What new investors?

Every single 'investor' who sent money to scrypt.cc after the very first 'investor' did is a 'new' investor. The crime has already been committed, Kenny, so the continuing existence of the website to this day serves as a handy start point for investigators to work their way backwards from.

Scrypt.cc cannot suddenly make themselves legit, Kenny, money earned from having lied to people in order to get them to 'invest' is known as the 'proceeds of crime'.

As for
Quote from: PoorKenny
That by definition, is not a pozi cuz he did provide a mining source.
Fractional mining isn't an excuse, kiddo, it's a crime. You can't sell more mining power than you actually have, that's fraud.

Goodness, you really are extraordinarily uninformed about these things.

2162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: September 03, 2015, 05:56:00 AM
To be clear yet once more: Scrypt.cc was not, is not, won't ever be a ponzi.

Ponzi Scheme

A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors, rather than from profit earned by the operator.

Jesus, Kenny, try and at least make the effort to understand the shit you're involved in.

fnurgle . . . panic . . .more fnurgle . . . more panic . . . fact-dodging "I'm not going to respond to that thread proving the lies" fnurgle . . .weird "My Dad is a cop" fnurgle . . ."so there, bitches" fnurgle

Uhuh, yeah you sound legit, Kenny. We'd better stop alerting people to this scam because, you know, fnurgle or something.

Way to disprove the math in my thread, by the way, awesome rebuttal.

Hey Kenny/Admin/ThorSWO,

Are you keeping up with the news regarding these criminal ponzi-based 'investment' scams?
http://www.natlawreview.com/article/just-how-scary-sec-fear-not-sufficient-grounds-to-duck-administrative-subpoena
Quote
The SEC’s continuing investigation centers around potential securities law violations that occurred in connection with GAW’s sale of Hashlets and PayCoin, and the possibility that claims to investors about the virtual currency mining operations were false and misleading. The Commission is also investigating whether GAW’s Hashlet sales had the hallmarks of a Ponzi scheme and is investigating what happened to the millions of dollars in revenue that GAW earned in bitcoin and other virtual currencies.

I'm getting the impression, what with you and ThorSWO et al. repeatedly posting lame excuses trying to down-play the seriousness of the crime, trying to claim that it is we in this thread who are guilty of wrongdoing against you,  I mean 'Admin', even going so far as to cite differences in GH/s and GHS as some sort of get-out-of-jail-free card, that perhaps you are as scared as Carlos Garza and are desperately hoping that throwing around a ton of bullshit will make everyone else stink and distract from the truth.

The truth being, of course, that scrypt.cc is a proven criminal operation and it will only be a matter of time before the appropriate authorities catch up with you. It does help, of course, that scrypt.cc is dragging this out for weeks on end, hoping that the heat will die down by the time these 'MHS' are worth far less than they would have been able to drop when they were simply 'KHS', in the mistaken hope you can just walk away in time as nobody will be interested anymore. There'll always be someone interested, particularly because many scrypt.cc 'investors' have been US citizens.

So, sure, keep the site running long enough that the three-letter agencies can see for themselves without needing to subpoena hosting providers, would you? That'd be super, thanks.

2165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: September 02, 2015, 04:39:38 PM
i have only found "Evidence" as perpetrated by a handful of individuals, some of which have had their entire post count generated here, on this thread dedicated to scrypt.cc's announcement/support, on an off-topic they injected and have ridden.

Perpetrated? Do you even English, brah? As the kids say.

So you're ignoring the actual evidence of criminal fraud and choosing, instead, to make hand-wavy allegations about low-post-count members who have written about missing payments etc?

To then ramble on about how you are going to report all of them to the moderators is just showing how little you know about this forum.

2166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: September 02, 2015, 05:49:54 AM
Kenny, you are an idiot who believes himself to be smart.

Your statements prove you know nothing of law, save that you have 'learned' through watching TV shows. It matters not what you believe is needed to prove scrypt.cc is a criminal fraud, it has already been proven as such by way of the fact they explicitly marketed their operation as being a Scrypt mining service and are provably lying. Click on the link in my sig and try disputing those facts.

The fact they have misled their 'investors', irrespective of claims towards smallprint buried in their ToS, means they have broken US securities law if they so much as have one US resident as an 'investor'. It does not matter where they operate from, virtual or physical.

Individuals and companies all over the world have found themselves discovering that fact after contravening US law from another jurisdiction while serving US customers online.

So, no, nobody needs to be 'getting together' and trying to prove they have been defrauded by scrypt.cc when all it takes is to report scrypt.cc to various three-letter agencies for being a ponzi-based scheme which has sold 500+GH/s of Scrypt mining power it does not posses.

