have peace of mind and majority are there to exploit that and then seek their donations and have a luxury life on their own. So i hate all those money mongering religious people who are after money exploiting the weakness of innocent people Wink.
^ Lol.
This is possible that as we know most churches now asking for donations even online process.
Educating people is not bad at all and I think the intention of the pastor was good for their youth but the problem is if they exploit this by for asking money in the name of their church through cryptocurrency which is not good for me. However, this will bring a positive impact on the BTC community, it belongs to the increasing adoption because the awareness has been spread. Educating people is not bad at all and we hope in a right way not misleading them into many scam projects.
1110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If There's No Casino Signature Will The Gambling Board Still Be The Same on: July 23, 2022, 08:47:31 PM
If you're promoting a casino-based campaign you need to post at least 5 to 10 posts in the gambling section Currently there are  1136622 Posts and  5903 Topics in the gambling discussion alone the gambling announcement not included making it the most active board here in Bitcointalk.

If There are No Casino Signature campaigns Anymore Will The Gambling Board Still Be The Same will we have the same stats as we are seeing right now
^ Possible it won't be the same.
I have been here for how many years and I think the year 2018 was the most signature campaign related to exchange platforms and other projects that are not related to gambling. But back then I still frequently posted here to interact with gambling discussions that I liked especially Poker which is my favorite game. But now there are too many signature campaigns that are based on gambling and I think there is nothing wrong if the gambling section will flood posts as long as you are not spamming on it and you are contributing a good topic to everyone.
1111  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🧿🧿🧿 YAS.BET Online Sports, Live Casino, Poker, Games, Crash, Betting 🧿🧿🧿 on: July 23, 2022, 08:23:29 PM
your website has a very nice designer. but you need to put English as the default language of your site, because it is difficult to find something with this Arabic language.
~snip~
^ This is definitely right and I experienced also a hard to find the other language selection tab on the first page of the site, it could be convenient if the default language is English which is considered a worldwide use language. However, your gambling looks good and the user interface is very friendly would you mind having a promotion here so that people have the interest to try your gambling casino. Well, good luck and welcome to the forum hoping that you also have a signature campaign soon which is a very easiest way to promote your site and the brand name.
1112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about altcoin market on: July 22, 2022, 11:57:47 PM
Checking my altcoin portfolio I'm down 46% and I expect it to go down further the market is still not good although Bitcoin's price is improving and we are receiving a lot of good news, that will help the price of Bitcoin to increase and once it increases the price of altcoins will improve, although I'm down 46% I'm still hopeful on my portfolio because these are altcoins that have proven their worth in the market for a long time
Your portfolio is dropping very high even though the market has shown a recovery, whether you add the top altcoins when the price is high or collect other altcoins because you are interested in doubling your investment quickly, if you bet on other altcoins it will be very risky long term, because there is no guarantee that altcoins with low utility can return the price even though the market has increased.
^ Altcoins are not advisable for investing in the long term and I won't advise this to everyone, we should be careful upon investing in altcoins because we don't know what their real utility is in order to survive in the crypto space. Altcoin should in the short term because they are very risky if you see that you have profited something like 15% from your capital, just sell it quickly, don't hope it will double because the more you will wait the more it is very risky.
I think the best is to stick with the BTC since it was proven to us that there is always a pattern that it has a bull market.
1113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Forex trading a good way of making money ? on: July 22, 2022, 11:00:32 PM
Seeing that we might be in a bear market for the next year or more, I've been thinking of giving the currency market a try. It would seem that the currency market is ongoing and uncorrelated to stocks and market crashes, because currencies rise and fall all the time and their fluctuations can make you money if you can position yourself correctly. So my plan could be to spend a few weeks learning to trade the Forex markets and see whether that works or not. I'm only wondering what kind of information you base your trading positions on ? Would you have to be reading a lot of financial information just to make one move ? In crypto, sometimes we research a project for a few days before deciding whether to invest on it or not. And even after that, you need to keep up with the latest updates and news to avoid rug pulls and such like what happened to Terra and Celsius. I wonder how much information you'd have to process if you get deep into Forex trading ?
^ Crypto trading and forex trading are completely different from each other if you will compare but both of them can make money in trading.
But crypto trading is highly volatile which is a high risk since we don't know how the price moves in the market while forex trading was known as a higher leveraged amount available compared to crypto trading. However, it ends based on our preferences because there are people who like to trade in crypto while some others say forex is good and I think this will depend on the trader when they are justified.
1114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The characteristics of people who are addicted to online gambling on: July 22, 2022, 10:31:36 PM

