There's a board for that https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=57.0

For escrow I would suggest OgNasty I know he has escrowed a few deals for pcfli and he is real easy to escrow with.

+1 Ognasty is legit and trustworthy for escrow

How did you arrive at the 300$ number?

Those are the shipping costs for one SP30 to Europe.

Unless you bought one in the group buy which includes shipping.

Hi everyone,
We decided to have a price dropping since many guys are expecting here.
New price for 1.2TH/s is $935. Only $0.78/GHs.
New price for 620GH/s is $480. Only $0.78/GHs.
We will begin shipping on Monday.

Is that inc/ex delivery?

ex, they updated the first post with the new prices and the delivery details are still the same.

 Wink

My mistake its the AS-1042G-TF as per the pic, you should update the topic.

$1400 from ebay (new) or Servers Direct.
CPU's still only $40 each though. Cheesy

So say 2.5BTC as its second hand, will you escrow if I pay the fees?
1708  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: A Bedroom of Pc's? on: August 17, 2014, 03:33:18 PM
Simple: Sell all the PC's on ebay and use the money to buy an ASIC miner for scrypt or bitcoin.

Is that the SC818TQ-1400LPB chassis?

If so, ebay prices are like $600 and the CPU's are $40 each

1713  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Instruction]Detailed manual for Dragon 1T Miner on: August 16, 2014, 03:08:31 PM
Download the image I have post a few post back at this thread.
If you have more than 1 Dragon, flash 1 Dragon with my image and then reboot at the same time a Dragon with factory image and see wich one already finished copying and start to mine and the other is still copying the original files back to their directory.
LKETC made a lot hidden files and hidden directories to protect their logo, it replace every time you reboot the original files.
I have to learn linux to replace their password and find out where all the hidden files are located.

I can now replace every hidden files with my own.
This thread is about overclocking, but you can also underclock the Dragon using this thread.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=post;topic=652312.0;num_replies=16

The reason that you have to repeat these steps is, the OP didn't know where the hidden files are located at the time of posting.
After every reboot, the Dragon start with the config in the hidden folder.
I replace the config in the hidden files with a file what I have learn in this thread.
I am pretty sure CK can reverse engineer all the shit from Innosilicon if LKETC didn't spend so much effort in hide and seek.
CK don't have time for that.
With every version of CGminer, CK do a terrific good job in improving his master work.

All I want to know is, how much improvement there will be with the latest version of CGMiner on the Dragons compare with version 3.9.0
Since you don't know nothing about compiling and decompiling and can't point me to the right direction, I have to use Google again.

Despite your lovely bedside manners, have you tried the cgminer thread? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.15440

Doing a search there for A1 shows that ckolivas and kano have not done any work on the Innosilicon A1 driver and its all proprietary stuff, and they have never been approached by the manufacturers either for permission or help with building drivers.

Good luck with your decompiling efforts I hope you manage to make a better version for the Dragons.
1714  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Instruction]Detailed manual for Dragon 1T Miner on: August 16, 2014, 01:49:59 PM
I already made a new Dragon image that boots faster and react faster and replace their logo with mine own logo.
I already made a new image with lower hashrate, but with better power consumption.
After 2 months, dragons are not power efficient anymore using the factory settings.
I am asking the community about stuff how to compile and how to decompile cgminer.
Don't worry, I can learn things fast, I have to, otherwise I can't earn more Btc out of the Dragons.

Since you have nothing to add, why bother?

Because I did ave something to add Smiley they won't even let Con have access to their modifications to hi source code, and that's illegal in most countries.

Plus with the stats I see from the dragons the reject rate and hw errors are pretty low for an ASIC, other than underclocking (which you said you can already do) I don't see how you will make them more efficient with a new version of cgminer.

I have never compile binary code in my life before.
Can someone point me in the right direction and what software is used.

The Dragons use CGMiner 3.9.0
I want to compile newer version of CGMiner to work with Dragons.
What kind of program is used to decompile the binary code?
And what kind of program is used to compile binary code?

I already know how the different versions of the Dragon image works and where the hidden files and hidden folders are.
I have not seen the Dragons mining and sending encrypted packages back to a Chinese IP address.
It is not possible to overclock the Dragons, because they are already overcloked to the maximum using lesser chip quantity.
However it is possible to underclock the Dragons to be more power efficient.

I want to use a newer version of CGMiner to see if it hash better than version 3.9.0
I will upload an image with underclocked config and if I can learn how to compile newer version of CGMiner to work with Dragons I will also upload
this.

Thank you for your time

They are never going to let you do that.

sorry guys, one electrical pike destroyed all our fans, we have to shut down some miners to keep the temperature, although the temperature has  drop a lot last week, but we have more than 400 miners in our farm, it is no way to keep the temperature without working fan
we have contacted the factory to send new fan today, and will get the miner work after this problem is resolved,
sorry for that, such thing never happen during the last few month, and we only have 2 back up fans

I'm sure Mr Lee will consider compensating for lost earnings with an outage such as this, regardless of the reason, with a setup where any downtime is loss of earnings for your customers you should have more than enough failsafes in place to cover these sorts of eventualities.

This was a 24 hour outage of his more expensive hosting option, at current difficulty 1TH will earn 0.02549BTC or around $12.5 in that time and 1 days hosting is around $4.44.

A the minimum he could either give 3 days extra hosting or 0.03453BTC

These are the minimum numbers, other reputable companies would probably do more to compensate.

Spondoolies-Tech has discontinued sales of the September batch of SP30s because the chips they received from TSMC are under performing and do not reach the advertised 6TH/s speeds.  Spondoolies-Tech has stated this in their thread in the hardware forums, and are offering compensation for people who have placed orders.  They have not yet provided details on the exact cause, or released the updated specs for the SP30.  They have, however, stated that the October batch will indeed perform up to spec.  That is speculation on their part, assuming TSMC will fix the production issue and supply them with proper chips.

In any case, at this point there is no further sales of a September batch of SP30.  Until Spondoolies-Tech makes the announcement in their thread, and updates their website with new specs and pricing, this group buy is not going anywhere.

Ah, so thats what happen. I was getting ready to place an order few weeks ago and im glad that i have not now

Uh.. the September batch are still for sale, and Spondoolies updated their website with the new specs (4.5TH) and new price $3895 weeks ago.

the fan system in data center have problem and we have to shut down all miner to protect the miner from over-heat, the engineer is already work on this issue, should be resolved soon

Hows it going? Down for 8+ hours so far.

Now down for 15 hours.

Looks like it came up for 10 minutes about 5 hours ago then went down again. I think its the premium hosting.

On another note, do you do the 90Mh/s A2 model? Its not on your price list but its still offered as a rental by your colleague notlist3d