This reporting is already being done. So unless you actually have something useful to contribute to this thread, spare us the poorly-spelled word-salad posts you so love and kindly fuck off.
2167  Other / Meta / Re: Abuse or not? on: September 01, 2015, 03:33:13 PM
I refer you to my previous answer:

2. Anybody who promotes anything through a high-standing account they have purchased is being dishonest and deceptive, unless they are willing to clearly state in their signature or avatar text that it is a bought account

So we are still yet to discover the magical reasoning that involves a person buying a high-ranking account for non-dishonest purposes, ergo, negative trust still stands as the correct response to a purchased high-ranking account.
2168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: September 01, 2015, 07:34:11 AM
So which is it, Kenny? You're new to scrypt.cc or you've been using it since before the 'power scandal'?

I've been reading this thread for a couple of days, and have been using scrypt.cc for about a week now. The site seems fo be decent but i've run across most of the problems i've read about, as well as an obscure one that may have been discussed before.

I have never had issues with scrypt.cc, and perhaps i am lucky after all. However my deposits post now just as quickly as before the power scandal, painfully slowly.

uphold your own tenants please.
'Tenets', the word you are looking for is, 'tenets', not 'tenants'.
2169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: August 31, 2015, 08:31:38 PM
My money is on Kenny being another sock-puppet of the scammers.

Wanting to speculate about still being able to profit from scrypt.cc and also playing down the 'admin'/ThorSWO connection.

That's Occam's razor.

2170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: August 31, 2015, 12:50:34 PM
Don't forget that it ain't theft until 'Admin' says he's not going to return a user's btc.

So I guess when LE catches up with them they can all just declare themselves innocent because they had not announced that they were breaking the law.

2171  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: scrypt.cc is provably lying about their 850GH/s Scrypt mining on: August 29, 2015, 09:37:41 AM
What makes you think it hasn't been reported, to numerous agencies, both Internet provider and law enforcement?

How young are you that you believe the real world functions as fast as the digital one?

Scrypt.cc was barely functional for most of its existence and then earlier this year the 'admin' suddenly comes back from his death-bed world tour business deal scrypt miner purchasing to announce thousand and thousands of 'khs' are for sale.

When you report these criminal gangs to law enforcement they have to do something called 'an investigation' and they have to 'gather evidence' and 'locate suspects'. The real world, young man, doesn't react to online crime by simply hitting alt-f4.

As for isp's many are loathed to get involved with online 'disputes' and will just wait until somebody from law enforcement instructs them to shut down a website.

2172  Other / Meta / Re: Abuse or not? on: August 28, 2015, 06:41:13 AM
So you sell them mid range accounts which they build up to sell off as high ranking member accounts. What legitimate reason do people have for buying those high ranking accounts?

The quality of the grammar in that KNC post Homero made back in the day is clearly far superior to the mangling of the English language evidenced in his later Paycoin days.

Cocaine is a hell of a drug.

The anti can just put their dick up their own arse and wiggle until they cum for the next 400 pages at this forum.

Hey, Johnny Foreigner, if you're under the impression that this odd little repeated attempt of yours to translate the English phrase, "Go fuck yourself!" into something colloquial, still retains the same abrupt-but-effective impact in getting the message across, I've got some news for you, it doesn't. It's just making you look weird and a little obsessed with dicks-in-asses which is fine if that's what floats your boat, but in any event isn't engaging with your audience at anything like the level of witty-retort you mistakenly believe it to be.

Quote from: ilic
Well, i'm still going to stick to my belief that this is not a ponzi but rather a poorly managed cloud mining operation.

Just so you know, denial isn't a river in Egypt. There is a difference between a reasonable belief that something is true and simply deluding yourself in the face of facts which prove your belief to be desperate.

2176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: August 24, 2015, 10:21:49 AM
I'm certain that there are hundreds of BTC on the way.

Yes, we know, you're the one sending them as part of the criminal fraud.

Tick tock.

2177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: August 24, 2015, 09:36:21 AM

KHS has been converted to MHS.

This'll be so they are able to eventually force the price lower than they can at the moment, which would be limited 1 satoshi per KH. By now 'converting' the ponzi 'KHS' fictional mining token to 'MHS', they will be able to lower it so far that most people's 'holdings' will be utterly worthless and, therefore, not worth chasing the 'lost' btc they 'invested'. Exit.

2178  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitClub Network: MLM promises, false testimonials and PoS coin - AVOID on: August 23, 2015, 12:52:51 PM
Here make an account and check for yourselves, I got in because where I live the senator was doing the presentations with a bunch of financial advisers, bankers, etc rich old people.

My mom go invited because they thought she was assumed to be a financial adviser I think, but im just a regular teenage guy, but when my mother told me it was bitclub related i was like wtf.

So when I checked it out I technically snuck in early im assuming.

Also most of those people know something is going on in September and have insider information about bitcoin, those people in that meeting are not ones to be fucked with.

Sure, sounds legit.

Pleased to meet you, I'm the CEO of Bitcoin.

Yeah I've got a feeling ThorSWO is a sock-puppet of his, too. If not he's part of the group behind scrypt.cc I reckon.

Unless the said person isn't really in Brazil and actually resides somewhere in the US.

Doesn't matter where 'He' resides, the website is being accessed through a US datacenter. The three-letter agencies in the US have the longest arms on this planet.
