I working on some projects in customer service. IMO, handling a case on social is not a good way + really messed up because you can't make a folder for every case we receive. In email & ticket service handling, we have some folder category so it's really helpful to handle case by case. Can we know to stop this stupid discussion? let's stop this topic and back to original topic about roobet & gamble.

I guess they are talking about Roobet customer service and that’s also related to this thread so its fine and since there’s no admin here to discuss such problem, we the users are helping each other. If they see problem with Roobet, they can really raise that here and make it a topic. Customer service is very important, it should be more organize to help gamblers raise their problem easily.

Customer service is very important, it should be more organize to help gamblers raise their problem easily.

They should probably hear the voice of the community in regards to their concerns as it's more crucial on some extent. They should even get a ticket system for this, there are some people that can do this job and with the income they get it will not be that hurt I guess.

I have an account on Roobet long a few months ago and I never expected that they had grown too much and had a game a lot and I think that is what means that we are quoted above. But sad to say when I was comeback it required me a KYC verification which is I am thinking to proceed or not.
Before I have more fun on a crash game which is more exciting and thrilling when you will waiting when it will crash before you will pull out your profit. But now, Roobet has many games that you can choose from.

Identity confirmation became mandatory on Roobet like six months ago. You won't be able to access the website or use any of its services without completing it.
But most likely you will be only requested to complete the level 1 verification which is a basic one. You need to supply basic information but no need to upload any documents.

I'm not aware of it. The only thing I can find on the terms and condition sportsbook page is it referrer to as "The Betting company". I believe to know the exact information you need to ask their support center about it, or try to ask it on the live chat, they are pretty responsive regarding of the chat.

Mostly the basic questions are assigned with the bot and then a ticket is generated on which the technical team work and try to resolve it having the contact with the client who has raised the ticket.But yes bots are helpful but the main point of contacting the team is to have real support to make clarifications and that's why most of the casino have support team dedicated to this work.

Let's not call it bots because it is not technically a "bot". It is just a categorizer at the very best case, however it does work a lot. I had something like that in the job I worked before and the company I worked for basically got their workload cut short by 50% in a single day after that was introduced.

People basically typed in their questions and it allowed them to see what the similar situations are from FAQ and read it and give up with the ticket because they read it from the FAQ and so forth. Even the people who end up still sending a ticket got faster response because it just send it to the right department and it was still a very quicker version of support.

They are definitely reducing the workload and also job cutting is done with the introduction of these bots but yes they can send tickets to the right team like any technical issues will be handled by the department and so on and all these is categorised at first level by bots only and can answer the users with some base questions as they have been coded with to respond.

I agree. This is not the right place to talk about other sites. We all have our favorites, but we shouldn't promote them (or bash them) on this forum unless it is in the right topic. We have a signature space for that.
