1681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have your winnings lured someone into gambling ? on: November 07, 2022, 07:59:48 PM
For me i do not believe that gambling winnings lure anyone into gambling, what these big winnings does is that it gives people false hope, false believes that it could be them winning if they do not give up gambling; which in turns gives betting companies more money and more addicted gamblers.

Also, we must nurture the habit of staying away from gambling after having a winning; else you would lose all again

I'll tell you more. Emotions that a gambler experiences while winning or losing are very similar to those of a trader. Such emotions can change the perception of the environment and in this state it is very easy to make a mistake that will lead to serious losses.

That's why I support your point of view about taking a break from gambling as it will save you not only from reckless spending but also will save your health.
Acquiring too much stress and anxiety and other emotional things could really give out some effect on someones health which we know that these things can't really only be experienced via doing gambling but also
in other things that we are doing in our lives which can potentially do make out these kind of effects which you could really say that this isnt limited on certain conditions or circumstances.
Lured out someone on the way you do bet? I dont think so because each person around me does have their own will on what they should gonna do in their lives whether
they do let someone do inspires them or would be totally independent on what they are tending to do.
1682  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Friends and Family members want me to invest for them, help! on: November 07, 2022, 06:58:17 PM
In my country up to 7 people I knew very well ( friends and family ) want me to help them invest money in crypto, after telling them the risk involved and how it will be better if they learn themselves they turn the idea down..

Now they want me to invest their own money on coins and they aren't ready to choose the coins they will like themselves.

After thinking this through and through I started feeling like they are doing this to hold me responsible if something goes wrong.

Is my thoughts right? If you are in my shoes what will you do?
I would simply ignore on such manner or situation on which its never been a good feeling when you do know that you do get a hold of some funds that had been invested which isnt yours or simply you've been

entrusted up by their funds which means if ends up on negative then pretty sure you would really be get blamed of it which this is the thing where i dont really like specially when someone do really entrust their money.

Better to suggest that they should invest on their own and just simply provide with the basics of information in regarding crypto. If they insist then its up to you if you do let yourself
but its better that you would just simply reject or ignore.
I did experience one of my relatives or simply my cousin do really likes for me to invest his funds in behalf of him.I have told already about the risk that you could potentially lose money
and then he agreed but on the time where extreme bearish market had come then he starts on freaking out, asking if his investment were okay and not really suffering too much negative
or losses which i had told the truth where it had been going lower drastically and this is where things starts on being nasty where he had spoken up some
words which isnt something or should be spoken off and that time which relation been affected.
1683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you get over a bad loss? on: November 05, 2022, 02:12:40 AM
I get over a bad loss by watching comedy videos and hanging out with friends or sometimes go somewhere peaceful most epecially the seashore where you can only hear and see nature. Sometimes depending on the weather here if I am not able to go out I play games but not all the time as it can also give me stress, though I play MIR4 and PUBG.
There are lots of ways since there are different interest where people been involved into.If they could really make themselves get along on watching movies on easing out anger or disappointment, then they would definitely be doing that. Whereas there are people who are interested on doing sports or other physical activities on which they could really make out distraction into themselves and continue to deal up.
Overcoming emotion is something that really very that hard when you dont really know on how to control your emotion.Getting over would really be that easy if you dont mind much
about your gambling losses and could easily move on but there are people who cant just do it simply.
1684  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cryptocurrency is silent why? on: November 04, 2022, 11:26:14 PM
Market used to settle down after a massive growth. I see it in that way. The price reached the peak and the same is settling down, so that the next push will happen. In between market fluctuations moving within specific barriers is common market movement that happens out of the events that takes place connective to the cryptomarket. For now there is no big event happening. Even something positive isn't making big change in the market.
So far, there have been a lot of positive things happening around crypto and Bitcoin in different countries. That should be a driver for the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the market, but I don't see much of an effect from that for the market and Bitcoin. Plus it's like you said where nothing good is happening for crypto and Bitcoin right now, so the impetus for the price isn't very noticeable, except for the traders who fill the daily routine in the market.
there are no major events that lead to the positive, so that it can excite the market, but instead there is negative news that makes the market even more unenthusiastic. because the negative news is about the economic crisis that will probably occur in 2023, where the world body has warned about this to countries that will indeed be hit by the crisis.

