Ok i understand now.. What an idiot from me.. so we mine alts, which they (pool) will take, and give us BC, they will sold them for BTC and buy BC for miners again  I would like to see BC stabilize above 1500 and trade under 2k until the multipool launches with high volume. Maybe spread out the base a little. Need a big foundation for BC, and make sure it doesn't go up too quick without some solid backing. |

I will be placing support as well as sell walls in order to ensure that the price increases slowly and that there is no flash dump.
The charts have to move to our favor right now more than ever in order to attract as many investors as we can. In order to do so we must ensure slow and steady natural growth.

Noticing there are a few more 1 mil + holders of blackcoin
There was only around 6 now there is 10. Some decent players have been accumulating.
top 20 consists of only those with more than 500k
top 50 is 200k+
1 BTC will no longer get you into the top 100.
Overall 31,491,74.905 is owned by the top 100 which is decreasing from yesterday. (it was around 34 million)
Which typically means that distribution is increasing.

Any suggestions? that's sweet, anyway to export it to an excel file every hour or every 6 ? per 10 minutes is ok, but I was looking at more macro developments. I deal with spreadsheets every day, so I just pull the data from the website and track it. After reviewing this thread for the past few days and fully understanding the potential of Black Coin I have to say that I am all aboard. This coin actually has market potential and can also be extremely useful for merchant purposes if marketed skillfully. You guys see the implications as well correct? As a merchant I would love to utilize Black Coin as an alt that I would accept for transactions as it's design (atm) is fantastic to minimize depreciation risks.
The devs should put out a sizeable bounty for the first Black Coin payment processor. This coin has to be marketed as the perfect coin for businesses.
If a payment processor is created I will integrate it onto my online one stop shop GPU mining store's website.
Have acquired a decent amt of Black Coin, can't understand why there is consistent pressure at 1000 sat despite speculation. I injected over 5 BTC in small orders (.2 - .5) and they were each filled up within 5 minutes of execution. Very impressed to see someone whale watching and looking at the large bag holders - it feels good to be in a coin which will not be manipulated to the extent that other alts are.
The twitter alt bandwagon community will begin buzzing about this coin. This weekend we will see great buy support and pressure lifting us over 2000 sat.
Absolutely there should be a payment processor, that would be a definite plus, but to be real BC is still small time. I would expect a payment processor to come on board once BC is 5-10 million stable market cap and has been show to everyone this is not another coin to be pumped and dumped. A payment processor doesn't want to add another system until BC has been proven it it can survive primetime. This could really take off and I see it at 5k sat or even 10k sat and being stable. At those levels that 1% inflation really is still not a lot. I think the insights on the multipool's effects on the market are a bit flawed. As far as the miners go, they're getting a constant stream of BC that they will in turn sell back into the market. Sure, the pool is buying to supply the miners, but the net could easily be no market movement at all assuming the miners dump their coins back (they almost always do).
But it is an interesting experiment.
Any coins mined from the multipool would have a net zero effect if they are then sold as the coins were just bought from the market. Coins have stopped being created and the only coins you can get is either the 1% stake annually or from the market. I also believe the miners in a bc multipool will be more likely to hold. Even if they dump 80 percent and keep 20 of the coins accumulated that is still a gain isn't it guys?

Continuous buying only a small amount or a solid wall to stop falls, there is no longer the miners who shed so spoil course will not be inundated
I'm working on price action, am not trying to guess what traders are doing or their intentions via posts or tweets. I trade what I see. The support levels are holding and the fundamentals of blackcoin are strong. It's a game of probabilities and I am personally accumulating. speculators will pile back on once the price starts moving upward again.it should pop to 2k once it breaks 1500, then settle back down to 1300-1600 range. This is only a guess as I have only traded actively mined coins before. with the bc multipool coming online, if it gets more then 500 mh this could really start some crazy pressure. |

To be honest, I cannot find a better coin than BlackCoin to invest my BTC in, really i'm serious. I will be accumulating on dips, as often as I can. I want to be a blackcoin whale. When the whales arrive to get their value coin they will carry me up with them!  As i've said for days, 1000 sat is the support level at this time. We will not see 500 level again. The 1% per year means the coin price only needs to rise 1% per year in order for your investment to not lose value. Compare with MINT, the price will have to rise 20% in first year for holders to break even due to higher coin inflation.
1% per annum coin inflation is a big positive feature of BlackCoin. There is no huge new supply of coins to be dumped. If someone wants the coins, they have to buy them at market rate.
Why would the price have to rise for me to break even? Math is hard, but the way I see it, the price of Mint can go down 20% and since I will have 20% more Mint after a year I will still breakeven after a 20% price drop. Why are you are saying the price needs to rise 20% for me to breakeven? To keep same coin price a 20% inflationary coin has to rise by 20% otherwise the coin price drops. It is due to new coins being added to the supply. A coin with 1% inflation does not have this problem, only on a very tiny scale. If everyone always holds their coins it makes no difference. If everyone dumps their extra coins the price gets diluted downwards. Colinfx well put. Too many people who mine and trade cryptocoins have a limited understanding of economics and inflation. Bullshit. If I buy a million mintcoins for $1000 and after one year due to inflationary pressure the price we'll say is 20% lower. Now 1 million mitcoins is worth only $800. But I have 1.2 million mintoins due to POS minting! Explain to me how the price needs to rise 20% for me to breakeven? I can still sell my 1.2 million mintcoins for $1000! You guys are the ones with limited understandings.... Congrats, if the price dropped 20% while you having 20% more coins you made nothing. What a solid investment you did minus the time and power to keep your computer on. Hell, you lost money buy not having it in a bank and just general inflation for the world (which is at least 4%) You lost time and effort and made no more then having cash stuck in your mattress. If you have a deflationary currency, the longer you hold the more buying power it will retain. Inflationary currency loses pre unit value and thus buying power, and thus you have to keep getting more to stay at the same place you are. come on dude settle down. |

BC Multipool!I'm sure you've heard about the multipool that's been worked on for BlackCoin, infact, it's the first multipool to actually PAY OUT in an altcoin! The multipool works in a very simple way, you point your miners to our server and we make sure you get paid as much as possible from your precious hashes! When you mine with us, we trade the altcoins we mine into BTC, then buy BC at the best possible price, this creates buy pressure for BC. This translates into one thing, BCs will be worth more. Simple as that. As long as the multipool has ANY hashrate pointed at it, even has little as half a megahash we'll still be creating buy pressure. This means that BC rises in value, the more hashrate pointed at it, the faster it will rise. Saying that, I would very much appreciate it if you, as a miner, didn't point all your hashrate at our server immidiately. I want everybody to have a taste of what this can be, so I will be limiting each address/IP to maximum 10mhs. This will only be for the duration of the open beta when we have tested the servers/backend. Servers will be hosted in europe at first, but I'm planning to open at least 2 more in the beginning.
