1201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 26, 2023, 04:42:14 PM
That's right, Manchester City must focus on these two important matches, the title is already in their hands, so they don't must to be serious against Brentford. If I'm not mistaken, in January this year Manchester United successfully beat Manchester City. So in my opinion this is will be a hard game for Manchester City to win, also the FA trophy actually very important for Manchester United, so they will make very serious efforts to win it.
Yeah, City beat United 6-3 in the first leg game at the Etihad, and United returned the favor in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford, beating City 2-1, but i don't think these results will be mean anything in the FA Cup final, it is an entirely different game, with a trophy at stake. Having said that, whilst City mustn't focus on Brentford, they still have to play a good game in order to get themselves ready for the two finals ahead, if the players become lazy, they'll struggle when they play both United and Inter Milan. Manchester United have an extra motivation in this FA Cup final, they'd want to stop their neighbors from winning the treble, and their fans would really love that, the game is going to be extremely tough.

1203  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Question/Help!] Bitcoin Transaction Fee Discrepancy on: May 25, 2023, 11:41:08 PM
possible set fee manually, be in control of duration it will take to confirm, stick to daily average
Setting/customizing fees doesn't mean you'll control the exact duration your transaction confirmation will take, you can of course customize your fee and target blocks you think your transaction will be confirmed in, but the network might be clogged and people's transactions paying more fees come in and you have to wait a little while more.
1204  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which is more lucrative between mining and trading bitcoins? on: May 25, 2023, 11:03:43 PM
In mining one can make enough bitcoin in a month but I don't think that can be seen in the trading platforms.
Quite rightly miners earn Bitcoins if they are successful in mining a block, but to be constantly successful in doing that you'd have to have enough computation power in order to solve the puzzles faster than other competing miners. Miners put a lot of money into what they do to earn returns, thus it is misleading to look at only their gross income which is the block rewards and transaction fees they get, but you'd have to minus how much they've spent and are still continuously spending, yes they still make enough profit, but not just as some people envision it to be.
The ASIC is currently used for the process and you shouldn't be told that acquiring machineries would end up in millions.
Asics do not cost that much, except you want to buy them in hundreds, and that will mean running a really big mining rig (well it depends on the currency you meant).
1205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 25, 2023, 07:29:42 AM
Am sure Manchester city won’t disappoint us, most of us have hope in them that they are going to win the champions league, if we can check the two clubs playing strategy, you will see that Manchester city is far better than inter Milan, so inter Milan shouldn’t be a problem for Manchester city.
City are the favorites and i'm pretty sure they'll win, but it isn't going to be a walk in the park for them, Inter Milan is definitely going to cause them some problems in the way they know how to; they are not going to come into that game with a desire to hold possession or go for the high press like Manchester City, they'll park the bus, sit very deep and try to soak the pressure that City will bring to them. The thing is, if City manages to get an early goal, everything changes, because Inter wouldn't know if they should remain defensive, or if they should try and get an equalizer, it is definitely going to be a fascinating game of football.
1206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 24, 2023, 11:05:09 PM
Congratulations to Brighton for sealing a place in the Europa League next season, they really deserve it and they have worked so hard for it, their manager Roberto De Zerbi deserves an awful amount of credit for what he has done with this team, when Graham Potter left Brighton for Chelsea i thought the club was going to struggle for sometime, but Roberto De Zerbi just slotted right into the position, and look what he has achieved now.

Having said that, for City their EPL winning run comes to an end, but it really doesn't mean anything, they have already been crowned champions, they just need these games to ensure they are in the right shape for the two finals ahead, and Brighton really made them work hard today which will prolly help them find areas they can improve in.
1207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 24, 2023, 03:05:28 PM
This season has not been one of the best for Real Madrid and they have struggled to stay relevant in the league which in the end they lost to Barcelona. How they managed to stay strong in the Champions league is a mystery but yet again Manchester City took advantage of their weaknesses in a humiliating defeat in the semi final second leg at the Ethihad stadium. I expect improvement in the coming season, I want to see a bounce back for Real Madrid.
Well they were successful last season, they won both the CL and the la liga, thus i don't think the hierarchy at Real Madrid would be annoyed with how things panned out this season, at least they didn't end the season trophyless, they won the Copa del rey. Real Madrid would definitely be back next season, they are a giant club, thus they are always there every season competing for trophies. Ancelotti has confirmed that he will be their manager next season, and with the potential arrival of Jude Bellingham and other players they'll get, i am pretty sure they'll be very competitive next season.
1208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 24, 2023, 12:25:41 PM
Inter Milan has to just defend Manchester city initial attack then play them on the  counter to get just one goal then park the buss because if they try to play man for man with Manchester city, they'll lose.
I'm pretty sure the manager of Inter Milan, inzaghi would be under no illusion that they can attack city the way they like and match their force equally, if they do that the game will prolly be over before the 45th minute. Thus it is pretty obvious what Inter's tactics is going to be, they are definitely going to sit very deep in their own box, i don't even think they would be looking for too many counter attacks, they will hope they can take the game to penalty shootout, but i doubt this, the quality of this City side is unbelievable, and no matter how deep Inter sit, they will find an opening and punish them.

