1701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Purchasing digital codes with coins on: October 10, 2021, 09:16:23 PM
2GA is a place that accepts bitcoin I believe, they are also by far the most known place that I used for crypto as well. There are some other places as well, gamivo does it as well, which is a big place too, cdkeys does it too which is not that big at all, but at least they do it. I personally still suggest that 2GA so that would be very good, because they are very good and very famous and with fiat I have used them for years way before they started to accept crypto, and then I ended up with a good crypto part of it as well and made bunch of purchases so far with it as well.
1702  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: October 09, 2021, 09:59:48 PM
Common questions with having common answers would surely be able to handle out with those bot responses but on things which are out of scope or in limitation for a bot to answer then this is the time you would

really be sending out support tickets which its just understandable for you to be done.In regards of workload and cost cutting then i dont really see for them to have that kind of problem.
They are profitable and they wouldnt really just ignore this very important aspect to retain on being a good and responsive casino.
It is the "support" that is the problem and require people. I mean think about it this way, if you are wondering something about roobet then they could have an answer ready, and if not then they could add it if its asked too many times, those are all fine. However, if you are having a "problem" then it will always be a support staff, that will not change at all. I believe that we are going to see support staff forever, that type of human interaction requirement for complaints will never be gone. I do not care how much technology improves, it will always be required to have at least few people to respond to other people to help them out.
1703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptos and NFTs are you Excited about? on: October 09, 2021, 08:44:27 PM
With the marketcap of crypto at near 2.5 trillion now..and I think that doesn't include NFTs right?
There is a lot of saturation but I am sure there are good projects launching.

Which crypto projects new ICOs or existing you are excited about?
Yeah I don't think NFT valuation is added into crypto marketcap. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of NFT projects going on these days.
One of the main reasons why it is not calculated is because they are all unique and they each have their own value depending on the owner. I could own one NFT and believe it worths 1 million dollars, some other person who ended up with it in another alternative universe could say it worths 1 dollars. It is art and they all have their own value in their owners eyes so there is really no way to calculate it.

Like bitcoin will have maximum 21 million bitcoins in the world but they are all the same and we decide on the price, but no NFT does have a calculateable price since owners do not put it on sale and just leave it up there all the time and we do not have 21 million same NFT (usually at least). Hence why it is quite difficult to calculate it and put it on top of the coin market cap right now, that is why we have to just guess it, and yet there is still no educated guess to find it out.
1704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana was down for several hours on: October 09, 2021, 12:48:43 PM
Solana is still in its infancy when compared to ethereum and the giant,  bitcoin. Struggling in the early stage in the cryptocurrency market is quite normal and should be expected  of new tokens. Price is back up and soaring.  Let's just hope it won't be needing any maintenance any time soon.

I think you are right and I agree with you, indeed solana is considered a new coin and is still growing to rise, even now solana coin is still in a period of correction and that's normal in the crypto world, and I'm also sure the price will increase again, so  from that it did not dampen my enthusiasm in holding this coin.
I guess it is certainly a level where I would not consider it "new". It could be new compared to most other coins at the top of the list that is for sure, but it has been around for a while and it has lived to see a high level anyway. Right now it is the 7th biggest coin and even with 8x and passing ethereum, that seems like the only path left, so 8x is literally the all it can do above the usual market ups and downs.

I am not saying 8x is bad, but "new" coins could do as much as 100x because they usually lack liquidity and go viral time to time, even old ones listed a lot lower end up doing better than that if they go viral (look at doge in 2021). So all in all I would say that it is definitely not new in mindset, it is already high, and the biggest I could ever imagine it doing is 2x right now, that's it, nothing more seems likely.
1705  Economy / Economics / Re: Why exchanges are charging a big amount as transaction fee on withdrawal on: October 09, 2021, 11:35:36 AM
It is really annoying to pay big amounts as transaction fee. Today myself encountered a pathetic situation. I was in need of money, and my wallet had $400 worth of TRX. I wasn't able to change it directly to fiat, and for this reason I deposited the entire TRX in an exchange and traded against bitcoin. Now on withdrawing it exchange took a transaction fee of 0.0009 btc and what is left is around $350 worth bitcoin.

If this is the scenario surely then we can't make a plan with what is available in the wallet.

Please post the exchanges with the low transaction fee and good trading volume. Maybe next time it'll help me.
Maybe you should try making use of peer to peer exchanges whenever you are trying to exchange your money. Centralized exchanges are always going to charge high fees whenever you are trading. you can as well try binance.com or Kraken.

