1941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH, BNB, NGR, XRP, LTC ,Eos, Neo,MKR And BCH Price What Do You Think This Year? on: January 31, 2020, 12:10:51 AM
Every cryptocurrency that's been pointed by Op has provided with a bigger growth. These are cryptocurrencies that exist in the market, and has grown high with time. Ethereum with its smart contract platform made a big change in the entire cryptocurrency market. BNB as an exchange backed cryptocurrency also grew high. Likewise each and every coin mentioned is unique and serves to be a good investment, and this year surely brings growth.
1942  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Which Country Will Implement BTC/Crypto As Official Payment First ? on: January 26, 2020, 07:32:43 PM
Cryptocurrency as payment will continue to grow as now, but the chances of cryptocurrencies to be an official payment isn't gonna happen soon. Same as now the growth will progress, and we can expect more and more online/offline firms to accept cryptocurrency payment. Countries go on regulating the usage of cryptocurrencies, but takes time to go official.
1943  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Air, Water, Bitcoin on: January 26, 2020, 07:03:29 PM
Bitcoin hasn't reached the level of being a basic need of life. Bitcoin is technology backed asset that has gained value through its continued usage through years. For some reason it serves to be an alternate to the banking system and the traditional fiat. Maybe in the future we can expect bitcoin to get added to the list of basic needs of life.
1944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges on: January 26, 2020, 06:19:54 PM
If I'm not wrong, with most cases the price drop once after the listing on exchanges were mostly due to the decisions from the investors. If the projects weren't provided with proper funding and not listed to the right exchanges there will be continued drop in the value. In some cases it will be manipulated by the investors holding large volume. So there isn't any perfect reason for the price drop once after listing on exchanges.
1945  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The difference between science and religion on: January 23, 2020, 04:15:53 PM
Religion and science is like a two edged sword.both must not be utilised in improper way. Because science says we can change the world religion says one day the world will change.
Religious oaths synonymously may be related to science findings.but both are not same.
However science has a strong evidence to be proved.likewise certain religion is also has its own unity except few.
Both may coincide but never meant similar.
1946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my bitcoin on: January 21, 2020, 04:01:04 AM
With diversified way of investment the risk is low. Same time if the investment is made all in one automatically the risk will be high. To the risk taken if things go good a big profit can be made out of it, or else it'll be of loss. When diversified the growth differing between various assets will minimize the loss and give profit even when the market conditions weren't good for trading.
1947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Cardano a steal at current prices ? on: January 19, 2020, 02:39:23 PM
Cardano is a good investment of all time. The development isn't complete yet, just a single layer of development has gone live. More to get developed for the completion of the project. When the perfect outcome goes live surely it'll be growing good. For long term investors cardano is the right pick, surely it'll give a much higher profit.
1948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Okay, Litecoin price needs to crash again now...... on: January 19, 2020, 11:10:56 AM
Op has missed the opportunity and that now frustrates him as he has missed the profit. No cryptocurrency change according to individual users expectation. Maybe if he holds at least 60% of the total Litecoin into supply, then it might be manipulated to drop low to buy much. Op should've invested once after the days when there is no big growth on halving.
1949  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How did you start trading? on: January 19, 2020, 05:08:42 AM
I started trading by reading many blogs that are related to both fundamental and technical analysis, follow some of the respected YouTuber channels and also set the notification to know when they are online to discuss price movement and the likes.
Well started, my trading practice started of my own with the bounties earned. The rewards earned out of different Bounty campaigns got accumulated in myether wallet. I started to explore how to sell these tokens and get money. This gave me the knowledge about exchanges, and through the exchanges started to trade those tokens for ethereum and further to bitcoin. I'm not involved much as a professional trader.
1950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin scams and new Bitcoin users on: January 19, 2020, 04:06:04 AM
People that fall for most of these scams ate stupid. I can understand falling for a cleverly hidden scam but most are obvious and people still fall for them. They deserve all that they get. Its a hard lesson but what did they expect. If you going to be so stupid and loose with your funding then you going to lose it. A fool and his money are easily part.
People falling for scams can't be blamed to be stupid, because even the trusted projects turn to be scam due to some issues on lack of development, funding and promotion. Each and every human wish to make easy money, upon the same they make investment. Everyone after hard analysis makes an investment, but when the same turns to be a scam they aren't fools. There are people who choose on random choice.
1951  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is planting trees actually good for the planet? on: January 19, 2020, 03:16:54 AM
The need for timber keeps counting even when more and more alternative things have come into usage. When we cut a tree for our need, we need to plant a tree. This will keep the ecosystem stable. Around the globe the ground water level has decreased drastically. Some cities have gone out of water and in few cities zero water day is announced and people are adviced to use water in a limited manner. So, in one way or other planting trees is good for the planet.
1952  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Cryptocurrency threatens governments on: January 19, 2020, 02:20:31 AM
Governments want to us to spend the money they print and control.  They also want to be able to tax it and track it as much as possible.
This is what happening with each and every country. The fear every government have is the usage of cryptocurrencies for illegal activities and darkweb needs. This means government believe that they can't be controlled and taxed. In simple terms, Government always want to profit out of the people's earning. Through cryptocurrency it isn't possible, and the same is the reason for governments threatening bitcoin.
1953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be ETH's biggest year yet? on: January 19, 2020, 12:21:20 AM
In the discussion about the ethereum's price for the year majority of the users have mentioned it to be a big maybe or no. This is the prevailing reality, because ethereum grew high and touched its ath in a very short time than bitcoin. This made people have more interest on making investment on ethereum. Further till date the growth expectation is there, but the real expectation hasn't got fulfilled. Hope this year marks the something better than 2019.
1954  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin touch 9k USD next month? on: January 18, 2020, 04:02:20 PM
Just after few days posting this, I think there's no need for us to wait until next month. There's a possibility that bitcoin could touch $9,000 even before the end of January 2020.

