1321  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name Vs Site Functionality? Or Both? on: May 17, 2022, 09:35:28 PM
It is good to have a good gambling brand name but most gamblers want site functionality. Who would want a gambling site with less functionality?. In my opinion, it is much the same to a gambling site with many issues. Even reputable casinos and sportsbooks have issues too so that's the best choice though but both is much better.

If you are a casino owner, you want the best for your business. So a catchy name may have an advantage, however, the impact is  short and only at the beginning. The players are looking more on the functionality when they want to stay long with the casino. So to keep your players, you should continuously improve the functionality of the site as once they got screwed, they may not come back or even worse, spread negative word to his friends or colleagues.
^ As for now, sometimes I think the brand name is not that really important as a gambler because I usually look at the functionality of the gambling casino, the reputation, the game feature, and most especially those promotions that they had. But of course yes, a good brand name has an advantage that something catchy to the eye of the gamblers. For the best result if you are a gambler owner and wanted to start, choose a good brand name that matches your gambling casino.
1322  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best casino other than Stake . com? on: May 14, 2022, 09:56:51 PM
Many have given their suggested or recommend legit casinos and I didn't think anyone have noticed that op is no longer active start minutes later after this thread is posted. Many of the replies are not read by op since of is not active a few minutes after this was posted after I checked the op's profile unless op is back from being inactive. So what I have in mind is that this thread is for other people who might be looking for another casino and no one shared this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5333602.0
^ This is very common here in our community, after posting, they have gone and we don't know if they will come back soon. It is been answered and even your link that has been shared above was already posted on this thread. There is no solution to this is to wait for the OP will come back or we need to report this thread to the moderators and lock it for a while.
Nevertheless, it is considerable a best casino when they have been promoted here in the forum, just check their ANN thread for the feedback and progress, and you will know about their reputation and regarding their services, promotions, and those contest. We have here almost the same on Stake.com or much better to Stake.com, however, we have different preferences in choosing online gambling casino.
1323  Economy / Speculation / Re: Was $25K the bottom? on: May 14, 2022, 09:49:10 PM
~snip~
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seemed that most people thought $30K would hold (myself included), others believed we'd go to at least $20K. So far the former group have been proven wrong, so it seems likely enough that the latter group can be wrong as well. It reminds me of 2018 when most thought $6K would hold, and a year later at $14K that price would never go back below $4K, before both events occurred.

^ This is what is also in my mind and I believed it will never go down beyond $20k the BTC price.
The $30k price is the hold point and waits until the ATH will come back. But however, I did not have too much in worries because I am a long-term holder which is I know the BTC price will increase after the correction (the term correction was still what I am thinking during this dip).
So possible, $25k is already at the button and it will never go down beyond that price. I think, avoid thinking this and think that you are holding like a year to bring out your benefits.
1324  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is the best investment for the next halving? on: May 14, 2022, 09:39:02 PM
Hi, I'm new to bitcointalk.
I'm only 15 years old and I'm Brazilian, I want to know which is the best long-term investment.

for the next bitcoin halving Huh
^ BTC for sure!
Next halving will occur every after 4 years which makes the price increase the whole crypto market since all altcoins also swing the price when BTC grows up. So it is a safe place to invest BTC because of halving which is expected that it will have a huge impact on the price, we have been proved this for how many years, every halving come BTC price increase massively. Therefore, the best for the long term is no other than aside from BTC. Why we choose altcoin if we don't know them, especially if they also follow the BTC price trend.
1325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Holding or Using ? on: May 14, 2022, 09:33:19 PM
We all know about BTC Holding and we all encourage it, and on the other hand we are also happy when we see someone buying a car with BTC. My point is, if we hold btc all the time, where is our profit if it is not used, and if it is just holding without using, how will its value increase? And why are we happy when we see someone buy something from btc?  This issue has been circulating in my mind for a long time, what do you think about it?
^ When you have bought 1 BTC it will remain 1 BTC whatever happens, but the value on it towards dollars will have fluctuated anytime which means you will earn profit through the current value on BTC. And now, if you have bought at a lower price like $20k and sell it for $40k it is obvious that you will have your profit. People have learned on storing value than use it as a payment system because they know BTC will potentially make a profit once the price will go up high. You should think about the demand and supply which give the value of BTC.
1326  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the difference between Referral and Affiliate? on: May 14, 2022, 09:00:01 PM
Hi Grin

I've seen a lot of casinos with a referral system already in your account settings but there is another tab at the bottom of every casino and you can also sign-up as an "Affiliate".
What is the difference between those two?