Moreover you didn’t mention the exchange that you were using that charged you a high fee. If you mentioned it,it would have been easy to know which exchange and also know how much fees they are charging you and then recommend the one that charges less to you, but I think Binance.com is a good option to go for, just check it out. Or you can just go for peer to peer exchanges, I think those ones will be better.
1706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's pay attention to BNB? on: October 08, 2021, 09:48:33 PM
Losing the third spot to ADA once again is not something that BNB investors should care about. It is not about which coins that goes beyond BNB and become higher, it is about your own investment doing fine for you. I believe that it has been doing fine for me because I owned it since it was under 30 dollars, however it has been a little let down considering it also crashed a lot and did not increase as much as I would want it to.

ADA could become bigger than ETH all I care (well I own some ADA too, that helps I suppose Cheesy) but I feel like as long as BNB could go beyond ATH and reach 1000 dollars, then it will be my goal achieved, after that I do not care if BNB is 1k and still 10th biggest coin, because I would have enough profit from it anyway.
1707  Economy / Economics / Re: Will we see new ATH this year? on: October 08, 2021, 08:49:51 PM
Indeed, Bitcoin had previously risen above the price of $50k and not long after its price fell drastically. Even now Bitcoin's rise is fast enough to rise above $50k, and now Bitcoin is at $55k. So there is no guarantee that the price of Bitcoin will continue to rise to the next resistance level, there is a possibility that the price of Bitcoin will fall again. That is why we must continue to monitor Bitcoin movements as often as possible, because Bitcoin movements are indeed difficult to predict. I think if the price of Bitcoin this week can stay above the price of $50k, this seems like a good sign, there is a possibility based on my analysis Bitcoin in the next few weeks will approach the price of $ 60k. Especially if this month can rise above the price of $ 60k, it is most likely that Bitcoin prices will be more bullish and very likely to reach new ATH prices by the end of this year.
Stoploss could definitely do what you are saying. Anyone worried that bitcoin might crash again, could put up a stoploss at around 50k, or even higher if they feel brave and they could be doing a favor for themselves. Obviously it is not going to be that easy but it could still save you if it happens.

I believe that the crash will not happen anytime soon and I believe that we are going to be fine, but it is not a guaranteed thing so I do not know what to feel like, I can't give any advice without feeling guilty afterwards. However, stoploss is definitely a life savior, if you could use that then you could be braver because you would know that in the very worst situation you could end up just losing a bit and still get out as soon as it crashes.
1708  Economy / Economics / Re: Investors Spent Millions on 'Evolved Apes' NFTs. Then They Got Scammed on: October 08, 2021, 08:11:15 PM
What were they expecting? I mean these Ape stuff got super boring, just because one ape collection got so much attention, doesn't mean that everyone should create some ape stuff that would be super famous and worth money neither, even non-scam ones try to do this.

In any case I believe that if you are trying to mint and get your hands on some brand new Ape NFT because you want to be early and sell that to make a profit because you know they worth nothing to you in value but you want to profit from being early and sell it higher for profit to scam others basically, selling something that has zero value to you but profit from it selling to someone else high is scam after all, then you are a scammer who got scammed and I am not really sad for you, just move on.
1709  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: *Day Traders* are now calling gambling Addiction helplines!! on: October 08, 2021, 10:22:33 AM
*How far is day trading from Gambling according to you?*
Is that a valid comparison?? Are we soon going to consider the day trading *gambling?*
Hope you are aware of the fact that this has been and everlasting debate which keeps on happening across this forum. (People do ask like gambling can be day-trading in our trading discussion sub).

On q quick search I got few of our old topics which might be answering you:
Trading vs Gambling
Gambling vs. "leveraged" trading
Combination of gambling and trading
Crypto trading or gambling
Gambling is like day trading ?
Do you consider trading as gambling?
Outside risk: similarities between gambling and trading?
Sports Bet trading!
Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading?
Why trading is better than gambling?
Digital options - Gambling or trading?
Is Bitcoin Trading Gambling?

In my opinion, gambling is chance based and trading is skill based hence if you are getting into skill based gambling like sportsbetting or poker then you are almost trading there. Moreover, trading will simply come down to the level of gambling when you are not trading with the help of technical and fundamental analysis.
1710  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I turn my $200 to $20000 on: October 07, 2021, 09:59:21 PM
I checked OP's post history and he is not a noob neither, dude is a good trader. I mean of course everyone has great days and horrible days and obviously this was probably one of his better days. I do not mean like he could do this all the time, but he looks like a smart person who knows what they are doing so I assume that it wasn't like some dumb newbie lucky that he made this profit, he was ready for some stuff.

