But the presenter has such a weird presentation style that it really reflects bad on Darkcoin if that is the first thing you see, specially for high profile people like Kim Dotcom, it can backfire. I really support the work you do and I think your Twitter campaign is a crucial element of our promotion strategy. That is why I thought I owed you my honest opinion. You are free to take my advice or not. Cheers.
This situation just tells us: "We don't have enough different videos about Darkcoin oriented to different people. We have nothing to choose from. We need to produce additional videos." I think you are right, maybe is time to bite the bullet and produce a good animated introductory video. I use www.myevideo.com for my real life business. You can check examples of their work on the site. I paid 2,480.00 USD for a 2 minute video for my company and was very happy with the results. They take care of the script, voice, animation, everything, but we approve each stage before they move to the next stage. I just set an appointment with them for Monday, will get a quote and then see if there are others willing to contribute towards this. Please check the site so you get an idea of their work. I would contribute DRK to this initiative. |

also good  I prefer this kind of tweet too. I really can't get used to the Bitcoinrush weird style. Just my two duffs.  You see how much we are talking about this? This was the affect that this video had outside of our little box here. I know that I'm in the minority on this subject here, but outside this forum, the feedback I got was majority positive. Love it or like it, the video gets people talking, and Evan shines in it. That's what matters. A very informative controversial video. I hate it, I love it, I'm talking about Darkcoin. Respectfully, I think we should not use the Bitcoin Rush episode to send to high profile people. It was a fun project but is not really the most professional option. Maybe the Beyond Bitcoin broadcast would be better. Edit: Also, Evan's presentation on the Virtual Expo is a way better option if you want to use a video. As always, I disagree with all of you guys. It was well done, and looks favourably on Evan. My 2300 followers seemed to like it! Besides, I included the Let's talk Bitcoin podcast, and Alex-Ru's amazing article as well. A one stop tweet for Darkcoin PR! As Cartman would say, "screw you guys!" (Respectfully)  I'm with those guys, let's not spread the bitcoin rush video any more than it's already been spread. The podcast is way better. And 2300 followers doesn't mean much when you follow 2600+ People, I follow 116 and have over 1900 followers, not people who followed me because I followed them. That's cool. You don't have to RT if you don't want to, but I would like to express myself in this way. I don't know where all of this Bitcoin Rush hate comes from, the day the video was released was the day Darkcoin started its climb. After months of sideways movement. Coincidence? Maybe, but I think not. And to your point of following, I'm building a community, inviting people to join me in the Dark. If they follow back, they will be exposed to all things Darkcoin, and possibly join me in the PR campaign. Check out the #Darkcoin feed to see how successful it's been. The video was released on darkcoin's birthday, intentionally. There is some causality confusion on your part I believe. I really appreciate the work you put in, honestly. But I am genuinely terrified that kimdotcom's first impression of drk would be that video. ...and the podcast. ...and Alex-Ru's article. Relax guys. |

Honestly, if you spend any time at all here or on DCT, you would know that this is the most professional team in the industry. These FUD attacks are baseless, and this is showing in the increased price and trust that is being put into the project. We are growing beyond these regurgitated attacks, they are becoming mundane.