Thanks!

You asked the very same question multiple times in numerous threads, including my thread about gambling affiliation - I am confused?

I was curious about other opinions in this thread. Is there a problem asking such things? You should go and live your life and stop wasting it reading every single comment in this forum.
^ Because this question is very common and even when you research on Google you will find out the answer.
But still, you are thankful instead, there are too many users trying to define what is the difference between an affiliate and the referral that you have asked for. Though I don't know what is your purpose for asking this, is if you are trying to figure out they are almost the same goal but have different meanings. So don't be surprised if there is someone curious about what you have asked because it is obvious that it is very to answer it.
1327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PROS AND CONS OF CRRYPTOGAMBLING. on: May 14, 2022, 08:51:28 PM
PROS AND CONS OF CRRYPTOGAMBLING.
I know that one of the greatest questions that crosses our mind is “is gambling worth it?” .
It is like the question for trading or investing, depending on who you are. If you are a professional gambler or gambler with certain skills and abilities, moreover with also high luck, gambling is worthy neough. But if you are only an addicted gamblers without good ability and skills, only laying on luck, well, this may be a way to spend your money and rash your life. We have seen the pros and cons of gambling so far in society. Many criminals emerged because the negative eimpact of gambling activities and addics, moroever in some countries that gambling is actually banned but they stillplay gambling everyday as daily activity, being addicted and having much loans.
We cannot literally blame them because that is their way to somehow enjoy life and that's what they are used to do, nevertheless if they knew that they are not that lucky with that kind of activities but still they chose to do because every gambler have their own certain reason why they kept on doing such activity even if it doesn't help them that much.
^ Probably the reason could be they enjoyed the game that somehow the money does not a problem or they can afford what they have spent in gambling.
There are people who gambling is their life, most of them are those people who live alone and nobody can talk, I know this because I have a friend that is so much addictive to gambling. There are too many pros and cons to gambling, but it is a matter of how to discipline ourselves and must be aware of the negative consequences that waiting ahead, as they said, be a responsible gambler and you will be fine, always remember that gambling is an entertainment purpose only not a money maker.