Often gambles when feeling depressed (eg stressed, helpless, guilty, anxious, depressed).
Are we one of the online gambling addicts...?
 Huh Huh Huh
^ So far, I did not experience this in myself.
Probably because I know how to control myself on the possible negative outcomes or in short, I know how to discipline myself and put it to a limit.
The reason why gamblers become addicted is because of their greediness or even chasing loss, because of this you will become addicted. Self-discipline is the only way that you can avoid all things that become bad in gambling.
1115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking to start an online casino on: July 22, 2022, 10:20:01 PM
If you have funds, you can always contact gambling game providers and bookmakers to integrate them into your planned casino.  You also need a person that is well experienced in financial management since money will be the oil to your engines of plans.  So basically you need a team of experts in every department such as marketing, R&D, finance, legal, etc, to at least increase your chance of success in the gambling industry.
^ Expecting that this needs a huge fund to sustain the project and you are definitely right, OP cannot do this alone, he needs a team for this but the problem is how he starts to have a team. It is better probably if he has a team that he knows personally, nowadays it is hard to trust someone on the internet, we always doubt strangers because this always happens and most of them are scammers. That is now the possible problem of the OP, how he will start to have a partners.
1116  Economy / Gambling / Re: I feel I being cheated by Primedice Affiliate and Support is like bots no help. on: July 22, 2022, 10:03:01 PM
^ I understand you dude, it is very frustrating nowadays to talk with customer support, they are acting like a bot which I doubt they are, not only PD or Stake that you have experienced, but I also experienced this on other gambling casinos which is all customer support staff are useless to talk.
Let us hear wait further days until Stunna will give a response to this thread of yours and we hope he will give a better explanation about this I think this is because their affiliate was outdated which means does not fully functional.
1117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Discussion] Should Gambling be Banned? on: July 21, 2022, 11:58:06 PM
It might look funny, but it striked in my mind. Why don't we have a gambling insurance. This means a premium to be spend every month. Through this one can be availed with two claims per year. Here the user needs to list the sites he use. When the person goes for claim, the data regarding the loss will be collected by the insurance company and provides with the insurance amount. Many won't like this, because of the privacy issues.
^ Because probably in my opinion gambling is not all related to money/finance. It supposedly gambling for fun that only gambling an amount of money that you can afford to lose. Why do you continue to gamble if you don't have money if your money cannot afford to lose?
That sounds really fun and I think no one will have this gambling insurance company service, however, you can take a loan if you really want to gamble against your urge but that is a different story here.
To OP, gambling should not ban because gambling is not a source of income and not a threat of financial if you know how to control yourself, gambling is for fun nothing else.
1118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling in Moderation, Pros can out weigh its Cons in Financial and Health? on: July 21, 2022, 11:47:00 PM
Everyone has negative connotations when it comes to gambling activity but little that we know that gambling when done in moderation can offer great benefits to our mental and physical health and finance.

According to this articles[1][2][3] gambling if done in moderation can give us the following benefits.

I fully agree.
Gambling, as well as any type of entertainment, is very beneficial for anyone's health.
The problem is that gambling is highly addictive and most people who indulge in it cannot control themselves.
Then, what was supposed to be something pleasurable, fun and healthy ends up becoming a big problem.

Gambling needs to be seen only as casual, moderate entertainment, not a way to get rich or be played constantly.
^ Everything that OP said was right but if we don't have self-control and everything turns into too much usage or it becomes an addiction.
The last one could be a risky one, (Potential for Big Wins) that is why many gamblers are addicted to gambling because of chasing this and hoping that one day, they will become an instant millionaire on gambling. Everything said was right but people should limit themselves to the possible consequences come.
However, thank you OP for this thread and it will motivate someone to gamble we hope everyone just gambles for fun not for chasing money.
1119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Gambling companies can get more users to deposit. on: July 21, 2022, 11:25:18 PM
Without a doubt some casinos are using know your customer policies as an excuse to try to not pay their clients their rightful winnings, now there are some cases in which something like this is justified like when there is a suspicion that the person behind the account is somehow cheating, using multiple accounts or connecting through a VPN, but when this is not true then I think that it is unnecessary to ask for personal information because the gambler has demonstrated that they are not trying to abuse the casino.
That's why asking KYC is useless since it doesn't actually solve the multiple accounts problem, one can create fake KYC or bought someone KYC. Actually the casino is take advantages to get user KYC, as we don't know what they will use our KYC for. I believe there's fraudulent site which have purpose to get KYC as much as they can, while their project will be abandoned after their purpose are completed.
^ That is possible, even if trusted casino and then if they will shut down, it will surely our data can be profitable to them.
There is no problem with me about the KYC if the casino only asks the basic procedure, like asking your name, verifying a phone number and email address, that is considered basic KYC requirements, but those holding your ID photo uploading to them or a video that you have your valid ID which I think too much for a casino to ask that KYC.
I started questioning myself on this and I always saw a thread same issue like this, why if we won in a gambling casino of a big amount they will always investigate us, asking for further KYC, what is the different they did not ask if you lose a big amount.
1120  Economy / Gambling / Re: Good gambling tipster on: July 20, 2022, 10:01:55 PM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFCglrxg_9k

Hey anyone know anything about this guy? Found him on youtube seems to be a good gambling tipster who knows how to beat the casino and sportsbooks. Anyone ever follow him? Thinking of placing a wager on the Warriors based on this advice.

Lemme know, thanks

No, I have never heard of him I guess you could tell us more about him and what makes you think he is a good tipster. From all indications the guy on the video is a fan of Warriors or he is just some kind of guy trying to get the attention of people so that they will either subscribe to his channels or make payments for him to give them games to gamble on. You should always verify the information you come across first before bringing it to the forum so that some people will not get scammed after seeing it here.
^ Definitely right, the guy on the Youtube video was of a team that he liked.
Don't trust any Youtuber as a tipster, they are not real, some of them have been paid by the casino or even they are using casino money just to also place bets thinking the viewers that he really gambling on that casino.
Well another factor could be OP trying to trick us by sharing this Youtube video to increase viewers which is he definitely successfully tricked us.
