1741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one makes sense on: November 19, 2019, 05:14:26 PM
I promoted a bounty project that is already over due to its use case but i never knew they haven't start their fundraising at all, i guess i am a bad researcher, i should have quit if i knew because most times they end up a failure
If you do know that you are very bad in this case and i can't even understand what was your point. what you are saying in your post is about to tell others about your personal story and no more. What do you mean about "its use case". Dude, wake up from your sleep. no one asks you about have you watched the schedule of the fundraising or not because that's probably your fault. in this case, OP is talking about joining in the bounty when the ico is still in progress or it's not yet started.

IMO, he talks about the successful projects without any ICO or IEO. If the token is used widely by the customers and the real use rate is higher than competitors, there is no need to start a new token sale for collecting more money for development. Even the private investor group can fund the project with the secret agreement but I don't think the OP had made decent research before thinking about to make an investment decision.
1742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have a $ 500 fund you want to make a profit on: November 18, 2019, 02:34:03 PM
I have $ 500 or more, is that enough to invest or trade daily ??  Do I need to buy cheap coins or expensive coins?  I want your opinion for me as a newbie.

Cheap coins and expensive coins will make you profitable. All you need to know is what coins you should buy, my suggestion is to buy bitcoin as you can earn it here either in short trading or invesment. And ethereum also you can earn here next year on hold because many expert analysts say will increase its price again next year.
For $ 500 I prefer to invest in the low market cap altcoin because the potential return on the investment is very low in the BTC considering the bear market. The short term crypto trading also is another choice but I don't advise if the trader has no past market experience, trading skills, risk management, market analyze, etc. Diversifying the altcoin portfolio and sharing equally among top altcoin looks like the best choice.
1743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]🇨 Crypterium - Digital Cryptobank with Credit Token & Open Platform🇨 on: November 18, 2019, 01:09:17 PM
I want to take the refund after the lack of support by an unprofessional Crypterium team. Their cash out function is not stable and the maintenance warning pop-ups for the last few days, maintenance can take only 3-4 hours or 1-2 day but this one is going for a long time. UnionPay cards are the new exit gate for the crypto banking projects but they can't handle to replace the old card for the last quarter.

We are sorry to hear that. Virtual cards are just around the corner and i can tell you for sure that you won´t be desapointed. Some features are down for maintenance and will be back on really soon. If you have any concern, fell free to send us a e-mail to support@crypterium.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
First of all, I have contacted several times with the support team before writing my feedback on the forum. 3D secure function disabled cards can not be attached to the app and after contacting the live chat, the representative advised sending the selfie with the mentioned card for passing the security check by your partner. Unfortunately, completing these steps didn't solve the problem.
1744  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Could Make Bitcoin Drop To $5? on: November 17, 2019, 03:55:01 PM
Why always make bullshit news with bitcoin can be drop to $5, how ever with bitcoin have higher price above $9K right now and potential become above $10k at new year. Many people keep investing in bitcoin and hope one day bitcoin can be higher price and have popularity in the world become legal currency payment at the future.
Come on it's just a what if, don't take everything so serious you might have a heart attack anytime. Grin
You know it is possible to happen, right? With the combination of negative impact on the exchanges, miners, people etc., everything will start to decrease as the demand will start to diminish. But it's far from reality to happen yet so don't worry. Wink
As you mentioned, it is unlikely going to happen in the near future but the small possibility is making me nervous Smiley  The ban news by the different governments during the last year was affected badly to the BTC price and it is not rocket science to make the same psychological tricks again by the market manipulators.

1746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project to invest. on: November 17, 2019, 02:35:39 PM
How to choose a good investment project
I understand that many of us do not suggest investing in ICO but I have to say not every ICO scam, invest in IEO no matter  the  exchange is, it is better than investing in ICO.
However, these steps help to judge the project.
1.   The team behind the project, it is extremely important to see who guides the project, experiments, are they able to implement the road map.
2.   The idea of the project, what the project solve, is the project can change something or introduce something new.
3.   What has been done and are there any steps the team is taking to prove credibility.
4.   Is the project is ICO or IEO, IEO will be better.
5.   How many exchanges the project listing.
6.   The type of the exchanges(however this is not issues as some project cannot go with top exchanges, top exchanges required a lot money).
7-     check (twitter, facebook, telegram, website metrics).
8-     It will be good if the project has ann on bitcointalk forum.
9-     Pay attention to what the team promised, it should not be far from reality or promises to enrich or quick profit (such as 200% profit).
10-   Look for old project in the market at least 3 month old.