maybe the big and good news that happened in some countries doesn't seem to make the situation any better, because this crisis clearly makes many countries have to tighten their spending in order to get past this problem.
hopefully with the help of the world bank will push many countries to get through the crisis and will spark a new passion of the crypto market.
Yes,everything is plain and we cant hear off anything like news or events or something correlate on fundamentals which could potentially affect the market in terms of interest which might drive on the hype in the market.
Get used to into something like this where market could potentially be that silent specially on consolidation or sideways movement where everything do really looks plain and simple.
Honestly, this is the best time on taking or making your position considering that every coins value or price is low which it would be an ideal entry point but since people
been still looking for possible lowest price then that would really be making out hindrance on possible decisions to be made.
1685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 04, 2022, 10:50:36 PM
I just want to add that in some countries, lottery winners are revealed in public because of transparency issues. I just don't know what specific countries are those. But as far as my knowledge on that is concerned, it's only the lottery as the gambling type that has cases of revealing winners.

Outside the lottery or other gambling types, there are no cases I  heard that winners are revealed. And if we refer to online gambling sites, that is something we can't expect even if there's no privacy data act or something regulations like that.
One of the cons on letting winners cover up their faces is that there's no transparency and its true that there are places on the world which these kind of set up cant really be that possible. It would be raising up questions in relation with transparency but in most case winners are free on what they do asked out or request. In the situation of that man who had won millions then i do understand his point
for its family members to become lazy which it is likely to happen but we know that their part of the family which they do have the right to know on whats happening inside of it.
If you do really mind about being honest then you would really be telling them but if not then you would really be keeping it as a secret but i do agree on that winners point
and he has the right on doing that.
1686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Strategies for Trading. on: November 04, 2022, 10:18:23 PM

the upside potential of crypto is always positive when you buy low which is the strategy of newbies are often just holding the coin. but you may start by figuring the low and high is where you might wanna learn in order to have a strategy.

many traders start learning with the tutorials shared by users and then you can learn from them the how indicators work.

In crypto trading, there are many types of analysis and other types if we start learning then it must be able to combine the indicators with our needs because everyone is different in doing analysis, especially when choosing the right coin so from all that we must be able to adjust as long as possible the learning process.
Indeed, there are now many tutorials on trading with good strategies in various versions, but that's how we can do it when we start.
It would really be a combination of all the things that you had encountered along the way when you do make trades. It would really be that normal that you would really be applying those strategies which you had been
used before on a certain condition.Learning would really be a never ending process on a market which is truly unpredictable and totally random.
Strategies couldnt be always precise but at least you do already have the idea on what you are doing rather than making yourself doing trading decisions without any basis.
Its normal that you should really be creating one rather than on making steps randomly or just doing pure gambling or selection.
1687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal. on: November 04, 2022, 09:36:09 PM
Someone with a strict budget of gambling with $10, decides to start online gambling after been told by a friend, but on signing up discovers that the minimum deposit accepted is above the amount budgetted for gambling. Does high minimum deposit fees from online casino discourage gamblers who want to stick to a budget and influences them to gamble with bigger amounts? If yes, and that perhaps is a reason behind many other online casinos keeping their minimum deposits as low as $1, Could low minimum deposit be an encouragement for people to come gamble regardless of the money they have to gamble? Does minimum withdrawal encourage players to try again and keep gambling if they don't win up to the minimum withdrawal?

In that case, your friend has no choice but to meet the required minimum deposit. That's not discouragement but rather the site is even saving your friend to save fees especially if we are talking about crypto-gambling sites here. Besides, tell frankly your friend that $10 is not enough to pursue gambling even just for fun.

About minimum withdrawal, as long as it's not crazy to reach then it's fine. For that, it's a good habit to read the terms about deposit and withdrawal and try to check what are the minimum in order not to be surprised. If not mentioned on terms, contact the support.
You should really not make yourself that obliged on playing on a site which does have higher minimum deposit considering that we do have lots of options that we do have in the market.
They might differ on small scale but there are platforms which do really ask lesser compared to others. Its a matter of research and looking for that one as we do have lots of options.
If you do really want to play badly on a site because it do looks good and its bonus are good then you wouldn't really be having no option but to deal off with their
minimum amount before you could play. Its a matter of decision whether you would push through or not.
1688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the bear market over? on: November 03, 2022, 11:06:18 PM
"Is the bear market over? Hard to say, but a lot of the bad news was priced in. With a maximum drawdown of -28%, SPX discounted 85% of a typical 33% market decline and 78% of a recession bear market. I still like the 1946 counterpart-"

 - I don't think the bear market is over yet dude because as far as I know the entry of the bull run is still in 2024, which means we have to go through the year 2023 before we get through it.

