1641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 7th September 2021 Bitcoin becomes legal tender first in history on: September 07, 2021, 02:10:06 PM
The decision from the country is really appreciable, because it is quite hard to make people get fixed to it. Another thing is the opposition from its own citizens. Its a big obstacle and it isn't an easy thing to take such strong decision, because if something happens unexpected the government is responsible to give answer to its people. When the grown countries fear of adopting bitcoin, the decision from El Salvador will keep its economy get boosted.
1642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did you miss Bitcoin? on: September 06, 2021, 08:27:43 PM
I was into Bitcoin at the right time, but the financial issues thats around me made sell all my holdings. If I was a free man and has the understanding as now, I might've never sold my holdings. So, I haven't missed the opportunity by intention and it happened on situation. Hoping for some good old days of cryptocurrencies to get my life back.
1643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 06, 2021, 07:55:49 PM
What a great team performance from team India today just loved that after 100 runs behind in the first innings to winning the test match in the 5th day is some thing excellent. Specially on a flat wicket taking 10 wickets in a day was a good achievement.

Through this match, India proved that they have the potential to be the best team in the Test format. However, the future outcome of the match cannot be predicted when two strong teams play against each other. Any miracle can happen at any time in the match. It would not be surprising if England won this match.

This might've got turned to be the match of England, because England lost its first wicket on 100. Further it has lost 9 wickets for 110 runs. None could've predicted this match to turn this way. Also they've got the home ground advantage. We don't know what exactly made the batsmen end with such worse performance. From the bowling side everyone gace the best and thats the reason for this match winning.
1644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 04, 2021, 09:08:47 PM
India requires more 300 runs, because England's performance can go high in no time due to its home ground advantage. Till date 418 is the highest score thats been chased by any team on test cricket. Based on that Indian team will try to reach 450 runs and end the innings. Lets see, by tomorrow's session we can conclude the end result of the game.
1645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador rolls out 200 Bitcoin ATMs in a bid to speed-up nationwide adoption on: September 03, 2021, 10:42:27 PM
Similar to this Japan made a move years back. Japan supported the shops and suggested to implement bitcoin acceptance. That made a big change in the over-all market through the massive adoption. What we see with El Salvador with the addition of more bitcoin ATMs is a way to speedup the adoption around the country.

Few posts mentioned about certain group of people against the usage of bitcoin. However these group of people will change their minds gradually. Because, people who took an opposite stand against crypto has now begun to invest good on cryptocurrency.
1646  Other / Off-topic / Re: Images, Google, Youtube, showing about gambling in Saudi Arabia. on: August 16, 2021, 11:59:29 PM
Islam religion is against gambling. Saudi Arabia is one of the country that strictly follows the laws mentioned in Quran. So, there is no chance of such thing to happen in Saudi Arabia. This seems to be a manipulated image. Arabs are found around the globe enjoying luxury with the money out of oil. Maybe these are some of those Arabs enjoying out of the country.

Even in Islam religion people are there who gamble and do things that are against Quran, but Saudi Arabia government never allows it within the country.
1647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go down below $20,000. on: August 16, 2021, 11:39:57 PM
Looks like what happened in 2018 is happening again this year, if it's the same scenario then we can expect a long bear run for the market. Bitcoin dropping below $30k creates panic, altcoins are dumping as well so what can we expect that bitcoin has already fallen below $30k now?

Will we see the same scenario in 2018 or it will be different this time?

For this year Bitcoin will not go down at $30k, this is impossible for bitcoin, if you look at the current stable market conditions, I believe the scenario this year will be much different from 2018.

Even altcoins that did not have good expectations this year, actually rose quite well in the market, even though the increase in altcoins was not what people wanted, but what we need to understand this year is that the condition of all coins is good and growing.

You are obviously wrong, bitcoin was already dumped below $30k this year, and that is coming from a new ATH which was at $63500, so it's not impossible to dump again coming from $46,000 which is the current price. IMO, if we like to be realistic, let's expect the unexpected.
Expecting the unexpected is the reality with most of the small scale cryptocurrency hodlers and the new users who are with plans to get into the market. Based on the market movements happened throughout the year till now there is chance of price getting dumped. On the other hand governments are making better policies to allow crypto usage. Probably that will not let the market down anytime. From the polling it is good to see majority doesn't believe on price falling low to $20k.
1648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who where how much withdrew from no deposit on: August 16, 2021, 11:05:30 PM

Each gambling site does have this common kind of bonuses or giveaway and of course those set rollovers is something that majority of  gamblers  couldnt able to hit or reach up.Yes, there might be some hell of a lucky guy

who could really make those bonuses that big by winning of games and also the house isnt really just dumb on not to put some maximum winnings that they could get from a bonus.