1328  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you advertise your casino? on: May 14, 2022, 08:39:33 PM
I don't have a casino, I'm only a user at this time, I'm not aggressive enough to advertise my casino outside certain forums, because one negative thing that must be avoided in my country is playing gambling like this, I don't dare to advertise if people don't ask personally
^ A gambling community like this forum is a good place to advertise an online gambling casino. People here are also a gambler, they had earned from promoting a gambling casino, and at the same time, some of them gamble either half on it or the amount of a 1-week reward from the signature campaign. So possible majority of the gamblers are the signature wearers users. However, there are too many places where you can advertise your casino, on social media or even you will hire a famous artist to promote your casino or sponsorship a vlogger that promotes your casino, there are too many ways in marketing the casino but the problem is, are you ready to sustain the financial cost? It really need a huge budget for this.
1329  Economy / Gambling / Re: Video Course of BlackJack for people who want to learn BlackJack on: May 14, 2022, 08:14:53 PM
These kinds of videos are of course good and very educational. The problem is that you are always looking at a disadvantage when you are playing against the bank. With an optimal strategy you would in principle still have a disadvantage of 3% and in the long run you would therefore always be losing money. But with the right mindset and bankroll management you should be able to go a long way. And also have a good grasp of the strategy of Blackjack.
^ Fighting against the bank won't have a stable strategy, as the majority says, it is based on luck that the chances of winning are quite hard.
Blackjack courses will probably help to educate yourself but it does not mean you are good at it, you need to have experience aside from those courses that you have watched, the same me when I was a noob on this game, I installed free blackjack app for practicing on it until I created my own strategies on how to defeat the bank but it does not have a consistent result. However, these courses are still very useful to others.
1330  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the difference between Referral and Affiliate? on: May 13, 2022, 11:55:53 PM
^ Affiliate is most likely on the link, that it's accessible by the random people and those who used the site through the link via affiliate marketing without knowing them it is an affiliate, it means there is no correlation to the referred person.
Meanwhile, the referral is different from the affiliate, though they are the same aiming of profit it has differences. Referral marketing is in relation to the one who was referred, it could be friends or family and it should be direct contact to the referral not just clicking a random affiliate link.
1331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is it possible UST recovered ? on: May 13, 2022, 11:43:48 PM
is it possible UST recovered ?
^ The most people ask.
UST is pegged by the dollar and it is a stable coin but even if it is a stable coin still it was dumped altogether with the LUNA coin.
Dont expect too much from this coin, it will take a matter of time before this coin will recover and if LUNA has a good sign, for sure this coin UST will also have a sign to increase the price. If you have faith in them just keep holding but as I heard these coins are prone to become shitcoin which cannot recover anymore. So it is up to you now what is your decision.
1332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Easiest Way For New Traders To Profit From The Crypto Market on: May 13, 2022, 11:36:44 PM
First thing to say about trading:
Trading is not easy and can't be learned by readig one article...

Anyone who says so is straight up lying to you.

Trading with profit requires training and lots of knowledge.
If you can't be knowledgeable and skillful before trading, then expect that you will never be profitable most of the times. Even with copy trading that OP is saying, it does not guarantee to be profitable in trading. One strategy may work for a trader, but it won't always work when used by other traders. That is why every trader should be knowledgeable and skillful enough, and even master one or two strategies so that if one strategy does not work, he can used the other one instead, the reason why a good trader is also flexible enough.
^ Definitely right, if you don't have these skills and knowledge, it seems you go to the battle that does not have a battle gear and weapon, so you will end up losing your life. The same goes for trading, before stepping into the door of trading you must be prepared and you should be knowledgeable enough to conquer all those consequences that waiting ahead. Remember always that trading is not an easy way of making money and trading also does not mean of always having money, sometimes we value of what the experience we have a learn on it so that you can apply it in the future.
1333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk won't save Doge or Bitcoin this time on: May 13, 2022, 11:31:21 PM
The market is in bearish for a year now and I don't think Elon Musk would help this time since during the bullish time he abandoned Bitcoin community and chose Doge instead. So, why would we care about him saving Bitcoin when it's clear that he no longer be needed in this community. Bitcoin price can grow in no time and this we experience today is just a temporary drop and at least it's still high enough compared to the 2017 ATH .
^ He cannot help because people already know about him, he manipulated the BTC price before and people don't let that happen again. So there is no way to save the BTC price during this bearish time or probably just a short correction. BTC price is unpredictable and now one can tell which and when it will grow, it is a matter of time that the market will heal and back to the price which we have an ATH. Dogecoin has already a place to shill so nothing to worry about this, Elon Musk bought the Twitter platform, and for sure Dogecoin has a place to hype.
1334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever thought of doing your thesis on Gambling ? on: May 13, 2022, 10:44:30 PM
If you’re a curious one and finding for the answer, you can really have this kind of topic but of course you must be on a legal age so you can get datas that you may needed in order for you to accomplish this topic. This is an interesting one, you just need to know the scope of your study to lessen the respondents. Doing your Thesis is one of the big challenges in your student career, if the University acknowledge it and even give you a reward, most probably you really down a great job.
^ Definitely right, I remember before when I was in college solving a thesis is really hard, it needs your full time and focuses on it so that you can defend your thesis and I think it is very hard if it is a thesis in gambling. You must know the fundamentals to the technical function of the gambling casino and it should be there is a lot of research that you must do. The 2500 euro seems quite big and probably that will push me to finish the thesis earlier than the expected date.
1335  Economy / Gambling / Re: The latest cryptocurrency gambling on: May 13, 2022, 10:29:20 PM
Hello, Op good day it seems you are trying to promote a gambling site here in bitcointalk. OP look at the suggested above to make your announcement threads professional looking you can add images on it not just only plain text we can see. But based on your current rank you can not post an image all you need to do for now us that buy a copper membership to enable to post an image and that's what other do when they are promoting a new sites.
^ Copper membership is very important when you have an announcement thread for your business and you can find it here,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote.
Posting images in your announcement thread will help to attract gamblers to visit them and it makes looks like a professional ann thread but I think OP is just here for the referral, not the gambling casino. I hate posting like this but don't have a response.
1336  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency trading courses on: May 12, 2022, 11:51:42 PM
~snip~
It all matters on how you would really make yourself putting up some efforts on doing so.For some people they might really be needing it and does have money to spend then its their
choice but honestly you could really make yourself learn without the needs of spending if you are really just determined for you to learn.
^ That is exactly what I wanted to say, you can have your own research for free on the internet and there is no need to find trading courses which are wasting your money. There are too many blogs and short tutorial videos regarding trading and those technical analyses which are very common on the internet, just google it and you will find out a different answer. Besides that, you can practice demo trading as you like, which is it makes sense that practice will make you perfect in trading. However, if you have a lot of money and are willing to waste it with a low effort of searching, then, probably courses will the right one for you.
1337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A restobar in our city is now accepting crypto for payments! on: May 12, 2022, 11:45:53 PM
~snip~
I'm just happy seeing this to be honest. At least this is just the beginning. Hopefully more establishments will be accepting crypto payments here in the city.
^ I don't see that there is BTC accepting payment.
How the process of the payment is made?
It is a centralized wallet and I don't think it will accept BTC as a payment or other crypto, it could be accepting payment from fiat through your local wallet.
Another question, is there someone willing to pay a BTC even if we are in a downtrend situation? All shown above on the picture was an electronic wallet which I have doubt that it is your local currency was been accepted.
1338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree ETH have become seen as less risk asset over BTC? on: May 12, 2022, 11:08:01 PM
~snip~