Although the period of the bear market is not an easy time for us to earn income, instead it requires sufficient skills and knowledge in performing trading tactics accurately, not even 100% but at least 75-80 At least % strategy to get profit here in crypto trading.
Making some increase is just like an ordinary day here on crypto space but wont really be that enough for us to say that we would really be going bull run.We are still on consolidating period
which it is really hard to make out some prediction and make some accumulation on this period.Cant really be denied that we do have some sayings that the price might go way back on 10k price point
basing up on technical indicators and that what makes some hesitance for investors to buy with the current price and thats what make it had to make some pumps.
This bear market would be over soon which it would be normal that there are sudden change of trend but no one could precisely point it out.
1689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 03, 2022, 09:47:21 PM
We can’t simply judge him by doing this, there’s a saying that even your family can betray you so this is a good action to avoid any family problem. He can simply make a good living slowly, like purchasing a house or even a car in the time frame of 5 years though I hope he can trust his wife and make a good business together, beside that money is for your family after all.
We are all thriving to have a better life.It would be a good idea that you would pretend that you would be building up some business or had some good work online that pays big
and on 5 years time you had pretend that you do make huge earnings which you could gradually make some property spending or purchase which it would really be giving
out a convenience for your family.Yes, we are doing our best on whats for the good for the family which it would be just normal that there might be hesitation
on some people on trusting them up that much but well its their choice and its their money after all.
1690  Economy / Economics / Re: Can One Get Rich or At least Not go Broke During a Recession? on: November 03, 2022, 08:59:36 PM
I've seen several occasions whereby people get rich and along the way return back being poor and this does not necessarily have to have the implact from inflation, getting riches is synonymous to having enough money toncarter for present wants, but many get carried away by larvish spendings on liabilities instead of investing on asset, recession will be a shake to test the regidity of your financial capacitation and standings and what determines this is wjen you have a back up investment to sustain with despite current challenge, many fails to backup their imcom with alternative and take the whole risk onna single venture and when recession set in it becomes inevitable to handle.
Spending could be limited, that way people could get a better life but if your earning is low then there is no limited spending that could help you. That’s the problem in the world we have right now, you could eat noodles 3 times a day and still be a poor person with no savings, all because there are billions who are underpaid right now while there are like 1000 people with over trillions of dollars owned. That will make sure that people will stay hungry forever, as long as nations keep on taxing this high, and wealthy keep on stealing form us, it’s going to keep on being a trouble.

You may adore Elon for example, but he underpays his workers every month, he steals from his workers constantly, and breaks unions as soon as there are talks. Stop admiring rich, and start working for the general public.
Whether we do hate it then we cant really change that fact and would really be remain on what are the positions that we are taking.Rich or wealthy people would be always be on the top and always have the advantage which it would really be normal that they would really be abusing up their advantage for the sake of always ahead on competition or something else.As an individual then it would be better if you do mind on how to make
yourself better in terms of finances rather than on minding and keep on criticizing others peoples situation or just on being rich. You cant just changed that fact and it would be
better if you do put your focus into other things.
1691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A disheartening true life winning story on: November 03, 2022, 07:56:53 PM
<...>

Its exactly these reasons why we need drop centralized gambling and make decentralized gambling (with provably fair, audited protocols) the new norm. Gambling companies think they can get away with everything and its disgusting to see when they do get away with it.

As far as the guy is concerned, I doubt he will be able to win his case unless he has some hard proof which they have not been able to wipe away, quickly. As far as your question to why anyone would take your money and refuse to pay you your winnings, the answer is simple: because they can. And they have absolutely no moral qualms about screwing you over, if they can. But that goes for all businesses, not just gambling.

dropping centralized gambling for decentralized is a great point, I totally agree
but you think we'll reach a turning point where decentralized becomes bigger than centralized? seems like due to the technical barrier and even some tech things people usually prefer convenience over security and comfort over choosing the best option in terms of fairness.
Even though lets talk not only limited on gambling sites or platforms but also in exchanges as well.We know that being decentralized is good but there are things which we do actually need for us to be convenient and
easy access on some certain things which we can only find on centralized platforms which its no surprise that it is really getting more users and been preferred compared over security.
We cant deny nor ignore that fact which it is something that we do really need to realize.

