33 is not too bad for a striker, the likes of Benzema and Lewandowski are still performing.
Of course 33 isn't too old for a striker, like you rightly mentioned Lewandowski, Benzema, and many other strikers, and infact players above 30 are still performing quite well, but then again you need to take a closer look at the teams these players play for, Benzema is currently playing for the European champions, quite a lot of the players above and around that age that are still firing on all cylinders are in top clubs, Diego Costa i'm afraid hasn't moved to a top club btw, so you can't expect too much from him in Wolves, he will do his best for sure, but a club can never be a one man party.

Don’t know why people are putting neutral tag here. It’s a clear negative tag IMO.
I think users are leaving neutral feedbacks because they prolly want to use the trust system in the 'correctest' way possible, which is for trade and commerce risk, @BitcoinMoses is a blatant troll, and definitely we don't want users coming here impersonating Satoshi, but since there is no way we can stop that, maybe a neutral tag to tell people more about the user and their antics is very appropriate, since neither of the feedback is related to commerce/trade.
2164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid Scam Tokens in the name of late Queen Elizabeth on: September 14, 2022, 05:26:02 AM
Thanks for the heads up OP, i expected this sort of thing to happen, i mean, for anybody who has been in the network for sometime now, they will know that scammers are always pretty quick and inventive to use whatsoever is trending to deceive people pretty fast, and before the warnings and awareness starts to spread, some people would already have fallen victims. There are quite a lot of scam tokens out there, it doesn't even matter the name they are in, most of these tokens are to no good, thus people should avoid them completely and choose coins that have utility and is sustainable for the long period.

There wasn't any way in which Ajax was going to beat Liverpool.
Well we can say that now that the game is over and Liverpool won, but as that game went on at 1-1, it was very open imo, Ajax were always looking threatening on the break, and they had a couple of half chances, and tbh anything could have happened, then even if most people didn't give them any chance to win, they should have earned themselves a point, they almost did get that, but in the final few minutes their resistance was broken, and i am pretty sure the players and the manager will be feeling the disappointment of that game for a while. Having said that, things are very far from being certain in that group, Liverpool have to be very careful, they are not playing to the best of their ability, and a group stage exit (though unlikely) will be a disaster.

Tbh i feel very sorry for Ajax tonight, i felt they played very well, they had a game plan and they executed it expertly, they deserve to come out of that game with a point, but i guess it is what it is, and that's football. Liverpool were the better team of course, but they found it extremely difficult to break down Ajax and create clear cut scoring chances, the header from Matip made the difference in the end, and boy did Liverpool need that goal, had they drawn this game, they surely would have been in a precarious situation in the group. The group is still very tight, but that win gives Liverpool something to build on.

Erling Haaland, the Ronaldo & Messi replacement. Maybe each of us can imagine the new Ballon d'Or nomination and if Haaland continues and he will successful in the Premier League and Champions League, he will win this. There is only one who stands in his way and that is Lewandoski. But Haaland is over 10 years younger and hopefully he will get better from year to year. Now 6 Matches an 10 goals, ohyes.
Haaland can only get better in Manchester City, i mean, look at the quality of players in the team, and to put the icing on the cake they have arguably the best manager in the world, it is the dream of most young talents to work with Pep Guardiola, and definitely Haaland is going to learn quite a lot from him, which will result in him scoring so many goals in a Manchester City shirt. Having said that, as for the Ballon d'Or, i don't think Haaland can be thinking too much about that now, it is quite early, what he has to do is concentrate on his game, take care of his body, maintain this blistering form, win titles for and with City, and then see what happens with the personal awards and accolades.

Initial negotiations over an extension have been carried out with Kante and he wants a three-year extension commitment from Chelsea, whose previous regime was notoriously worried about awarding an aging player long contracts.
I do not think Chelsea will budge, they usually do not give players above thirty anything more than a year or two contract extension, and i don't think Kante's case will be different, but then there is a new management in charge like you said and we would see how they handle this situation, Kante has served the club very well since his move from Leicester, and a three-year extension might be no more than what he deserves. Having said that, i am pretty sure various other clubs will be monitoring this situation right now, and if there is a breakdown in negotiations, some of them will not fail to offer Kante a contract he might not be able to say no to.

