You realize we are talking about bct sig campaigns?
2 people earning a 1 btc each per month could feed a village of 200 for a month in  3rd world africa.

I think it is very likely that you are not from an industry nation yourself? So even for you 1 btc per month should be more then enough to feed yourself right?

@centuries of african welfare

So you think the african colonies were paradise?
You are a trump supporter right? Cheesy

Please learn some history. Like just spend 50$ of your 1000$ sig campaign to get some education.
Let me address some of your points:
Yes, we are talking about signatures, so I have no idea where are you taking those numbers from. Earning 1 BTC a month from a campaign? That would be one hell of a campaign.
Since when is my campaign paying $1000? The maximum is 0.01 per week, that gives you a whopping 0.04 BTC per month!  A whole 48 bucks at current prices.
My education... Since we're going personal, I'll tell you that they taught me how to count, which seems to be the ability you're lacking.
Also, I'm not American, but I have nothing against Trump or his supporters.

Someone wrote you could earn 1 btc. I have never joined a sig campaign so i dont know for sure.
But it doesnt matter anyway because you can just make multiple accounts and join multiple sig  campaigns.

I guess the only thing you learned in school was counting. Because like i said you have no clue in history.
But that is understandable. There are reasons why you call such nations the 3rd world.

Edit

I just went in the service sub. One of the first threads pays 0.04 btc for 80 post weekly.
A bit more then 1600 post for 1 btc in 30 days.

Try listening to what's come out of her mouth sometime. It's, like, articulate, relevant and interesting and stuff.

2265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons of why bitcoin accepting shopping sites are not famous on: April 14, 2017, 10:12:47 PM
We all can see that on internet there are a lot of online shopping sites which have a lot of customers even bitcoin users also need paypal to shop online while they do not know that with bitcoin they can shop online easily without any exchange but they do not know about these sites. The reason is that these online shopping sites do not advertise their sites they even do not advertise on here which is the biggest bitcoin community and where they do not need any higher budget for advertising but can start a smaller signature campaign.

I dont wanna be a party pooper but how the ppl get bitcoins? :X
2266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [GBYTE] Byteball Speculation on: April 14, 2017, 08:40:36 PM
Okay, fair point. I thought about how to do a better distribution, but it is very hard to find an easy to do solution. One possibility would have been a cap of a maximum of X Bitcoins per account, but then the participants would probably spread their Bitcoins over several accounts. It would have been restricted large ICO accounts with 1000+ Bitcoins to participate with the full amount. If you had set the cap at 10 Bitcoins per account, then such ICO accounts would have to distribute and register their Bitcoins to 100 addresses. An effort no one would have accepted.
Another option would be to bind distribution to an official document, such as a driving license or ID card. But this is the worst option in my opinion.

You should explain why the distribution is bad. To be honest, this is one of the best concepts for distributing coins that I have seen so far. Tony has never asked for start-up capital, nobody has ever had to invest  to get free Byeballs if one own Bitcoin.

Tony has also delivered a lot so far and there is always something new. So it would be appropriate to explain your concerns.

I would advise you guys to just clone this and make a proper distribution.

Until now it looks just like one big scam. No need to say more.

I explained upthread why the distribution is bad. It gives first rounders an advandtage several magnitudes higher then everyone coming after. Why?
I though the idea was a fair distribution and that is why they choose to airdrop it for free on btc adresses.
Total fail.

I agree there with you.
One possible option would be just make equal distributions every round.
No extras for people who already have byteballs.

Airdrop it in social communities, etc not only on btc adresses.

I wouldnt be surprised if the dev holds majority of the tokens.

Recently, I'm seriously considering of swapping my BTCD to Komodo.
that's after holding back all the temptations until now. because
I really saw the potential in the name "BitcoinDark".
I need few things cleared for the swap decision so devs please help me.
If I decide to hold my BTCD after Jan 2018,
Will BTCD wallets, staking and transfers function after Jan 2018?
or will devs decide to set a date for closing all the network and servers?

I'm worried that network will shut down and wallets will not function anymore after 2018.
Thus, losing all the function and value of BTCD.
And if there are more than handful number of BTCD holders inquiring small, even 1 developer or
maintenance person for BTCD. is that a possibility?

I dont belive you. You would have sold every single btcd at the pump 2 weeks ago already if you would have some Roll Eyes

He or she has to actively watch the market to not miss such an oportunity. Not everyone is doing that.

I was one of the lucky that hesitated with swapping my BTCD long enough and yes I have sold every last of mine during that pump although with a little bad feeling because the last thing I want to do is pulling ppl over the table. I just hope that I sold into the bad ppl hands makeing them pay a lot with their markt manipulation and not hit some newcomers with no experience that fell for that strange and unexpected pump.

I am surprised to read that the swapped BTCD are not burned and could be put into circulation again. Is that so?

You will not have a big choose. If not something miracle strange is going to happen, like that unexpected BTCD pump, BTCD will be worthless after that swap periode is over and most likley the network goes dead. Once it dissapears from the exchanges it is over.

Sad I too had liked to see SuperNET with BTCD comes to life as once planed... but that is not going to happen anymore. Hence the reason to keep any BTCD is gone.

Well if you missed the 3 days where you could sell btcd for 100$ per coin then.... not sure what to say. (Even after that you could sell for 50-70$ - the pump went on for over a week)
You might have an iq of 10.

