His post is a scam. What better way to make people think they will protect their 'investment' if they believe you are about to deposit and so they try and do so before you? The truth is he already has deposited and needs to encourage some suckers to send in their money so he isn't the mug who doesn't get paid.

If you see established member accounts promoting 'cloud mining' ponzi it is either because they are in on the scam or it is a bought account by the operators of the scam who use it to post supportive comments to trick newbies into believing it is a credible operation.
