Nagelsmann is younger than Ronaldo, and I think Messi as well? Maybe just a bit older than Messi. Dude is too young and he was given a huge task and him failing at that (which I would say not even failing) is alright, and Chelsea should be happy to have him.
Well i don't think age comes into the equation at all, managers aren't players, so they can stay in the dugout for quite a very long time, if they choose to; if Chelsea want to sign Nagelsmann, it is because of what they think he can bring to the football club in terms of footballing philosophy, good tactics, winning mentality, et cetera, they are definitely not looking at his age. BTW, he was doing very well at Bayern, he didn't fail imo, the club basically just wanted a change of manager for other reasons.
Aside from Nagelsmann, there is Luiz Enrique, and Pochettino, those are the top 3 ones, I doubt they would go for anyone else.
Reliable sources keep on mentioning Nagelsmann, so i'd say it's almost 70% that it would be him, but who knows, talks can break down at anytime in football, and then only would their attention shift elsewhere.

Searching for top individuals /companies may not be the best way but it still helps and also you have to know who you are getting information from.I can't be taking football advice from LeBron James, though He plays ball but not football.
This is crypto, and i don't think your analogy is correct in this situation; you also should not take investment advice from someone just because he is a crypto investor, or from a trader, because he trades. If you believe in a crypto, it should not be because a top individual/company believes in the coin and has bought it, it should be because everything about that crypto is open, and you have studied their use case/utility, sustainability and you think it is going to be a good coin.
This is among the reason why it is the best, most people who supported Bitcoin early stage didn't really see it as an investment but supported it because of what it does.
Exactly, you are somewhat contradicting yourself here and unknowingly buttressing my points, those who supported/contributed to Bitcoin's advancement in the early stage didn't do so because they saw others doing it (obviously they didn't), they supported it because they understood it had an actual utility as a currency, asset, et cetera, and that it was going to have longevity and be sustainable for the very long term.

Benfica vs inter milan will surely be an interesting game benfica team are on fire both in their league and in the champions league on the otherhand inter are on a bad shape, even psg was not able to beat benfica, they are the favourite to make it to the semi finals, i think they will.
Yeah, Benfica are really really good, the way they play and their ability to score goals is unbelievable, they fully deserve to be in the QF, no question about that. I can say Inter Milan have rode their luck to this stage, but i think they have come to the end of the road in the CL, Benfica is definitely going to eliminate them. I would love to see Benfica v Napoli in the SF, i think Napoli would beat AC Milan in their QF tie, but seeing Napoli lose 4-0 to AC Milan in the seria A a couple of days ago has given me a second thought about that game, i'd keep my fingers crossed on that one, and watch how things develop.
1384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 04, 2023, 12:34:52 PM
It is really tough, Chelsea vs Liverpool both teams are stronger It's unpredictable Liverpool vs Chelsea, Liverpool or Chelsea will win the match, Liverpool is a good team that performs very well in premier league but for the last matches Liverpool was loosing, and poor performance. The same to Chelsea, Chelsea is more worst than Liverpool. But this is Chelsea home, it's might difficult for Liverpool to win and Chelsea sacked Graham potter,we know it's will take time to stand in form for this new couch but this couch can change things in this match.
Chelsea do not have a head coach yet, what they have currently is an interim coach, by name: Bruno Saltor. I don't think anything is going to change for Chelsea now, and even in the immediate future, i don't know what the plans of the club are, whether to sign a new manager immediately, or allow Bruno Saltor to see out this season, so a new coach can come in the the summer, have a full pre-season with the team and start working from then on.

Having said that, i think tonight's game between Liverpool and Chelsea would be anything but tough, the two sides have completely lost their big club mentality this season, and i don't even think anyone of them is fit enough to get the win tonight, the game is prolly going to end in a draw i predict.
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 03, 2023, 05:05:43 PM
Manchester united are not remaining in the fourth position till the season ends, they will still get to the third position. If Manchester united performance is not good they won't be able to  win a trophy. What I know is that Manchester united began to be consistent in EPL late in the season.
Prolly so, Manchester United might end 3rd, but who knows, they might not; but they are definitely not going higher than 3rd position in the EPL this season. They have been better than previous recent seasons btw, but they are still erratic and lack the consistency of a club of their status, i know they won a trophy this season, but it isn't a major one, just the Carabao cup, they are also in the SF of the FA cup, though City are also still in that competition, thus it might be difficult for Manchester United to win it. Overall, if they qualify for the CL, it cannot be said to have been a bad season for them, and it is ETH's first season in charge, so he has done well. They might do better next season, but i still think they are pretty far away from winning a major trophy (EPL or CL), and it can't happen next season.
1386  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do your own research on: April 03, 2023, 04:05:13 PM
Search for individuals and companies supporting the projects : Good tokens or coins most times have top individuals and companies supporting them
Top individuals/companies supporting or promoting a project isn't the best way to know a good project. There are quite a lot of popular influencers who promote scam projects, celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Floyd Mayweather and some others have got themselves into trouble before for promoting a scam project. These popular individuals do these things to profit from it, most times they do not know anything about what the project offers. Bitcoin is the best crypto, yet it does not have any known top individual supporting/promoting it per se, it is all on the community, it just has an actual utility, and that's enough to convince people to use it.

