1741  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 2000 $ possible ? on: August 05, 2016, 03:45:07 PM
To see 2000$ these days we would need so many people buying and coming on board. It does not seem the case now. We are experiencing a bit of a dump. 2000$ would be great but I don't think bitcoin will go higher than gold anytime soon.

Thinking of $2000 bitcoin price, is i guess somewhat unrealistic. The current hack in the bitfinex network has put a dent in the bitcoin price growth, although it is recovering now.
I hope we see a more secure bitcoin network in future free from hacks.

actually $2000 is completely realistic price for bitcoin if you think about how many people are using it and how much the supply is.
besides this recent hack is exactly what you call it a "dent" and will be fixed in no time. there only should be some period of lower prices so investors can accumulate their coins at this low price with all the money they got from the sell on top.
1742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will be see bitcoin as international currency? on: August 05, 2016, 03:41:14 PM
As people are awarding of bitcoin & its potential. When we can see bitcoin as international currency? Huh

well bitcoin was invested to act as a P2P digital currency that everybody who wishes can be able to use it easily and without needing a third party like a bank and bitcoin has succeeded in this matter (more or less) but it was never intended to replace the worlds currencies and sit in their place and i don't think it can ever happen.
1743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: August 05, 2016, 03:37:05 PM
no i do no think that china is controlling bitcoin but that is a fact that they are really effecting the price of bitcoin because there are a lot of bitcoin users in china.
yes that is a fact that not a sing country can control bitcoin. and they can only influence it because of the large volume of bitcoin they have, so if they at a time decide to sell their bitcoin then there will be a panic selling and the price can fell down to a lower level, but this will be a temporary down fall and after some time the price of bitcoin will increase again.

That is right. The Chinese are just controlling the mining of the bitcoin. They are the security guard for the bitcoin.
Yet despite the talk of a borderless currency, a handful of Chinese companies have effectively assumed majority control of the Bitcoin network. They have done so through canny investments and vast farms of computer servers dispersed around the country.

This one of the good thing china is. They accepts anything as long as they can see opportunity to earn some penny. Sad to say but yes they are gaining their profit than those country that considers bitcoin as illegal

do you have any proof that China considers bitcoin as illegal, because there are huge mining farms in Chine also there are huge exchange services there with such big daily trade volumes that proves people are in fact trading bitcoin. so it can't be an illegal act there.
1744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling has killed me (money vanished) on: August 05, 2016, 03:32:24 PM
i am sorry to hear that but everybody should already know that gambling is risky. and this belief that "i was making profit" is not a correct one and will cause a lot of troubles for you down the road.

gambling is a game of chance, so it is obvious that some bets you win and some bets you don't.
also people have been shouting this for as long as gambling has been around: "don't bet what you can't afford to lose"
1745  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: August 05, 2016, 03:28:37 PM
I would like to recommend moneypot and betking because both are very profitable. at the moment I'm not using moneypot anymore for investment purpose but I've my active investment on betking. betking is very trusted dice site and you can give try to this casino without any confusion.

I think all of them are profitable they do just have different rates of interest for the amount of bitcoin that you are going to invest to them. And of course before investing make sure that you are going to have background check and choose the best that has a good trust feed backs from its investors.

that may be true but some of them are a lot better than the rest, you have to consider a lot more factors when you want to research these casinos. their history and if they are even legit is only the first step. you should also check to see how much your amount of investment can bring you profit based on the shares you are going to get.
1746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever won a unexpected amount with a small amount ? on: August 05, 2016, 03:21:04 PM
i am not particularly lucky in gambling, but my luck shows itself from time to time and helps me win some crazy bets that i make, one time a long time a go i made a bet of my full bankroll because i clicked on the max button by mistake and strange enough i won the bet which felt pretty good.
1747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: August 04, 2016, 11:36:29 AM
Yeah, I saw some before in where I gamble, actually, as long as you don't see that they are really a girl or there is no proof that they could show, there is no special treatment, all is fair...Some of them talk more than a man, they are more masculine sometimes... But for sure, they are only few, I could say that you can count them all in your fingers...  Smiley

when you go to an actual casino and look around you can easily spot a lot of ladies playing different games in the casino. although there is always a lot less women in casinos gambling than there is men gambling. but they exist, and i don't think there is any possible way for knowing this in online gambling because of the anonymity.
1748  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would the bitfinex ''hack'' be the trigger of the next major rally? on: August 04, 2016, 11:29:17 AM
Nah, I think if Bitfinex resumes its trading engine again, that people will slowly move to other exchanges, which as result will make Bitfinex collapse or end up being an insignificant exchange in the Bitcoin world. The damage done to the market needs time to recover, and I think the dumping isn't over yet, although the market may seem like it is calm now.

