1961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 07, 2022, 06:12:26 AM
I was surprised to see India playing 3 wicket keepers in the match, Dinesh Karthik has a spot in the team as the finisher and Rishabh Pant will be the main wicketkeeper if he is able to keep up his form and Sanju Samson is the floating wicketkeeper and if he can be consistent he should get a spot in the team as he can clear the boundaries with ease.

India Women reached the finals along with Australia in the Common Wealth games, Australia is the strong favorites and it is highly unlikely we will see an upset, India's performance against England was great especially Smriti Mandhana.
In last world cup too India had this Wicket keeper fetish (KL rahul, Pant and DK)

---------------
The kind of dominance Australian women team have in Women's cricket, it scares me really. They are miles ahead of Indian Women team, we all would love to witness some upset but it would be fool's errand against the aussie.
It was New Zealand to enter the final. The drops from New Zealand helped Australia reach the final. There is consecutive fall of wickets, Mooney and McGrath steadied the innings. Meanwhile there were drops, if not the partnership could've been broken earlier. Further the duo Haynes and Gardner took Australia to a five wicket win with three balls left. Similar to this India might get opportunity, but it is their responsibility to play carefully.
1962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Macau's Casino Operation Continues Despite The Latest Outbreak on: August 07, 2022, 12:06:34 AM

They did the right thing. They recovered so well from the worst covid-19 outbreak they had for just couple of weeks. It seems that people from Macao knows what their situation can be when the outbreak can continue to worsen. As far as I know, They suffered so much on the first year lockdown they have on early days of covid outbreak in Macao. The citizen, workers and government officials know what could possibly happen next when the situation repeats. As far as I know they did temporary close all of the casino and other businesses except for essentials businesses to contain the virus and it works just after weeks of hiatus.

https://www.reuters.com/world/china/macau-shuts-casinos-other-businesses-contain-covid-outbreak-2022-07-09/
The country knew well about the present situation as well as the future, if things continue this way. The country is much dependent on tourism and gambling industry. The country is among the wealthiest list and for a population less than a million it is quite easy to handle any sort of situation. But, people from different parts of the world moving in and out of the country makes it hard. Anyhow things have begun to settle after the temporary closing.
1963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Scams now the second largest in the world on: August 06, 2022, 11:57:10 PM
We've been experiencing the increase in usage of cryptocurrencies all around. Equivalent to that is the rise in the cryptocurrency scams around. Hong Kong falls for a 105% rise in the Crypto scams in the first quarter of the year 2022 compared to the year 2021. Among the 10613 attacks within January and June end 798 were cryptocurrency related.

1964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Portuguese Banks Stop the use of Cryptos (Bitcoin) on: August 06, 2022, 11:09:53 PM
At initial, the new policy is going to affect those Bitcoiners and indigens who relay their investment in cryptocurrency but as time goes on, they will figure out how to go about their crypto endeavors.
It was a bit difficult for me when the CBN (Central bank of Nigeria) also Ban every transaction that concerns cryptocurrency in Nigeria Bank (https://www.cbn.gov.ng › CCDPDF
Cryptocurrency Trading: CBN Orders Banks To Close Operating). I think the crypto traders in Portuguese will figure a solution out. I don't know but I think P2P can be a solution for them at this moment.
At the beginning users will experience some difficulty. Within a short the users will find a way to make use of the cryptocurrencies. The sad part people from near countries used to reach Portuguese for the purpose of trading their cryptocurrency as it is found crypto friendly. Now these people might experience a situation to move to the near countries for the same purpose.
1965  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the US become EU's oil supplier?? on: August 06, 2022, 11:05:25 PM
USA have big oil reserve which is being kept to handle unexpected needs. They always have a long term focus and work on it. As said, the infrastructure is not supportive as well as the supply is low compared to Russian oil. For some time period European countries need to sustain with what is available and the solution is through Gulf countries and not out of USA. European countries have moved to think with the alternate plans of solar energy generation which is quite good for long term than depending for oil.
1966  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Can Fail and Will Touch Be US $ 13k Dollar? on: August 06, 2022, 10:59:04 PM
The price that dropped down to $17k during the ongoing market trend reaching $13k isn't a big surprise. Same as that the price recovering after dropping low to $17k too needs to be considered. It has got the potential to come out strong as well as drop down in no time. This makes the prediction to be a tough task.

