Pool is here:

https://hwc.suprnova.cc

Diff is still quite low

Thanks, will add to OP right now. But the ticker is WORM, not HWC  ;p

Also, just so you know, there's no network transaction fees, so I suggest not paying any  Wink

Sorry was in a hurry and didn't look close to the Ticker, i'll change that a little later.

Glad to hear the US server is coming up soon.

It's not possible to pay out directly to poloniex, right?

You can use normal wallet addresses, 95 char long and integrated payment id addresses which are 106 chars long .

Payments with "normal" address and payment ID I'm currently working on, should be available by the end of the weekend or so.
1704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: XMR Monero Pool xmr.suprnova.cc MPOS Based PPLNS on: January 05, 2017, 08:58:19 AM
Claymore 9.7 is now working fine with SSL on the pool:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=638915.0

Integrated Addresses work for payout now too.

US node is currently syncing and will be up soon.
1705  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stay away from zec.suprnova.cc (and the whole family)! It is a scam! on: January 05, 2017, 12:42:58 AM
Most pools are pplns in the meanwhile. What he's trying to say is that Pool luck sometimes is bad and there are rounds over 300% luck whereas a miner gets, of course, lower payout then when there are three subsequent rounds with 100% luck...

Unfortunately this is not how luck works.. You have variance.. A pool cannot only have lucky rounds, I don't have a deal with Satan and I didn't sell my soul

What he not sees or not mentions is that there are also lot of lucky rounds.. Multiple subsequent rounds far below 100% of estimates shares, so below 100 % luck which of course then pay more to the miner, especially with pplns.

This is unfortunate... I've tried to explain several times, just look above and also check this link :
http://give-me-coins.com/support/faq/what-is-pplns/

It's not so easy sometimes

Need to see if I have a free slot somewhere... Put the source on github in the meanwhile

https://github.com/HealthyWormDotCom/HealthyWormCoin

You do know anybody can change the link you posted in the thread and add malware.

I will strongly suggest you delete it and refer to the ann to download github.

It is in the OP, this reply was for ocminer to know I just uploaded it. If it's not on the HealthyWorm github, don't use it

OK, I'll make some space and should have one up soon

You got scam, suprnova pool uses PPLNS to scam in long rounds, suprnova pool will switch user hashrate to another anonimous Zcash address and no found new blocks, then if you dont mine to finish in long rounds or you mine 50% in long round, you lost 100% shares in long round (3-4 hours)and earning in next short rounds (5-15 minutes) (he said "last 10 rounds" is scam). Many scam long rounds stuck 5->12 hours  with 300%-400% bad luck in days  and he will modify " Bad Luck" from 12x,13x% to 100% in next 1,2 days
Zcash mining in suprnova(7 days 100% luck ) is lower 20%,30% to another PPLNS pool
Stay away from this scam pool
https://forum.z.cash/t/suprnovas-zcash-pool-zec-suprnova-cc/2098/1963

And here my reply from the forums :

That's exactly what PPLNS is against, the rounds are calculated over time, you're not only paid for one round but for several rounds, read up here:

http://give-me-coins.com/support/faq/what-is-pplns/

If PPLNS is scam, many other pools are scam too

Hi ocminer,

Any chance of opening up a US/Canada eastern SSL server? I'm getting response times of ~150ms vs ~10-15ms on dwarfpool.

Sure, it's already in the works, should be available in max 24h
1710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7 on: January 04, 2017, 09:11:33 PM
Thanks for the update, claymore. Working perfectly across my 20+ rigs.

ocminer, I'll be switching to your pool when I have a bit more free time I think.

Great to hear, thanks ! I'll be doing some promos on the pool too shortly !

Oh I'm sorry, I posted in on the mainpage but I've forgot to save, its:
ssl://xmr.suprnova.cc:5221

Ok, added to OP.

Thanks !

Here's a config which works with suprnova:

Code:

-o ssl://xmr.suprnova.cc:5221
-u suprnova.1
-p x

1712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7 on: January 04, 2017, 08:54:24 PM
Working fine here as well (SSL on suprnova):

1713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7 on: January 04, 2017, 08:37:57 PM
WTF???

Claymore's CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7 - on start - i receive message:
"The ordinal 43 could not be located in the dynamic link library SSLEAY32.dll"

What Windows version?

v9.7:

- reduced devfee, it's 2% now if you use secure SSL/TLS connection, currently miningpoolhub pool supports encrypted connections, see Readme for samples.
- added "allpools" option, use it if your pool requires Username.Worker instead of wallet address, or if you mine some fork of Monero.
- now all options can be stored in "config.txt" file.
- changed format of "pools.txt", now you can specify own settings for every failover pool. Since format was changed, failover pools file was renamed to "epools.txt".
- now "r" key reloads failover pools file, "s" shows current statistics, with digit keys you can disable/enable GPUs.
- improved support for EthMan, now all commands are supported.
- now remote management is working in read-only mode by default.
- added SSL/TLS encryption support for better security, see "-o" option description in Readme file for details.

PS. Too many changes, bugs are quite possible.

xmr.suprnova.cc supports encrypted connections as well...

What port? ssl://xmr.suprnova.cc:5222 does not work.

Biggest WTF: only 100 PoW blocks?!? Either you have a trojan in the wallet or you want to turn your ridiculous 19% premine into an effective 99%.

lol

https://github.com/Bartholomew32/stc-source/blob/master/src/main.h#L31

True.. 100 Blocks

https://github.com/Bartholomew32/stc-source/blob/master/src/main.h#L50

Has nothing todo with the max supply.. The dev has no clue what he's talking about..

https://github.com/Bartholomew32/stc-source/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L1004-L1008

Nice premine.. and only 100 x 600 coins for the miners Smiley wow

https://github.com/Bartholomew32/stc-source/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L2541

Aahh, now thats a nice genesis block description.. Smiley

Which Bounty ?

This Bounty:

Or this Bounty ?

1717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Review of Panda Miner coming up. on: January 04, 2017, 12:28:44 PM
@Phil - Is this Panda completely just powered by PCI only?  This would be fantastic news, as I can power a ton of this without needing ATX Power supplies.  The IBM 4KW Server PSU bundle seems like a winner's choice for this.  .
yes the Panda need only PCI-E 6 Pin nothing else.

How many PCI-E sockets in total please?

seven

What is the difference between a normal PC motherboard compared to this Panda "PCI switch" based motherboard?

It's fancier and smaller Smiley

Looks good, are those Chips from the GPU's soldered directly to the Pandaminer board or is it still a modular system with swappable cards ?

Damn, pool has a bad luck today

Yup, after rain comes sun though Smiley

As there were some questions: yes, we're on the new wallet and ready for the fork
