BTCump.

Take the Casascius First Batch Brass 0.5 BTC for 0.9 BTC, shipped.

If it doesn't sell at this price, I will attempt a raffle for it in a couple days. Don't know how successful that will be, but we'll see.
1871  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [PRE-ANN]Crypto Imperator Pure Gold Bitcoin Coin on: August 31, 2016, 09:55:11 PM
I'd vote for all 10 in one auction.   Wink

Epic auction approaching...

I vote for all 10 at once too.

This should be awesome... this place could do with some livening up!! Grin
1872  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Super Bitcoiner Keychain (Open Source) on: August 31, 2016, 09:33:44 PM
These look super cool! I want one... well two.
One to put in my crypto collection, and the other to use as.. a keyring!
Will check out your site, unless I am able to order two through the forum?
1873  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Raffle] Lot of coins + BTC up for grabs! 15/16 spots left. on: August 31, 2016, 09:22:12 PM

You know I would always enter, can't speak for the rest though..

Cool. I might give it a go then.

I am trying to avoid entering raffles lately, but put me down for 1 spot please - #1.
I will pay for my spot once others show interest Smiley
1874  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Raffle] Lot of coins + BTC up for grabs! 15/16 spots left. on: August 31, 2016, 09:12:42 PM
Well... Throw in the mix a casacius coin, increase the raffle price a bit... That will get people excited..  Grin

^^

Especially if the hologram has a spelling error Grin

Haha, I'm not so sure people would buy in to that sort of raffle, seems the raffle business is a bit dead at the moment :<

I tend to agree. When it comes to the higher value items, most would rather just buy what they want instead of risking a chunk of BTC on a 1 in 16 chance of winning.
Was considering raffling a Casascius Brass 0.5 BTC a couple weeks ago.. that would have been just over 0.05BTC a ticket... I think it would have taken forever to fill up - if it even happened.

If anyone would enter such a raffle, feel free to say so.. I still have one left Cheesy
1875  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Casascius 1 BTC Brass Coin, Series-2 (2011) on: August 31, 2016, 09:02:36 PM
Thanks. I was never careful with these coins, I never would have imagined 4 years ago they would become valuable collectibles. Most of the times they were just thrown at the back of my office drawer.

That is the case when it comes to the early coins, 2011 brass especially. My first Brass Cas bought off eBay was pretty battered when I became the owner of it.
You won't find many of them in excellent condition, they were handled a lot. No one expected them to end up worth what they are now, and so cared for them in a similar fashion to yourself - handling them frequently, throwing them in the back of a drawer, leaving them exposed to the elements etc.
I personally know of only a couple brass coins from 2011 that have graded MS68. There is more out there, for sure, but they are few and far between.
1876  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Casascius 1 BTC Brass Coin, Series-2 (2011) on: August 31, 2016, 08:17:31 PM
Thanks for the reply guys, sorry for the late answer, for some reason I'm not getting post reply notifications.

I would really like to have it graded by ANACS, but since I don't live in the US, the process would not be easy.

If it sells for less than BTC 1.1, I think I'll go ahead and pop open the coin, and redeem the 1BTC bitcoin in it. At least I get to keep the actual brass coin. What would be your advice?

@Anduck, any suggestions on what can I do with the brass to remove the tarnish?

I would not suggest trying to clean the coin with anything except a light microfiber cloth. You might be best off leaving it alone, unless you plan on peeling it and keeping it Smiley

1878  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Lego Minecraft Collection on: August 31, 2016, 06:46:29 PM
Do you have 9 boxes? Considering there are 9 boxes stacked on the picture.

Anywho, You want payment in bitcoin I assume`?

It's quite annoying when people shitpost and troll on sellers threads.
If you want to get your post count up just say something positive instead of tormenting a poor seller who is struggling to make a buck.

What kind of answer is that? You are listing 8 products but your picture shows 9 boxes. Hhampuz is asking a legitimate question and you are giving a shitty answer. No wonder that you are struggling to 'make a buck'.

His question is very vague.
He's asking me if I have 9 boxes, when it's obvious that I have 9 boxes.
There was absolutely no question specified.

Was he asking me if I had 9 empty boxes, or was he just making a statement about the 9 staked boxes?
Obvious troll behavior.

You list 8 boxes of Lego for sale. You have even specified them individually. There is 9 in the picture.

Do you see the problem? No one is trolling, nor are they shitposting.

From my perspective, Hhampuz looked to be a potential buyer asking a legit question. You may have put him off now.
1879  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Our mission is nearly complete. Awaiting review. on: August 31, 2016, 03:45:08 PM
Nice "Bull" logo!!

Did you get permission from the Chicago Bulls basketball team and also the NBA for this to use their trademarked work??

Its similar but not the same and inverted. The inverted bull represents this series of coins its not the company logo. The next series of coins the bull will be replaced by the Phoenix.  Symbolism has been am major influence in the the design of all aspects of the coins and this includes some very well known brands but we are making a statement and made sure we were not in breach of copyright laws.

I am no lawyer nor am I educated on such matters, but this looks like a clear case of copyright infringement.
Are you 100% sure that you are not in breach of copyright laws?
As far as I know, you cannot take a copyrighted image, invert it, and claim it as yours.

I certainly wouldn't attempt to use a major sporting teams logo as my own, whether I inverted it or not. I would fear severe legal issues for doing such a thing publicly, as you have done.

On that note... I am interested in buying one Grin
