Erm... could there be some kind of a mistake with the bounty sharing or were they really generous?
I got 42,500 AMN as a member and I didn't even bother to be overly active in the forums or spam, I just posted like I'd normaly do.

wtf i deposited 0.0011 in bitcoin and everytime I try to buy litecoin it says ammount too low

too low?

what kind of scam exchange is this

I cant withdraw now either, also too low

Ddid you say 0.0011BTC? Did you do a typo and meant 0.00011 BTC or 0.0011 LTC ? They have some "minimums", I think it's about 5€, but if you can't trade 0.0011BTC then that's about 10€!
Well, every exchange has some minumum trade conditions. Most I know of have 0.0005 BTC though, 0.0011 BTC is indeed very low.

Cryptopia clearly says not to mine directly to the account wallet there, but it sure looks like some are doing so on Nano. I may try later, see what happens. anyone know the minimum payout on Nano?
The minimum payout at Nano normally is 100 ETN, but recently they have brought it up to 500ETN.
Although it may be temporarily.

As for mining directly to Cryptopia I did it many times with Nano and I did not have any issues getting paid over there.
There have been an issue with Cryptopia ETN wallets few months ago, it took few weeks to be solved, but there was not loss of funds.
Although at the moment, since there have been few issues with ETN network, just to be safe, I am mining to my web wallet.

Anyway, not all the pools support mining directly to exchanges. You need to check it out with them first.
But generally those few pools that allow to mine to exchanges, they state it very clearly somewhere on their website.

500 is a the default minimum before payment, you can reduce it down to 100 as you mentioned, that hasn't changed. Just use a password/email on your miner and then use this password in the pool to change the payment amount.

Guys join our Electroneum pool https://electroneum.fairhash.org/
pool address   pool.etn.fairhash.org   ports   3333    5555    7777
Feel free to join!
*Pool support Workers
*0 hr e-mail notification
*SSL connection
*telegram bot with new blocks notification and 0 hr alert
*individual payout level
*24h support and more....

but you forget to write that your min pay out is 50 etn...

Which is like 1 EUR at the moment.... Even if you're mining with a CPU you should be able to get 50 ETN in 2-3 days with the latest CPUs! With a single GPU it's probably a daily payout. Not a big deal I think.
1745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [LAUNCHED][POW]⚡ELECTRONEUM⚡Official Moderated Thread on: June 07, 2018, 05:32:03 PM
The main reason and probably the only one for which the exchanges don't want miners to mine directly to their exchange wallet, is because this loads their secrets with many transactions, some of which might be small ones.

As for the best wallet, I'm using the official Android wallet. It works fine and sometimes I leave it mining.

Network speed at 49.25 MH/sec
Nanopool speed at 11.80 MH/sec

Yet no block found by Nanopool for 2,5 hours? Yeah right... second time this happens in 24 hours.
I'm mining on them until I reach my 100 ETN for payment, then I'm out! Not only they charge 2% fee but they're either hiding blocks that they mine or they're doing something wrong with their settings.

One good pool is spacepools but isn't there any other trustworthy pool I can try? Any suggestions?

etn team suggested both nanopool and also electroneum.fairhash.org the last days (along with the spacepools one who stands still)

there might be some private pools that mine but with a lot of luck (that means that they basically find most blocks)
and that also means that the nanoppol is so unlucky these days!!!!!!!!!

suggest nanopool to change their name to luckypool , just in case they revert luck to their favor

from block 307580 to current (308285) it is some 700 blocks
nanopool has succeeded to find some 115

Also electroneum.miningpoolhub.com is a big pool what earned the trust a long time ago.

Yep, I'm using Mining Pool Hub some times but not for Electroneum. They haven't find a block since before the algo update I think? The fairhash seems legit so I bookmarked it.
BTW nanopool started to work again... I don't know what's happening with them! Not a single block for more than 2 hours and then over 10 blocks per hour is pretty weird.

Hello,

i'm successfully Mining to europe.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20555
Should be ETC - correct me if i'm wrong...

but - in MPH on ETC no worker... no Hashrate and so on - Hashrate is on ETH?

any idea why?

I've noticed that it takes many minutes for their dashboard to be updated, maybe you haven't waited enough? You have the correct info and if your miner seems to be connected, mining and have successfully submitted shares, then wait a bit and then check your balance. Maybe even if the dashboard is not updating you have mined some blocks.

can somebody name an approximately time to proceed all pending transactions?

What transactions? Aren't all the pending transactions shown here: https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/ ?
The tx pool there is going up and down between 2 and 10, it doesn't seem anything is stuck.