Back on topic which getting some legal actions towards these companies about not on paying your winning then it would really be just worth on doing so.
As long you do have the evidences and the winning amount is just worth for you to fight on then dont really be afraid.
1692  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do we gamble or trade? on: November 02, 2022, 11:59:15 PM
My professional way to earn money is trading. But I had some good times with some fun on gambling.Gambling is not a easy one,we should learn it.The time need to learn gambling is 3 times more then a trading. In crypto trading,we had huge signals. We had some paid signals also,by that we can earn a decent profit from the trading. But only in gambling we can had fun using over money.Trading we do by the way to earn some money from it.But only the true gamblers know, gambling is full of entertainment. So gambling is not the earning platform. If you had a idea to do gambling, kindly do it as for the fun.Don’t expect any money from the gambling. It may leads to disappointment by the expectations.
You could really do both things.

Gamble is to entertain yourself and Trade is for investment purposes. We know the differences and we know on what we do need. There are indeed times that we do really just put up too much focus
on something which might result on for you on getting distracted rather than on making yourself get focused specially on trading. Its not bad to have these kind of activities or investment movement
as long you do benefit out and make you feel better and at the same time you do make money then its just common sense on reacting whether things turns out to be good or bad for us.
Just know the risk level involved and deal up according on what you could able to bare out.
1693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do think that POGO should be declared as legal or Illegal ? on: November 02, 2022, 11:11:10 PM
A gambling platform headquartered in the Philippines called Philippines Offshore Gaming Operations (POGO) provides gambling, betting, and E-casinos outside of the nation. Many POGO companies operate legally in the Philippines by submitting license applications to PAGCOR, but some people run POGO illegally, which is why many legal offshore gaming operations are branded as illegal. If the government shuts down this operation, many Filipinos will lose their jobs and the Philippine economy will suffer a loss of several billion pesos.

https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1672432/pogos-not-linked-to-illegal-online-gaming-says-pagcor

In my opinion, the POGO sector helps many Filipinos meet their basic needs and stimulates the economy, but having so many unlicensed offshore gambling establishments will harm the Philippines government's reputation.
Its impossible that they would really be shutting it down as a whole even though there are some lapses or misses when it comes to those illegal operation made out by some casinos but it wont really be a reason
for them to completely shut.We know that if there's legal ones then there's illegal ones which government do always hunt off these fellas. Its just normal for a government to look upon
when it comes to potential profits or taxes that they could imply with these casinos which it would be normal that they should follow on any regulation that would be imposed
or set by the government once they do decide on running off their business on this country.
1694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Crypto Winter on: November 02, 2022, 08:59:33 PM
to predict the lowest bitcoin price, it's very difficult especially since I'm still a beginner in bitcoin and crypto, but in my opinion the highest bitcoin price for the next bul run is 175000 dollars.
Noob or veteran it wouldnt really matter because no one really knows on what the future looks like. Its all random and pure speculation on whatever analysis been thrown out on the market.
For a market something like this then it would really be that normal that there's a crypto winter or bearish period where everything is on red.We cant really have a market that do continue
to rise up like forever since thats not how the market works nor behaves. This is why whenever you have decided on stepping your foot into this market then you should have
prepared yourself into these things. Its normal to be that emotionally affected but needing to control do really need on doing so.
1695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do online casinos disadvantage some locations from winning big on: November 02, 2022, 07:56:04 PM
You know how casinos have set certain slots to only pay a certain amount to a winner, it it also possible that casinos are using an algorithm to limit how much it can payout for players coming from certain locations to avoid being dragged into legal disputes if a player is paid big money and the local authorities want to know the source and the alike?

Isn't it a unfair practice though if casino's are deliberately doing it?

What if someone find out or some insider leaked that out? for sure the reputation of that casino will be hit hard. I know that we don't have any sources about this thing, but for me casino's are not that stupid do to this kind of thing.

