I have asked you to find the law that makes it illegal and you have never replied...
Your claimed ignorance is no defence in the eyes of the law. But, for shits and giggles I'll play along, just tell me which State you are in so I can give you the specific law which applies to you.

https://www.ftc.gov/public-statements/1998/05/pyramid-schemes
Quote
Law Enforcement Partners

The legacy of Mr. Ponzi lives on as pyramid and Ponzi schemes continue to plague us and challenge the law enforcement community. Fortunately, in the U.S., the Federal Trade Commission is just one among many agencies that have the authority to file suit to stop this type of fraud. The Securities and Exchange Commission also pursues these schemes, obtaining injunctions against so-called "financial distribution networks" which in fact sell unregistered "securities."(7) The U.S. Department of Justice, in collaboration with investigative agencies like the FBI and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, prosecutes pyramid schemes criminally for mail fraud, securities fraud, tax fraud, and money laundering.( 8 )

State officials independently file cases in state court, often under specific state laws that prohibit pyramids. California defines pyramids as "endless chains" and prohibits them under its laws against illegal lotteries.(9) In a slightly different vein, Illinois classifies pyramid schemes as criminal acts of deception directed against property.(10) Some states like Georgia prohibit pyramid schemes under a statutory framework that regulates business opportunities and multilevel marketing.(11)

At the Commission, we bring cases against pyramid schemes under the FTC Act, which broadly prohibits "unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce."(12) That Act allows the Commission to file suit in federal court and seek a variety of equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, a freeze over the defendants' assets, a receivership over the defendants' business, and redress or restitution for consumers.
It wouldn't be reasonable for you to demand I offer up every specific law from every US State so either you accept that every US State does outlaw pyramid and ponzi schemes, or you tell me which State you reside in so I can cite the specific legislation for you.

So you know that this scheme is illegal and haven't told the authorities? Doesn't that make you a collaborator?
You're a fucking idiot and every time you post you're just broadcasting that fact.

1442  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: HONEST BITCOIN: DOUBLE YOUR BITCOINS. YES IT IS A PONZI. on: April 06, 2016, 03:01:16 PM
Except for the problem that the OP, the owner and operator of the ponzi admits to being a US resident, where such schemes are illegal. Being that they are illegal, whether you agree with the legislation or not, means that those who knowingly participate are not 'investors' they are collaborators and just as liable to being charged with a crime as he is. Even if this still doesn't put people off, their collaboration with an illegal financial scheme means they are potentially liable for any losses incurred by way of claw-back, as well as punitive penalties.

How long did it take you to write that? Firstly, I have no issues with dooglus. I respect his business style and his ideology. I am tired of your community action shit trying to put down people trying to make money transparently. And if you have problems "deranged obsession about" other users, then take a look at your own obsession with me being QS.

So you know Dooglus well enough to have an opinion on both his business style and his ideology yet you claim this 'Honestbit' account is your only account, one which was created a couple of weeks ago? You are also 'tired' of my 'community action shit' yet you only just turned up here a couple of weeks ago? You know more about the DT system than most long term members yet you only just created your sole account a couple of weeks ago?

Also this is my first account.
Also this is my first account.
Also this is my first account.

Uhuh, sure, sounds legit.

1447  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ALL LINKS IN THIS SECTION SHOULD BE VIEWED AS SCAM SITES - A WARNING on: April 05, 2016, 01:11:37 PM
And why would your guy QS want to open a ponzi? And why does he care if he's already in DT?

Hell, there are any number of reasons why Quickscammer would be you. Firstly, he sells forum accounts, something that is probably being hampered by the fact that many ponzi scammers would previously buy a bunch of established member accounts to do some sock-puppet shilling for their scam, until it became apparent the accounts were being swiftly trashed with negative ratings since this community action started. So he's already pissed at me for crimping his sleaze. Secondly, he has a *real* hard-on for Dooglus for some time now over being exposed for his shady behaviour and consequently being dropped from DT. He exhibits the sort of obsessive behaviour that is recognisable as being symptomatic of mental illness, a personality disorder-level amount of deranged obsession about Dooglus, to the degree he frequently makes new threads with ever more convoluted stories which supposedly serve to explain how Dooglus is guilty of some perceived infraction.

So, on the one hand he creates a thread demanding I be removed from DT because . . .Dooglus. Then he demands Dooglus be removed from DT because. . .Dooglus. Then he creates a new account to promote his 'Honest' ponzi because he knows that Dooglus and I happen to have a different opinion on the notion of an 'open' ponzi, in the hope of causing some sort of conflict to happen and, when that didn't work he, you, cites Dooglus' position on the matter to me, as though I am expected to 'do his bidding' because he added me to DT2. Even in the face of that, he, you, then cite SaltySpitoon's similar stance from a post he had only just elicited moments earlier in one of his usual anti-Dooglus rant threads, as though two appeal-to-authority attempts would make them somehow less of an invalid argument.

The reason he, you, would create a new account to run their stirring-the-Cryptodevil-and-Dooglus-pot 'Honest' ponzi is because had he, you, done so as Quickseller he'd have been rapidly told where to fucking stick his continued shenanigans by all and sundry.

You are not a well bunny, QS.