The team is the main core of successful projects and I always pay attention to the team members for choosing the good ones. Top exchanges also charge big amounts for listing or for the launching IEO. At least 1-year-old projects usually have a better approach in my view but I look at my IEO investmetns for the long term. Listing on the small exchanges is not going to add good points to the reputation of the project.
1747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Explain me like i'm 5: Market Liquidity on: November 15, 2019, 03:22:26 PM
The order book- the list of orders which traders place in both buy and sell walls.
The Buy wall- Trader's bid orders for specific pairs.
The sell wall- Ask orders
The bid side- The quotes(rates) you see there is used for a market sell order or limit buy order
The ask side- Used for market buy orders or limit sell orders
Liquidity is the sum of the price velocity going through the bid and ask orders.
1748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ANALYST: ALTCOIN SEASON has almost arrived on: November 15, 2019, 03:01:34 PM
Everyone hopes altcoin can come back in a positive trend but I think it will happen when bitcoin is half a day running so that with the rise of bitcoin it will definitely be able to make altcoin also increase later, but it's certainly not easy to predict what will happen to digital currencies in the future. Me, you and all of us will hope for the best.
I am not 100% sure what will happen to the altcoin prices if BTC touches again the $20000. The personal predictions are based on the trader's experience and the market understanding but the reality is not close to these two factors. The long way is expected to reach the perfect balance of Altcoin vs Bitcoin, useless altcoins will be erased from the total market cap, survivors will compete with each other.
1749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Central Bank Cryptocurrencies Are Pointless, Says Ex-Federal Reserve Chairman on: November 15, 2019, 01:58:57 PM
The first aim of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is to achieve decentralization but the external threats by different governments weaken this purpose. I am not sure what the authorities think about the centralized digital coin of the country but it will not be good in the recent bear market. It is pointless to create their easy controllable digital ecosystem, wise people will only use these coins as a utility.
1750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WILL Bounty campaigns Ever Keep to their Rules and Regulations on: November 14, 2019, 02:58:23 PM
Can we ever have a bounty campaign that stick to its Rules from the beginning to the end of the campaign. can that ever be possible just like the old days. bounty campaigns of early 2017 use to plead with participates. Ran a bounty of 3 weeks without any additional weeks. maintained a fixed number of token or pay amount without altering the total pay budget. stick to their rules of paying immediately at the stipulated time. Most of these projects are successful and remains top notch.
Unfortunately bounties today are not the same as in 2017 and early 2018, where there are still plenty of legit campaigns and they end campaigns without fail and problems. So we can't take it back now, Because investors and bounty hunters have lost their trust because scammers have already ruin the ICOs name.

Scammers are the main threat against the legitimacy of the crypto projects but the IEOs by the reliable exchanges have solved this problem a year ago. There is no need to check the project with every single detailed comparison of alternative crypto projects, the exchange team has accepted this IEO after the full check-up process. The bounty campaign completely depends on the arrival of the closest altcoin season.
1751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you identify a transparent project team? on: November 14, 2019, 02:07:20 PM
This is my own definition of transparent project team
1. They always put investors first
2. They always listen to investors opinions
3. They aren't shady, even if there is fund issue
4. Head office address are legit and they allow visitors, just to show they are real
5. No fake advisors or fake pictures or stolen IDs
The legit project should care about the development of the project first, everything else comes later. The opinion of the crypto community can affect badly to the decision of the team and the contradictions will happen often. The real people behind the project always organizes meetups, conferences but only fake team avoids if there is a need to do such a thing.
1752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your thoughts on Facebook's GlobalCoin on: November 13, 2019, 01:24:31 PM
In my opinion, it will be a flop because we already have stable coins in the market. The government will not let it pass to their system because the government doesn't want to have a competitor in terms of centralization so I think that facebook's globalcoin will have a hard time and as their partners are backing out then the foundation of facebook's globalcoin will collapse and it will eventually become a flop.
There was no need to add time factor and I remember the Yahoo and Google case in this situation. The governments will unquestionably let the Libra be popular among the social media users but the innovation will beat the government's barriers sooner or later. Germany and France have shown their opinion towards the new global coin of Facebook and I doubt this will be a big threat to the Libra idea.
1753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Low allocation bounty pools pays easily? on: November 12, 2019, 03:43:24 PM
In my opinion, your opinion is also true. lately there are many low-allocation prize campaigns that get paid for bounties. because their sales quickly reach the set target. but there is also a prize campaign that has a high allocation of funds, but also directly gets payments to hunter participants.
man, bounty allocation and target sales are totally different
low target sales doesnt mean low bounty allocation too, that's why it cant pay easily

even on low allocation but dont get any good investment, the dev cant pay bounty hunters
dev must consider wisely to set bounty allocation and target sale as realistic and achievable
How is the team supposed to pay the bounty rewards if the expected minimum token sale goals have not been met in the token sales? There is no need to overcomplicate the known stuff, the low bounty campaigns pay easily because the dumped tokens by the bounty hunters are not even 1% of the total market circulation. I agree with the opinions about the delaying payments in the bounty distribution in case of the project reached the hard cap.
1754  Other / Meta / Re: Open letter to bounty managers on: November 11, 2019, 11:35:28 AM
Reducing the minimum post requirements will definitely decrease the spammers and the content contributors will be more active if it happens.  Asking to post the 10-15 posts per week will force the bounty hunters to dig down the various forum boards in order to find their interested topics. It looks like a competitive race between the signature campaign participants but there are no other measurements IMO.
1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: November 07, 2019, 09:22:21 PM
in my opinion holding long-term coins is also not necessarily able to profit. I think right now short term trading is suitable even though profits depend on our capital and at what price goes up