Bayern Munich - Barcelona is the most interesting match of this week. Things are not like in the old times between these teams anymore. I mean that there is a much stronger and consistent Barcelona after Xavi's touch.
I second that, as a matter of fact any person expecting Barcelona to suffer another similar thumping in the hands in the hands of Bayern Munich as has been the case in recent years, might be in for a surprise, this game is going to be pretty much different, and if not anything, competitive; i am not outrightly saying that Barcelona are going to win, but it is going to be a game contested at a very high level, it might prolly even end in a draw.

Having said that, Barcelona have the stronger confidence if we take a look at league performances coming into this game, Bayern Munich come into the game on the back off three straight draws in the Bundesliga, whilst Barcelona have been on a winning streak in their last three league matches, it might count for nothing at the end of the night, but before the game starts it would definitely give Barcelona confidence.

Losing Mane is indeed very unfortunate but on the other hand it is also not only because it seems as if Mane left Liverpool lost confidence. I don't think of it that way. Mane is indeed a very good player, but we are talking about the whole team and Mane is only a small part of Liverpool's performance because the biggest part is that they still haven't been able to maximize their team especially in attack and a chaotic defense.
Yes i think so too, people actually need to get over the "Liverpool miss mane" thing, yes they miss him, but they are a team and he was just a player in that team, a very important player by the way, but everyday players leave their clubs for one reason or the other, but the club remains, and if they struggle after the player leaves, they have to find solutions to their problems, and not cry over the player that left.

Having said that, over the past few days since their horrendous performance against Napoli that saw them concede 4, Jurgen Klopp has talked about how desperately they need to 'reinvent' themselves, they know they can do better, and i am sure the coach and the players are working towards doing better, the talk of Mane should be over by now, he now represents Bayern Munich.

Between Skale Network, Satoshi Island or Lido Dao which one do you think will be better investment in this bear market.
Talking about a "better investment" amongst these three, i am afraid i'd tell you neither of them, these are unknown projects with absolutely no utility or even a community of investors, thus how do you think the project is going to appreciate when nobody is either using it, or investing in it; i know investors pretty much like pump and dump coins, but these right here seems to me like the lowest of the low. Having said that, there is no better investment than Bitcoin in this bear market, many altcoins wouldn't even survive this bear period, but Bitcoin will, so rather than waste your time and money on these sort of projects in your OP, buy Bitcoin and hodl.

please before u buy, make sure you understand the next move of the market, or u contact Igehhh or Brainboss to to explain for you. Probably before the weekend the remaining 1% go enter making the total of 23k as it was predicted by Igehhh that the market go enta 23 before di year go end.
My brother, wetin you go understand be say e dy impossible for anyone to master the market, you fit make one or two predictions and analysis here and there, but you no fit ever they completely certain say na this or that go happen, that is why you go always they hear say the market is unpredictable, even the people wey you mention so go tell you the same thing, and even if them share their strategy or what they think with you, them go still add disclaimer put for back, tell you say there is no guarantee oh, make you no come back hold them for neck say wetin them talk no work. My point be say the best thing na to DYOR, advice no bad oh, you fit collect am join the research wey you do, but make your final decision stem from your own research/conclusion.

Well done powerGlove for making this possible through writing the scripts, and thank you to Theymos for actually adding it, tbh, how many people actually thought this was going to be added? I wouldn't be surprised if the answer is probably nobody, well, good now because every user can easily identify the OP of a thread when they post within the thread, especially outside the first page, not that it was hard to figure out, but at least it is what it is. Sure, liverpool actually have a really great players, but I don't think their main problem is bonding, I think the main problem is that Klopp tactics is outdated, other coaches already know how to counter it. Klopp need to find a variation, and be more creative.
Mate that is the same tactics that almost won them the quadruple last season, oh c'mon, they are struggling and there is no doubt about that, but to say it is all down to Jurgen Klopp's philosophy being outdated is outrageous to say the least, i know it is prolly up to the coach to solve the problems with the team, and i think he will do that, but tbh i don't think there is going to be any major tweak in the way Liverpool play their game. Having said that, mind you as well that the team is being ravaged by injuries at the momemt, and Jurgen can't actually wholly call on his first team players, i know injuries aren't really an excuse as it is the duty of the club to ensure adequade depth in the team, but it can be linked to their problems.