Yeah its probably but odds on making yourself  on making a withdrawal is less and very rare for someone to achieve on but its better than have nothing at all specially if its free.

Because that's what gambling house owners should do in order to attract newcomers to believe that their site really does provide a service and some bonuses so that we are at least given a play tester. Beginners can be easily attracted to such things. Of course this method is still a hereditary method implemented. Without reducing losses, of course there must be a return at the end of the game so that gamblers are interested in playing a second time with the first deposit.
House will surely provide bonuses and perks which would poke out peoples  interest which might cause for them to go back again on said  gambling site.Thinking off that gambling is a business not a charity.
Of course they would really be finding out some ways on how to lure in people and wont  tend to give out advantages because that would surely affect their revenue or profits.
They might create some interesting  offers but it would be always putting up people on disadvantage.
Completely it can't be stated as disadvantage, because we there are lucky people who've won big out of the deposit bonuses and has withdrawn it. All that required is to read the terms and conditions prior to gambling. With most of the gambling sites, providing deposit bonus is to attract more users towards the platform.
1649  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC Go for Another All Time High This Year? on: August 16, 2021, 10:51:01 PM
The ongoing market move seems to be a transition from the bitcoin pumping towards altcoins. This looks like the market is towards a rise through the altcoins for some time period. Major price corrections could take place after this. There is more of the gradual growth moving the price within specific margin. Maybe someone's influence could cause big change in the market, without which there is very less chance for a new ATH this year.
1650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Tether crash to $0? on: August 16, 2021, 10:34:17 PM
I don't think it's possible because the stablecoins are backed up with a 1:1 ratio, I didn't know that there was news about tether dropping to 0$ because its value is the same as USD, maybe the bad news about tether freezing someone's funds in his personal wallet.
Yes, it is backed with 1:1 ratio. But how far this is true in the cryptospace is still a myth. Because earlier in an audit it is found with a massive difference and the same caused big crash in the entire market. However the fluctuation in the market will keep the price around $1 and 0 is not gonna happen now and forever.
1651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 90% chances if a coin is listed in Binance it has a good potential on: August 16, 2021, 10:04:11 PM
There is no denying that getting listed on Binance is not an easy thing for any new project, as it requires a lot of requirements. But we also can't deny that many shitcoins are listed there too
Can you tell me what shitcoins are on the Binance exchange? because I see that all the coins on the Binance exchange always have a very good trading volume compared to the volume on other exchanges.

Actually, there are plenty of coins that are listed in Binance and trading pairs as well.

The list is high and we can check it in https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/binance/...

Shitcoins or whatever you call it, I think it depends on our perception, because for me, trading volume is not enough as a basis to exempt a coin from being a shitcoin, and I know not everyone would agree if I will call DOGE a shitcoin.

Just because it doesn't have real usage it is termed to be a shitcoin. Though it doesn't have any usage it has stood strong in the market for years, which isn't possible with shitcoins. With the recent price pumping through the influence of Elon Musk it has turned to be a major discussion.

From my understanding whether it is a shitcoin or potential one, if there is perfect plan for listing on Binance investing on those will be truly good. Because, on listing the market will bounce high and provide atleast 2x profit on capital.
1652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still have thoughts of picking Gold over Bitcoin, read this. on: August 11, 2021, 11:59:28 PM
snip
many people still have no knowledge about investing, on average it happens because they don't want to accept new things.  Bitcoin is much more profitable than gold even though the price is volatile.  gold is an investment for people who have a safe mind and old man, while Bitcoin is a promising investment that many people who have great minds buy.
Bitcoin is much more profitable than gold, but what the common man think is liquidity. I don't say bitcoin doesn't have liquidity, but we haven't got access to provide bitcoin as a collateral on a banking system and get loans. Maybe in the future this can happen as some banks have started to work with cryptocurrency.

