Just hope the final of UCL doesn't end up been another Bundesliga match  Hala Madrid. Yeah of course. PSG can't be ruled out. Mbappe always has a potential to make a huge impact on a matchup to change the direction of it. His performance will be key against Dortmund as well in my opinion. When he doesn't have a good day Luis Enrique just hopes to see his team showing a better performance as a whole. This is really a sad factor about PSG. They aren't like Manchester City for example. They can't stand strong mostly in big games when their most important player doesn't play impressively.  I also wouldn't like to see a Dortmund - Bayern Munich finale like in the 2012/13 season. If you watched the Coppa Italia game last night you must have seen how Fiorentina couldn't prevent the finale ticket from slipping through their fingers. First of all, I think that Fiorentina were actually decent in the first half. They had a much bigger number of passes and they had a few more goal attempts. However they couldn't take advantage of it very well. The breaking point of the game was that red card Milenkovic was shown. After this incident the control of the game passed to Atalanta and they used it to completely destroy Fiorentina. Actually I was expecting to see extra time but Atalanta scored two goals during the stoppage time.  This just finished Fiorentina's hopes there. |

This shouldn't have been the way for Klopp to say goodbye... He is about to lose the Premier League title chance as well after getting eliminated from the Europa League. It looks like he will finish the season with only the EFL Cup title as Liverpool are out of the FA Cup as well. Klopp was grinning when Everton got 2-0 ahead. It looks like nearly all of the big teams in the Premier League is going after Ivan Toney.  Manchester United is also reported to be after him this summer. His price tag might be at least 50 million pounds according to the source, 90min. Besides his total cost seems likely to reach even 100 million pounds. I don’t agree about Negelsman, he is an excellent coach and there was no good reason for his dismissal, just after a short series of draws, something incomprehensible began. Monaco had a really big opportunity to get past Brest in the standings and they took it. First they beat Brest away and they won their missing game yesterday as well. It was a really tough game against Lille though but still Monaco managed to win by 1-0. The gap with Brest has reached 5 points now while there are only 4 weeks left. I assume Monaco would maintain the second position until the end. I see the toughest game as the one against Lyon away which is in three days. Maybe Nantes might also make difficulties for Monaco as they are trying to stay away from the relegation zone. From now on Brest also had better focus on securing a ticket for the Champions League more. |

As for Thomas Tuchel to replace Erik Ten Hag, I don't know what to say. I still feel like Erik Ten Hag should be given one last chance, but there's every possiblity they just want to kick him out deliberately.
Can they also kick out player's like Marcus and, Harry Maguire and Co's? People who say Bruno Fernandez also should be sold, has got to be dump in the head.
Tuchel did a really good job in his first season with Chelsea as he won the Champions League title. It was a really tough work to do with that kind of a game plan but Chelsea made it. As he has good memories with a Premier League team maybe he might do a good job with Manchester United as well who knows. He isn't a bad manager at all. If Erik ten Hag is given another chance then he should be given the freedom to build a better squad for next season. Because they are desperately in need of adding better players and sending the worst ones. Fernandes shouldn't be sold, it doesn't make sense. Rashford also shouldn't as he isn't a bad player actually. Maguire should definitely be leaving immediately or shouldn't be given any chance. |

Poor people the one who bet in the title winner market, putting Liverpool to becoming the champion of this tournament. I never recomend betting on this kind of amrket in this kind of tournaments because you never know how serious a team is gonna be about this tournament, in example Liverpool head maybe was more in Premier League than here.
Now yes is more safe to bet because we only have 4 teams, but well now odds are less.
I can't imagine how many people made an outright bet on Liverpool to win the Europa League indeed. They couldn't even reach the semi finals which was really unexpected. I also thought that they would qualify for the finale and we would watch a Liverpool - Leverkusen game there. But here we are now. At least Leverkusen are still standing and fighting hard for the title. When it comes to the other semi final matchup I'm favouring Atalanta to make it. Arsenal won against Chelsea this evening by a different score. I didn't expect such a result, but it was a very comfortable win for them.
Their only goal now is to become champions of the Premier League and win the cup. I hope they win the cup this year.
Without Palmer Chelsea are really a mess obviously. I was expecting them to have serious issues with scoring because of that. However this 5-0 score was way more than I expected. Arsenal scored many goals by short time intervals in the second half. Chelsea were already desperate in the first half as they weren't productive at all. Pochettino said that this wasn't Cole Palmer Football Club, this was Chelsea Football Club. However after this result too we can comfortably say they are hopeless without Palmer. Especially in big games and the other ones would also get more difficult. Palmer has taken a big responsibility so far and the team are relying on him. |

It was a great job by Inter indeed! They won against their arch rival Milan and announced their 20th Serie A championship by that. Considering that these teams had the equal amount of championships before, this must have felt extra satisfying for Inter. This championship meant the second star to be worn for Inter as well as they wear a star in every 10th championship. There is still a long way to go to catch Juventus about that though.  Because Juventus have 36 championships now. If they bring back their dominant times soon then they can open the gap much more. But as long as Juventus doesn't improve the squad more it is unlikely to me for now. |

A big competition is going to happen between Barcelona and Girona. Girona is only two points behind Barcelona. And both of them have a match against each other. They are going to fight for the second position. I believe for both of the teams it actually means something to be the runner-up of the La Liga competition. For Barcelona, it means having some pride in finishing in the second position. For Girona, I believe finishing on the first three positions is already a big improvement. But finishing in the second position and finishing above Barcelona is something of an achievement in itself. But they will also have to win the other matches that are left for them. I don’t know if Girona will be able to be so consistent at this stage.

