1901  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: spend twice more Bitcoins while waiting the block to be verified? on: October 28, 2022, 02:27:55 PM
Apart from that, it seems to me that I rarely see them on the list of those who find the block (only twice in the last 4 hours), but in the end it's all a matter of luck - RBF and mempool are always the best choice for me.
That's exactly what expected.
According to the information shown on their website, their hash rate is around 22 EH/s which is around 8.5% of the total hash power.
With that hashrate share, it's expected that they mine 1 block in every 12 blocks on average.
1902  Other / Meta / Re: Question About Report to moderator on: October 28, 2022, 08:55:55 AM
That's a good report if you ask me.
I completely agree with you. That's a good report.
My point was that it's not that the report is marked as good automatically if the topic move to another board. As the moderator must select the status manually, it's possible that the report is marked as bad.

As far as I know, when a post is reported and the post is deleted, the report is automatically marked as good even if you have reported the post for something else.
It's not the same when a post is moved. The decision should be made by the moderator and I agree that the moderator should mark the report as good.
1903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: One million bets in Dice by fun with 0.05% Chance: No! there are no mistakes. on: October 28, 2022, 08:17:17 AM
I wish you success, but honestly speaking, I expect you to lose money.
The house always have mathematical advantage against the players and in the long run, it's very unlikely that you can make profit.

I can't make any guess on the amount you will lose without knowing the house edge.

Edit:
I just noticed that the payout is 1980x for the bet with 0.05% chance. So, the house edge should be 1%.
You wagered 47 dollars in 118531 bets. So, you have wagered around $0.0004 in every bet on average.
Assuming you continue with the same amounts, you will wager around 352 dollars more and it's expected that you lose 3.52 dollars.

Given that you have made $2.4 profit, I guess that you will lose $1.12.
1904  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Chip Mixer Problems on: October 28, 2022, 07:42:27 AM
According to blockchain, in addition to that 0.001 BTC, the address in question has received 0.05083033 BTC on October 5. Click here to see the transaction.
Are you the one who made that transaction? Do you remember paying someone or a service 0.05083337 BTC (around 1000 dollars worth of bitcoin) on October 5 or making a withdrawal from an exchange, casino. etc?
Maybe, you copied the address from somewhere else.
1905  Other / Meta / Re: Question About Report to moderator on: October 28, 2022, 07:10:19 AM
2. if the moderator moves the topic, whatever the reporter did (if not in accordance with the board) will mark as good?
As far as I know, if you report a topic and the topic is moved to another board, the moderator must select the status (bad or good) manually. So, it's not that your report would be definitely marked as good. That depends on the moderators' decision.
It's also possible that a moderator see your report, mark it as bad and don't take any action on the post. Then another moderator move the topic. In this case, your report will be still bad.
1906  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: spend twice more Bitcoins while waiting the block to be verified? on: October 27, 2022, 05:41:34 PM
So does that mean if I have to get my transaction quickly confirmed when paying for a service with Bitcoin, I have to increase the fee from low to high?
If your transaction has been flagged as RBF, you can increase the fee rate, so it's confirmed faster. The fee rate you should set for getting a fast confirmation depends on the network status.
If your transaction hasn't been flagged as RBF, it's very very unlikely that you can replace your transaction with a new one, even if you pay a very high fee.

Note that with increasing the fee, you actually make a new transaction with a different hash. So, if the service you are paying to hasn't been coded properly, you may have to contact them and tell them about increase in the fee.
1907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: hashrate and confirmation speed on: October 27, 2022, 05:19:05 PM
Bitcoin blocks are mined at the rate of 1 per 10 minutes on average.
With increase in the total hash power, blocks are mined faster and with decrease in the total hash power, blocks are mined slower. To preserve the 10 minute block time, difficulty is adjusted in every 2016 blocks.

Assume that the total hash power just increased by 20% suddenly. Blocks will be mined at the rate of 1 per 8.33 minutes on average, until the difficulty is adjusted and the average block time becomes 10 minutes again.

That's address is called as vanity wallet address or a customized Bitcoin address where you can create a wallet with specific letter, word or number as long as it can be created.
The address OP is referring to isn't a vanity address. Vanity addresses are derived with testing a large number of private keys. So, the owner knows the private key.
No one knows the private key of the address mentioned in the OP and creating an address like that is very very easy. The only requirement is that the address must have the correct format of a bitcoin address and pass the checksum.
It may worth mentioning that creating an address like the one mentioned in the OP with a known private key is almost impossible.
1909  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Is Possible Modified the change address? on: October 27, 2022, 04:26:13 AM
as I understand, if using coin control we can select change address into what we want.
With coin control, you don't specify the change address. Coin control allows you to select which UTXO(s) you want to be used.

Assume that you have three UTXOs and you want to make a transaction using a specific UTXO. You can go to coin control and select the desired UTXO.
Now, it's like that you only have that specific UTXO and the two other UTXOs won't be used for your transaction.
1910  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Problem posting images on: October 26, 2022, 09:21:13 PM
The problem is probably with the website you are using for hosting images.
Try it a with a different image hosting website like imgur.com. It should work without any problem.