They can still make a lot of money without being resorting to this kind of algorithm, just saying.
True, they are running a long term based kind of business which they wouldnt really be doing bullshit things for the benefit of that possible revenue which they could eventually earn along the way if they wanted to.
Casinos now are mostly been regulated which it would be always normal to think or assume that they do really abide on laws and regulations that had been set out.It would really be followed if they wont or dont really
like on having those potential headaches and issues might be raised if certain informations would be leaked out just in case.If they are aware about those restricted countries or those limitations
then its no brainer that they would really be implying it and would be likely on running the business for long term.
1696  Economy / Economics / Re: Life is a puzzle ! on: November 02, 2022, 06:55:05 PM
In my opinion life is not like a puzzle, but life depends on effort, prayer and of course destiny, people who are always lazy and think negatively will surely fail and suffer, but people who are always grateful and accept this life will be successful and happy.
I dont believe on destiny though because you are the ones who is making your own destiny basing up on the decisions that you do make on your life which it would really be definitely affecting on your future.
This is why it would really be just relevant that you should be mindful on whatever decisions you've been making along the way and dont make yourself rely into destiny because you wont really be
expecting something to happen if you do make out bad decisions in life which is really just that common sense.
Life isnt a puzzle because we arent solving out things just to make our lives even more better. We are more than on facing up challenges or needing up to be versatile.
1697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling house responisbilty to protect people data on: October 31, 2022, 10:59:44 PM
the OP should give some examples of this situation. because in this forum, i haven't seen exposing privacy details for the winners. most of the time, it is only the username of the person. but not personal details.
Right, the usernames are given if they've won big money. There's no personal information that's included but if that's seems to be a big issue for anyone, I think that they have the right to be sensitive on it.
There's too much data being shown to the public these days but I think on this matter, it's totally and entirely different from those that they should worry about.
When username is been given then you wouldnt really see any issues yet these are just aliases and even if its proclaimed into the public then there's no way that people would find out your identity.
Unless if the said platform would really be releasing out those names which is something that cant really see thats happening in the market. When it comes to privacy protection then it do just
turns out to be a default thing.Platforms does have their terms and conditions and also those privacy terms which those informations been accumulated
is really safe on their side but everything isnt an assured thing for it to happen.
1698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is happening with Crypto market on: October 31, 2022, 09:57:02 PM
I am personally thinking that 19k is the support because I can see bitcoin around this region for some months. I believe we might not see 15k again as being predicted by many people as the bottom. All the drama can end in this 19k.
Bitcoin Consolidating around 19k for quite some months now does not actually acertain that the price will no longer drop lower than the current price it's right now $19k, this could be a bull trap where the bears are trying to trick bulls to think that the market is no longer going down further, and another major reason is that investors are not certain about future rates hykes by the Fed.
Therefore, the moment we get a break out from here that would be a crazy movement either ways.
Making a point of assumptions that Bitcoin as it's in the state of nineteen thousand ($19) it might be the trap of bullish, this is totally assumptions, because cryptocurrency market does not have a specific directions or stage of price that will indicates that it's about to kick out of bearish market, but i know quit well that bullish market of cryptocurrency can be experience anytime without any time Factor likewise bearish continuation of cryptocurrency, if we are encroaching into bullish the system of market acceleration will definitely increase.
Really hard to make out some conclusions yet its been long or several months that we've been playing around 18k-21-22k... price point where volatility or movement does really only plays on these levels which  it is
really hard to make assumptions and steps whether its a good price to buy or would wait up further for potential drops and decrease but we know that for those long term holders then it wont really be that an issue.
You wouldnt really be minding yourself on buying since you dont really care on what price you would be entering as long you could really make accumulation then that what matter most.
When you do step your foot into this market then preparedness would really be that crucial or something that do really talks about being versatile or adaptive.

Tundra 3-0'ing Secret in a grand finals of #TI11

Disaster for Secret, as they were destroyed in almost every game. GG Tundra

❌Personally very bad tournament for me regarding my bets! A lot of losses!

It's time for reset and prepare for new season! Good news coming soon! 😎
This recent TI is the most unpredictable one considering that old and top tier teams did really lost into those underdogs.Just like on what happened on
Boom vs TS which is shocking and truly unpredictable. Even LGD had been dropped out and didnt able to reach out on semi-finals.
Secret is too good for me and beleiving that they could get the aegis for this year but Tundra is more consistent and really that
discipline when it comes to skills execution plus too smart on itemization which it did really paid off.
1700  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is hodling top 10 Marketcap coins a good tactic? on: October 30, 2022, 10:57:39 PM
I'm not too sure about the top 10, but would probably consider the current top 5. Bitcoin, ETH, and XRP haven't been in the top 5 for years, so I think it would be good to have all three in my portfolio.

I would probably consider some other altcoin like BNB although some would find it a joke. We can't really avoid risk even if it's just bitcoin, but maybe we can minimize the risk. So some of my choices about investment assets are clear, but it's possible the ratings will change as the industry evolves. Everything is risky including bitcoin, so being different doesn't mean you don't have the same goal especially about the return on investment.
Since not everyone would have that huge fund to invest then it would really be that ideal on sticking with the current top 5 ranking coins in the market which its not really that bad to make out diversification
with these options but if you arent really that confident with these options then its better to stick out with Bitcoin but its up to your own choice on which one you would really be choosing.
Good tactics or wise decisions would really be depending on market condition and there's no such about assurance on making profits in the future.
This is why you should always be mindful about risk management thing.
