Australia didn’t play well this ODI series. They lost their last 3 of 3 match against Pakistan. I think one reason Australia lost their match Because they didn’t play main team. Their some most valuable player,Piayin IPL.Now Australias some batsman and bowlers are not talented because they are new cummer.I hope they will be back in win site in next match.
Australia did not lose all the matches in the ODI series, Australia won the first match by a big margin and it was Pakistan that made a good comeback and won the second match even though the total to chase was 348 runs and Pakistan played really well in chasing the huge total and the third match was a one sided one as Pakistan was able to fold them for a small total.
Yes, this was a big series with full of energy from the test series. The final test served as a decider for the test series trophy. Same as that the third ODI served as the decider of the series. The second match comeback by Pakistan is the biggest in the series. For the efforts they've won the ODI series. Babar Azam proved his strength and in two important matches Babar Azam and Imam Ul Haq did their best, if not surely this winning isn't a possible one.
1422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to the Bitcoin network if Russia blocks access to the internet? on: April 02, 2022, 07:51:28 PM
Maybe for some time period the hash generated out of Russian mining firms gets lowered. Russia won't restrict the usage of internet. If Russia has been affected out of the bitcoin, then it might've taken measures to stop the internet usage within the country. More sanctions were on Russia, and this has affected the country's economy. Slowly Russia have been making plans and the usage of bitcoin have helped them leave the country and work in a completely normal region.
1423  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: April 01, 2022, 11:57:31 PM
Quote
stake is not the first gambling site that make use of celebrity for promotion

I cant think of anyone so big being involved in a gambling promotion for crypto, its surely a big scoop to have someone that well known on your team.  Also he is just very rich, whatever percentage he chooses to gamble is all very reasonable to him and people go for large numbers.   I personally appreciate the really long shot multibet type odds that occur even if the amount put down is a small amount but the simple fact is people gambling large amounts will always appear a bigger deal

But stake somewhat got the attention of many here owed to Drake. Yes, they are not the first but in my opinion, they got good following when drake posted those insta bets from stake. A very subtle promotion as stake has not confirmed their collaboration yet when Drake posted those bets. I believe he has followers who are noncrypto users who also are now stake players. Just guessing here.  Wink
This is true. His bets were into discussion for a long and recently his charity is being into discussion. He enjoys and he does good to the needy. This gives him more value as a brand ambassador than a celebrity who is popular. He's into crypto for a long and he has placed big wagers in the past and this time it was very big and caught the eyes of everyone. Surely this could've of landed more number of non crypto gamblers into Stake.
1424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Axie Infinity’s $615 million crypto hack on: April 01, 2022, 11:35:28 PM
Well if the disabling withdrawal and deposit of Ronin in a centralized exchange or any exchange that listed Ronin will be a great help to the Axie team.
That could give a huge impact on the price once all Ronin that has been hacked will be sold, we hope that hackers don't have an option to move this Ronin and we should be thankful for centralized exchange because they collaborate with the situation. Sometimes centralized exchange has a true use when it comes to a scenario like this, and decentralized don't have.
Yes, it is easy to see a discussion on which is better. Whether it is the DEX or CEX. Both have got its good and bad out of it. When it comes to CEX, this kind of blocking the withdrawal and deposit of the respective funds moved by the hackers. In this case, such a big hack will completely disturb the market. For now its developers said

Quote
We are “currently working with law enforcement officials, forensic cryptographers and our investors to make sure that all funds are recovered or reimbursed. All of the AXS, RON and SLP [tokens] on Ronin are safe right now.”
1425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: April 01, 2022, 11:05:09 PM
Going through the life history of Mike Tyson, he's a man of wealth. During the year 1985 itself he had a worth of 423 million which in today's valuation is very big. When wealth came, automatically his life style changed and started to spend on unwanted things. He grew two white tigers as pets and spend millions to have his exercise equipments and bathtub on gold. So, he's a man of money and money isn't a big thing for him. He agreed for some reason and now he realised and has setback stating he won't fight which is really good decision.
1426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The 19 millionth bitcoin will be mined in the next 24 hours. on: April 01, 2022, 10:35:09 PM
With time the reward will decrease and that's where bitcoin mining difficulty keeps increasing. By now we've been experiencing the 19 million bitcoins being mined. This has taken place within 14 years . For this remaining 3 million bitcoin to be mined it needs more than 100 years. It is very challenging to predict when the 20th million coin gets mined. Now people start thinking of possible ways to increase the limit from 21 million to a higher number.

1427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia Sanctions Will Spur the Adoption of Crypto and Reduce USD Dominance - IMF on: April 01, 2022, 03:54:17 AM
Today Bank of Japan have called G7 nations to adopt common cryptocurrency regulations. This plan has been initiated in response to the continued conflict between Russia and Ukraine, where the cryptocurrencies and applications used to overcome sanctions.