At the end of the day, if you study hard and become a good trader, you increase the possibility of you making some profit, and if you do that hardcore then you are going to profit from it in the long term as well. I am not an amazing trader, but I work hard to learn more so that the possibility of me trading to make this kind of return becomes possible, without working hard then you will not even have that chance at all.
1711  Other / Archival / Re: [POLL] What to expect from Bitcoin in 2022? on: October 07, 2021, 06:14:04 PM
I may have gotten the wrong impression reading posts on this forum, but except for a small percentage of older members, most others are constantly living in doubt and panic and you can easily sell them any story, especially the one about the approaching crypto winter. Maybe these are the ones you mention, because in some parts of the world Bitcoin is promoted as magic internet money, which leads to a lot of people expecting magical earnings in a market that is extremely volatile.
That is because people are not really well versed in crypto just yet. Most of the time newbies are here, the old veterans do not write daily and constantly, I have been here for many years and I rather talk about other stuff, not how to trade, I can't really bother to teach people how to make money from crypto.

However, newbies are here all the time and they talk about it and someone who has been trading for a month end up talking about how to make money, like dude when did you become an expert and started to teach people how to trade. I personally prefer to do this alone and without anyone’s help if I were a newbie these days, do not ask people how to do something, learn it from google and courses and youtube videos, that would be a lot better.

1714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: More than 1 tab (DICE) on: July 08, 2021, 07:00:19 PM
Good question actually. Last month I was trying to wager at stake to complete my VIP level and get some perks and that time I opened like 8 different tabs in the same browser and started automated betting in there. Within 3-40 seconds I got a message/notification that read something like "Please slow down" and then stake was not accessible for me. I had to change my IP address and I tried the same with 3 tabs and I was able to bet for 2 hours almost and then my automated betting was automatically stopped.

I guess wolf bet has lightning fast bets where you can make a large number of bets within few seconds and it was pretty cool last time I tried it. You just enter the number of bets, odds, and starting amount and you should be good.

I have made bets at bitsler and it's quite fast too but not sure of the multiple tabs thing, I guess they don't allow it but not sure.
1715  Economy / Economics / Re: The slave does not dream of freedom, but of being the slave-master on: July 03, 2021, 08:16:00 PM
Some just wants to be masters of their own, following their own rules, on their own terms, on their own times. Freedom is something that is hardly earned and rarely given, especially in the financial sense. Before, if you are just starting with almost nothing on the bank and on your pocket, you will be a corporate slave for years until your retirement. Nowadays, there are different avenues and paths you can take to skip the hard parts and be free on your own. Crypto is one of those, and while I think it gives freedom to people, it also enables those who want to be slave masters achieve their own goal. It's a double-edged sword, but there are still a lot of people who just wants to get financial freedom and not stepping on others while being able to do so.
Unfortunately crypto is not the freedom for many many people. Many are looking at it as something that they can make a quick buck, "buy at x price sell at 100x price and be super rich and never work again" unfortunately that is not going to happen to 99.9999999% of humanity. What you have to do is realize the potential of crypto and do become your own boss. I did that years ago, I quit my job and became a full time crypto person earning all my income from crypto.

However one thing is for sure, you have to still work hard, maybe it is for your own business or maybe it is freelance work for someone else, maybe it is still being employee of someone but getting paid in crypto, it doesn't matter how you are doing it, you have to end up working really hard on it and have to be taking it seriously, the moment you do it with a relax attitude you are going to end up being bad.
1716  Economy / Economics / Re: Is money the root of all evil as the poor to thinks? on: July 03, 2021, 07:40:09 PM
Money is essential, it makes the world go round. Perhaps it is the root of all evil but it depends on the one who is handling it. if it will be used for good or bad, if it will help others or not. Many say that if you have lots of money you'll have many friends. but once you do not have money, one by one they will leave and forget you. We must make use of our money do not let it to be the root of all evil. God gave us skills and talents to use it for good and do good for others. People must not be greedy.
You are 100% right. It is not about money, it is like saying guns kill people, well technically you are right but you can use a gun as a book holder too if you want to, wouldn't make sense but you can, or there are good people killing someone who is about to do something bad, in a case of one person shooting everyone around, wouldn't you want someone else with a gun to stop them? So long story short money is just the tool that people use, you can use it to make great stuff or you can use it to do horrible stuff there is absolutely nothing wrong with money itself, it is about who get the money.