Hello sir  ,,, please change my bitcoin address due to high excessive bitcoin mempool fees.

My new address : bc1qvvwf9pd5rcrx5jsep038zct5navn2and592jp6
Old bitcoin address: bc1qaeyq93zeyzdl4vz5ltakf3f2u0x3zqewzgalmc
Dude, what is the different between both?,
old address is segwit is same with your new address,
your reason is unreasonable which not affect with fee.

think again if want make the reason.
It is quite possible that the first wallet address has quite a lot of small inputs and outputs, thus it increases the transaction fee when @Popkon6 wants to send out his funds from the wallet address, so prolly instead of consolidating them, he just wants to start off with a new wallet address.
1210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 24, 2023, 11:44:18 AM
I wouldn't be surprised even if Brighton win this game. Because winning this game is securing a Europa League ticket for them before the final week. I'm thinking of betting on them but still I won't risk a lot of money of course.
Psychological advantage is always crucial to winning football games, City have nothing to play for anymore in the EPL this season, Brighton need to win to play in the Europa league next season, they are already guaranteed European football next season, but like their manager said after their last match, they want to it to be the Europa league rather than the Conference league.

Having said that, City need to win today and against Brentford to be in the right mood for the two finals next week, but Pep has to be careful, he would not want one of his most important players to pick up injuries at this stage, when they are so close to achieving something exceptional. Pep is going to rotate today, but i expect some first team players to be involved from the start, as well as others getting a few minutes close to the end to stretch their legs.
1211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 24, 2023, 08:24:26 AM
It's a pity for Newcastle to have allowed the relegating Leicester City to draw them, up comes Man U and will likely finish in third place.
Newcastle have already qualified for the CL next season, it does not matter if they finish 3rd or 4th, that part is inconsequential, they will definitely prefer to finish in 3rd position, but it isn't really of utmost importance right now, what they have to do is to get ready for next season, because they would now be playing in four competitions.
But one thing I will not join people to celebrate is Erik Ten Hag, many believed that his presence has changed everything but I will conclude on that after 2 full seasons, excluding this one. I still believe a lot has to be done, and the glory of now is not only deserving by him but also by immediate past coaches too.
I think Erik ten hag has done pretty well in his first season, they won the Carabao cup, they are almost certain to qualify for the CL, and they have an opportunity to win the FA Cup on the 3rd of June, it doesn't look like a bad first season for the manager if you ask me. Anyway i don't think Manchester United will be able to compete for the big titles yet, but they are definitely moving in the right direction.

20,000 posts and above can only be attained by an OG in the forum, that's because it takes quite a lot of dedication to stick around this long, and not just sticking around, but staying active and contributing to the forum; congratulations LFC_Bitcoin, i hope you get the motivation to stick around for the next 20,000 posts, cheers mate.

Fresh rumor.

Allegri will be probably sacked, who will be the new coach of Juventus?
Well i don't see any reason why Allegri should be sacked, Juventus have had an up and down season and it is no fault of Allegri's, they have been sanction twice this season, the first one was rescinded, but now they have been deducted of 10 points, thus it is confirmed that they'll not be playing in the CL next season. Juventus should give Allegri another season, with the hope that it would not be an up and down one, it'll be a pretty straightforward season and hopefully they can perform well and build on that going forward.