I'd rather suggest people do their research by basically looking at the utility/use case of the project, is it something that can help solve problems in RL, and whatsoever the project is promising, is it something feasible? Because quite a lot of them lie in their whitepaper, they just copy one fake promise from a dead project and paste it in theirs.
1387  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: You don't need to learn everything about Bitcoin on: April 03, 2023, 01:33:16 PM
Well, you actually do have a point mate; and the thing is, everyone would love to learn and know every aspect of Bitcoin if they can and have the knowledge threshold for it, users who aren't good in mathematics, codes, cryptography, etc, would struggle very much with the technical aspects of the network, not that they do not wish to know it, but they don't have the background knowledge and if they decide to acquire that knowledge, it would take them quite a lot of time, so they basically just stick with the most important aspects and that which they are good at.

Having said that, it is still pertinent to have a general knowledge of almost all apects of Bitcoin, leaving the specifics out of it, what i mean is, you might not want to mine, or know the intricacies of mining, but you should have the general knowledge of what mining is, and what it does in the network. Another example is, one might not know the calculations involved in generating private and public keys, but they must have the general knowledge that private keys is like a secret pin to their wallet, whilst their public key isn't, that's the general knowledge i'm talking about, without technically going into the specifics.

(abi na disguised strategy wey dem use to stay in power) because dem still rig the election from the top so maybe them make the economy unfavorable so other politicians no go see cash use work and them go get free pass.
Baba nothing about government don confuse me like this policy, lol. I mean, i no fit guess the reason for its implementation, so many people they bring their ideas and all of them they make sense, even the one you talk now make sense. When the policy land, we been think say na make election they credible, people been even talk say PMB no like Tinubu, lol, after the election we come find out say no be so oh, but then again we go come remember say na APC governors been they fight the policy pass, if it was to help them, why them come they fight am like mad. The whole matter they very confusing, lol, but thank God say cash don they flow back into the economy small small, but based on say government first wait make protests happen, destruction of banks, loss of a few lives, collapse of microeconomics, etc, before them and CBN act, show say them no they ever care for the common man for this country.
1389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 03, 2023, 11:28:42 AM
Real Madrid's opponents in the quarter-finals of the Champions League are powerful Chelsea. Despite Chelsea's poor performance in other leagues, the team will be keen not to miss out on the Champions League quarter-finals. For which they will play with their best in that match. But I am ahead of Real Madrid in the match.
Chelsea are not so powerful this season, they are inconsistent, in the bottom half of the EPL table and just recently fired their manager, so it is all going wrong for Chelsea at the moment. I think it would be quite easy for Real Madrid to eliminate Chelsea, just as it was easy for them to eliminate Liverpool in the RO16. Chelsea have a good and young squad, but quite a lot of them lack the experience that Real Madrid's players have in the CL. I predict City are going to defeat Bayern, and Real Madrid are going to eliminate Chelsea, thus we are then going to have a repeat of last season's CL SF between City and Real Madrid.
1390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 02, 2023, 11:08:16 PM
It was somewhat inevitable that Graham Potter was going to be sacked, i know Todd Boehly stood by him and backed him up for a couple of disastrous months for the football club, but losing to Aston Villa at home and falling out of the top half of the EPL table was the final straw, and the club had to act. Graham Potter can really have no complaints whatsoever, as a matter of fact he should be happy he wasn't fired earlier, i'm pretty sure former Chelsea owner Ambramovich would have sacked him quite a long time ago.

