Brooklyn Nets are actually dragging themselves down with this whole Ben Simmons issues, and imo he duly deserves every bit of smoke he's been getting lately, the Nets would actually have been better off with a couple of first round draft picks in the James Harden trade, than they seemed to have gotten with the little Miss Ben Simmons, they irritative part of the whole saga is that Ben Simmons clearly doesn't seem to be putting in any effort whatsoever to actually get better, I really can't believe I was one of those who felt the Nets got a fair deal from the trade at first.


Spencer Dinwiddie just had to do it all, without the help of Luka Doncic, I also lost a players props' parlay due to the unfortunate incident, I didn't think much of it at first, honestly It didn't look serious and I felt he would return to the game at most at some point during the 2nd quarter, but I guess they chose to cautious due to nature of the game, and were still able secure the win.

I believe 3 weeks is actually a lot of time for Liverpool to possibly get better, most of the injured players in the team are already approaching their respective return to full recovery and with that Liverpool will be pretty much more competitive, so it's going to be a very open game, and depending on outcome of the first leg I likely would have my money on Liverpool to advance to next stage.


Yes, all things being considered we should get an EL Classico final, that should be a nice match up, wouldn't it ? because it's been a while we had an El Classico knockout fixture, let alone a final. I hope it does happen, honestly.

If it were to be during the ancient days, I'm sure with number of these types of comeback they've had it would have been considered to involve some sort of things beyond just natural phenomenon.

It has become a trademark for them to play not distinctively brilliant football, and go one or two goals down, only to stage another dramatic comeback, if there is any team worth betting on illogically when trailing or losing a game, it's definitely Real Madrid, and they've had numerous victims over the last decade, Atletico Madrid has been their biggest and favorite victim.

I'm sentimental about Suns vs Dallas, It's quite hard to pick a side here and seem more like a coin flip for me, because I witnessed the Suns play through huge injuries and adversity, but still delivered when undermanned, having the likes of CP3 and Cam Johnson back only makes them a tougher  nut to crack. I understand the strength that lies within Dallas squad as well having DFS and Hardarway Jr shooting pretty well is another means to wreck havoc, I might just wait for the line up or see the tempo of the game and bet live.

The game week are actually coming by really fast no, we've got another week kicking off tomorrow, so you've all gotta fasten your seat belt 

I didn't actually expect myself to retain the top spot after a rough start on Tuesday for me, I got only 2 points from the first 4 fixtures and I dropped a couple of places, but yesterday was a rollercoaster for me I got 4 exact scores in 4 of the 5 fixtures, and that's literally what saved the day/week for me, that's literally the most exact score I've ever gotten in single round in the pool.

I can't help but imagine a couple of free money being tossed each others way before the season started, I mean someone offering Salah to 25 or more goals, and another on the Ronaldo Over 15 PL goals, at least the latter would have been a settled bet by now, even if not by the bookies yet.

One thing I'm very certain about in every of gambling thread I'm active on within the forum is that I'm very much conversant with every of our discussions, arguments and opinions of most people that are active there, because I actually read, digest and take everyone opinions into considerations, knowing I can be very wrong about my perspectives, but one thing I'm sure about is that no one here gave Arsenal title or 2nd place chances, only a very few considered they COULD even finish within the top four and if they was anyone who wrote them off completely, you were actually one of them.

I spent less that 3 minutes to bring these posts out, and the next few pages before and after your posts quoted below suggested everyone's stance at that point.

I might have to disagree a bit, if not solely on this. Arsenal saw a great deal in Gabriel Jesus and they took it, of course it made them a better than they were last season, with serious forwards issues with Lacazette out of form and Aubameyang's shenanigans, but does that made anyone gave them the chance to challenge for the title at the beginning of the season ? Most definitely not and no one definitely saw it as such, with the calibre of recruitments other teams were making ? I don't even think there's any pundit or analyst that saw Arsenal challenge competitively for top 4 spot at the beginning of the season, I can be corrected though as I would love to read such insight that is dated back to before the commencement of the season.

We are all just taken aback, like Leicester City did some years ago, but Arsenal's team this season seem to be slightly far better, I mean from a lover of good football perspective, not just score a goal and let your defensive prowess take it up from there standpoint.


