The future functioning of exchange services will be completely on decentralized platform. As a start to the same is the existence of such decentralized exchanges. Steemit on its own platform getting its decentralized exchange will be more effective and at the beginning people find it hard to use. As a part Binance too is working on the creation of its DEX which will go live soon.
The question is if decentralized exchanges could exist and run their business. In the flood of rather strict regulatory demands this will be hard to achieve. I think both exchanges and users should adjust and accept some different rules. Also, not all exchanges could survive in such environment and I think that market will actually do the selection. |

i know supplier who sell reddit account for 0.50 but they are not obtained with legit methods .
You mean they are hacked. In general I don't have positive opinion about accounts trading. This is something that shouldn't be done and even if you get account with good intentions you can never actually know what are you going to get and what is the background of account that is being sold. It's more likely that you will get some troubles rather than benefit. |

I don't see how can you tell if bull run is fake or not. That sounds like another conspiracy theory is involved.
I look at the current price situation.as a normal volatility process, nothing that is staged or under someone's influence. Also you can't always link Bitcoin and altcoin, there is no direct prove that this too markets are closely linked and depend on each other.

I saw the price at $32,000.00 on Coindesk a few years ago for about 1 minute. Obviously it was a big but it was amusing at the time.
Such things happen but sometimes when people are in a hurry or not familiar with situation could actually beleive such prices are real and make total confusion and mess. |

I believe most of us wished to have join in when bitcoin was cheap to be mined. Well it's good you have finally decided to join in the investment into cryptocurrencies and we are all going to prove Buffet wrong, Ledger is a hardware wallet and one of the safest places to keep your cryptocurrencies.
At that time no one could actually know how Bitcoin will develope and what it will achieve. Many regret not being early adopters because they think they could be rich by now. But there is no reason to regret, any time you join Bitcoin is a good time and there are still a lot opportunities that Bitcoin offers and long term investment in Bitcoin is still the best investment. |

From.euphoria and exaggerated predictions how Bitcoin price will cross 20k to panic selling. We've seen that already before, nothing new. And seems that many never learn anything from similar situations. I stopped bothering about that long ago and in situations like this some threads here on forum is better to avoid.

Is current crypto downward trend only temporary?
I think so, this should be temporary because we are soon to end the year 2019 and the bull trend should start again for us no to fall on another bear market. We can’t say its just a temporary downtrend, as far as the chart movement is concern we are still on uptrend but we might see the sideways over the months. I would agree this is only temporary and I would call it correction. To my opinion it was kind of expected after so fast rise that usually don't last very long in continouity. There is no reason for any panic and the price will recover. But it will not be so fast that price will go up to 15000$ or more. |

I think people are just worried because we were going so well with the bull run and then we stopped. I think the problem is not going down from 13+ thousand dollars to 11 thousand dollars, that happens, if we moved back up once again nobody would mind, I mean does it really matter to you if we went from 13 to 11 to 15 if we eventually still hit back higher than before? It totally shouldn't.
However, we went from 13 to 11 but then didn't moved up which made people scared, they should not be but I can understand them. Bitcoin prices usually always go up in the long run, there is no way it will stop right now and start going down to zero, so even if we stay here for a while or even go down later, just be patient and hold your bitcoins because in the end one day you will make a good profit.
Yes, people are worried every time when the price is falling and the same story repeats every time. It's funny how we actually have euphoria all the time - positive when price is on the rise and negative when starts to fall. I can't understand how bitcoiners never use that this is the cycle that always repeats. Bitcoin is volatile but you can't expect positive trend only. Have a little patience and use past experience. |

This is not a surprise at all. In so much greed for making money new coins are developed so quickly without any prosperity or added value. Too much worthless projects and it's really hard to find any ICO worth of attention. Sometimes it looks like crypto lost the original idea. Hope this will change in the future and that we will get better quality projects.

Scams are not only crypto connected so I don't know why is this considered as a separate problem. Every kind of online scam has a big increase because people spend their lives online, do their business online and store their data. Everywhere where there is sone kind of value and money scamers are present. Cryptocurrencies are especialy attractive but this problem can't be solved without bigger user awarness and self protection.

People don't have enough patience, especially not those with less experience. I've been with Bitcoin six years now and that thought me a lot. I also made mistakes but important is that I also learned from them a lot.
The most important thing is that you have your own strategy and goal you want to achieve and stick to that. Experienc will come along the way but this is not the first or the last time you feel that you should have done exactly the opposite.

You maybe asking this question because a lot of people are talking about the coming of Facebook’s Libra coin? Well, we won’t really know but with what Bitcoin has been through, all the ups and downs, the criticisms, all those negative predictions and speculations, all the regulations being imposed and other hassles and disadvantages, and yet bitcoin is still at the top. I believe that this success will be difficult for any rising altcoins to beat.
I don't think Libra could endanger Bitcoin in.any way. It's a coin.with totaly different concept, with centralised support and I.don't think it will attract many followers or achieve some high value. To my opinion Bitcoin will keep the dominance and the biggest percentage of market cap and the recent data are showing that to us clearly. I don't expect any surprises, so far there is no coin who could be top competition for Bitcoin. |

We have to be aware that every party in.the chain should get their fair share. So transactions can't be free, this is mot sustainable. But at the moment I think that fees are reasonable and with time they will probably get lower. With new technologies and new energy sources miners will find the way to lower the costs and that will probably affect the fees.

There are some possibilities to trade outside exchanges, some options are here on forum too based on P2P. But honestly I wouldn't recommend it.
I would say that no matter some disadvantages exchanges are still the best places to trade. They are regulated and monitored and in.case of some issues you have at least some coverage and protection. On informal trading platforms the risk is all yours.

Cryptocurrencies are more connected to some digital and technology inovative businesses that are more willing to incorporate it in their business plan. But there is still lack of broader use of crypto in businesses and the reasons for that are too high risk and lack of regulation.
Also small and midle size companies are more likely to use crypto in their business.
I think Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are huge potential for business development of different kind but because of risk and not enough knowledge and courage, I would say, there is not enough such companies and they are usually only ICT oriented.

In theory yes, everything could be bought with Bitcoin. But in real life the problem is that not much merchants are accepting Bitcoin, especialy not in phisical stores. Bitcoin is still not enough accepted as a payment method.
One of the solution is Bitcoin debit card that could be used for payments everywhere for everything but that is not direct Bitcoin payment.

The only issue I have with this so called adoption is that is not a direct Bitcoin-to-Bitcoin transaction though. They still have someone in between like Bitcoin Payment Processor, like Bitpay or and Flexa as in the case of Starbucks. So we are still a far cry from the so called global adoption, we wanted we see is those big companies accepting Bitcoin directly, in my opinion.
Yes, that is an issue.but I'm not sure we will ever overcome it. Direct Bitcoin payments are still too risky and too slow for businesses and global adoption if we can call it so at the moment can't function without payment processors. Still that is not so bad and crypto has made a progress as a payment method, we can't deny that. |

It's nice sum to invest but it's not a fortune so.any type of investment you choose will not make you rich.
At your place I would split that at two parts. First part or two thirds of the sum I would invest in Bitcoin and the rest I would put somwhere else outside crypto. I don't prefere any other coin beside Bitcoin and I beleive that investment should be diversified in different types so choose gold or something similar.