However one thing that is problematic in the money world is that anyone who has a lot of it, and I do not mean a lot as in a doctor who is successful, I mean literally having a yacth that has a smaller yacht in it with helipad on top type of richness, those people usually earn it in bad manners, that is a bit of a problem I am afraid.
1717  Economy / Economics / Re: The trend of prices is still upward, any hope for downward? on: July 03, 2021, 06:08:37 PM
businesses raise prices even when they do not have a reason to do so and do we really expect that this is not going to happen when inflation has grown so much and they need to recover that money due to the lost year caused by the pandemic? If anything we should expect even more raises in the price of everything as it is doubtful the inflation has actually kick in in full force, which means that things are going to get even harder for all of those people that lost their jobs or that now are receiving even less money as a result of the economic crisis that came with the pandemic.
The problem with inflation is that since one price is already high, then the other price is high as well and nobody talks about how it should recover. The higher ups make a lot more money, instead of 1 billion dollars they make 3 billion dollars, then they do not say "well we are fine with 1 billion dollars, let's fix the prices down so that we would only make 1 billion dollars profit", because let's face it who would say no to extra money (even though it is the same money when inflation is applied) and this trickles down to fact that lower sellers, even the street vendors do have to increase their price because that is how it works.

It is just simple economics and because of this everything's price keeps going higher and higher whereas the worker amount in the world keeps going up as well hence why companies get away with paying very little since there are so many people looking for work.
1718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terms and condition a must read before signing up any online gambling site on: July 03, 2021, 10:02:23 AM
Reading up terms is a must but if you are really get bored on doing that then always seek just on the highlights or most important details.
It will be the important thing that gamblers must know before they end up gambling. If they can not withdraw because of a little mistake, that will make them regret it. Besides that, if they already read about the other gamblers mistakes, I think they will try to avoid that and make sure that they will not break the rules. Maybe the casino will change some rules based on the conditions, but the gamblers must follow every rule from the casino.
People don't realize that agreeing to some online casino's Terms & Conditions is the same as signing a piece of paper without reading what was written on it. I hope we all understand and realize how dangerous it could be signing a paper without reading, equally if not more risky is signing up to a casino without actually reading everything the casino has in their Terms & Conditions.

It takes hardly 15-20 mins to read all the Terms & Conditions roughly and if some point you feel has a trick or some kind of error which might trouble you later, take more time and read it carefully. It's your money and you cannot do much if you agreed to some exploitative conditions while signing up o the casino.
1719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we live without btc? on: July 03, 2021, 09:09:56 AM
This is a funny topic. I will try and answer all the funny things asked in OP.

Can we live Without btc?
Of course, we can. Bitcoin is just 10+ years old but humans are know for living on this plant for at least 5000 years Grin.

I think we Can so then we Don't need it.
Can we live without parents? Of course, we can but that doesn't mean we don't need them.

For money Transactions btc its a Bad choise.
Stable coins are good for Transactions.
That's your personal opinion and due respect I disagree. I think while stable coins are good for the ecosystem, they don't offer any benefit in the long term as an investor.

btc is Pure speculation its Only the matter of Time When government Will ban Bitcoin.
They tried and failed, you cannot ban something that is decentralized.

Tron Ethereum are different those blockchains government Will use it for stable coins.
I guess governments will rather create their own blockchain and stable coin instead of using an already running blockchain
1720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where to seek help if you need; concerned with gambling addiction. on: July 02, 2021, 10:08:55 PM
Internet has a lot to offer, just type Rehabilitation and most that will appear can cater any form of addiction, it's not like they're built just to rehabilitate drug addicts.
Gambling addiction is even worse than drugs. You wonder why? Because while drug addiction hurts you physically, gambling addiction will slowly work on your mental health and wipe out your funds so it hurts both ways. You will think about gambling all day, you will lose interest in life and all those things are way worse than drugs.

Internet indeed has a lot to offer but I don't think someone suffering from gambling addiction would get any help from google and those results since most of them would link you to blogs with basic advice.

I have always believed that the solution to any problem begins at home and the same goes for gambling addiction. If you feel like you are gambling too much and might be having an addiction to it, just talk with your parents or partner and they will help you understand the situation better. Since we are always open to discussing problems with our family members, I don't think there would be any shame either.
