1041  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does the bitcoin price go up and down correlation to the stock market? on: March 10, 2020, 07:00:20 PM
As far as I know there is no proven correlation between crypto market and stock market. Cryptocurrencies are not in direct connection with stock market and factors that influence these two markets are completely different. In fact activities in real world, to say so, like financial and economy situation still doesn't significantly influence crypto market.
So, if happens at the same time that movements in stock market and crypto market look similar and connected that is to my opinion pure coincidence.
1042  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another decline of BTC expected on: March 10, 2020, 03:15:03 PM
The market is really having a downtrend motion by now and not only crypto but of the global business institutions. We've been facing a big challenge again as we are hit by COVID-19 but then, it was not the reason why we should have to be worried and do panic selling. Because I believe that this never lasts for a very long time and possible we make recovery before we end up this year.

Anyway, I'm not in the hold of other's decision but I'll just want to encourage everyone to keep calm and think wisely...it is your call to sell it or not depending on if you're really in need, then you have to sell it.

Yes, market is in a downtrend mode although I don't think that is connected with corona virus. With time if the situation escalates even more in the world that might become a case but for now virus doesn't affect Bitcoin price. Besides, that downtrend started even before.
No matter to that there is no reason for panic selling and as usual price will recover, this is another correction that come from time to time.
Also, although further corrections are possible I don't think the price will go below 7000$.
1043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COVID-19 and its effect in Gambling World on: March 10, 2020, 01:45:28 PM
Many sports and other events are already cancelled or postponed and many will be if the situation with virus doesn't calm downn.
However, there is still a lot of content for gamers and players so currently I don't think that impact is that big. We''ll se how situation will develope in the future but I'm sure gambling industry will find their ways how to survive.
1044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YOU JUST CAN'T SKIP KNOWLEDGE IN THIS INDUSTRY on: March 10, 2020, 08:52:34 AM
I agree. Cryptocurrencies and blockchain world requires constant learning as the world of new and modern technologies as well otherwise you can't keep the track.
However, many people still think that pure luck, guessing and accidental situations are enough.
If someone doesn't have enough good will and patience to learn it's better not to even start dealing with cryptocurrencies. Working on yourself and gathering new information and experiences all the time it's the only way to become successful.
1045  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNE JACK EXIT SCAM on: March 09, 2020, 09:36:01 PM
Are you sure it's not something about your account or location where you're from?
Can anyone else confirm this?
Fortunejack has been around for ages, hard to believe they're not liquid.

Yes, it could be something on the users's side. I'm not claiming that everything is fine but sometimes users don't check all facts and over react over some situations without double checking everything with support and customer service. Sometimes it takes just a little bit patience and time for everything to be clarified and solved.
1046  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we heading towards Recession? on: March 09, 2020, 08:38:55 PM
Recession appear in periods, almost regulary. For a while different kind of economic and financial experts are predicting that we are very close to recession, that is the question of time when it will start.
However, for now there are no some special signs and I don't think that recent Bitcoin price drop could be connected with recession. Although if the situation with corona virus gets more serious that might affect world economy and speed up recession that might come earlier and stronger then we expected.
1047  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do due to the huge market collapse of the Bitcoin? on: March 09, 2020, 06:09:17 PM
Don't do anything and don't panic.
This is not a huge colapse, it's a market correction and there is no need for drama.
Also, coronavirus doesn't have anything to do with price fall, this is false theory.
Just be patient and wait for a while, price will recover. I don't expect that the price will go lower than 7000$.
1048  Economy / Economics / Re: Help of cryptocurrency in globalization. on: March 09, 2020, 02:23:19 PM
Globalization has started long time ago and cryptocurrencies are just one part of it. Of course they help moving the boundaries because they can be used everywhere in the world where internet connection exists. They are definetely global phenomenon that gives to modern finances totaly different dimension.
About safety and security could be discussed, cryptocurrency have their bad sides like everything else and I wouldn't so easily say that cryptocurrencies are safer than fiat money. Hackers attack, money laundering different scams and abuse show that cryptocurrencies have their own soft belly too.
1049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling websites need to add self-control functionality! on: March 09, 2020, 11:06:14 AM
what kind of self-control do u think the best? if u hoping it comes from web provider then I think it will be useless until it comes from the law if it forced. Every user just needs the reminder i think, like when u already below 50% your fund, still want to continue or not. I think thats the best like stop loss at trading. But if they ignore it then suit themself, right?

I think the self-control will be on our side because that is related to the money that we use to playing gambling. If we cannot control ourselves in gambling, no matter if the website has that features, we will still try to play gambling with another account, and I am sure that he will have many accounts to continue playing gambling. With using reminder, we can know when we should stop gambling before our money is all gone.
actually it wasn't the reminder that will help us but the obligatory of having a function of control from the site it self.
the problem is would really those gambling site cares about this?they are here just to gather money from gamblers and not to help their players keeping safe.so it doesnt matter what we need but still its the sites that decide about that.