In Meta because of bold part, what do you think?
Are you suggesting it be implemented or not, you haven't first giving your own opinion on the matter, you just quoted the original OP. Having said that, this isn't something that's necessary, and it would also be too complicated for some, the proper way to sign into any platform, even our crypto wallets is through our passwords/pin, thus i don't see how this is going to change anything or make the forum better. Safe to say this forum would be unwelcoming to users who do not have any Bitcoin wallet if we have got something like this in place, so no.
1215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask Implemented Crypto Tax on their ToS on: May 23, 2023, 04:26:25 PM
That's a good recommendation, I though unstoppable wallet is only accept Bitcoin, but it's actually a multi crypto wallet. Although it seems not many people use it, but I have not heard about serious accusations against this wallet.
Yeah, Unstoppable wallet is a multi-crypto wallet, i would not recommend it to a user searching for a Bitcoin only wallet, there's electrum that's sufficient for that. Unstoppable wallet seems to be a good multi-crypto wallet, and you are right that there isn't a lot of discussions from the community about it, but there is a discussion about it in the thread below, you can read it if you want reviews or opinions from people who have used the wallet and have some experience about it, you can also prolly raise questions there if you have any.

1216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 22, 2023, 02:46:50 PM
Graham Potter is the worst coach Chelsea ever had, I get wonder too why the owner of Chelsea would pick him to manage Chelsea.  I think from Chelsea problem is just more than a problem of coach , it seems apart from coach their its like their is someone else interfering with the management of the team.
The whole problem stems from Todd Boehly, he is clueless about football, he ought to have just bought the club and allowed those who are more professional to the run the affairs of the team, but for no reason he fires Tuchel, appoints Graham Potter, took so long to fire Potter because he didn't want people to point fingers at him for being clueless, eventually sacked him and hired Lampard who had an horrendous run in Everton before he was sacked. The only good thing about the Todd's era is that they have now signed Pochettino, he is a good manager, he isn't going to win the EPL anytime soon, but he will bring Chelsea back to a position that is respectable.
1217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask Implemented Crypto Tax on their ToS on: May 22, 2023, 01:03:01 PM
Metamask now become a less decentralized wallet where they restrict few jurisdictions and now they would withhold their users token due to tax need.
Metamask have debunked the news as being false, a user already posted that some posts above mine. When i initially saw this i couldn't wrap my head around the procedure they were going to use to achieve this, it is centralized services that are known to do stuffs like this, that's why i'm not surprised it turned out to be false.
Now what's the good wallet to use for altcoins? Huh
I guess unstoppable wallet is good, i haven't personally used it because i mostly only buy/use Bitcoin, but i have seen some users recommend it.
1218  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Apple ID Vulnerability Exposes CryptoWallets To Theft on: May 22, 2023, 09:30:06 AM
Apart from the possibility of losing your funds if you buy/sell your Apple ID, it is also dangerous in diverse other ways. Apple ID is an Apple users identity, thus using someone else's ID is like using their identity, and selling your personal Apple ID is like giving your identity over to someone else, it could definitely land someone in trouble. The person might get enough data/info about your for identity theft, thus you might get yourself arrested for a crime you didn't commit, but was committed with your info.
1219  Economy / Economics / Re: Will inflation in the world grow by 2023? on: May 22, 2023, 09:01:35 AM
If the factors that cause inflation still exists, then inflation levels would no doubt rise. But mind you that this is somewhat a global issue and is not peculiar to a particular country's economy or currency. When the Corona virus was at its peak, the measures taken by governments around the world to curb it was definitely going to result in inflation, and that's what's happening now, coupled with other world issues like physical and economic wars, as well as sanctions.

Having said that, we're not really in a crisis as people tend to say, that is a misconception, the dollar isn't going extinct as many people want to believe, and most governments of the world are working continuously to stabilize the economic situation.
1220  Economy / Exchanges / Re: With these acts, do we still believe in Centralized Exchanges? on: May 22, 2023, 08:24:07 AM
I feel that if the CEX management does not trust themselves, then why are we trusting them and giving them our coins to keep for us?
'We' do not trust centralized exchanges to keep our coins, at least coming from the perspective of people who know the right way to keep their coins. Being your own bank means you keep your coins yourself, thus if you have been trusting third party entities to keep your coins for you, time has come for you to move it into your non-custodial wallet.

Having said that, use exchanges for the purpose of trading; don't fall for the misconception that they are "banks" where you can keep your crypto, your crypto bank is your non-custodial wallet that you control and have the keys.
