1641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TAU:The Active Unit | The First Proof-Of-Transaction Coin [POT] on: August 05, 2018, 07:14:47 AM
Why are you guys calling yourself TAU? It will only get confused with the IDNI project. Are you guys related?

This POT thing is so rad, I glanced over your WP a bit but I have to actually sit down with someone to clarify a few things. Any chance to sit with any founding member or core dev of the team?
1642  Other / Archival / . on: August 04, 2018, 12:33:34 AM
I was hoping to connect with any early investors of MFChain particularly from India, get their opinion about the project and the team. This is particularly because I am trying to make a medium post about them without bias.

And yes I understand that since I am the telegram admin I might seem to be at a position where I'll only talk favorably about them but no, anyone that knows me from the early days knows very well that I speak without any filters.

The topic is self moderated to avoid shit posting but no critical comments about MFX would be deleted.
1643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How close did they get to Blockchain before it was 'invented'? on: July 30, 2018, 11:47:30 PM
I saw a link to this in EQUAL discord. Thanks legendster for sharing this. Do you know what has happened to this network and whether they have actually implemented it? We might find Satoshi somewhere in this  Grin

Actually no. It seemed like the project was never implemented and it just dropped out into the abyss. Its even hard to find any mention of the project anywhere on the internet except old published archives.
Satoshi or no Satoshi this is a cool little project that got very close to what Blockchain is.
1644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Adding a dead coin to a Mining pool? on: July 27, 2018, 08:03:44 AM

I just saw LUNA bumping to 114% on Coinmarketcap (Yobit). This is a DEAD coin. Dead project with the domain also being up for sale. Why would any mining pool add this to their pools?
1645  Economy / Services / Re: Need to Announce New Project- Need good design for 1st post on: July 26, 2018, 08:51:24 PM
I am announcing our new project which is USA based and compliant as a Utility Token. Need a good announcement designed.

You might want to try @Parodium on Telegram.
I'm busy else I'd have picked this up.

Also, try to post your service requests here :

1646  Other / Meta / Re: Global Moderators fired? on: July 26, 2018, 08:19:43 PM
It would be better if we could have the same system with default trust members

Why do you try and derail every thread into an off-topic discussion about DT?

That's his MO. I have him on my ignored list.

They're not 'fired' per se, but as with most staff if you become inactive after x amount of time you usually have your mod status removed. Grue and Salty haven't really been active moderating for quite some time and both their mod payments have been zero for the past two months and grue's even longer than that, so that means they handled zero reports and probably why they were de-modded.

So does this mean mods get paid per reports they handle or do they get paid IF they handle reports? I wasn't aware that such a system was in place.
1647  Local / India / Re: India's Best Bitcoin Exchange goes Live with Deposits & Withdrawals! on: July 26, 2018, 07:49:56 PM
Never expected to end it like this...

We wont be ending.. We will come back, stronger, more experienced and smarter.

The new 9/11 awaits us Ben da. Its either gonna make or break the back of crypto businesses in India.

I guess it's time to move Coinsecure to P2P model?

U literally vanished from the forum. Escapist. Angry

Don't speak like a naive idiot.

I think you are right!!! I will delete this post after 24 hours. But I don't open this topic in order to cheat someone, despite this I agree with you.

Nah, that's exactly why you opened this thread. You want referral/affiliate income.
1651  Economy / Reputation / Re: Legendster's Rep thread of Bitcointalk on: July 26, 2018, 06:37:51 PM
Completed a $999 worth trade with :

My bot empire hungers for ETH. Taking your excellent contribution on the forum into account, I could go first. I will contact you to further discuss the details in private. Thank you for the offer!

Thanks for the trade. It's always a pleasure to work with you.

I confirm that the ETH has arrived from OP.
I went to feed my pets, and when I returned I saw I could feed my empire.
Thank you, @legendster, for being honest in this no-escrow deal! ^_^

Noting this here for reference.

1654  Economy / Services / Re: I need someone with a credit card to pay something for me (I will send BTC) on: July 26, 2018, 11:14:45 AM
Hello,

I will be very careful instead of you, because someone could pay with his credit card and then block the payment after the bitcoin received.
I think you can buy a prepaid visa card with botcoin or something no ?
Maybe you should think about it..

THAT is a good point though. Hence, OP should only trade with people that have a good trading reputation on this forum.
C'mon people! this is forum basics 101!
1655  Other / Meta / Re: Wall of fame / shame. Shit posts so bad that they are actually funny on: July 26, 2018, 09:11:30 AM
Be careful with such an agreement.
I would not recommend anyone who does this, because it is likely to be harmful in the future.
in case studies the credit card services are charged on monthly subscriptions. Although the OP service will be a one time payment, there is no guarantee that it will not generate a large bill for the next billing cycle that may result in the card details being saved in the following month. I think it's also easy for unauthorized access.

This was in response to a guy wanting to buy an event ticket of some sort. I wonder if this "creative" guy ever used a credit card in the first place or ever bought any event ticket.
1656  Local / Alt Coins (India) / Re: Any best ICO to invest ? on: July 26, 2018, 09:09:03 AM
There are many ICOs that have good ratings and will do better in future but they might not perform well in the current market. I'd suggest you not to invest in any ICO but wait for the good ones to hit the exchanges and there maybe you can buy the same at lower price.

That is equivalent to telling someone to only start learning how to swim once they are drowning.
Since BTC is currently booming it is the exact time one should enter the alts since they are currently bleeding.

I think he/she wasn't trying to say that don't get into alts. Its just with the bearish market, its better to get the alts from exchanges rather than buying in ICO.

Yes, that's actually a better idea. All ICO's overprice their tokens. All the good ones do it, so do the shit ones. The trick is to find the RIGHT ICO that do not over-exaggerate their token's worth.

You do realize your post is complete garbage and makes no sense? Or are you just trying really really hard to meet your word count limit for your paid post?
On which planet does a ticket make a recurring charge?

..
I'm looking for a kind person ...

The total is approx ~1500 €

Thanks foxs !

Consider PAYING people to do this rather than appealing to the kindness of people you've never met. If you can afford to pay 1500 Euros for a ticket then you can pay someone a little extra to do this for you Smiley

Guys dont trust anyone, just because they look senior or aged or they have their selfies attending various blockchain events, they might be fake like themselves

I heard there are quiet a few investigations going on in Gujarat relating to bitcoin scams, bribery and corruption involving senior people.

lol I was an impressionable young kid back then. Times have changed. And don't talk about 'rumours' please post links of such investigations and news.
1660  Other / Meta / Re: BITCOINTALK (BTALK) Tokens? || Wait what?? on: July 24, 2018, 01:52:15 PM
While I do think it's only a matter of time before some sort of forum token makes an appearance, the idea of it being on the Ethereum blockchain is a bit humorous.

Correct! the idea is not unique as you know very well that its been tossed around a few times. Remember Terracoin? - Exactly! No one does. I think if such a "forum-coin" were to make an appearance, it would be very forgettable as it's audience would be a very select niche in the whole ecosystem.