Strong team and experienced experts, demanded product. Geniune platform.  Grin

Do you have an acquaintance with them, or maybe you just copy/paste the same sentence to every ICO? Roll Eyes
Personally I don't see any reason to commend on their team's skills. I'm not negative but I don't have a reason to be positive either. So far I'm not very impressed with their platform, I find it too rough even for a work-in-progress.

EDIT: LOL I was just guessing when I said he's writing the same sentence to every ICO but then I checked his post history and he's indeed spamming every ICO!!! Cheesy

+18% (from 880 to 1030 h/s) in Cryptonight with EVGA 1080ti FTW3.
I'm using the XMR-Stak miner from fireice-uk, not sure if I'm doing well miner-wise! I'm not mining Cryptonight that much and I haven't try other miners, I only mine this algo when I find an opportunity with a drop in diff since I'm a long term holder.

The guys from nanopool, 240,000 is not too much for the GPU?

It is! Use etn.spacepools.org instead, much lower fee and active community support in their discord channel.
I was mining with my CPU on them before the ASICs with 300 h/s and 10 ETN / day.

During these last problematic days we were all working on nanopool, but now I've turned my GPUs+CPU back to spacepools.

A lot of talk about the "centralized" parts of Electroneum... but what really is centralization?

What I don't understand is why some of you call the MOBILE MINER centralized. It's distributing free ETN that the team was holding from the start. If nothing else, it's a marketing move that decentralizes the network by reducing the amount of coin held by the team and distributing them to phone users.
1754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: June 06, 2018, 09:46:05 AM
Is there any way to manually choose what algos to be mined from each pool?
I tried to tweek some files inside the config folder but even though I deleted some algos from the list under the pool's name, it kept loading those algos when I start Nemos.

Maybe it's taking the list in a dynamic way when it connects to each pool. Does anyone in which file is this coded? I could try manually change the code in order to read the pool-algos file.
1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ARK - Blockchains Interoperability with SmartBridge 🔹 ARK on Binance 🔹 on: June 06, 2018, 09:12:41 AM
What if the top 25 delegates only forge 1 ark pero block and the last 25 delegates forge 3 ark pero block, then what will happen??? Seems interesting to think about it

I believe we already told you this is nonsense. I prefer not to babysit my vote twice a day...

But it's already not very productive to vote the top delegates. Since every delegate gets to forge the same amount of blocks, having too many voters in one person will result in less rewards for everyone because of the splitting.
However having experience going from 30th to 5th and then back to 25th, I see the difference in staking payments is hardly noticeable; I'd say I had about 2% reduction from 30th to 5th.

People you've forgot to buy RVN! Everything in my portfolio went up except RVN. Being listed only in crypto-bridge probably isn't helping much. Although it's a great decentralised exchanged, it's just ONE exchange.

I'm against paying centralised exchanges to get listed though, those funds could better be used for marking and development. If whatever exchange wants to get fees from RVN traders, then let them list it for free.

@hiphoptrail
That's good to hear! Welcome to the club Grin
I don't know what wallet you're using at the moment, but the team has created an awesome mobile wallet too! It has all the features of the desktop wallet and it's available a long time now in Androids and sincea week ago on iOS as well (on iOS it was outdated and they'd update it later on, I don't know if it's already updated to the latest version).

Just wanted to know if it is alright to keep coins on Cryptobridge ? I bought some coins 3 months ago and I haven't touched them since.

It has been a great exchange so far.  Someone is holding 13 million coins in their wallet, so there definitely are some people that trust it quite a bit.

Which doesn't make it any more secure just because some people might have good faith in it. Or those holding big amounts might be the exchange's wallets.
That said, I trust Crypto-Bridge more than other exchanges since it's decentralized. But I don't know if a key I'm holding is my private key or if they own my private key... I know I can't use the whaveter key I'm given for any other wallet, just in BitShares based sites.

Hi- I was told that here is about a 10% reward in staking ark. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks

It's not as simple but, long answer short yet that's true.
How this actually works...
(1) You vote for a delegate, your ARK amount is the weight of your vote.
(2) The delegate you voted is "mining" (called forging) blocks and they share their rewards with their voters, based on the weight of their vote
(3) The returns are not fixed, but they're close to 10% for at least the last 6 months.

You can visit this site and check the returns you get from each delegate: http://calculator.reconnico.com/

I'm mobile mining and I've got 20 ETN that hasn't been transferred to the block chain is there a delay at the moment?

Yes, and actually the most part of the last 10 pages of this thread are filled with talks about a problem caused after the update on the coin's code.
Because of that problem, transactions are stuck. Today could be the last day of the issue, or maybe tomorrow will.