2269  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Published data on the military capability of the DPRK on: April 14, 2017, 05:45:53 PM
The democratic people's Republic with a population of 25 million people has the fourth largest army in the world. Thus, according to the portal of the Military Balance, the army of the DPRK has about 1 million people. In this country there is a mandatory call with 17 years men serve 10 years and women 3 years. North Korean armed forces may have 2500 tanks, mostly of Soviet manufacture, 21000 artillery and 563 combat aircraft. The exact number of missiles, entered service the army of the DPRK is no official data.

They dont have enough food to feed their population. They have mostly soviet/cold war military equipment. The only thing they are good at is posturing behind their nuclear programme and china.

Damn! Breakout alright, but it broke in the wrong direction. MM needs to clean this shit up.....pretty please!! Smiley

Yeah, not quite a breakdown, but definitely the wrong direction.  There was just 12 BTC on the ask side to get to .0018, but now it's up to 42 BTC again.  Oh well, it isn't going to just go straight up and perhaps a small retrace was healthy.  But lets hope it doesn't drop much farther.

I'm still confident in a spike before and after BlockShow Europe 2017 in a few days.  I also have a good amount of UNITY and expect it to rise over $5 again as well, and possibly much higher.

maybe it is time to take profits again. a lot of people bought in or back at around 6-8 k.
so right now they are 100-150+% up.

so we could still see a drop down to ~10 k before we go up.

 Kiss

I took my profit. But somehow i think 10 k is not the bottom....

If you dont know 1000$ can feed 100 people for atleast a month in 3rd world africa.
I said a village of 200 people. What's your point?
Giving the money as charity would only hurt the business owner.

My view is that you can drown money in Africa all you want. People have been doing that for centuries and the natives used to live in clay houses and run around half naked and they will continue to do so with or without the charity.

You realize we are talking about bct sig campaigns?

2273  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Syria has declared about the poisoning of hundreds of people on: April 14, 2017, 04:34:11 PM
I can't find any confirmation about this incident from the mainstream media channels. However, the pro-SAA Al Masdar News published this article a few minutes back:

https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/breaking-civilians-killed-us-jets-bomb-isis-chemical-depot-deir-ezzor-syrian-mod/

It is no surprise that the ISIS is having chemical weapons. Previously, they have used them against the civilians, the SAA and the SDF.

Well, seems like Bashr Al Assad is using them too  Cheesy

There is no concrete evidence to prove it. Assad is claiming that he had handed over all the chemical and biological weapons which he had long time back. And moreover, he doesn't need to use these weapons now. The SAA is advancing on all the fronts, using just the conventional weapons.

So why again did assad used chemical weapons from 2013-2015?? Smiley

It's scary that she will definitely get through the first round, let alone the possibility of her winning.

Luckily the French system is such that she will (hopefully) he easily defeated in the second round.

You think that Le Pen should not win the elections? Why so?

I'd like to see her win actually, she will try to do something about this deaths of innocent people and something surely must be done. and these recent muslim attacks are going into her favor, people are scarred and if I were living in big cities in France, Germany or Sweden, I'd  be scared of going out. :/

2276  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A $ a post or a $ a day? on: April 14, 2017, 04:24:11 PM
Signature campaigns aren't going to change life for the better or fight world poverty. It's just scraps compared to the time you're spending on doing it, that's for one, and the funds businesses spend on campaigns each month are just a drop of water in the sea. Think about it for a while and do some numbers. A typical campaign with 20 participants pays out maybe 1BTC per month. Even if that was given to some African village of 200 people, you wouldn't even be able to give each of them a dollar per day to buy food and medicine. You need millions to make a difference in there and they will probably destroy it anyway, because that's what is happening to many of the schools and hospitals that were built in Africa.

If you dont know 1000$ can feed 100 people for atleast a month in 3rd world africa.

In show business now only homosexuality or political war. The Russians were right to not participate in this.

Its funny that russia basically begged the organisators to let them join. They even tried to send a different singer their.
Just ukraine didn't accept the shit show.
2278  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New information on the relationship of the tramp with the Kremlin. on: April 14, 2017, 04:17:59 PM
Do you think that if Trump collaborated with Putin about the election hacking thing, Wouldn't Putin throw trump under the bus with the whole Syria bombardment thing currently going on. These are more fabrication by the media. Shouldn't the DNC be rather condemned for sabotaging Bernie Sanders seem people forget things when its convenient for them.

The bombing was just symbolic. It damaged nothing of importance.
2279  Other / Politics & Society / Re: US attacked Afghanistan . on: April 14, 2017, 04:15:06 PM
US dropped the biggest non-nuclear bomb in Afghanistan... what are your thoughts on this guys?

https://www.google.com.pk/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2017/04/13/politics/afghanistan-isis-moab-bomb/index.html
Based on the news that I read they drop that bomb in ISIS base but I hope theirs no big number of innocence that died their because of that bomb

Yes, I hope no civilians die as a result of dropping this kind of weapons. Let just ISIS died and spare those innocent. But ISIS is known for using human shield because they know that if innocent people die, US will be condemn but other countries and more Muslims will use this as an excuse to put hatred in US and other countries that support US.
Why only ISIS? The tactics of human shields used by the Germans and the Russians during the second world war. The same tactics Putin uses the capture of the Crimea and the Donbass. Sometimes it is better to sacrifice the lives of 10 people, but to save the lives of thousands.

So how many civilians lived in the taliban tunnels up in the mountains?

Care to give us insider informations? Roll Eyes

Russian bots at it again.

The most important thing that the Finnish authorities did not let into the country no Muslim refugees. These lazy uneducated people can spoil the living conditions in any country.

The amount of muslims they granted asylum is a 5-6 digit number.
