Why are they not mass producing the expirimental cure? We are letting it spin out of control!

You can't mass produce an experimental cure, and even after years and once it is confirmed not to be working properly with no side effect or least without any dangerous ones, it will take time, to put in place the industrial process to mass produce it especially if it's a complex medicine which is likely the case due to the fact that to this day and age we don't have any real medicine to counter it

Obviously they are other factors I didn't mentions, such Patents, Pharmaceutical income, international medical laws, ect ect

You never know what you are going to see on Bourbon Street, especially late at night. There is no place else like it in this country. If you can't have fun walking down Bourbon, you can't have fun.

Can you give an example? isn't the Bourbon street in the french neighbourhood or something? excuse my ignorance Smiley I'm not familliar with the US and especially with New Orleans
Bourbon street in the french quarter,New Orleans
Most anyone who comes to New Orleans wants to experience Bourbon Street. Many sights and sounds you won't experience anywhere else. You can walk around with a cocktail and take in the sights. There are many clubs/bars with live music by mainly NO musicians. A must-do for any first time tourist. Note: It can be a bit crowded at times so don't go if you don't like crowds.
I think a lot of the "fun" that can be had in New Orleans has to do with drinking and getting drunk. If this is not your "cup of tea" then New Orleans and burbon street is likely not for you.

I don't like drinking, smoking, drugs or anything that is dangerous for my health,

You are like a giant, exotic, alien teddy bear from another dimension I cannot even comprehend.

Why you think so ? I personally find it weird when people are proud about destroying their health and being potentially a danger to other good thinking, it's not like I never tried drinking, weed and what's not, I did when I was a teen, and I didn't find any interest into it, not only that but I saw how smoking destroyed my fathers health till he got a heart stroke, and stopped afterward and from there he's been doing better, I lost a couple of friends due to drinking and driving, and old friends of mine is mentally ill due to the effect of weed and other drugs. I'm pretty happy with my current life style if anything is the lack of sports that I need to fix
224  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Israel: Operation Protective Edge on: August 14, 2014, 04:09:04 PM
It's all horrific and total bullshit at the same time. The crisis will only end when the Jews are dead or forcibly removed from Israel. Creation of a Palestine state won't end persecution of the Jews nor stop attacks on Israel. Bowing to Hamas and stopping the blockade will do nothing but allow Hamas to build up their arsenal for bigger attacks.

Rinse, repeat.

Again this is not about Jews, Jews lived in the region and in other countries region under the Islam rule for centuries without any major issues, The problems started when the Zionist plan kicked in, and the horrible things they did, being to local population but also to Jews living outside of Israel or what was soon to be Israel at the time, by doing terrorist attacks and blowing Jew cemeteries and synagogues to push people to immigrate (this is a fact you can search it if you want) .

This fight will end, when Israelis stop colonizing Palestinians, I repeated this many times, It was Israel that started this whole event (and I don't mind listing the choronology of the events once again with factual references), because it was annoyed by the Palestinian Unity government (under US and EU conditions and blessing after it was made), that would force Israel to the negotiation table.

I don't know how can people can blame Hamas (or at least mainly exclusively), while it was Israel that started this whole massacre and still killing hundreds that are mostly civilians.

OK, can you answer the part about the Uranium then? Also, in times of war, who the heck cares about agreements? Things can be done in secret.

Didn't I do in previous post? Yes Japan gets it's Uranium from other countries such as France (Areva), while the Uranium ore is produced in countries such as Kazakhestan or Niger, the countries that does the enrichment necessary for it to be useful in nuclear power plants are France, Germany, Netherlands, UK, USA, and Russia with France being the leader in this domain to my knowledge. Japan gets it's Uranium from these countries, and the whole circuit from production to delivery is controlled as enriched Uranium is no joke. Usually it's 5% enrichement for Commercial Uranium, and the maximum allowed with AIAE is 20% for medical use

Can't they still further enrich it once they are delivered to japan?
Also, what medical applications does Uranium have?

No they can't, for the simple reason, that you need a huge amount of uranium to get a certain amount of enrished one, not to mention the Nuclear reactor fulls has many other components additive, that makes it really hard to get weapon grade uranium

As for medical uses, Radioactive Isotopes are used in several domains in medicine especially, when it comes to ones related to radiations such diagnose machines, X-ray, MRI ..ect or threatement, I think there is a whole domain around this called Nuclear medicine
226  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ebola the trigger for martial law? on: August 14, 2014, 03:43:43 PM
Ebola is not an airborne disease. It is spread only through body fluids. So that makes Ebola less contagious than the other airborne diseases such as Tuberculosis and Influenza. Therefore, I don't think sufficient justification exists for declaring the martial law.

But keep in mind that the areas where it's preading right now are very hot and very humid, hence a lot of body liquid being produced by the people there and can be easily transfered and you have to add to this the customs and believes in some areas and the lack of education makes things worse. (example, people freeing quaranted member of familly and takinbg

I believe that if the rate on which this disease is spreading in a certain area exceeds a certain rate and not declining, I believe it is necessary to trigger martial law, Ebola right now is no joke

Imagine if this shit is happening in the Texas area (From what I know Texans love their guns) things could've been much much worse, but still things could degenerate on any moment
228  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Americans Getting Poorer on: August 14, 2014, 03:03:32 PM
America is bound to get poorer especially considering the scale of it manufacturing and how archaic it is in comparison to direct competitors.