I'm glad to hear that Giroud has decided to make a change in his career at this point. Because things haven't been going on well for him recently as he has been unable to score goals. He has still done really good things despite being 37 years old of course. I don't want to blame him or so. 13 goals and 8 assists in 30 games are quite impressive statistics for his condition. But recently he hasn't been playing very willingly and seeming like he would like to make a change in his life. Hugo Lloris is also playing for Los Angeles FC now so it would be nice for Giroud to reunite with his fellow citizen as well. Bayern Munich is in a bad situation they never had recently. This situation of Bayern Munich is not good at all and this made the fans of this team worried about the future of Bayern Munich in Bundesliga and the Champions League. Nagelsmann got fired and Tuchel got his place and now it seems they want to get Tuchel fired from Bayern Munich because of bad performance and the bad relationship he had with some players. Nagelsmann was about to return to Bayern Munch but he extended his contract with the German national team and his case is closed. Also, Zidane was another option but it seems Zidane is not going to work in Bayern Munich or Germany. This made the fans to think Tuchel was going to stay but Bayern Munich still wants him to go. Bellingham is a beast, that's a fact. As far as I can see he is the most consistent great performing player in the squad this season. I remember only few games in which he wasn't seen showing a good performance. For example the first leg of the Manchester City matchup. I believe he has paid off his huge transfer fee already now with this high level performance. He is still very young on one hand. Real Madrid must be planning a very long term relationship with him and Bellingham looks very happy to be a part of this team too. Who wouldn't be happy to play for one of the best teams in the world, especially for Real Madrid which is in a really special place for talented players?  |

Previously, these two teams met in the Europa League semifinal match last season. Leverkusen failed and Roma advanced to the final round, but the difference is that AS Roma is now being handled by another coach, not Jose Mourinho. yeah, as I said in the previous post.
It was a really close matchup yeah. Leverkusen weren't this strong in the previous season and not much time passed since Xabi Alonso came as well. Roma still managed to eliminate them by only a score like 1-0 though. That was definitely Mourinho affect. He likes to focus on securing a score advantage to the end even if it is 1-0. This time Roma and Leverkusen both are stronger but we must admit that Leverkusen are at just another level. I don't think De Rossi will be able to stop this powerful Leverkusen. But the first leg is in Rome so maybe a draw would be seen. Or even a win by one goal? I'm curious about whether Roma will be the first team to make Leverkusen feel the emotions of getting a loss. |

Brest didn't play as good as I expected yesterday and the game didn't end up well for them at all. A 2-0 loss home helped Monaco get ahead of them in the standings by two points now. It isn't over yet... Monaco have a missing game to play as well. Brest even risked their chance to qualify for the Champions League group stage directly by this loss. Because Lille are right behind by only one point and a missing game to play as well. This is the second loss in a row for Brest and another tough game is on the way for them against Rennes away. If this news by Football Insider has some solid truth in it then this could be the reason why Manchester City is interested in signing Musiala from Bayern Munich. According to the source Manchester City are open to offers for Grealish this summer. I don't see any reason why for Manchester City not to replace him with a player like Musiala either honestly. I don't find Grealish's performance as impressive as the previous season. In case of there is an opportunity for Musiala Manchester City should go for it by sacrificing Grealish in my opinion. In yesterday's match, Josip Stanisic netted the ball when the referee just whistled pipe, lol . 45 games unbeaten in all competitions.. Incredible from Leverkusen. I think in the end they are definitely going to stay unbeaten the way they are going right now. For some reason whatever it is the injury time, they find extra motivation. If this was any other club or any other coach, I think they would have said that it is OK if we lose the rest of the matches because we have to win two more trophies this season. But Xabi Alonso is different. He is always going for the win. He is always pushing the boundary. Only four matches left for them in the Bundesliga. And all the matches that they have left are easier compared to this one. But still, the concentration is going to be in the Europa League and DFB Pokal. Unbelievable work indeed! Literally in the last moments Stanisic saved the team. But if Dortmund became the team to end their streak I wouldn't be very sad honestly. At least they wouldn't lose to a small team. I'm very curious about how long this unbeaten streak will continue. I feel like it won't end during the remaining Bundesliga games. The only way might be in the Europa League if they don't win the title there. However I don't expect them to leave the title to any other team left either. Xabi Alonso is very determined to win everything he can with his students this season. It is highly likely for us to see Leverkusen finishing the season with 3 titles 2 of which you already mentioned. |