Having said that, the former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann looks to be primary target to replace Graham Potter according to multiple credible sources, i think he would be a nice fit for Chelsea, and with the amount of money invested in the club and more to be spent in the summer, he could build a winning team at Stamford Bridge.
1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 02, 2023, 07:42:26 PM
I never expected the result of the match to be this, even if it was the home of Newcastle I expected Manchester United to  win Newcastle but I know Manchester United will still get back to their position.  I think this is a revenge for Newcastle,  Manchester United won them in Cup finals,  Newcastle just try their best this time again.
Yeah, and i am pretty sure the Newcastle players had that Carabao cup final defeat somewhere at the back of their minds, Manchester United denied them an opportunity of winning a trophy after a very long time, so they weren't going to let them have their day twice. Good result for Newcastle, one that sends them back into third place on the EPL table. 9-10 games to go and Newcastle actually have an opportunity to qualify for the CL next season, their fans would be rubbing their eyes right now, if you had told them this was the position they would be in at this stage of the season, they wouldn't have believed it. If Newcastle get CL football, it gives them the opportunity to allure quality players, so the good days for Newcastle fans has only just begun.

I confident I will be removed from the signature campaign and may be blacklisted
That is for the campaign manager to decide as it is within his rights to do so in his campaigns.
or might get a negative trust after this topic
Quote
If you believe someone is a scammer, or someone is likely to scam, that deserves negative feedback. Please provide evidence
This post doesn't make you a scammer, neither does it mean you are likely to scam, so no.

As far as what Royse did goes, we all have our limits, and prolly to him he didn't cross the line, but to you he did. I don't think what he did is cool because some users might turn down opportunities that day because they thought they stood a chance at getting in the campaign, and one user said so in that thread:
Quote
Especially when I receive an offer and decline it to then discover it was a joke :/
But overall, and despite those who were affected negatively by the joke, Royse already apologised:
If anyone felt hurt then please accept my apology.
...
Sorry, for any inconvenience that happened to anyone by the prank.
Thus i think it is best to forgive, forget, move on and don't forget to put on your thick skins as you scroll around Bitcointalk. Grin
1393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are about to enter altcoin season, what do you think? on: April 02, 2023, 06:33:22 PM
I agree many people will take this opportunity to accumulate more altcoins and hope when the bull starts they will get a profit like 10x, especially those altcoins with low marketcap will easily pump and get 10x in a short time.
These altcoins with low marketcap that you feel can easily pump, are also the quickest to dump and go extinct (never rise again), it is more or less a game of luck/hope rather than an opportunity for ROI. Having said that, during every bull run there are people who are lucky and their altcoin pumped really high, giving them a huge ROI, but the most are somewhat unlucky as they have bags of altcoins without any value/utility and nowhere to even sell/dump them; it makes bagholders out of a lot of people.

Having said that, do not accumulate more altcoins than is necessary, and to be on the safe side it is better to wait for the bull run to start before you buy altcoins, if it were Bitcoin one wanted to buy, then any time is acceptable to buy as it has a real utility, longevity and sustainability.
1394  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can you tell me which one you will choose and why? on: April 02, 2023, 03:25:45 PM
I'll go with the bank because you can go there and complain if you ever lose your money, and they'll refund it back to you.
If you expose the sensitive information on your debit card, as well as give away your pin; or you basically lose your money out of your own folly, i'm afraid the bank isn't refunding you anything, but if the bank goes bankrupt and the government can save it, you might prolly get a fraction of your money back after sometime.
But if you ask a cryptocurrency trader these questions, they would likely respond that they like Binance and other platforms because of how anonymous the works it's.
Binance is not anonymous, they are very much centralized.
But, the issue with binance is that it is not as secure as banks, which have complete security that is governed by the government. Let's go back to the Binance exchange. You are the only person in charge of your funds, so if you lose them, it will take a long time to get a refund.
In Binance you are not the person in charge of your funds, it is Binance that keeps the keys in a custodial way, so if they lose it, there's a very high chance you might never get anything back.
1395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 01, 2023, 06:52:21 PM
Despite showing some shocking performance in the Euros qualifiers match for Scotland, I think McTominay is still and will still be a second option for Manchester United, Casemiro will still be picked first ahead of McTominay for his consistency and reliability in games for Manchester United expected in times like this when he is facing a ban or out injured then McTominay could step in as a replacement
Scott McTominay scored a couple of times during the international break for Scotland, he is a very important player for the Scottish national team, but definitely not for Manchester United, Casemiro has made the defensive midfield role his own since joining Manchester United and thus far no one has the quality of displacing him in the team, definitely not Scott McTominay. Manchester United have been a completely different team since they signed Casemiro, he brough his elite, winning mentality from Real Madrid, and it has also influenced the other players, i think he is their most important signing this season.
1396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 01, 2023, 05:05:09 PM
I don't think i have ever seen a one sided Liverpool v City game in the last 5-6 years or so, i don't mean just the scoreline, i am talking about the complete dominance from the 1st to the last minute, Liverpool couldn't go anywhere near Ederson's goal, and even when Salah scored, it was against the run of play. The game was a must win for City, and they won, and deservedly so.