I also can't see the motive of gambling sites to introduce such controls. Their primary goal is money and profit, I don't think they care too much about issues of players. This could only be possible if they had some legal and regulatory obligations and of course someone who would monitor that.
However, if the player himself isn't aware of problem nothing else will help him.
1050  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: March 09, 2020, 07:53:59 AM
Yes, I'm pretty much sure that panic selling will happen. It happens every time when price goes down and there are always users who can't stand the pressure and can't wait for price to recover.
We always have too much euphoria when the price goes up with unrealistic and exaggerated predictions and expectations and panic when the price starts to fall. I guess some people never learn.
1051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would make you stop gambling? on: March 08, 2020, 08:29:17 PM
I haven't really thought about it but I guess that some huge loss I couldn't recover of or the fact that I'm getting addicted could make me stop gambling.
So far I haven't been in such situation so I don't know what exactly would I do.
Some say that making enough money would stop them gambling but I don't play that big.and I don't expect that gambling will make me rich, that is too.ambitious for me.
1052  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Brought Bitcoin in 2017 and sold in 2018 on: March 08, 2020, 06:04:01 PM
I wouldn't say that has anything to do with luck, it's a bad decision that you've made. But then again it was your assesment of current situation and you couldn't predict the full development of situation.
Everyone of us faced the loss sooner or later and made some bad choices. There is no use in regret and you have to think how to invest in future to get the maximum profit out of it and cover some losses from the past.
1053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling affected your personal reputation? on: March 08, 2020, 01:37:04 PM
I don't think that gambling affected my personal reputation. I'm not addicted gambler and I play it for fun, it's not that my whole life is connected with gambling.
I'm aware that some people don't look on positive way on gambling and It's not very positive social characteristic exactly because it can turn into addiction.
On the other hand it's important for your family and friends think of you and you can please all people and not everyone will understand your way of life so there is no point to worry about it.
1054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to recover from being addicted in gambling. on: March 08, 2020, 12:13:36 PM
We saw here some good advice where and how to start to fight gambling addiction but I think that the biggest problem is to admit.that you have a problem. Many people just ignore that thinking everything is fine but if your whole life turns around gambling and you're having financial problems because of it then you are in big trouble.
Friends and.family can help but you just have to allow them to do that and good will and a lot of efforts is needed to get out of addiction.
1055  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can one have any expertise in Speculating? on: March 08, 2020, 10:15:08 AM
Yes, a lot of experts works as a speculator, reading and analyzing the movement of various Crypto currency available in the market. There are experts who have been trusted in this field that are paid for their speculations. But, speculating is hard because, we could not truly know what will really happen in the future just by analyzing the given sets of data available in the present trends.

Yes, but that doesn't make them experts in speculation. It's about guessing and speculating so with time that gives you certain experience and feeling for the markets but not also the expertise. I don't think that speculation could be defined as a discipline or science like economy, it's more the question of the talent and some personal features.
1056  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona is spreading in many countries!! Bitcoin is a solution for transactions on: March 08, 2020, 07:40:13 AM
People will not start using Bitcoin just because of corona virus. You forget that many people still don't know that Bitcoin exists and that will not change over night.
They will not give up fiat money and id they will not use it in physical way they still have credit cards.
Yes, virus can be spread through money bills but also through other objects that people use but you can't just stop using everything and live in constant fear.
Don't push.the theory that corona virus is good for Bitcoin because that is not true.
1057  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another successful Bitcoin seminar! on: March 07, 2020, 10:28:02 PM
I've never been to.any Bitcoin seminar. Six or seven years ago when I first started to deal with Bitcoin there was no such things and in general it was much harder to get relevant information about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general than it is today.
Education in any form, online or off line is excelent and although the situation is much better than before, we don't have enough of it. Even spreading knowledge and information still depends only on enthusiasts and we all know there are never enough of them and learning is continuous process that never stops.
1058  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lets Gamble and find a BTC block (Group buy) on: March 07, 2020, 08:28:58 PM
Finding a block is really a gamble these days.  Cheesy
You'll be surprise with the things genuine gamblers executes just to make the game of chance comes to pass so i wont be surprise if finding a block is turn into gambling but the fact is that this will make mining more fun and i can see people have already join the process.

Too bad I'm not into mining.

It's definetely an interesting combination and I.think that it will attract quite a number of players. You don't have to be a miner to join, that is not condition. You actualy buy hash power, if I understood it well.
However, 0.01 is not a small investment and It's risky but final award is very tempting but go into it only if you can say godbay to that money.
1059  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leave crypto trading in lost condition is not an option. on: March 07, 2020, 07:02:49 PM
I have always said it, if you are trading as an income to live, that is always too risky and would never work because in the long run you are using your own trading capital to live and the more you spend the less you can earn with the amount you have left and eventually you will be left without a chance to make profit.

I personally have tried to make an income from staking for example and even that didn't turn out that well since I needed that money constantly and eventually broke it off and just cashed it in. If you can afford to find a way to have a passive income and live with that and on top of that earn something with trading that would work, but to have a trading profit that you spend is never a good idea and would never work in the long run.

Only few people are able to make for the living.just from trading and even they can't performe that forever. Losses can't be fully avoided and with time you'll find yourself that you can't fully recover from losses. That is a very risky decision and no matter how good you are, a good bavk up plan is always needed. When you find yourself in a situation that the loss comes one after another you feel great pressure to cover that up.but very often that just pulls you even deeper.
I had some friends who though they could live only from trading but very soon they realised how hard that is and I never encouraged them to quit they regular job.
1060  Economy / Economics / Re: corona Vírus doesn't affect bitcoin price on: March 07, 2020, 04:33:17 PM
I think that by now it's clear that corona virus doesn't affect Bitcoin price. At first there were many theories aiming exactly at that direction, some even saying that corona virus was intentionaly released just to harn cryptocurrencies, which I don't think that has any reasonable explanation.
Maybe in the case that corona virus situation gets into some serious world crysis that would seriously affect global economy that might influence in.a way Bitcoin price too.