What a fucking surprise, the scumbag with the moderated thread is already being found out for using a known ponzi script connected to other collapsed scams!!!!

this is a very common script I see it a lot on hyips.

have you paid for it or running a free copy.
It is publicly available though only for purchase
It's sold on dark web.
Though that copy is not working and modification is needed before it can be used

Same template as btc-sprout though
That script is publicly available.
This is modified and suited to the platform we are running. It may look similar though we have worked considerably hard to make it better and more efficient. As well as add a working affiliate system.

FUD posts are considered off topic and will be removed

Thank you  Smiley

Automated RED flag for this and for your scheme (what an original btw!!!)

I know, you will deleted this also... Cool
People calling us a scam before we have had a single deposit is FUD.
There is no reason to call us a scam, it's a false claim.
I won't delete this post. We are not a scam, and I don't see any other site using this script so this is a very infactual post.

Look there...https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1314523.0...and there...https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1365423.0...

Answer the question: why would a DT hero member go promote a ponzi as an RT newbie?

Just plain ol' stupid it is then.

Now, let me think, why on earth would somebody register an account on March 22nd with their first post a few hours later being an announcement they were running an 'Honest' ponzi which, if they were to get their rating trashed for being a ponzi operator, they would get to simply walk away from it with their main account untarnished by the 'ponzi scammer' label?

Why? Why oh why oh why?

It baffles me, it really does.

1450  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ALL LINKS IN THIS SECTION SHOULD BE VIEWED AS SCAM SITES - A WARNING on: April 05, 2016, 12:25:42 PM
Why would I make a new account if I knew I was going to red trusted?

See, that's *exactly* the kind of dumb-ass 'logic' QS resorts to. I wonder whether you're aware of how stupid that kind of question is or you are just relying on other people to be sufficiently stupid not to spot the obvious flaw in it.

1451  Other / Meta / Re: Should people who promote ponzis in their signature be given a negative trust? on: April 05, 2016, 10:19:02 AM
i dont understand a single word of what you wrote. someone told me you speak german, can you explain it in german to me?

LOL, yeah that's the only reason I don't bother posting the PSA in his thread, I don't think *anybody* can understand what the fuck he's claiming his 'investment' system to be.

The only thing I managed to pick up a while back is that he has since ditched his U2 miner, but still refers to his U2 cloudmining system?

1452  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: DoubleBot.com - The only one place to double your BTC with a 100% guarantee. on: April 05, 2016, 10:07:39 AM
I made a lot of profit with doublebot was awarded lots of shares of the funds stolen from other users and I hope to be still doing so in the future,

There, FIFY.

Your rating, like Shefchenko, tells everybody more than they need to know about what to think of your opinion on things.

In terms of this particular scam, to paraphrase my summary concerning how to evaluate the legitimacy of cloud mining, "No proof of not being a ponzi = Proof of being a ponzi".

1453  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: DoubleBot.com - The only one place to double your BTC with a 100% guarantee. on: April 05, 2016, 09:15:21 AM
I think you're the one with the memory problem,
If I got paid and stopped investing in a particular ponzi, why would I try to encourage other people to send their money?

You asked why you would post that you had been paid "in a particular ponzi", not just this particular ponzi.

Besides, my comment regarding your dishonesty is also true, why the fuck would anyone believe that you no longer are participating in this particular ponzi? Just because you claim to not be participating in this particular ponzi any longer?

Ponzi.
How does it work? Your profit is paid daily in 10% increments, on the last day, you will receive your deposit back! An example below...
You invest 1BTC, you will receive each day:

0.1BTC + 0.1BTC + 0.1BTC + 0.1BTC + 0.1BTC + 0.1BTC + 1.1BTC = 1.7BTC

On the last day you receive the 7th day of profit AND your deposit back!

Bullshit, it's a ponzi! Cheesy

Didn't receive your commission? Send us an email with your referral link and any suspected missing commission and we will look into the matter for you.

Of course you will!!! LOL. Ponzi.

That is right. We are 100% Transparent. BitMaxer operates from two addresses (shown below) in order to provide a complete ledger of all investments and movements of our funds.

Every so often, we will also post PROOF of our profit on the exchanges we use to generate your ROI.

HAhahahahahaHAAHAAHAAAaa. Love that one. It's so. Dumb.

Ponzi.

Avoid at all costs.
1459  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: DoubleBot.com - The only one place to double your BTC with a 100% guarantee. on: April 05, 2016, 07:51:35 AM
Because you don't usually get paid your 'double' in one go, it is usually from multiple small payments as new 'marks' are found to send in their money.

That is why people keep posting about whether they have been paid, so the ponzi doesn't collapse and they end up being the one who gets back less than what they sent in.

1460  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: DoubleBot.com - The only one place to double your BTC with a 100% guarantee. on: April 05, 2016, 06:58:38 AM
There is only one reason for people to post that they have been paid in a ponzi scheme and that is to encourage others to think it is worth sending their money in.

It is collaboration with the ponzi scammers in the hope they will reward you with a share of the newcomer's deposit, for you helping to keep the ponzi scam running.

So, yeah, you are supporting a ponzi scam by posting about having received funds from it.

Oh, new page I see, time for:
