Claymore i have plenty more 280xs then 290s. how much faster do you think you can get them 280xs?

Claymore, you could not answer why disappeared blocks from the wallet?
Orphans mate, orphans. I can understand orphans, but why was it showing them as valid transactions for several hours? Not syncing? Yes, probably something happend with connection to primecoin network. When wallet is synced you won't see such things. |

You've lost your fees too. It's in your best interest to investigate. I was thinking about moving to solo (9x7970 + 6x7950) but I'll think again.
If you want solo - use v3.1b + official wallet. Screenshots above are for custom-built wallet, it worked for most cases but it was a temporary solution before v3.1. |

Claymore, could you comment on the likelihood/difficulty of an ASIC miner for XPM?
ASIC miner fox XPM is possible, but I don't think that it will be available soon. |

hmm my math is wrong huh so 10% of a block of 8.686 = .8686 and i get only 7.686 after your fee
so no matter how many blocks i find i lose 1 xpm per block
You use old block reward value, current block reward value is 8.530 instead of 8.686. That's why your math is wrong. im using the value the block was my math is correct Ok, if your math is correct just give me the index of this block and we will see its transactions together  |

Thanks for the continuous effort. Is it normal for 1 7950 to have average CPD 8+ and the other one 0? This is after 12 + hours of mining.... Average CPD is changed when 10ch is found, press "s" to see detailed stats about chains found, every next chain has about x11 less probability than previous, so you have to find about 11 7ch to find 1 8ch, find 11 8ch to find 1 9ch, find about 11 9ch to find 1 10ch. Exact stats depends on your luck, you can find 10ch even if you found 0 9ch, and vice versa, you can find 20 9ch and find 0 10ch. It can take a long time to find 10ch so it's ok. |

+5% faster than v3.0. v3.1 was unstable so I removed it. Oh ok. Do you have plans to optimize the miner with driver 14.3 and up? Do you really need it? Why? Just thought it might be a good idea to keep up with the new updated driver. The other miner gained some performance from it. Ok, I'll check it |

Solo Minning.
If a card has found 3 chains but no coins in wallet, means they were all orphaned?
Miner must show "Blocks Total/Valid: 1/1" in details stats if you solved block. Finding 10ch chains does not mean that you found block, 10ch chain length must be > than Diff to solve block. |

Ok im seeing Total/Valid blocks 1 / 1 now. So I found a block?
Still no change in wallet balance though, maybe it takes a while to update?
Edit: i'm using Claymore solo edition wallet but in readme it now says: 1. Use official Primecoin wallet with this miner. Should I switch?
no, you use claymore wallet the part about the official primecoin wallet is you need an official primecoin wallet so claymore can connect to the actual wallet data file check your immature coins. if you've found a block you should see 7.686 XPM in there. this takes 3200 confirmations to be usable. to find out how many you've got, just hover over the recent transaction that has two hammers. Start miner and see what messages it shows at starting, it will tell you what wallet you should use. v3.0 required custom wallet. Version v3.0b and newer requires standard official wallet. |

49h solo 3x 290.. no blocks with combined average CPD 8.  Trying the 3.1b for couple days, going back to pooled mining if I'll find no blocks. Edit: I'm getting TRT values of about 245 per card (1150mhz core) is this normal? I get TRT 215 on 290X core 1050 memory 1350, CPD is 2.4-2.6. |

Second card is under v3.1b, it uses v3.1 so it does work . Trust 4ch/h value more than TRT values. TKS  As time increases, 4CH value in reduction of M is reduced so normal? You are the last answer, I understand should be calculated speed with 4CH value. If I continue to use the 3 SOLO? 4ch/h value can varies, but not too much. E.g. if after 5min you see 150K 4ch/h it cannot become 100K or 200K later. |

I've uploaded a small update v3.1, +5% speed for 290/290X, so CPD for these cards is about 2.5 now. For other cards probably you will see even less improvement, so just wait for better update After a while starts to give here such data and stops looking for blocks.