What was once a strong economy relying on export when it comes on to the several sectors of the industry is now solely relying on internal market, such as Automobile sector, Energy sector, Bulding and construction system ...ect these sectors cannot match their European counterparts in terms of quality or the Chinese in terms of price, heck even the Koreans fill the gap between Eu and Chinese products, The only way to keep a lead is to with great added value product, and US manufacturing is not giving that except maybe in the defense sector (but I think this is also due to the limitations imposed on other nations and they are losing the edge here examples of recent failures : F22 /F35, LCS....ect ect)

No the US has a strong lead when it comes hightech, especially to the internet sector, this is also thanks to the monopoly they created in 90s, once all the IPs and Patents expires things might change even, here so what to do ? move on to the next big thing and always relay on products/sectors/jobs with huge added value as opposed to simple stuff because they'll never match the price of the Chinese, Indians, and even North African countries want a piece of the cake
229  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Another airplane crash: Presidential candidate killed, 10 injured on: August 13, 2014, 09:22:01 PM
This is really crazy.
Airplanes crashes and falling this days as a apples, almost every week.
What is going on with the airplane transport today?
Why so many accidents in so short time?

It's just that it worked that way, that's how probability and statistic works, to confirm a statistic law you need a long period hence the plane is the safest means of transport, the latest events are just a sad coincidence

If there is going to be pay per activity rates next period,
then there is no post minimum limit right?
It is very hard to me make even 15 posts in week.
I'm  busy man and all.
If there will not be post limitations it would be perfect for me Smiley
Or maybe 20 posts minimum per month limit or something like that.
My current deal requires 15 posts week and I can do it but I have to really make some time for this, so campaign without minimum posts limitations would be perfect for me Smiley
I'm waiting very exited to see what is coming at 17th Smiley

It's minimum 50 posts to get payed, if you don't have 50 post by the 17th, just wait for next month and then fill the form, Stunna been fair about this, Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

It's a helicopter
Nope, it's a medium-sized business jet.

Cessna 560XL

They've changed it, you can check google cache, or even the link and the tweets in the article which still states helicopter ^^
232  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Banning gay men from giving blood is stupid on: August 13, 2014, 06:55:27 PM
As I explained before the risk involved with gay community is high and the blood test are not reliable enough, if blood test was 100% reliable, this won't be a non issue, but it isn't the case, and for this same reason, people with high risk (it's not limited to gay) http://www.redcrossblood.org/donating-blood/eligibility-requirements/eligibility-criteria-alphabetical-listing
As for other countries it depends but according to redcross I don't see any limitation on this matter

I feel like the US police intervention are way to aggressive, in just recent weeks many cases of death and heavy injuries from the police. And back to firguson I saw on our press some picture of the city turning into a battlefield with buildings burning this reminds me of what happened in France near Paris a few year ago, after the police killed a kid

Presidential candidate killed, 10 injured as aircraft crashes onto houses in Brazil

http://rt.com/news/180112-brazil-helicopter-crash-houses/

Subj.

It's a helicopter, also there was another helicopter crash in Iraq just recently, (there were many that were shot by ISIS, but the one I'm mentioning crashed) It was an Aid helicopter and there was a NYT Jounarlist in it that survived

237  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russia is getting ready to bomb the USA :( on: August 12, 2014, 08:20:57 PM
As for China, they have no problem producing either, and they already have a good stock of Hydrogen bombs (Fission-fusion) and A-bombs (Fission)

Yes. They are hiding their nukes in underground tunnels. More than 3,000 nukes are similarly hidden in China.

China 'hiding up to 3,000 nuclear warheads in secret tunnels'

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/china/8927580/China-hiding-up-to-3000-nuclear-warheads-in-secret-tunnels.html

But their missiles are not as good as the Russian / American ones and they don't have advanced submarines which are capable of launching SLBMs.

That would be an understatement saying their missiles are not as good, the easy way to figure out if a country has the capability for precise ICBM attacks is by looking at their space program and chinese can be proud about their space program and things they've achived in such a short laps of time.

Where Russia I feel have an edge might be in their SAM systems, but the US also spreading their wall system which we don't know about much
238  Other / Politics & Society / Re: U.S. Aircraft Strike ISIS Targets in Iraq on: August 12, 2014, 08:12:36 PM
Arming Kurd instead of Iraqi army is a really bad move in my opinion, considering the situation of Kurds this might create more wars in the region considering that Kurds want a piece of land in the region from Turkey, North Iraq and Syria, I'm discussing here if they have the right to have their own country as I don't know the historical circumstances but creating more mess in this mess will not help
239  Other / Politics & Society / Re: O using Americans in Iraq as ‘collateral’ to maintain Dem support for airstrikes on: August 12, 2014, 08:01:58 PM
Lobbies are pushing again and guiding for the direction they want him two sadly, what annoys me most, is that the US didn't push for a UN resolution on the matter, and are not putting in the table a Proper plan, that will bring peace to Iraq
240  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Banning gay men from giving blood is stupid on: August 12, 2014, 07:57:39 PM
I mean, come on, "Are a man who has had sex with another man since 1977, even once"

Really?  I mean, I know my blood is clean.  As opposed to every straight friend I have, I get my blood tested for disease, every few months.  As does my magnanimous partner.

Actually, the ban is not at all, stupid as the risk of STDs especially Aids is much higher in gay community, you also have to note that the blood test are not 100% http://std.about.com/od/herpes/f/herpesaccurate.htm the accuracy range from 92% to 99% depending on the test, and that is huge if you consider the numbers we are talking about in blood donations and risk % blood donation from gay community can be a concern