The price today stands at $8,827 and just few hundred dollars away and we'll be touching that aim of yours. And we can also get to see $10,000 as soon as possible with the time frame that we are not expecting.
I think this week bitcoin will reach $ 9k. to be honest, I think that the price of $ 9k will be reached in February, or March, but it seems like this year the price of bitcoin starts with a slow pump which is quite good. I'm starting to believe that when in 1-2 days the price of bitcoin reaches the level of $ 9k, people will speculate that the price of bitcoin will reach $ 10k at the end of this month  Cheesy
$8,948 as per typing this right now so it wouldn't take long until the end of the month before seeing $9k.

I don't know where you check the price but on Bitstamp it already touched 9k two times in last 3 days. But none of the candles closed above it.
The momentum looks good and
Wait what?! Just refreshed the chart and it's $8904.
Ok now let's close the daily candle above 8900. This is very important because bitcoin was rejected two times at this price like I said. If it stays above 8900 its a very bullish sign.
Really it did reached $9,000 on bitstamp already? I'm just using CMC as price checker and sometimes with preev and see that's why I haven't seen it touch that price on those websites that I'm looking at. The price is turning quickly from time to time and I think before this day ends we'll see $9k.
Till now it has touched price around $8960. Upon the same reaching $9000 can be reached anytime soon. With every small growth taking place with bitcoin there is good level of resistance being gained. This means the chance of fall is very low, upon which I believe by tomorrow we can experience $9000.
1955  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Greta Thunberg is the time's person of the year 2019 on: January 18, 2020, 03:17:32 PM

Since a 16 year old worked so well, what do you say we try a 12 year old scolding the UN next? Or we could go straight to the shrieking babies?

Her age doesnt really matter if she manages to draw attention to the issue, but from looking at her "speeches" I get a strong feeling that she's just a puppet, a vessel and it's not gonna play out well for her future mental stability. Her becoming the time's person of the year is also questionable to me, she haven't done anything exept talking and gathering some attention both positive and negative. There're much more people that deserve this title by actually putting their work and getting some perceptible results

Agreed, there were more deserving people for the time's person of the year. As said Greta hasn't contributed anything big to the climate change happening around the globe. If I'm not wrong what she spoke too isn't her own words. End of the day everything is business, and now providing such an award too is a kind of marketing for times magazine.
1956  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Uber or Airbnb running on bitcoin on: January 18, 2020, 02:33:53 PM
Tbh I don't think that crypto is ready to be mainstream. Not yet at least.

10 years have gone by since bitcoin was introduced and yet it is not in a position to become mainstream currency. Why is it so ?  Either bitcoin has not much potential to become a mainstream currency or there is too much opposing power of fiat and local governments who try every tactics to discourage the use of bitcoin as a currency.
Though it hasn't gained mainstream acceptance, with time more and more services have begun to add bitcoin to the payment gateway. In most cases, big brands accept and Stops the same when they don't get the targeted usage from its consumers. In ten years of time though it hasn't reached the mainstream usage the growth tends to make big change in the economic system of the future.
1957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are giving too much attention on the halving on: January 14, 2020, 02:15:41 AM
Till date there is more and more discussion about halving which is purely on the growth it provides on the demand to the supply variation. The expectation too drives the market forward, as whales use it an opportunity to manipulate the market. Another important thing the increase in the volume of investment over the days of halving. As there is promised growth more investors make investment. This in turn also support the market pumping.
1958  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I Buy Bitcoin Now? on: January 01, 2020, 11:54:09 PM
If you believe that it will save your ass and make money on it, there is no reason to decline such an opportunity.
The price is cheap and a good time to buy Bitcoin. That was a good idea but just ask your self what if the market will continue to dump next year? Can you still manage to hold or just sold it and quit?
That was a big question. Before buying Bitcoin for the investment we should also know our capability to accept losses and challenges along the way. It all not be an easy profit generator, it all comes from the way we manage it.

Decision on buying needs to be taken without others intervention. When the decision is ours we won't find it difficult even if the market change cause a loss, but the same won't be acceptable if it happens once after we make a buying with the suggestion from person next to us. To predict and make a buying is really a big challenge until one makes his first profit.
1959  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin might be over but blockchain will live on: December 17, 2019, 06:25:10 PM
Blockchain was known to the world through bitcoin, whether my understanding is correct or no I don't know. If bitcoin isn't successful blockchain too might have gone as an unused technology. Now through bitcoin it is known as a technology that can make everything in a perfect way in an efficient manner. Until blockchain lives bitcoin will live, because only a technology better than blockchain only can defeat bitcoin.
1960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now the right time to buy altcoin? on: December 16, 2019, 06:29:36 PM
Every dump is an opportunity. We should not panic out of the market fluctuation, but need to analyze in a better way and should decide on buying any of the altcoins. Always good to prefer the altcoins in the top order which assures profit than going with altcoins on random choice.