I literally just kept KDB due to the double gameweek, but I'm not likely going to following the Bruno bandwagon, perhaps just yet, I'll prolly switch to a couple of Arsenal outfield players before their DGW too.

The Chicago Bulls just threw away a 21-points advantage over the Indiana Pacers and of course no one could have saw that coming, not even from an inch away, it was supposed to be a walk in the park from the lead the bulls had established at halftime, because there was barely any force worth reckoning with from Pacers squad, except Miles Turner who as that point was barely making any impact of the scoreboard, despite putting up the quality numbers, I guess this will also just go down as one of those games we've witnessed at some point this season already.

Lazio totally humiliated AC Milan 4 goals to Nil, even though the scoreline doesn't completely depicts the game play and how it all turned out, perhaps a 2-1 or 2-0 scoreline would have justified the entire game in all fairness.

As for Napoli being really good, or every other team just being bad or perhaps, not just good enough is better description is this case, just 1 lost and 2 draws halfway into the league in an absolute brilliance in any league, even in that of the French or German league where there is a kind of monopoly haven't been that good this season. The only league where we have something somewhat similar is in the premier league with Arsenal, and we've come to terms with the fact they're just absolutely class above every other team this season, and I think nothing short of the recognition should be said about Napoli this season as well, and if for nothing else's sake the fact they finished top of their CL group stage almost unscathed, against Liverpool, Ajax, and Rangers.

Inter milan just conceded a goal while playing with just 10 men against an Empoli side that have started the game in quite recommendable fashion, unfortunately I think this might be just one of those days where we just have to count our losses by betting on Inter Milan, I even strongly doubt they'll be able to secure just a draw from here on as things stands now, Empoli just aren't backing down and have clearly been the better side so far in this encounter, tbvh.

Thanks to the OP, I probably would have missed the midweek fixtures due to some RL activities and all, even though I often put up 3 weeks predictions down in advance whenever I log on to the kicktipp app, I totally missed the midweek ones simply because the odds weren't available on the app then, I usually just follow them he odds available on the app whenever they're available and I'd make my findings, reviews, changes and whatnot when I more leisure time to play around with.

I just submitted my picks for the next 3 weeks, I think I should be able to review them at some point over the course of the week, that's what playing in every available pool does to you, and in a few weeks the Champions League will be added to list of headaches 😏

I wasn't even following the leaderboards or the results either, but I checked the table after the Dortmund vs Augsburg game and discovered, I was probably jointed 3rd or 4th for the week, so I wasn't nothing even following the final match as I was glued in on the Premier league clash between Man United and Arsenal. I quite agree with @Trofo that Saka is probably untouchable at the moment and as such, Trossard would likely get minutes off Martinelli's, but my main point is that I suppose Arteta wasn't looking at strengthening his squad, but rather provide more depth to it with and perhaps make them a bit more dynamic, because the worse thing that could happen to Arsenal right now is for either of their forward line to get injured, and there have already been a couple of knock scare for Saka in these past week, and who would have expected Nketiah to have fired up as much as he's been doing filling the left by Gabriel Jesus, if Jesus should get back today, I doubt he slot right back into the given the standard at which Nketiah have performed at.

I don't think Martinelli is going to get less playing time with the way he has been playing, just because the goals aren't coming around or significant FPL points, but his contribution to the team dynamic is still pretty much very high, that's why Odegaard have been their top scorer with a mere 8 goals so far this season, simply because they play together as a team and the goal comes from just any player within the squad, that's why team with far lesser goals scored than Arsenal this season have players with double digits goals, it took today's goal for Saka to even get on the same number of goal as Martinelli already has, that's 7 goals. That being said, I believe Mikel Arteta signed Trossard to help give some quality resting minutes to every of Arsenal's player on the frontline since he's very versatile and could play literally anywhere upfront.

Haaland would probably have scored more goals 4 or even maybe 5 goals if he was left on the pitch, because he was subbed of with more than 30 minutes left in game, and that's what every player is doing now, to get the players with better differentials and less ownership that could amass points from while staying glued to the default template of Haaland as captain, and a couple of must have players like Rashford and Kieran Trippier, I don't think you can go through 6 teams in the FPL without at least two of these players in 3 of them.