When you're getting into the market of is good to invest, taking into consideration the worst chance of down market. This will help users to stay strong and profit in all market trend out of the volatility.
1967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 06, 2022, 10:52:36 PM
It seems that medvedev is going to win the los cobos tournament he is really looking in top shape that semi final win against kecmanovic was well deserved he dominated that game especially the second set, he had 12 aces and he only lost one serve all game long, he will face norrie in the final but since it is a hard court i think medvedev will win comfortably.
The match gonna start in few hours. I don't think this going to be an easy win for Medvedev. Norrie have reached the final winning against one of the young player Felix Augur. Reaching the finals Medvedev have once again confirmed his position. Medvedev leads the track on head to head, with a win in the Shanghai Masters 6-3 6-1
1968  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: August 06, 2022, 10:40:55 PM
Why didn't the topic name changed already? I do not know if Stake is still sponsoring Watford or not but I know that they are at the lower league right now, whereas they paid 10 million pounds to be Evertons sponsor and they haven't changed the name of the topic yet. I am not saying that its a must thing but that sounds like a big deal to talk about, Everton is a huge team and it would be smart to put that here. And I agree, Monday is both the birthday deal and also the game thing, one way or another we are getting some bonuses or promotions and what not, if there is a win which would be hard, but possible, then we are going to get even more for sure.
Maybe they are not aware that the new EPL season has already started, because on their sportsbook page they are still displaying Watford as their main sponsored EPL team. I don't know if they are in holidays or if they just don't care but it doesn't look very professional for a sportsbook IMO. Anyway maybe in september they will make the updates.

Maybe they're with different plan, Stake have started the promotion for the EPL with the guaranteed payout on Everton matches. So, they've not forgotten. If Everton manage to make two goals in a match the bet is considered to be a win unlike the match result to be a draw/lose.
1969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu Long-Term Holders Are Increasing as Investors Shift Focus on: August 06, 2022, 10:32:42 PM
Unfortunately, when I checked my wallet, I have some Shib and the price was still at the dropped rate. That is why there is no choice again, just holding.
however, I am personally not really sure about how the long-term investment of Shiba Inu. It is just a few coins and only for free invesmnet.
Btw, Shib is always sure that they can be stronger and rise up higher in the future. but, how sure you are?
We know how the journey of meme coin, the most popular and used maybe Doge coin, moreover it is also used fro several types of paymenet. Different from Shib that is still not really sure about the real use case of this coin.
It’s ok to hold your SHIB that you bough before but if you are planning to buy again, I think its too risky now and the hype is not with Meme token anymore since NFTs came, it slowly fade away. The dream to see SHIB at the price of $1 will remain a dream because its not going to happen, the supply is too much for that price and there’s no utility with SHIB, better not to get hyped with the meme token again.
Right now the market is experiencing the real growth. The market Hype doesn't make anymore impact. Shiba team is doing the best to sustain the market with different plans of token burning. This cuts down the supply, but it is really a hard task to reach $1 which is far from the market price. For users who allocate spending on a memecoin to their portfolio can invest a little to check their long term luck.
1970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's the $500 for? NFT or Coin! on: August 06, 2022, 10:26:26 PM
NFT hype is almost over. Now it is time for the next phase of innovation. Right now something different haven't reached the market. Be prepared, when something different from the regular pattern of project strikes the market. Coin always secure its place in the market amidst the market trend. My choice will be a coin in the top order which is priced less than $1.
1971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 06, 2022, 05:21:18 PM
India is in good position scoring 107 runs in 11 overs. From the beginning every player have made 20+ runs. On the crease, Rishabh Pant and Hooda are in good form scoring 25 and 21 runs. If India is able to maintain this run rate surely the score will reach atleast 220 runs. Rohit Sharma and Surya Kumar have given good start to the match.
Every Indian player is making runs today and they are in a very nice position to score around 200 runs today in the T20 match against West Indies. Rishabh Pant is looking good touch at 44 not out and I think if he scores near 70-80 runs today, India can well be passed 220 or even more. It seems that India will win the series today.