the dump has ended. and bitcoin price has already made a recovery of $70 from the bottom of yesterday's price.
and i think this can be the trigger that OP is talking about. it can make the price shoot up to the new ATH and since the volume was so huge in the last two days i think the whales are ready and satisfied too.
1749  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Skills listing for fiat to get BTC ? on: August 04, 2016, 11:24:05 AM

Hello,

All the time I read we have to be skilled in something to have the opportunity to buy BTC.
So what skills do you know we can sell to earn fiat, and then BTC ?
Preferably with a computer.Be creative and give details in your answers.
And try to be specific, yes we can be skilled with photoshop but for what ? Be specific, like wordpress themes etc...
The goal is to have a listing of these skills with details.

there is no one fixed answer to your question. you can technically sell any skills you have that is related to computers. i can tell you many different things but you have to look at yourself and see what skills "you" have or like to have.

for example i like working with photoshop and other designing programs so i do it, i design posters, banners, and all things like that (never done it for bitcoin but it is possible) but you may not like or be able to use photoshop the way i do.
1750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mixing / Swapping bitcoin on: August 04, 2016, 11:19:54 AM
I see some people talk about mixing bitcoins...why dont people just swap bitcoin? EG, Say I have 10BTC and I'll swap one of mine, for one of yours. I give you a wallet address to pay, you pay it, and provide a new address for your coin, which I then pay with one of mine.
Is that not a good way to make your bitcoins a little harder to track?

because there is no anonymity in that, you both will know where the coins have gone and can easily link it to the other person. and any of you can be a shady person, so the trust between two individuals can never be created unless you two know each other very well and have the trust before doing the exchange.

but if you are satisfies with the mixing that a simple swap provides you, then i guess it is safe to say you don't even need to mix your coins ever.
1751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or a gold bar with the same value? on: August 04, 2016, 11:15:38 AM
Never put all in single asset. Split 50% betwen gold, silver, some stock. 30% in BTC 10% in BTC stock and other 10% in other cryptocurrencies.

this is good but i don't like it as a "fixed" percentage.

for example there are times that i would love the bitcoin market so i would choose to go even all in. example is yesterday. price went down to $500 and as you can see there is already near $70 profit on each coin. which means the more you have invested yesterday the more profit you have earned today.

also there are times the profit in altcoin markets is awesome but bitcoin is stable. like the whole last month when price of BTC was at $640+ but altcoins get pumped a lot.
1752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: August 04, 2016, 11:09:53 AM
in my opinion in gambling since there is money involved, the time to stop should also be depending on the amount of money you have in your bankroll.

in other words, if you have some money in your bankroll and make some bets if you run out you should stop and leave until you have earned more to play again. and also if you won and have more now in your bankroll you should also stop and withdraw the winning amount.
1753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: August 04, 2016, 10:57:25 AM
Those alt coin has a great contribution to increase the value of bitcoin because only bitcoin is accepted crypto currency in online shopping even in exchanging into fiat that is why if there is not alt coin i think bitcoin price is not going to high like what price now.

altcoins are of course supporting bitcoin as well, thousands of dollars being invested in altcoin trading every day. which of course increase bitcoin price.
mostly you can't buy altcoins for other currency. you need to have bitcoins for buy altcoins. and this is how altcoin buy/sell and trade help bitcoin to grow up.

i don't think it has ever worked this way. it is actually working the other way around. it means some of the altcoins get hyped up when bitcoin price goes up and they just follow with no logical reason and rise themselves.

That is right. The ETC version of the Ethereum gets hyped a lot. The price of ETC could drop a lot soon.

i don't think that will happen soon .
now is the time for ethereum classic to be pumped to the top and pass the ethereum forked version.
although i agree that it is all hype and soon enough both of them will die and we get rid of them and all the spam with it once and forall, but for now enjoy the pump profit.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Believe gambling at dice are fair? on: August 03, 2016, 09:49:58 AM
Hey all, i playing at a few site dice game then trying for betting. Then why every bet with big amount like be rigged? always lost. And i things i'm not lucky, but i still play same like that and same happens like this. So are you believe with Verification > PROVABLY FAIR > SEED >HOW TO VERIFY?

if the site is rigged even if you and me don't get it, but they will get caught sooner or later. you can always check this board for whistleblowers here that sometimes find some of them doing some shady business in the back.