Quote
“create an individual global settlement system,” which would in turn make it easier for nation states to evade more traditional and regulated payment systems that use the U.S. dollar, euro or yen for settlement.

More the adoption taking place, more the plans being initiated by countries fearing that might disturb their economies. Though these countries are friendly to cryptocurrency, they never think of bitcoin as a common asset for transaction and was looking for an alternate.

1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto.com as Sponsor's for FIFA World Cup on: March 31, 2022, 11:28:58 PM
Yes, they're eager on this type of marketing and they won't stop just because some other companies have won the bidding for sponsoring FIFA. That deal you've given is one of the biggest and most known that they did. It's locked for 20 years CMIIW and that has really changed the way of marketing these crypto exchanges. So whether it will be teams, casinos and other crypto related companies, they'll go into this type of marketing and sponsorship and will continue for its high visibility and exposure to the mass.
Finally, another crypto boost although this will depend i think if which country they would land to support since not all country support crypto. But having one of them to support crypto or someone to sponsor crypto gambling is just enough and not to mention that they also promote crypto and teaching young ones or those who doesn't have some knowledge about crypto. And 20 years a good deal if you say since that's a long time of sponsorship and deals specially in crypto.
Not a boost really. Because they didn't win the bidding as per the discussion on the past pages. It's true of what you've said that they're exposing crypto to every fans that will see their ad.
That's why if they are the one who had won the bidding, that's how it is going. But the sad reality is that they don't, there's another one that took the top of this bidding and they're the one to sponsor not crypto.com.
They could still try on next years to come but they wont be surely stopping on here even though they had failed on getting in this years sponsorship in FIFA but they would be looking for another one and if you do see their

history of sponsorship then they are really indeed serious on getting involved with big events such as this. This would really be showing off about crypto and exposing which is a good situation in terms of overall adoption

and awareness. For now another company had taken the spot but its just odd that Crypto.com do offers more than on that chosen company which is questionable.
That company which got chosen as the official sponsor is an education support platform. Crypto should've won the bid, but Byju's seems to pay bigger. As crypto is much into sponsoring different events, this could've given more exposure. As said it should try on the next world cup. By the time crypto.com will be in a much better position in terms of its revenue as well with its usage.
1429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To the Ill-informed, btc has done more harm than good on: March 29, 2022, 10:07:50 PM
Vaccines have chips, 5G is boiling your brains out, the earth is flat, ... people do tend to believe a lot of things, people tend to stay badly informed and it's not only Bitcoin related.
Even worse, they will not listen to us, no matter how correctly we show them the reality, because they have already chosen to believe this or that personality or newspaper.
All we can do is keep calm and move on. Sooner or later more and more will see what is wrong and what is right. I don't have a better solution than doing... what we already do.
In my country it was the currency that has got chips. Demonetization took place and as a result entire currency in circulation is removed and new currencies were added. By the time it was said, new currencies have got chips that'll keep track of transactions and this will lower illegal accumulation of currency leading to black money generation. Even the media discussed it. So, it is the common people who think different. It is our responsibility to analyse and understand the truth.
1430  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A few key points distinguishing traders from gamblers on: March 28, 2022, 11:39:41 PM
there are also gamblers who creates their strategy and make sure to follow in order to take advantages, experienced gamblers are same with experienced traders, they are good in analysing the possibilities, with hands on experienced they also anticipate how would be the turnaround of their gambling. But unlike with trading, there are many aspects that influence the market while with gambling, most of the time it's luck that influenced the wins.

High-risk if you just simply put your position and not to study how the business works, trading can be learned while in gambling just like what I just said, more on luck base to win.
Yeah, like when we play a dice game, we cant simply bet and roll the dice at the default settings or multiplier which is 2x because most of the times we can lose in an instant but a skilled gambler will modify the setting and use a different multiplier to lessen the risk of losing and to greatly increase his chance of winning but no matter how you follow your start, losing is sometimes unavoidable and the same thing can happen to a high skilled trader, they can experience to lose too even if they are not completely gambling or relying on luck.

All of us know the difference between the gambler and the trader but we sometimes relate one another because they have similarities.
Both have got similarities in terms of risk. Trading is low risky whereas gambling is high risk. When you gamble, you make a bet and the result will be a win or loss. With trading you make a trade and here you won't experience complete loss, which means the market decline will get reduced from the capital. With gambling the capital gets lost.

What is being said above as changing of default settings or making the bets varying the winning chance were the strategy. It can be learnt out of experience. With trading skills and continued learning is a must whereas with gambling luck is enough to win.
1431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who is behind shiba inu on: March 28, 2022, 05:59:02 PM
Shiba is one of the memecoin that has a big community. This community is named as Shiba army. This is formed as a group of dog lovers which eventually turned big with more and more number of investors. When there is continued progress the development team started to update and started to make partnership with different firms to give it some real-time usage access. AMC theatres and few other restaurants around started accepting Shiba Inu as payment. The person behind Shiba is unknown for now.
1432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 28, 2022, 05:04:29 PM
another coach, however, wants to continue and that is Roberto Mancini Shocked
with the support of association boss Gabriele Gravina, Mancini wants to restructure and, above all, make the Azzurri's squad younger Wink

I think Italia's problem was not so much the coach, but the whole team: players, technical team, and administration. It was overconfidence that led to this setback in Italy.