My guess was that India would give a target of more than 215 today. But India's innings ended on 191 runs. At the end of 15 overs, India's collection was 146 runs. I expected them to collect 60-70 runs in the last 5 overs. But in the last 5 overs, India was able to collect 45 runs. Although the pitch is batting friendly, India will win this match if the Indian bowlers perform well. With a win in this match, India will also win the series.
Score less than 200 seems to be an chaseable target for West Indies. Based on the start from West Indies we can find the winning probability of West Indies. Atleast West Indies needs to make a strong partnership with fall of one or two wickets while reaching 100 runs. Bowlers in good form seems to be an added advantage for India.
1972  Economy / Gambling / Re: Olimp.com - Lifetime 5% Crypto Deposit Bonus - Betting and Casino on: August 05, 2022, 06:33:24 AM
The platform have got its own application and it isn't available on the Play Store. The interface is well developed and compatible with every device. As most of the users mentioned the announcement thread being inactive is not good to gain the trust of the gamblers. Being with a hands on experience in the gambling industry, they should've made it even competing because the industry is no more the same as the past years.
1973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can change of environment have an effect on gambling addiction. on: August 05, 2022, 04:26:09 AM
Without the presence of the internet, I think environmental change can have a huge effect on gambling addiction.  Gambling addiction would be minimized if there is no available gambling activities around.  It was stated on the research[1] that localities can control the sanction and location of gambling opportunities.  So if the gambler moved to a location where gambling is sanctioned then his gambling activity would be limited.  Thus his exposure to gambling will be lessened and might possibly help the gambler ease out his addiction.

The technology advancement have given the real-time experience of being in a physical caisno through the Mobile devices. To such an extent the development have progressed. So, even if we change the surrounding and have our mobile device in hand it is hard to come out of addiction.

As said, an isolated environment where we don't have the internet access could help in coming out of addiction. Along with that he/she should have the access to spend time on outdoor games. Through this surely one can get out of addiction. At times people get into gambling out of being lonely.
1974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Games or Gambling Considered Sports, really! on: August 05, 2022, 03:33:06 AM

Horse Racing. I'm not really interested, I have never tried this online but I see it present in Bitcoin bookie. People bet all the time offline with horse racing but we also know they consider it sports. Horses are the ones who run so the contribution of the jockeys is just to give the command and lead where the horses go.
Most of the games involved with animals are of the same. The person gives command and it is the animal that does it. If I'm not wrong horse race is considered as gambling, because of money involvement. Events associated with horse such as horse riding, Dressage, Show Jumping, Polo, Horsemanship, etc seems to be under the sports category.
1975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 05, 2022, 03:06:09 AM
now this does feel like hope, a silver lining for cricket, but I am quite sure that India and as well as the other big teams are not going to take this very well, i think they won't accept participation

as far as I know, there was a cricket tournament at the Olympics before and India refused to perform, ICC seems to not be able to take a bold step on this issue just because the big four do not want it that way, but if cricket is included in the Olympics, it would be very positive for cricket and its popularity worldwide

