everything is offline and backend is down And still no $$$ in the Hotwallet. Seriously, you are shooting yourselves in the foot with these issues still.. Shouldn't have changed over to the new 'system' until it was properly tested. Very easy to create a bad name on the internet for a company, but vary hard to clean it again......... |

I've demanded a refund due to THEM breaking the contract between the buyers of Batch1 and having to pre-pay 2 weeks ago and now they mark pertty much everyone's account as 'SHIPPED',
even though that's utter BULLSHEYT.

UPS is not showing ANYTHING headed to my address so I know they haven't sent anything.
Can't believe they'd act in such an unprofessional manner knowing everyone would know about it and effect future orders and product sales form them by screwing people that pretty much finance them with
upfront capital. Shame on all of US I guess for trusting another scammy business located in CHina.
I for one will not be making this mistake ever again.
They can all go burn in their smog infested cities and disease infested rivers.

Same on my end. Had a Scrypt server's 3day renta go belly up because of the site fubars, and my SHA256 rigs were offline randomly the past 3 or so days, and when back showing less than normal hash rates, even though the colo showed full speeds.
Might be time to take a break to another service until these issues are fixed..
Also, shouldn't the wallet have always enough funds to cover people's withdrawals?? Why should you have to manually fill it up after we complain on here for no payments?

Yeah Mining was down yesterday. My Rigs were shown as 'Offline' even though they were mining fine on the backup pool. Then they just switched back either this morning or late last night.

I say everybody that is missing miners open a few tickets an demand the money back now.
See what they think when they get hundreds of pissed off customers wanting thousands of BTC back due to their delayed shipments, and BS reasons as well as the proverbial middle finger they gave to people that preordered the Batch 1's as they lowered the price of batch 2 and 3s before even shipping out Batch 1 pre orders.
I've had my ticket open since the 29th with no resolve.

I wouldn't be this pissed , even at the lower hash rate if they'd have shipped the gdarn things.
We're all losing $$ every day they delay and it's almost up to the cost of the Miner itself.
I agree Too bad there is no way to dispute the payment since it's BTC. Were it Fiat, I'd have gotten my money back by now. |

Dunno the exact numbers but when they were being restarted for whatever reason we were solving blocks more often. Less restarts lately, long blocks.
Last weeks' 3 in a row was either an anomaly or there were restarts involved.

Usually after someone starts talking about chicken or pool restarts, a block is hit. Does it work??? Who knows, but it's some thing to talk about... LOL
Usually the talk doesn't start until a block is getting long in the solve, in which case the pool is due to solve one anyway. Doesn't hurt to talk about it, but I think it's more a case of correlation rather than causation.  So someone get a chicken to restart the pool already! Haha if a reset would let us solve a block quick when we're over 100% diff, this would mean we'd have something like 150% permanent luck because we don't do anything when we get fast blocks ^_^" Its funny to watch thedreamer dream, whoever.  Stop trolling will ya? Restarts have been very good for the past 5 or 6 months. When there are no restarts the blocks get long in the teeth.. You seem to enjoy the long blocks. Be positive or go mine on eligius. Lol |