    Do you agree?
^ A big NO.
Look at the market, BTC has a limited circulating supply while ETH we did not know how much the circulating supply is.
And now, look at the market of BTC compared to ETH which is I think it is less risk the BTC compared to ETH. I don't know what was on their mind while writing that article or probably dont know how BTC will work.
Nevertheless, both networks have different features that we cannot compare.
1339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin is good to invest in right into? on: May 12, 2022, 10:59:58 PM
What do you think is the most promising coin right now for investment?
^ An altcoins that has a good network and is already used by most people.
ETH has a good network and that is a smart contract, BNB, SOLANA, and MATIC which is very hyped at this moment and will probably have a good opportunity in the future, and investing now is probably the best choice. But all of them did not have the feature of being fully decentralized the same as BTC which is I put a large amount of investing that the altcoins. Prior to my investment is BTC and the amount that I can afford is on altcoins because you will never know what will happen to them since they are not fully decentralized.
1340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AN INTERESTING WAY TO INTRODUCE BITCOIN LEARNING TO OUR FUTURE GENERATION on: May 12, 2022, 10:54:40 PM
.....
However, given the great volatility and other risks, such as the lack of crypto rules and regulations, it is also critical to ensure that child is aware of the safety concerns.
Yes that could be part of their learning but you can prioritize on what should they learn first. The focus should probably be on the experience and then security. It's important that they learn the basic process before telling them about investment related stuffs.
^ Everything should they learn not only the positive side of BTC.
From the cons and pros, the dos and the don'ts, all of them should be absorbed into their mind. Because dealing with BTC is a very risky part, especially investment, you will never know where the price goes either it will up or down. I like the way of making improvements, maybe the future generations will discover a lot more about BTC technology or the blockchain technology behind it and probably teach them how this code work and how possible be useful in the future is a great way to have a further development waiting ahead.
