1941  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S7 is available at bitmaintech.com with 4.86TH/s, 0.25J/GH on: November 07, 2015, 03:30:26 AM
Both my 4.86TH Batch 1's when downclocked to 575Mh, got 0.0001 or 0.0000% error rates at just over 4.73TH average over a 12 hour period while testing.

I also found, that by loosening up the screws on the fans front and aft (all Cool the sound became a much less 'droning' and a smooth 'hooosh' type of sound.
Originally the sound was like a humming type , pretty loud.

And yes, like I said I would, I got rid of my S7's as I'm done with Bitmain as a business after the crap they pulled with this miner.

Dang.. Not bad for '0' hash rate...  Huh

The block was many hours ago and I didn't post anything since the forum was down and then I went to sleep. Presumably they stopped hashing shortly after finding the block.

If it was found 12 hours ago : Friday, November 6th 2015, 7:34:18 -05:00
What was the hash rate at if the past 24 hours was 1.58K?  Unless this was solved almost 2 days ago shouldn't that be higher?

Hi, does anybody knows how to stop beep sound when connection to net is down? I cannot find any controler of "beep sound" like S4 had. Thanks for any advice.
I don't think the S7's have a speaker to notify you when the internet connection goes down. I may be wrong but I though that's how they designed them.

It does.

So the price difference between the 4.86TH and the 4.66TH was about $100.  Now they're selling this crap unit at 4.05TH for only $120 less than the 4.66TH?  WTF?  Looks like their greed is increasing and hash rate is decreasing.

Yup. Learning from US companies, charge more for less product.

Guess it's time to seriously look into the new avalons.

So anyways. Is this a 4sale thread or an Auction. I see offers but no replies and solid sales.

Have they paid anyone's promised money back yet for shipping fing late?
1948  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - ALCHEMINER 256 x 2 - Updated with Stats on: November 05, 2015, 05:38:36 AM
Yeah they use about 2400watts, so they are about the same efficiency as A2 terminators. I have a few of both.

I'd buy 1 for $800 or so.

Are you sure about 2400w?  Their specs say 2200w - but either way, they're closer to the Terminator than they are the Titan.  I'm also interested in why you think $800 is the right price, as Terminator 110's have been selling for a bit more than that, and they're well under half the hash rate (so my consumer math would say it should be closer to the $1700+ range).  The Terminators do include a PSU, but to be fair it's junk.  Wink  Just interested since you have some experience with than and I want to understand if I'm missing something about them or not.

I don't want to mess up the OP's thread so if you're really interested you can pm me for info.

Ps.. Never trust a manufacturers' claims fully.
1949  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Monarchs - USA on: November 05, 2015, 04:09:55 AM
They come from factory in a 'rail' that has the radiator/fan in front and the board behind it mounted. All solid.

Not sure exact wattage use but I think they quote 2200w per machine.   I have a couple of 1300 watt EVGA to each.

Mine ran at just over 2400watts each. I used 2x EVGA 1300G Power Supplies with them.

The A2 Terminators run about 850watts per 90MH miner, or 1050 watts for the 110Mh model.

Are they all the 720GH models? Do they all include the factory mount/rail for it?

Don't forget VAT..
Last time I bought the SP20's from you (OR S5's not sure) I got hit with a $48 import tax fee from the fedex or UPS. I forgot who.

Hey bud. Maybe we can deal again.
Shoot me a pm about the S4. We'll talk.
Thanks
1957  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 70 KNC neptunes for sale on: November 03, 2015, 10:47:38 PM
Well guys, it is a free country, you can ask for any price you want and stand your ground if you want, if you are desperate to sell you can fold and do so. So it's not like that I am asking somebody to adjust price, I am just clarifying why do I believe the price should be the one that I am asking or at least in the reasonable vicinity of it. No offence meant.

Was just trying to help with your sale if things don't fly off the shelves (so to speak).

Just Fyi these are lucky to fetch more than $800 on eBay and online per piece. Might want to rethink that price.