It depends on the market condition, if we have seen that the market behavior at the moment is uncertain, unpredictable, it is unlikely to do day trading, so the best thing to do is to calm at the moment and just convert fund to stable coin first, but if we are holding for long term, still for me it is good way to convert our fund first, so it won't hurt that much, it is better than panicking seeing the price is declining.
Short term or ling term trading depend which one market condition after I make investing with bitcoin and altcoin, if market support with short term trading  I will sell my altcoin and if need for waiting long term I keep hold my assets after raise with higher price later, but many people like for investing with bitcoin and altcoin in long term period.
It is more about the skills and potential of the asset that the holders hold. With bitcoin, a person can trade in any season and make good amounts of profit only if he is skilled with trading and understand bitcoin well. Long term holding is done by people who do not prefer trading but understand the worth of their asset. Day trading is occupied by people who can keep track of changing value very well.
The unpredictable nature of the financial markets is the reason behind the decision of why people prefer to hold their valuable financial assets for the long term. The unpredictability rate increases on the small timeframes and traders set their respective risk management for each bad case. Understanding the value and grabbing opportunity are two different terms&defntions and the trading short term is very stressful.
1756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: November 07, 2019, 08:09:20 PM
if I've created account/wallet on coinbase or any other exchange then my account is hacked and my coins/money lost who are responsible for it
You are responsible for your wallet and you should take care of it to the best of your ability. Because the problem is hacking, you may be victimized by phisingsite.

Quote
The Exchange where I've created account Huh
is it my mistake Huh
what's you thought about it Huh
That's your mistake, because you didn't take the steps you should have taken to keep your wallet safe from hackers.
Quote
and how i make my account safe  Huh
To keep your account secure open your 2f authentication and also use a stronger password. And if you find out for yourself that you have opened your coinbase to a phisingsite you should immediately change your password to prevent hacker to stole your money.

Using the Lastpass or keeping the passwords in offline environment are the two best options, from my experience but the obvious problems usually occur in the both online and offline world somehow. Offline 2FA applications usually don't have a background sync in the worst cases and buying the useful software is not affordable by my side. By this point, having a technical skills can save the time and money, the ignorance is the first reason that fails everyone in such bad days.
1757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Is The Right Time To Trade Your Tokens on: November 07, 2019, 07:53:08 PM
of course when the token has passed the public sale and has also been listed on the market exchange. if not, token trading is a waste, unless you invest in the token when the pre-sale starts.
After passing the mentioned stages, having a corresponding line will behave like a support for the many investors. The price of tokens usually goes down but each investor should have an secondary plan for the expected market risks like the continuing downtrend or the flash sale party. Pre-sale period is not the best time for understanding the working mechanicism of the product but I agree with the idea regarding the profitability as an early bird.
1758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 05, 2019, 12:25:03 PM
To all bounty hunters on this wonderful forum i want to know if its advisable to continue with the bounty you have been promoting for 12weeks that got extra 8weeks added more, have you promote projects this long that ends up with good end results? Thank you
Upon the end of ICO, adding an extra week by the team will not be a great decision considering the eagerness of the bounty hunters. They expect to see the end of the bounty campaign as soon as possible but the project management has another idea for controlling this. If the bounty manager agrees to give the stakes of the bounty weeks which you have done your job as a bounty hunter, go for the next project. Otherwise, the choices are limited.
1759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coming Soon: China's Own Cryptocurrency on: October 29, 2019, 11:49:17 AM
I am not surprised to see a global leader started to adopt the technology boom with advancing the AI technology and implementing the blockchain facilities. The competition between the US and China is a name of a game in all sections of the world economy including blockchain technology. Government-backed cryptocurrency will start a new uptrend in my opinion but the conditions will not improve for the weak altcoin.
1760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when a project fails you as abounty hunter or investor on: October 29, 2019, 11:11:05 AM
It happens, we have to deal with these consequences. The end of token sale usually is the last step before the team asks KYC from the bounty hunters and investors for the token distribution. If the project has failed before the coin is get listed, I count my liveliness in the projects as a time-wasting activity, unfortunately. That is the reason every investor must check the legitimacy of the crypto project before investing or joining the bounty campaign.
