1662  Economy / Services / Re: WTB Can someone crack this for me for 1 bitcoin? on: November 25, 2011, 08:14:23 PM
hashing power isnt going to help brute force a password.

Hashing power could break an encrypted password file (theoretically) but you have nothing to crack, what you are looking for is someone to brute force it which just means guessing it over and over again until you get it right, and I am not sure but I am guessing that web site has some kind of protection that will block the IP of the person that tries the password too many times and / or starts demanding captcha which would make it incredibly time consuming and not worth the trouble for 1 btc

I have three open air rigs that have five gpu's each. I have a window style exhaust fan in front of each one that sucks air from the rigs and blows it out of my office , this has worked quite well to heat my entire downstairs of my house so far this fall

1677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Devcoin Mining Pool Available - Merged Mining Coming Soon on: November 21, 2011, 11:50:47 PM
the front end has little to do with the performance of the pool, the front end only displays statistics...

It still seems idiotic to complain to this extent, because he at one time mined on another pool on another coin that used the first version of this front end and did not like it, I could have the best front end in the universe and he would still criticize it because he had a bad experience with me before and because he's a bully.

If anyone cares I had a BTC pool awhile back, and we used pushpool and the very first release of Mining farm as a front end, well mining farm was extremely insecure at that time and we found several bugs after mining for a couple of days and had to code our own system, we re-set all the shares becase we could not convert the database over, we actually did all of our miners a favor because mining farm was vulnerable to a mysql injection exploit and everyone's information would of been compromised...  and even though I personally paid everyone out of my own pocket because of the mob mentality of folks like jkminov, for these lost shares, some people you just can't make happy.

I could get appointed CEO of apple today and jkminov would instantly throw away his iPhone declaring it a piece of shit!
1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Devcoin Mining Pool Available - Merged Mining Coming Soon on: November 21, 2011, 11:29:58 PM
your a belligerent fool, poolserverj has been proven to be the best opensource pool software there is, and I dont have to prove anything to you. Don't you have some ants to kill with a magnifying glass? or some kids lunch money to steal?
1679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Devcoin Mining Pool Available - Merged Mining Coming Soon on: November 21, 2011, 10:44:56 PM
this is a Devcoin mining pool, not Bitcoin there is no need to do 100 ghash but if we needed to we could handle it.

You obviously have no clue how things work, its preposterous to think that every 1 ghash = 6% server load, now that is funny.

btw: we are using PoolServerJ 0.40 RC7 that "script" is the most efficient pool server engine to date 10x more efficient getwork than traditional bitcoin rpc, go check out poolserverj.org - there is proof.

why don't you troll someplace else?