Even when cricket was included in the Asian Games, the BCCI refused to send a team. This time also, I am not expecting anything different. And it is not just the BCCI. The other pig-4 boards (ECB, CA and CNZ) also have the same attitude. I don't have an issue if the BCCI once again refuse to send a team to the Olympics. But let cricket be played at LA 2028. Refusing to participate is one thing, and disagreeing to have cricket as one of the sports items is another. No one is forcing BCCI or ECB to participate. But let the smaller boards such as CSA, WICB or the KNCB participate in such tournaments.
The big 4 have the similar attitude. Another thing, taking it to Olympics might lead to the development of better teams and the control might go away them. Particularly these boards have begun to consider it a business. First of all the control from the ICC needs to be taken.
1976  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: August 05, 2022, 02:57:44 AM
No site is ever free of vulnerabilities. If you think of it, all sites are not built from scratch, they use an OS, drivers, layers of software and millions if not billions of lines of code. And there is nothing there preventing someone from installing a backdoor or creating involuntarily a vulnerability that could potentially end with the system being attacked.
Vulnerabilities are found with each and everything connected with the internet. This is the reason why we can see the security system developers are prioritised than the developer. The developer does it according to the user needs, but the security system developers does it from the user end as well as from the provider side. Compared to the past days of easy breach, now things are highly secure and dedicated teams are assigned with specific tasks.
1977  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a game you would like to see in an online crypto casino? on: August 05, 2022, 02:35:19 AM
Many users have suggested about having local games added to the gambling platforms. This will attract a specific group of people and not the majority gets interested towards it. In my school days I've played pen fight on the table. I don't know how many of you remember those, and in the present generation all are into mobile games. Maybe adding those games will interest some to participate. Also these are played against playes which is quite interesting. Even the friends can join and play against each other.
1978  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: August 05, 2022, 02:06:51 AM

On the other hand, gambling is an inheritance it will pass from generation to generation even if we analyze, the world of gambling we can not say that we can always win and make a profit but in reality, behind those wins. The loss are times two or got tripled cause every day you will bet but once a month you will win. But still, the decision is in us because gambling is also stress relief if we make our self happy one of those are gambling.
Yeah, through generations it have slowly progressed and have reached the level of everything happening within the hands. The losses will be high against the wins in all these generations. During the same more lucky people have emerged, many have lost their life savings and many things have changed. Still gambling is there and this is all because of the money involved. If it rewards you with appreciation, none could've been part of it through the generations.

Gambling being a stress buster is true, but it is not with everyone. Because the person who wins a day and losses the rest of the days in a month will have a thinking I've been losing everyday. This is a stress, and his mind always have a thought of recovering it and it is stress and doesn't look like a stress buster.
1979  Economy / Gambling / Re: I want to make a telegram live betting group… on: August 05, 2022, 01:45:27 AM

I kinda like community to share and chat around you know, everyone discuss about their games and what to bet and all. So eitherway, i’ve created a telegram group for sports and casino betting discussion. Give me some advice and opinion to better improve my group… it will be good for you all to be part of it too.  Grin

https://t.me/sportsliveforum

I took a look to your telegram group and I must say it is more inactive than it should be, considering it has about 50 members (I am assuming those are real people). If you want a suggestion, I trink it would be a good idea to find some strategies to make people to engage in conversation/ discussion, maybe have some small events about personal predictions if possible you could even offer a small reward for the user who make a correct prediction; because the inactivity is something every newcomer will notice and could be a reason for them not to join.

The group needs to be active. This is possible only through active conversation and discussion. Initially OP can search and share some articles through which participants will learn about different airdrops and other giveaway if he isn't able to conduct some events on prediction and give rewards. Then onwards depending on the valuable information shared the participants will increase. For now we've got more such groups, so people will look for something unique before joining.
1980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador Purchase More Bitcoin At $19,000 Each on: August 05, 2022, 01:37:53 AM
Nayeeb has proven himself to be a real friend of bitcoin. The guy tied his country’s future to bitcoin which takes lots of courage. He indeed believes in the tech and he is not just words. He is putting his (and his countrymen’s) money where his mouth is. A true bitcoin defender and a holder. History will write songs about this man.
This man is more of faith and a true believer of bitcoin. Even if a lot of FUDs have been spreading that bitcoin is soon to collapse and crypto will be over, Bukele has remained calm and show a perfect picture on what to do when there's a big crash in the market. His action shows his real identity, and it takes a lot of courage to stand firm with this market condition and still hopes at the end of the day, all his wise efforts and persistency in bitcoin will paid off, and that the whole countrymen will benefit.
Not everyone have this courage. But, when criticism were made against him that he's driving the economy towards disaster. The financial authorities were to give a clarification, what's been invested is not even 1% of the economy. So, the loss isn't gonna make any impact. Outsiders just find it a reason to make a negative thought over bitcoin and the legal adoption of bitcoin a failure. The reality will be understood in the long run and the country is waiting for the moment.
