Article 375 of the Indian constitution basically equates all men as rapists on the simple acknowledgement of a woman.
Basically the article says, that if there's a sexual act between a man and a woman (doesn't matter if it was consensual), and at a later time, the woman goes to court and files a complaint that there was no consent from her, the man will be immediately arrested and put on charge of rape and given 10 years prison term.
The burden to prove innocense falls on the man.
So, if there's an act of consensual sex, and a woman simply wants to blackmail the man, she can do it freely, and the law says it's okay.
It boils my blood that a country that claims itself to be largest democracy and of liberty has put all men under the bracket of rapists with just the push of a button of a woman.
Should then the men be allowed legally to have cameras in the bedrooms so if a woman later issues a charge, the video will be a proof of her consent?
What can be done to counteract such a heinous act and the misuse of such insane power of women?

Wachsen ist relativ ... Dort scheint man außerdem für jeden Post Geld zu bekommen, egal ob mit oder ohne bezahlte Signatur. Würde mich also nicht wundern, wenn es gerade einen kleinen "Boom" gäbe dort. Ich bin aber grundsätzlich für Vielfalt und gegen Stammesdenken, auch bei Bitcoin-Foren. Wenn ich mal etwas Zeit übrig habe, könnte ich mir dieses Forum also durchaus mal anschauen. Aber so ganz auf den ersten Blick sieht es nicht anders aus als Altcoinstalks, Cryptocurrencytalk und wie sie alle heißen. Da finde ich den Cryptocurrency-Reddit besser. Wobei: Wenn dort Early-Adopters ein paar ihrer BTC-Altbestände locker machen, um die neuen User zu zahlen, (woher haben sie das Geld sonst?), ist es dann nicht auch eine "GründerCommunity"?  1545 leute online zu einem moment das ist schon ganz ordentlich für ne neutrale cryptocommunity. bei bitcointalk muss man noch hinzufügen das es 75% ihrer viewer im letzten jahreszeitraum verlor. bitcointalks zenit war bei 7150 besuchern online gleichzeitig, und zwar vor vielen jahren (april 2013) cryptotalk erreichte seinen zenit mit 1545 vor gerade mal 4 stunden. damit is cryptotalk bei ca 21% des bitcoin zenits, das ist sehr bedrohlich. |

Tja, leider ist der Preis des Bitcoins seit Eröffnung deiner " threat" von 6.600$ auf 8.300$ "gefallen". Also ist die Aussage haltlos, der "Bitcoin-Hype" sei seitdem abgeflacht. Komisch auch, dass du jetzt erst kommst, wenn Bitcoin wieder niedriger steht nachdem er zwischenzeitlich bei knapp 13.000$ gestanden hatte. naja das traf aber sehr wohl zu auf die ganzen anderen coins wie zcash und dash., zu bitcoin: was die herumzockenden amerikanischen banker und ostasiatischen staatsfonds welche die amerikanischen schulden verwalten über bitcoin denken wird in der zukunft irrelevanter werden den je. der usd, ist überpreist, sobald die usa communistisch/sozialistisch werden, und da gibts schon lange einen trend dorthin wegen der ganzen ausbeuterei, wird der usd kaum noch führen. die zockerei im amerikanische beeinflusten euro bankenkartel wird auch noch unter die lupe kommen. wenn bitcoin die populäre basis wegbricht, dann wirds ein gigant auf hohlen tönnernden füßen. gruß |