Common people always get into the risk free form of savings than risky investments. The market fluctuation has the potential to bring big profit as well as end into loss if we don't play good. This makes them choose gold over bitcoin even when they knew bitcoin has the potential to give big profit than gold.
1653  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency: The Future of Finance in a New World Order? on: August 11, 2021, 11:49:04 PM
Cryptocurrency usage is much connected with the monetary system and this makes the blockchain technology loss it's importance. It isn't known to people that blockchain technology can be used on anything to get effective outcome. Myself expect the change to happen in all forms and not only on the financial system.
1654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympics 2020/2021 : Discussion & Predictions on: August 11, 2021, 11:35:30 PM
~
He was the only runner to successfully knocked all the water bottles, the others did not encounter any problems. So, I'll take it like an accident. I would give him the benefit of the doubt. Therefore, it is also part of the game. We all have different viewpoints. There are plenty of things to point out, but bringing up those bitter memories spoils the Olympics theme. This post should inspire a lot of respect and admiration for all the athletics with a history of excellent sportsmanship.
Pointing out unsportsmanlike behavior should be pointed out and it will not take away the glory of the Olympics. I have seen the images of the said event and it was a clear bite to have an upper advantage and those athletes should be banned for life from competing in further events. There are instances in the past where athletes got banned for life of unsportsmanlike behavior, so this is nothing new.
Well, true sportsmanship was felt by the entire world on the javelin throw event where the gold medal got shared between Barshim of Qatar with Tamperi of Venezuela. This made the entire world understand true sportsmanship and its value. It made people cry out of it. Same as that what's been done here is entirely opposite and such players needs to be give life time ban which needs to be an warning to rest of the players.
1655  Economy / Economics / Re: Miami will launch its own cryptocurrency and reward users with bitcoin on: August 11, 2021, 11:29:26 PM
I had a conversation with an user who is new to cryptocurrency usage. He made a conversation regarding the creation of native cryptocurrency by different governments around world. I don't know to what level it is true, he mentioned the creation of native cryptocurrency as a way to overcome the taxation issue thats been faced by the governments with the usage of different other cryptocurrencies.
1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this another Ethereum season on: August 11, 2021, 11:19:20 PM
It's more than just Ethereum right now, the London fork did some trick on adoption but BTC price is bullish too making other altcoins to follow too so yeah I can say bulls are back but be careful cos this might be a huge bull trap and will unlock the door to the real bear market
You know that when these two goes on high.

Both of them are also going up but it's a sign for bitcoin first and then Ethereum goes next. The london hard fork did really a lot on this pump that we're seeing.

The bulls are back but we don't know how low and how long it'll stay.
The bulls are back in the market, but now it doesn't look like a perfect bullish trend. For some reason this growth pattern will continue, because traders keep on scalping to generate profit. This keeps the volume in a stabilized manner than moving downside. With ethereum the London fork has made a big demand on ethereum through its burn. This is now getting reflected on its growth.
1657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano overthrow Ethereum? on: August 11, 2021, 11:10:57 PM
We're not sure about the future market. Things can change in any direction. It is up to the level of adoption experienced. Right now it is ethereum that has been rocking the market with the upgrades and more potential usage. With cardano we've got similar form of growth, the development of cardano is done precise. Long back itself waiting for a next big update and the update will make big change in its market. I believe it'll give some competence to ethereum.
1658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will physical casinos accept crypto someday? on: August 11, 2021, 11:05:59 PM
Gambling industry is very big. As more people are getting into the usage of cryptocurrencies, we can see the acceptance of these cryptocurrencies on physical casinos. Whatever we pay we are gonna play with chips that's been bought with cryptocurrency/fiat. With online casinos we play directly whereas with physical casinos chips need to be bought and played. So, we can expect this happen and there might be some physical casinos doing it at present.
1659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should online gambling companies be responsible for harm related activities? on: August 11, 2021, 11:01:35 PM
Online gambling companies that do not have measures to stop addicts from gambling all of their money should be responsible for anything that happens to them. I think gambling companies should monitor their members deposits and withdrawals and limit them if they think they are in danger of losing more than they can afford.
Every gambling site used to mention gambling is subject to risk and it is their own risk to spend on gambling. Maybe this could make people to linit them in terms of spending. When someone is restricted to spend/deposit he might also move to the next platform. Because, addiction can be controlled only if the user himself is ready.
1660  Economy / Economics / Re: If you can get paid through cryptocurrency, do you still choose fiat currency? on: August 11, 2021, 10:47:44 PM
Getting paid in cryptocurrencies is still very new in the market. People who knew well about the potential will go for it. The existence of fiat money can't go unused for any reason. This makes people get used to it, even when we have got more number of development and advancement associated assets for usage.