2177  Other / Archival / Re: Mods are constantly trying to put the thread in the altcoin section on: September 11, 2022, 10:24:30 PM
Maybe the beginner and help tend toward new member's use of the forum. Most of the topics mentioned by the OP in my own opinion look like topics for altcoins discussion although some similar topics will be found in the beginner right now. However, no thread address topic differentiate topics in both section, I hope a moderator can come on the thread to help out.
Do not create a reply without actually reading the OP of the topic, more often than not it could make your reply a spam one, or wholly off-topic, OP's isn't talking about the many topics he mentioned, he only used them as an example as to why his thread shouldn't be moved to the altcoin section, have another look at the op mate

Having said that, @Ratimov i think your topic is perfect in the B&H section, and i can't see one reason why it should be moved, and why the altcoin discussion section? If it is to be moved anywhere, i think it should be moved to the Bitcoin discussion section.
2178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 09, 2022, 05:29:01 PM
Liverpool need to build more resilience. They are now depressed. They are not playing very well. They need to find their mistakes together and fix them. I believe they will be back to playing well very soon.
Whilst i believe Liverpool will come good in the Premier League, the thing is that, i hope by the time they start playing good it wouldn't be too late, you know how strong City is, and how many titles they have won in the last decade, Liverpool know it, when you have a team as strong as City also competing for a title you are in, you have to be at your absolute best, continuous slip ups will ensure they go far ahead of you, and by the time you rediscover yourself, it becomes impossible to chase them, and then this season Arsenal is looking like a contender, thus the time for Liverpool to start playing well is now, or else they can only make do with a top four finish.
2179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 09, 2022, 02:54:03 PM
Diego Costa is back to the premier league after a long time out. It's on free transfer to Wolverhampton, and signed a contract until June 2023, just a season with the English side. He will definitely putin his energy and gives a good results to wolves.
I can't wait to see Diego Costa play in the Premier League again, he is one of those players that quite a lot of people have missed in the Premier League, for obvious reasons, too bad he won't be in the spotlight like he was then, because he isn't moving to a big club, but nonetheless he is a player with a big personality and character and i expect him to be in the news, both for good and bad reasons. Grin Wolves have not started too brightly this season, so i guess he could help them, so they don't find themselves in a relegation battle sometime in the season.
2180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 09, 2022, 02:30:42 PM
This postponement will give Graham Potter to get use to his player's and also train better against Fulham game. I was about staking or should I say placing a betbon Chelsea to loss or draw but the fixtures has been moved.
Still no dates announced already for the next meeting or when they will reschedule. But, good also for most teams to train especially Bedran Rodgers of Leicester City. It's gon be a boring weekend, I don't really watch boxing so I'll spend my time playing soccer on the street. ( Lol )
Yes, there are quite a few teams that will benefit from this postponement, the teams in blistering form wouldn't be happy, they'd have loved to play and continue performing at their highest level, but for the clubs that are struggling, this prolly gives them more time to analyse what's gone wrong for them and try to rediscover their form; like you said, one of such teams is Chelsea, and of course they now have a new manager, he'd (Graham Potter) be happy he's not been thrown right into action as he should have against Fulham in the Lunch time kickoff tomorrow, but he now has more days and even weeks (as there is no official statement as to when the EPL will return) to get to know his team more and pick his best players.

Having said that, i second what you said that it's going to be a boring weekend, i already had my plans on the games i was going to watch in the EPL this weekend, i'll prolly just focus on other leagues till we are free to resume once more.