although there is a difference between those who actually find something shady going on and report it to the public and those who make and alt account and start spreading FUD because they have lost something.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: August 03, 2016, 09:45:35 AM
worst mistake in gambling for everybody (i have made this mistake in my life) is that you bet more than you can afford to lose. you should never get greedy in gambling and always try to stay on top of your bets and make the wise choices so that you make the best out of the strategy that you are using in gambling.
1756  Economy / Economics / Re: If there was no fiat where will BTC base its value? on: August 03, 2016, 09:36:04 AM
I was thinking that every bitcoiner wants a world without fiat, only bitcoins. Ok, if there was no fiat whatsoever, then where do you think will bitcoin base its value? Will it be in gold? But how much?

How do we determine the real value measure of bitcoin in an economy that has been very dependent on fiat?

what is fiat?
- something that you base every thing else's value in the world on it. from a cup of coffee in the morning to the house you live in, is measured in value with fiat.

so if there were no fiat, then there were something else in its place that is being used to measure things values. most probably gold.
1757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: August 03, 2016, 09:32:07 AM
I think only few people already rich from gambling, most people are in lost
If everyone can win easy there will no casino or sportsbook, all went bankcrupt
You are definitely right, we should reserved in our statement that there are few people who are rich in gambling and they are the people who has the combined luck and skills in gambling, they are the professionals in the industry who are making good profit in gambling alone.
I think people would be rich by gambling are people who have a gambling site. Because I'm sure if they have a gambling site they would benefit very much at all. If the player might be able to generate income from bitcoin but it is not routine and depending on luck.

that is right but also not everybody who owns a gambling site can get "rich". because starting a gambling site then advertising for it and then staying on top to always have players and always making money is not easy. all of these things need dedication from the owner and some experience in each one of them if you want success.

for example i have seen some gambling sites which start up so good but they suddenly stop advertising and then vanish. it is as if they think money is going to fly in the first month they have started their business!!
1758  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the bitcoin price fall below $600? on: August 03, 2016, 09:27:03 AM
the bitfinex hack has messed up all the equations for bitcoin. the price has crashed now.

but it seems like the drop has stopped at $530-540 and so far it has been stable here. we have to wait for the rest of the world to wake up and see the news and show their reaction first before talking about the future but i don't think there is going to be any more big drops.
1759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: August 03, 2016, 09:22:26 AM
I'm usually play martiangle but it should not to play for a long time since it will loss at the end.

i use martingale in dice games too, but to my experience it has nothing to do with how long you use it. it is just about your luck, and when that losing streak happens to you. it can be your first round or it can be after a couple of hours. and winning only depends on how big your bankroll is.

Quote
Sometimes I change my gameplay method by switching low chance of winning but massive multiplier

this is not good. i have tried this method too, that is a more waste of money than any other method in dice.
because the chance on a massive multiplier is too low that you have to keep betting forever to reach one single win and that win amount can not even cover the previous total loss.
1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: August 03, 2016, 09:16:43 AM
I think the dice is a game of luck, but it probably will be very good if you use strategy when playing. Well, it's probably not the strategy but the kind predicted. you have to estimate what your bet will win, because if you do it by random, it would be very boring, but win or not depends on the luck you have. better not to use bitcoin in volumes that much if you play
IMO, in the game of luck, there will be no chances for any working strategies to play with that to get profits from it. So, concentrating on developing any strategy to get profits from dice gambling must be waste of time and effort. When you want to kill your time, dice gambling must be a best choice by testing your luck.
Just play a randomly, because when you are going for a random settings while in automated dicing, changing the setting itself somewhat interesting to kill your boredom. Other than time pass, nothing you could expect from dice gambling. Moreover gambling itself is better option for time pass.

well, random betting without any strategy or automation may be a little bit more interesting but it has a lot of problems because you are doing it randomly without any thought behind it so in the end your losing chance is a lot more than making profit chance.
also when you follow a strategy and use automatic betting, you are practically cutting the emotions out of your decision making which is a good thing if you don't want to lose a lot in gambling .

By using some random strategy or may be not using any strategy at all is really depends on your luck so of course high risk high gain too. But I can say using some autobet on their dice site or even use outsider bot will make you worse because you will never get some profit in a long run so its better to do it manually rather than trust some bot if you want to aim some profit

i don't mean exactly random. my emphasis was on with no strategy.
for example i have been doing something like this. i make bets with a bigger amount than normal with a higher chance of winning to have a better luck and win something in one or two big bets.

then i go back to smaller bets with my old strategy which is usually martingale in dice games.