They until about a year ago, have been doing a good job. So maybe they want to go ahead and risk it again.

I don't say it as the mistake of the coach, the players or the overconfidence of the team. It is the bad luck of the team or the fate. Going through the match stats it is possible to know what has happened in the match. Italy have made 32 shots whereas Macedonia have made just 4 shots. Italy have made 16 corner shots whereas Macedonia have made none. Italy made 5 shots on the target and Macedonia made just two. Here in all aspects Italy have played better than North Macedonia, but they weren't able to win which is fate/bad luck.
1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russian individuals are using crypto to bypass sanctions on: March 28, 2022, 04:12:14 PM
Russia invaded Ukraine, and now the sufferers are Russian people and the Ukrainian common people. Till date no news came out mentioning the death of officials in the war. Soldiers and the common public have lost their lives. During the initial days of the war, Russian billionaires made talks with Putin, but nothing good happened out of it. Slowly the sanctions made people suffer more. By the time cryptocurrency helped to withstand the situation.

There were requests from Ukraine to stop the service of cryptocurrency Exchanges, so to make the sanction more effective. Most of the Exchanges ignored and thats how Russian people are now living. This increase in the usage of bitcoin resulted in the growth of bitcoin irrespective of the war.
1434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender bias in gambling. on: March 28, 2022, 11:28:42 AM
This is the past, now things have changed alot. From what's been said in the OP, if looks like he's in the rural part of the country. It isn't his country, but in most of the rular part of the country people have the same opinion. This is the reason why gamblers unlike the gender look for an anonymous gambling access.

Another thing, the human civilization and culture is created in such a way. Maybe this will change with the morden thoughts to which rural population need to get adopted. It won't happen in a short, it takes time for gradual change.
1435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which sports are you placing bets on? on: March 28, 2022, 10:03:02 AM
I prefer placing bets on tennis matches, because it is the one in which I find the chances of lowering my loss on live betting. Myself used to go with the winning odds on popular matches. When the match is being played by unpopular players I used to go with the highest odds and place bets on the opponent when odds change during the live status of the match. This lets me lower the loss and such kind of betting isn't possible with most of the other sports.
1436  Economy / Economics / Re: Rio de Janeiro To Allow Paying Taxes With Crypto Starting From 2023 on: March 28, 2022, 07:07:09 AM
Rio de Janeiro one of the well known city among the entire list of popular cities in the world turning to be cryptocurrency friendly is good. The Mayor already have got plans of legalizing cryptocurrency. The best thing out of the move is the providing discount to businesses that work with cryptocurrency. On the other side Brazil is working on the development of its own CBDC. Allowing people to pay taxes in cryptocurrency is the base to make people learn about cryptocurrencies. Once the CBDC is developed people will be asked to move towards the country's CBDC.
1437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there no altcoins that can replace Bitcoin? on: March 28, 2022, 02:39:11 AM
Going through the existence of money it is possible to see different kinds of practice from the early days of human existence. Slowly there happened transformation in the exchange and trade process leading to the creation of coins and paper currencies. After a long the gold as a backing to the currency happened and this standard is being followed by the countries.

Now in the cryptospace we've been seeing more changes, and existence of different coins. For now gold serves to be the best in terms of usage and as an investment. Most of the new projects compare with bitcoin for promotion and say they have better features and everything, then why they weren't able to overcome bitcoin.
1438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 27, 2022, 06:21:17 PM
In today's second match a gem is being found. I didn't expect such a big game changing performance from the Jamaican cricketer Odean Smith. Today his bowling isn't the best, but his batting was perfect and he did the right thing at the right time. Scoring 25 out of 8 runs. The 18th over brought 25 runs against Mohammad Siraj bowling.
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: March 27, 2022, 06:03:29 AM
India have scored good, 274 runs after winning the toss. South Africa have started batting and there are moving easy towards the target. India is in compulsion to win and make their entry into the top four. India needs early wickets, now South Africa have scored 86 runs losing one wicket in 16 overs. This is a good start for South Africa. The interruption of rain in West Indies vs New Zealand match has lowered the chance of India getting into the top four.
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why NFT might become important in the cryptospace and the world on: March 27, 2022, 04:17:14 AM
There are potential ICO projects, same is with IDO and now it is the time for NFT. The concept behind NFT to have a unique property behind every token makes it more valuable. This way anything can be backed adding it to the metadata of the particular token. I want to know how far is the potential growth, the popular ones and the one who thinks very unique makes millions. Another thing the market is bonded with auction and here the valueless backing sometimes valued big and the real one stay unsold.