You can also use imgbb.com and postimages.org as alternatives to imgur.
1911  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting on: October 26, 2022, 11:15:33 AM
I saved the picture from the example and it is 1300x5130
That's not the size of the image uploaded in that thread.
Click on "quote" button in that post. Copy the URL of the uploaded image. Paste it into your browser to see the image on the hosting website. Download the image.
You will see that the real size of the image is 640*2526.
1912  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting on: October 26, 2022, 11:05:20 AM
The idea is that  pictures uploaded by other users have the same size as mine. It means that the problems lies not in the sizing.
The image you were trying to post had a width of 1440 and height of 4700. Right?
If so, that's different from size of the image shown above. In that post, the user has posted an image with the width of 640 and height of 2526.

The problem may be with the ratio of height to width of your image.
1913  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting on: October 26, 2022, 10:27:57 AM
How to aviod compression? When I choose an option of resizing, the picture becomes too pixelated.
How do you resize your image?
If you want your image to have high quality, you shouldn't increase the size here. Increase, you should upload a bigger image.
For example, if you upload a 16*9 image and you want your image to be 1600*900, it's normal that it would have a very bad quality.

Upload the image with the proper size, so you won't have to change the size here.
1914  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Is Possible Modified the change address? on: October 26, 2022, 09:54:13 AM
You also have to use coin control if you have more than one coin (UTXO) available or "!" will consolidate all of your coins to your change address.
Does  "!" always consolidate all the coins to the change address, if coin control isn't used?

Let's say I have two UTXOs.  UTXOA is worth 0.04 BTC and UTXOB is worth 0.06 BTC. I have received these two UTXOs in two different addresses.
Now, I want to send 0.05 BTC without using coin control feature. As far as I know, electrum would use the UTXOB and wouldn't use UTXOA at all. 0.05 BTC will be sent to the recipient and 0.01 BTC minus transaction fee will be sent to the address specified using "!". So, my coins won't be consolidated. Correct me if I am wrong, please.
1915  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: I have to verify my blockchain account? on: October 25, 2022, 03:43:44 PM
I think it depends if you are actively using their wallet according to Blockchain they do have a crypto withdrawal limit for non-verified users it's around $2000 annually which means if you exceed this limit blockchain will ask for KYC verification.
From my understanding from the article you shared, only people from United States are allowed to withdraw 2,000 dollar worth of cryptocurrencies without going for verification.
People from other countries have to verify their identity for withdrawing any amount of cryptocurrencies.

Quote
We currently offer Limited Access (US residents only), Full Access and Platinum levels.

It may worth mentioning that the withdrawal limits apply to their exchange and it has nothing to do with their wallet.
1916  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: funds immediately leaving electron wallet after receiving from TestNet faucet on: October 25, 2022, 11:59:00 AM
Which is pretty weird, because thieves aren't known for stealing testnet bitcoins.
Right. With stealing testnet coins, the hacker actually warns about using a fake version of electrum. No hacker would do that.

Did you try out some brainwallet, or used a locking script which has a publicly known unlocking script? There are some bots that search for known private keys in the mempool and withdraw any sent coins immediately.
OP already said that he/she generated the private keys through a brainwallet and used so simple words. See this post.
1917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to find the first 35 digits of bitcoin private key on: October 25, 2022, 12:08:58 AM
Now my question is that how can i Calculate the exact first part of this address.
As I said in my previous post, there is no way to derive a private key from a bitcoin address or a public key. The public key is derived from a private key through a one/way function.
If it was possible to derive the private key from a public key or an address, then everyone could steal all the bitcoins.
1918  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is crypto hot wallet that bad on: October 24, 2022, 06:56:09 AM
I haven't used hot wallet yet. until now I still use an online wallet (trust wallet). no problems so far.
Any wallet that is connected to the internet is called hot wallet. So, you are using a hot wallet.
There's always the risk of being hacked in hot wallets and I would never recommend anyone to use a hot wallet especially when it comes to close-source wallet like trustwallet.
Just because you haven't had any problems before doesn't mean trustwallet is secure and you won't have any problem in the future.
1919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to find the first 35 digits of bitcoin private key on: October 23, 2022, 10:00:59 PM
No - I want to know the calculation of first 35 characters in wif (compress or uncompressed) format remaining 17 will be find with brute force.
I don't really understand what you are trying to achieve.
Why the first 35 characters and why not the first 20 or 40 characters?
What do you have now? What do you want to derive the private key from? Are you trying to convert a private key in hex to WIF format?

Note that if you have a bitcoin address or a public key, there is no way to derive the private key from them.
1920  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: BOUGHT BTC BUT ITS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY ARMORY WALLET on: October 23, 2022, 09:48:50 PM
Ooooh... I guess thats whats the problem then.. I've tried sweeping my private keys into my electrum wallet but, once again, I don't know if it's gonna work, as the transaction shows as 'unconfirmed'..?
It has worked.
By sweeping your private keys, you actually made a transaction to your electrum wallet.
Now, your transaction has been broadcast to the network and you should be able to see that on block explorers as well. It will be confirmed sooner or later.
The confirmation time depends on the fee rate you used for your transaction. Whatever fee you paid, it shouldn't take long. Network isn't busy.