Having said that, Arsenal also made light work of Leeds United and maintained their 8 point lead at the summit, though having played a game more than Manchester City. Next week Arsenal are up against Liverpool at the Anfield, i think if Arsenal win that game they would have one hand on the title. The two horse race is getting more and more interesting, and i am expecting twists and turns from now until the end.

Opay they fully legal and licensed by the CBN and nobody they close them, neither are they running any illegal service, no mind some funny Nigerians wey they like spread fake news, sometimes i wonder wetin some of them they gain by spreading fake news. See the link wey CBN debunk the news are being fake: https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/more-news/589981-cbn-debunks-viral-news-suspending-opay-palmpay.html
Shey una dey see the country we dey inside, no be everything wey dey blame government.
Baba na everything i go blame government oh, every problem stems from them, na their evil and bad policies they give evil and greedy Nigerians the opportunity to hijack it and use it to their advantage. You wan run cashless/withdrawal policy when you never ready, the implementation they like when SS3 senior prefect they implement new rules to follow for school. Naija policy formulation (the Executive) arm of government they very clueless. You see say cashless policy no work, you had to wait for protests, destruction of banks and govt properties, hunger and frustration, threat of strike by NLC, etc, before you go act, no care whatsoever for the wellbeing of Nigerians. The poS operators had to buy the money from big businesses and bank managers, and i know selling the Naira is a crime, but na evil policy wey precipitate that action.
1398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are about to enter altcoin season, what do you think? on: April 01, 2023, 04:00:34 PM
I wouldn't know for sure because i am not even so much interested in altcoins, but even for altcoiners it is pretty hard for them to game the system and predict accurately if altcoin season is on the horizon. If it was easy for them to decipher, quite a lot of them will go into a buying spree of altcoins to see which of them pumps so they realize positive ROI.

Having said that, i have heard people say exactly what you said, that when Bitcoin is somewhat stable in this period, altcoins might begin to pump, but nonetheless i advise that people who are planning to buy a lot of altcoins should be careful, there are so many of them and only some succeed, to be on the safer side it is much better to wait for the bull run to begin before you buy altcoins, just that you might not make as much ROI as one who bought early enough, but your risk is reduced doing thus.
1399  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I Never belittle my SATs because a drop of water makes an ocean on: April 01, 2023, 02:18:45 PM
Security should be the first concern if anyone want to use Bitcoin or hold Bitcoin. Because scammers are always inventing new ways to hack users wallet. And if you do a simple fault your wallet can be hacked so always should remember the first priority should be a strong security.
+1, i second that.
The thing is, the first thing that comes to the minds of quite a lot of people when they about to buy Bitcoin is how they are going to get rich quick through it, but if scammers hack into your wallet and steal your funds, then you do not even have any Bitcoins to get rich quick with to begin with, even though Bitcoin isn't a get rich quick scheme per se. If a social esperiment is carried out on the number of people hodling Bitcoins in custodial wallets, i'm pretty sure the number that does so would be pretty alarming, it is bad security practice that should be completely eschewed.

But how do we forget these things..?  I am slightly scared.  I think I might need some CBD for neurogenesis.
Lol, i don't think it has gotten to that, we do forget things from time to time, especially when we're busy with quite a lot of things in RL. Grin
Anyway, no way Nagelsmann is going to Tottenham.  Lol.  A guy like him should be thinking of bigger things.  Sorry Tottenham fans but it's a trap.  But the big potential jobs available in the EPL right now are all traps save Liverpool. I think Klopp will be replaced by another German genius.  Poch will go back to Tottenham, a trap or go to Chelsea, another trap
Spurs' fans would understand, they are largely unsuccessful, Cheesy yes, i don't think Nagelsmann is coming to Tottenham, i think he might go to Real Madrid, the rumors say Ancelotti is leaving for the Brazil national team in the summer. Well even if Klopp would be replaced, i don't think it'd be this summer, he has been successful in his time there to be fired after this very bad season. Spurs wouldn't approach Pochettino again, and yes, i agree with you, it's prolly a 'trap' if he goes to Chelsea.
